Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze on four 4 assessments: 1. Effect of the perception on employee safety behaviour, 2. Effect of demeanour on employee safety behaviour 3. Effect of knowledge on employee safety behaviour, 4. Effect of workplace on employee safety behaviour.This research has been done with techniques like taking random samples with considerations on the population that is quite huge, because it wasn’t possible for the researcher to cover the whole present population, so a representative was formed. Samples in this research are only a part of the whole employee PT. MuliaGlass Container.The result show that test F where the value of significance is 0,000, the coefficient of determination on satisfaction which is shown by r-square is 0,561 that means the customer satisfaction is 56,1% affected by variable of quality of service, price & promotion. Whereas, the rest of the 43,9% is affected because of other variables which were not checked thoroughly by researchers.the factors which not influence safety behaviour was knowledge employee. The result proved the factors which influence safety behaviour were perception, demenour, and workplace.

Abstract

The growing pattern of education is so fast and turns that led to competiton in the field of education, especially at college. The research was conducted at the Faculty of Economics and Business Diponegoro University Semarang. This study aims to determine the effect of service Quality Variables. Tangible/ Physical evidence, Reliability/Durability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy towards Student’s satisfaction part of Economics anf Business Diponegoro University. In this study data were collected by using questionnaire to 98 respondents. Which aim to determine the response of the respondents to each variable. The test data which is used include validity test, reliability test, classic assumption  test (multicollinearity, normality, heteroscedasticity), multiple linear regression, goodness of fit ( F test, t test, the coeficient of determination). From the result that using the regression analysis, showed that the value of the F test was 20,897. In this study the value of coefficient of determination showed 50.6, the model in this study were able to explain variation in the dependent variabel of 0.506 or 50.6%. The variables of Physical evidence/ tangible, Reliability/ Durability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy, all have positive and significant of student satisfactionin service quality of Academic Administration part Faculty of Economics and Business Diponegoro University.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of organizational culture, organizational support, on the employee performance with knowledge management as the intervening variable on PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Witel Surabaya employee.The populations on this study are permanent employees of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Witel Surabaya  using  purposive  sampling  as  a  sample  collecting  technique  with  the  number  of participant involved in this studies as much as 100 employees. This study is using Path Analysis as analysis tool with Sobel Test used as tools to test the effects of mediation and using IBM SPSS 23 as data processing program.The result of this study indicates that organizational culture has positive significant effect on knowledge   management   and   also   has   positive  significant   on   employee   performance. Organizational support has positive significant effect on knowledge management but has less significant effect on employee performance. In addition, knowledge management was proven capable as a mediating relationship between organizational culture, organizational support on employee performance

Abstract

In the service industry, employee who performs direct contact with consumers is representatives of the organization and representatives of  organization service quality itself. Hospital as one of organization which prioritize the quality of service, are required to be able to provide the best services for the patients satisfaction. nurse is one of the hospital elements who contributed in the quality of service, hence nurse’s behavior plays an important role in the service of a hospital. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of transformational leadership and work satisfaction to organizational citizenship behavior with the organizational commitment as intervening variable.This research used primary data which obtained from the distribution of  questionnaires through proportional random sampling technique to 92 nurses of RSUP Dr.kariadi, Semarang. Analysis of data in this research used multiple linear regression and sobel test for mediation effect testing.The result showed that transformational leadership and work satisfaction have positive and significant effect to organizational commitment. transformational leadership, work satisfaction and organizational commitment have positive and significant effect to organizational citizenship behavior. The result of this research also showed that organizational commitment is a strong antecedent to organizational citizenship behavior and a good mediation variable in mediating the influence of transformational leadership and work satisfaction to organizational citizenship behavior

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of personal knowledge, job procedures and technology to employee's performance of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Jawa Tengah and DIY.The population in this study were employees of the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Jawa Tengah regional offices and branch offices Semarang 1 which consisted 64 people. The data were obtained by using the "saturation sampling/census" technique, in which all employees were the target of the sampling. The data that analyzed comes from distributing questionnaires to employees, then analyzed using multiple linear regression method with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 16 program.The   analysis’   result   showed   that   the   variables:   personal   knowledge,   job procedures, technology positively influence on employee's performance. It means the better personal knowledge, job procedures, technology will improve the employee's performance. These variables contribute 49.4%. While the rest of 50.6% is explained by other variables.

