Abstract

Penggunaan teknologi informasi telah menjadi kunci dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas layanan publik. Salah satu implementasi teknologi yang telah diperkenalkan adalah aplikasi SIPPERA, sebuah aplikasi yang dirancang khusus untuk memfasilitasi proses administrasi pengajuan bantuan di Dinas Perumahan dan Permukiman Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Kegiatan Pengabdian ini dalam bentuk pelatihan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman peserta dalam menggunakan aplikasi SIPPERA-Perkim yang melibatkan peserta dari 17 Kab./Kota yang ada di lingkungan Dinas Perumahan dan Permukiman Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan aplikasi SIPPERA dapat meningkatkan pemahaman peserta dalam penggunaan aplikasi SIPPERA serta dapat memberikan kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan efisiensi layanan publik di Dinas Perumahan dan Permukiman Provinsi Sumatera Selatan.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan siswa magang Universitas Bina Darma dalam memahami dan melakukan analisis kerentanan sistem informasi melalui pendekatan vulnerability assessment. Pelatihan disusun untuk menjawab kebutuhan mitra dalam memperkuat pemahaman dasar keamanan siber, terutama terkait identifikasi celah keamanan pada aplikasi dan sistem berbasis web. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui tiga tahapan utama, yaitu penyampaian materi mengenai konsep dasar keamanan informasi, demonstrasi penggunaan perangkat analisis seperti Nessus dan OWASP ZAP, serta praktik langsung melakukan pemindaian dan penilaian kerentanan terhadap contoh sistem informasi. Seluruh peserta dibimbing dalam mengoperasikan alat, memahami jenis kerentanan yang ditemukan, dan menyusun laporan hasil analisis keamanan. Berdasarkan pelaksanaan kegiatan, diperoleh hasil bahwa siswa mampu menguasai langkah-langkah dasar vulnerability assessment, mengenali kerentanan umum seperti SQL Injection dan Cross-Site Scripting, serta menghasilkan laporan evaluasi sederhana. Program ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan yang diberikan efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman serta keterampilan praktis siswa magang di bidang keamanan informasi, sekaligus memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan literasi dan kesadaran keamanan di lingkungan kampus.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mendukung pengelolaan data ketersediaan kamar pasien dan data ketenagakerjaan di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Ernaldi Bahar melalui pemanfaatan Dashboard Sumsel. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam bentuk program magang Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) yang melibatkan mahasiswa secara langsung dalam proses pengumpulan, verifikasi, penginputan, serta pembaruan data. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan observasi, pendampingan, dan praktik pengelolaan data selama pelaksanaan magang di Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan Dashboard Sumsel mampu meningkatkan keteraturan, keakuratan, dan kemudahan akses data ketersediaan kamar rawat inap serta distribusi tenaga kesehatan. Data yang disajikan dalam bentuk visual dashboard memudahkan proses monitoring dan mendukung pengambilan keputusan berbasis data oleh pihak rumah sakit dan instansi terkait. Selain memberikan manfaat bagi mitra, kegiatan ini juga meningkatkan kompetensi mahasiswa dalam pengelolaan data berbasis teknologi informasi serta mendukung penerapan Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik dan kebijakan Satu Data Indonesia.

Abstract

Satuan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (Sat TIK) Polrestabes Palembang memegang peranan vital dalam dukungan teknologi kepolisian. Namun, mitra menghadapi permasalahan dalam pengelolaan arsip digital yang masih dilakukan secara konvensional dan terdesentralisasi pada perangkat pribadi. Hal ini meningkatkan risiko kehilangan data dan memperlambat proses temu kembali informasi. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi berupa penerapan teknologi tepat guna sistem repository arsip digital serta meningkatkan kompetensi personel melalui pelatihan. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui tahapan observasi, pengembangan dan instalasi sistem, sosialisasi serta pelatihan operasional, dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa sistem telah berhasil diimplementasikan pada jaringan lokal (Intranet) Polrestabes Palembang. Melalui pelatihan yang intensif, personel Sat TIK kini memiliki kemampuan untuk melakukan digitalisasi, pengarsipan terpusat, dan pencarian dokumen secara cepat  Kegiatan ini berdampak positif pada efisiensi administrasi dan keamanan data kepolisian.

