Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine MSME development as an effort to recover the economy after the COVID-19 pandemic. The method used is a qualitative research method with a field research approach, and the research location is in Pamekasan Regency, East Java. The analysis was carried out by researchers using an interactive model from Miles Huberman that is related to the role of the Pamekasan Regency Government, especially the Pamekasan Regency Cooperative Service, in implementing MSME development policies after the COVID-19 pandemic. Data collection in this study was carried out through a literature review by collecting various articles and books related to MSMEs in Pamekasan Regency, interviews, and field documentation according to the research criteria. The results of this study showed that post-Covid 19 pandemic economic recovery efforts, especially in Pamekasan district, have been carried out by the Cooperative Service by providing guidance in the forms of support, enabling, protection, maintenance, strengthening, and maintenance through activities such as training, financial assistance, access to credit, people's businesses (KUR), and others.

Abstract

Leadership is a central issue in agency management and largely determines the success or failure of management activities. The success of a leader with his leadership will support the formation of an effective leadership style. Decision. taken by a leader has a big influence on the continuity of activities and development of the institution. The development of an agency depends on its leader. If the agency is led well and correctly, the agency will develop rapidly, and vice versa, if the company is not led well, the company will not develop well either. So the figure of a leader is very influential in the company. As a leader, you need to pay attention to your leadership because your leadership style can be an example for other employees. A leader can have a positive or negative impact on the performance of the employees he leads. Because leadership is a force of enthusiasm and creative moral force that is able to influence members to change their attitudes so that they can work in accordance with the wishes of the leader. So a leader must be able to study the character of his employees so that he can evaluate himself and find out whether his leadership is in line with his employees' expectations.

Abstract

The Mukbang program implemented at Pasar Kertapati, Palembang, aims to empower Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) by addressing key challenges in enhancing product visibility through more effective branding and marketing strategies. This study employs a qualitative descriptive case study approach, featuring the participation of Grandma Neng, a traditional vendor, in the program. The findings indicate significant improvements in product appeal and customer engagement, driven by interventions that included packaging enhancements, provision of promotional materials, and skills training sessions. While these positive results highlight the success of community-based approaches, the study also acknowledges limitations in terms of generalizability due to its focus on a single case. Future research is recommended to expand the program to include a broader range of MSMEs across different locations and to incorporate basic digital marketing training to enhance MSMEs' adaptability to changing market needs. These findings are expected to contribute to a broader discourse on MSME empowerment and economic development in Indonesia.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Modal Kerja, Pendapatan dan Biaya Operasional terhadap Laba Bersih pada perusahaan Jasa Subsektor Transportasi PT. Golden Sumatera. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 36 laporan keuangan dan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari data laporan keuangan PT. Golden Sumatera pada tahun 2020 - 2022 yang kemudian diolah dengan uji analisis linier berganda menggunakan SPSS Versi 21. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Modal Kerja, Pendapatan Usaha dan Beban Usaha secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Laba Bersih dan secara parsial Modal Kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap laba bersih sedangkan Pendapatan Usaha dan Beban Usaha berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Laba Bersih PT. Golden Sumatera Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh jangka waktu pinjaman dan status pekerjaan terhadap tingkat kelancaran pengembalian kredit di PT Pegadaian Syariah. Jangka waktu pinjaman dan status pekerjaan merupakan faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kemampuan peminjam dalam mengembalikan pinjaman secara tepat waktu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis data sekunder, dimana data yang digunakan adalah data historis pinjaman di PT Pegadaian Syariah. Variabel yang diamati meliputi jangka waktu pinjaman, status pekerjaan, dan tingkat kelancaran pengembalian kredit. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik regresi statistik untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara variabel-variabel tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jangka waktu pinjaman memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat kelancaran pengembalian kredit. Selain itu, status pekerjaan juga memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat kelancaran pengembalian kredit.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, kompensasi, dan pelatihan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada perum DAMRI cabang lampung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data kuesioner, wawancara, dan observasi dengan sekala liker. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 234 karyawan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik purposive sampling adalah pemilihan sempel yang dilakukan berdasarkan karakteristik atau atribut khusus yang dianggap memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan karakteristik atau atribut populasi yang telah diketahui sebelumnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan, kompensasi, dan pelatihan kerja, secara silmultan berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Hal ini yang ditunjukan oleh nilai F hitung > F tabel (6,990 > 2,74) dan nilai signifikan lebih kecil dari 0,05 yaitu (0,000 < 0,05). Dan Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,241, artinya konstribusi gaya kepemimpinan, kompensasi, dan pelatihan kerja adalah 24,1%. Sedangkan selisihnys (100-24,1% = 75,9%) dijelaskan oleh faktor atau variabel lain yang tidak digunakan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach. The data used in this study is primary data obtained by the researcher from 335 Mandala Finance employees spread throughout Indonesia. The data obtained by the researcher was analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article show that The first hypothesis in this study aims to determine whether Resonant Leadership Style can have a positive relationship and a significant influence on Employee Performance variables. This is because the P-Values ​​in this article are positive and have a value below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.003. These results indicate that Resonant Leadership Style can make employees more obedient, more compliant, company targets and visions can be easily achieved, can make the company stable, and ultimately can improve Employee Performance.. However, the results in this study show even more significant results. The researchers believe this is because the selection of Resonant Leadership Style as an independent variable is different from the five studies above which only used General Leadership Style as an independent variable. In addition, the second hypothesis in this study can also be accepted because the P-Values ​​are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, which is 0.000, which is more significant than direct testing. Based on this, it can be concluded carefully that employee involvement can also help and even strengthen the influence of the Employee Involvement variable on Employee Performance because employees who are increasingly involved in company activities can make employee skills increase so that if this is accompanied by a Resonant Leadership Style, it can make Employee Performance even more significantly increase.