Abstract

The goal of this research is to analyze the impact of work discipline, organizational culture, and work environment to employees performance in Sekretariat daerah Pekalongan. This research uses Work discipline, Organizational Culture, and Work Environment as independent variables , and Employees Performance as dependent variable. The sample in this research was civil servants of Sekretariat Daerah Pekalongan as many as 52 respondents using convenience sampling method. The methods of this reasearch are reliabiity test, validity test, and classical assumption test. The result shows that work   discipline,   organizational   culture,   and   work   environment   have   impact   to   employees performance.  Based  on  Adjusted  R  Square  is  0,616  showing  that  employees  performance  in Sekretariat Daerah Pekalongan is related with 3 independent variables

Abstract

A venture business especially in the field of culinary must issue the products should adapt to the needs and desires of consumers. So the products can compete in the market ,making consumers have many choices of products before making a decision to buy a product that is offered. If consumers have a choice between making a purchase and do not make a purchase or option to use the time, the consumer is in a position to take a decision. Consumer decision may be influenced by several variables, this study analyzed the quality of products, quality of service, price, and location. The population in this study is that consumers who buy a product that is offered at Waroeng Bamboo Tembalang, Semarang. The sample in this study was 100 consumers.The sampling technique in this study was done by using Non Probability Sampling with incidental sampling technique, the sampling technique by coincidence, that anyone who happened to meet with researchers and considered fit to be the source of the data will be sampled this study. Methods of data collection using kuesioner. Teknik analysis used is quantitative data analysis methods.Analyss results using multiple regression showed that : Product quality proven influence on purchasing decisions. Quality of Service proven influence on purchasing decisions. Price shown to influence the purchasing decision, and location proved to influence the purchase decision.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the implementation of occupational safety and health program that runs in PT PLN (Persero) Unit PLTU TJB Jepara and identify constraints and challenges that will be faced by PT PLN (Persero) Unit PLTU TJB Jepara to maintain zero accident. This research was conducted using qualitative research methods, where researchers direct observation to the field that is in PT PLN (Persero) Unit PLTU TJB Jepara to know how the implementation of occupational safety and health program that is already running, and so far has reached zero accident. Data collected through interviews with the speakers who work in PT PLN (Persero) Unit PLTU TJB Jepara as well as secondary data from documents related to the implementation of safety and health in the PT PLN (Persero) Unit PLTU TJB Jepara. The results showed that the implementation of occupational safety and health program in PT PLN (Persero) Unit PLTU TJB Jepara went very well. For the constraints and challenges faced by PT PLN (Persero) Unit PLTU TJB Jepara related to the implementation of safety and health activities are followed up indiscipline of some employees related to the use of personal protective equipment and violations of the rules of safety and health such as smoking in the plant, with the making of a system sanctions for violators of safety rules and occupational health, as a means of controlling the enforcement of discipline. In terms of challenges, a form of socialization related to the rules and procedures for the safety and health of employees must be done by a variety of considerations level of education and social environment plural employees make the company must perform a different approach, so that the employees can receive and execute safety rules and health made by the company.

Abstract

Compensation and training is directly related to the employee's performance. Compensation and training obtained by the employees can degrade performance or improve employee performance. Employees who receive compensation in accordance with what he hoped would directly improve the performance he had, as well as the training provided, in accordance with the job training will enhance the ability of the employee, so that the performance possessed will also increase.This research was conducted at PT. Audio Sumitomo Technology (AST) Indonesia. This study aims to determine the effect of training and compensation moderated by job satisfaction on employee performance. The number of samples is set as much as 79 respondents using purposive sampling method. As independent variables, namely compensation and training, and the moderating variable is job satisfaction, while the dependent variable is the performance of employees. The analysis includes the validity, reliability, classic assumption test, models test, hypothesis testing, path analysis, and Sobel test.From the analysis it can be seen that the variable compensation and training had positive effect on employee performance, and job satisfaction moderating variable compensation and training on employee performance. Results of analysis using the coefficient of determination is known that 99.8 percent of the employee's performance can be explained by the independent variable and the moderating variables were examined in this study and 0.2 percent is explained by other factors outside the model.

Abstract

Teacher as one component in teaching and learning activities, has an important role in determining the success of learning. Teachers are required to have expertise, responbility, and voluntary social service above personal interests. However teachers have to complete their duties professionally, they still face much problem, especially non official teachers, such as their wealth and clarity of employment status.This study aims to determine the motivation of teachers, especially intrinsic motivation factors which influence non official teachers. Beside, it will determine whether the teachers has prosocial motivation.This study uses qualitative methodsin which data collections was done by observation so as to dig deeper into teaching profession. This study places temporary teachers who have work experience of more than three years of teaching in Madrasah Aliyah both public and private in pekalongan city. The result obtained from this study is temporary teachers motivation influenced by factorsof work values, individual attitudes towards work, goals and expectations, as well as the ability of an individual. It also shows that prosocial motivation is the dominant motivation of temporary teachers.