Abstract

One of the critical issues resulting from the increasing penetration of social media is the spread of fake news. This can damage public information and influence mass opinion, leading to conflict. To overcome this problem, machine learning and deep learning-based approaches have been continuously developed to detect fake news on various social media platforms automatically. This article aims to compare the effectiveness of these two approaches in detecting fake news. The methods used include the implementation of traditional machine learning algorithms, such as Support Vector Machines (SVM) and Random Forest, as well as deep learning-based approaches, including Long Short-Term Memory and Self-Organizing Maps. Datasets containing real and fake news from various social media sources are used to train and evaluate these models. Model performance is measured based on accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score. This study aims to determine which approach is more effective and identify challenges in implementing these algorithms in a dynamic social media environment. The results obtained show that the Random Forest algorithm achieves an accuracy level of 100%, surpassing other algorithms, including Long Short-Term Memory with an F-1 Score of 97%, Self-Organizing Map with an F-1 Score of 96%, and Support Vector Machine with an F-1 Score of 92%.

Abstract

This study analyzes how employees at PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Sumbagsel accept and use the P-SIGN digital signature platform through Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) analysis. Results show that P-SIGN usage aligns with Pertamina's digital transformation goals while supporting environmental initiatives by decreasing paper and ink consumption. Validity testing across variables X1, X2, X3, and Y1 confirmed all items as valid, with calculated r-values surpassing the table r-value (0.273). Reliability assessment yielded a Cronbach's Alpha of 0.821, demonstrating strong measurement consistency. The normality test produced an L-value of 0.220, exceeding the 0.05 significance threshold, verifying normal data distribution. While users generally responded favorably to P-SIGN, insufficient training created knowledge gaps about application features among certain staff members, potentially affecting their perception of usability. The study suggests strengthening internal education programs to maximize technology adoption rates across the organization

Abstract

Improving the quality of public services and the performanceof government institutions can be achieved by evaluating the services. One method to do this is by conducting satisfaction surveys for service users, which yield an index reflecting the quality of the services delivered. Traditionally, survey data collection has been conducted by distributing physical questionnaires to service users, followed by manual tabulation of the responses. This conventional approach is closely related to time efficiency and the effectiveness of work processes. Therefore, the utilization of information and communication technology is essential to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of service satisfaction surveys. In this study, the author developed a web-based application as a platform for conducting satisfaction surveys regarding the services provided. The development of the survey application employed the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology using the Iterative Model. As a result, the implementation of this application is expected to facilitate service providers in conducting satisfaction surveys for service users within the Musi Banyuasin Regency Government.

Abstract

Project management applications are widely used to support team collaboration and task management. However, monitoring task activities directly through these platforms can be difficult because information is spread across multiple menus. This study aims to analyze the implementation of a web-based task activity monitoring dashboard integrated with ClickUp API and n8n. The system was developed using the Prototype method and provides project information such as task activities, project statistics, team productivity, overdue tasks, and automatic notifications through WhatsApp, Telegram, and Gmail. The results show that the system can display project information in real time and simplify monitoring activities through a single integrated dashboard. In addition, the notification feature helps users receive project updates more quickly and efficiently. Therefore, the system can support project monitoring and improve information delivery within a collaborative work environment.

Abstract

In the current era of digital revolution, one of the main factors influencing an organization's performance is human resources. This is because HR is an important asset that determines the productivity and efficiency of organizational performance. This study's goal is to create and construct an integrated human resources application using the DevOps (Development and Operations) approach. The DevOps method is a collabo rative approach that combines the process of software development and operations in a sustainable, fast, and integrated manner. The human resources application developed in this research includes various important functions, including HR management, job grade promotion planning, employment contract termination notification, and promotion notification. This research also provides solutions to the problems experienced by the Palembang Region Office of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia in human resource management. By using the DevOps method as a method of designing human capital applications, it is expected to increase employee efficiency and productivity through integrated and effective human resource management. The DevOps approach also allows organizations to respond quickly to changing needs and provide sustainable added value to the organization.

Abstract

This research utilizes the Rapid Application Development (RAD) approach, with the analysis stage involving a review of relevant literature and interviews with prospective system users. The next stage is the requirement planning, which entails defining the features or services within the software accessible to prospective system users. The design phase employs use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD). Subsequently, it is translated into the Laravel framework and undergoes testing to produce a software system for assessing Graduate Learning Outcomes (CPL). This system offers facilities for academic programs to create outcome-based education (OBE) mappings and enables instructors to assess students based on the established mapping data. It also provides students with the ability to view their outcome results. CPL refer to the essential skills that students must acquire following their academic studies. These skills encompass the internalization of grades, attitudes, general knowledge, and specific skills, which students are required to fulfill throughout their academic journey. Outcome grades, as mapped, are attained by students through participation, written tests (quizzes), observations (practical exercises), performance (presentations), mid-term exams, final exams, and oral tests (group assignments). This Graduate Learning Outcomes assessment software is expected to assist program administrators and instructors in managing CPL and also enable students to access detailed records of their outcome grades.