Abstract

KSPPS Fastabiq Khoiro Ummah Tambakromo branch is one of the KSPPS Fastabiq Khoiro Ummah branch offices located in Tambakromo district, Pati district. The aim of this research is to find out whether the variables of service quality and employee performance affect the satisfaction of members of the KPPS Fastabiq Khoiro Ummah Tambakromo branch. The method used is associative because it aims to determine the cause and effect of two or more variables. The sample was obtained from 100 respondents, savings members of the KSPPS Fastabiq Khoiro Ummah, Tambakromo Branch. The questionnaire method is the sampling technique used. Data is processed using reliability tests, validity, multiple liner regression tests, simultaneous tests. From the results of statistical tests there is a positive and significant influence simultaneously on the variables of service quality and employee performance on KSPPS member satisfaction. Fastabiq Khoiro Ummah Tambakromo branch is proven by an Fcount value of 133,016 and a significance level of 0.000 which is smaller than the significance level of 0.05, because Fcount is greater than Ftable which is 2.36. So it can be decided that the hypothesis is accepted which states that there is a significant influence and simultaneous between service quality and employee performance on member satisfaction of KSPPS Fastabiq Khoiro Ummah Tambakromo branch.

Abstract

Pamsimas is a program implemented by the government to help the community in providing drinking water and overcoming difficulties in getting clean water. This research aims to determine the influence of Pamsimas Management on Customer Satisfaction of Community-Based Drinking Water (PAMSIMAS). The Pamsimas program is one of the programs implemented by the Indonesian Government. The aim of this research is to find out about the "Influence of Pamsimas Management on Customer Satisfaction in Gempolrejo Village, Sumberjo Hamlet, Tunjungan District, Blora Regency" to see how the Pamsimas program is in terms of its management, researchers want to know what strategies management uses to overcome water problems during the dry season. and the level of community satisfaction. Researchers use data collection techniques with techniques; interviews, observation, documentation and using qualitative data analysis techniques. Indicators of the success of the Pamsimas program are: Fulfillment of clean water needs every day and a good level of community satisfaction. Research results related to the success and strategy of providing community-based drinking water in Gempolrejo village, Sumberjo hamlet. The program is said to be successful because Porgam's objectives have been achieved, but there are still obstacles in several aspects, such as a lack of water during long dry periods and a lack of community satisfaction. In this case, support from the government and society is really needed.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis  pengaruh laporan audit terhadap kinerja keberlanjutan perusahaan perbankan Indonesia, dengan Management Discussion and Analysis (MD&A) sebagai variabel pemoderasi. Metode kuantitatif diterapkan dengan menggunakan data sekunder dari laporan tahunan, laporan keberlanjutan, dan laporan audit bank-bank yang terdaftar di BEI selama periode 2021-2024, penelitian ini menganalisis 100 observasi dengan teknik regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa laporan audit berkualitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keberlanjutan perusahaan. Temuan utama mengungkap bahwa MD&A berperan sebagai moderator yang signifikan dan memperkuat pengaruh positif laporan audit terhadap keberlanjutan. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi regulator dan praktisi perbankan mengenai perlunya kombinasi audit independen dan pengungkapan MD&A yang transparan untuk meningkatkan praktik keberlanjutan.
