Abstract

Data mining is a process to find the pattern or interesting piece of information in selected data using the technique or certain methods. Techniques, the method or algorithm in data mining varies. In this research, the data mining is used to determine potential students drop out with using logarithm K-means. This system groups students at the Informatics of Engineering at University Islam Kebangsaan Indonesian, A generation 2019 until 2022. Data that are grouped into is the GPA (Grade Point Average) and the number of credits. That is needed by majors at the Informatics of Engineering at University Islam Kebangsaan Indonesian. Results from the system was a student groups critical market drop out. This system is expected to be able to help the way to know more students early critical market drop out and can take action to anticipate it. Keywords: Data Mining, Algorithm K-means, Drop out

Abstract

A Barbershop service provider is a company that provides hair care to the community. Many people are currently doing business in this field, and many business actors are opening Barbershops in a variety of locations, ranging from campuses to office districts to densely populated towns. In Lhokseumawe City, there are 12 Barbershops. The application's benefit is that it can identify the shortest path from the user's location to the selected Barbershop, as well as the Barbershop's location and a brief description of the Barbershops in Lhokseumawe City. Only the system's defined nodes can be used to find the fastest route to the Barbershop. Dijkstra's method was chosen because it works against all current alternative functions and provides the shortest path from all nodes, ensuring that the shortest path is produced optimally. Because the Bellman-Ford algorithm is a variant of the BFS (best-first-search) algorithm, which is also employed in the search for the closest distance when the search for the closest distance has a negative weight, it was chosen. The same results were obtained in picking the route based on the results of the route selection test. However, when the two techniques are compared in terms of program execution time, Dijkstra's algorithm is faster than the Bellman-Ford algorithm.

Abstract

ISPA disease is one of the most common types of disease suffered in Aceh. The method used in this research is fuzzy c means algorithm to cluster the spread of ISPA disease areas in Aceh Utara. The data used is the data on patients with ISPA in 2021 obtained from Cut Meutia General Hospital and Arun Hospital. The attributes used consist of the patient's age, patient's address, patient's gender and the type of ISPA the patient suffered. In this research only focused on 3 types of ISPA, namely Pneumonia, Bronchitis and ISPA. The existing data will then be grouped into 3 clusters, namely low cluster, medium cluster and high cluster. The results of clustering the spread of ISPA in Aceh Utara show that the highest case is in Dewantara District, the medium cluster are Muara Batu, Nisam, Nisam Antara, Sawang, and Tanah Jambo Aye Districts, and the low cluster is Baktiya, Baktiya Barat, Banda Baro, Cot Girek, Geureudong Pase, Kuta Makmur, Langkahan, Lapang, Lhoksukon, Matang Kuli, Meurah Mulia, Nibong, Paya Bakong, Pirak Timu, Samudera, Seunudon, Simpang Keramat, Syamtalira Aron, Syamtalira Bayu, Tanah Luas and Tanah Pasir Districts. With the results of this clustering, it is expected that the provision of drug stocks for ISPA will be prioritized in cluster areas with the highest spread rates.

Abstract

Chatbot merupakan sebuah aplikasi yang terdapat pada rumpun ilmu Natural Language Processing (NLP) berbasis Artificial Intelligence (AI) atau juga dikenal dengan Kecerdasan Buatan yang dapat mensimulasikan sebuah percakapan antar pengguna layaknya melalui aplikasi SMS, situs website, private chatroom, ataupun melalui aplikasi seluler. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kota Lhokseumawe dengan membuat sebuah aplikasi chatbot dengan pemodelan data yang diperoleh dari Pemerintah Kota Lhokseumawe. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan para wisatawan ataupun penduduk setempat dalam mencari informasi terkait dengan Kota Lhokseumawe. Pemodelan data yang dibangun dievaluasi dengan menggunakan algoritma K-Nearest Neighbor. Pemodelan data di dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 600 model data yang dievaluasi sebanyak 400 kali pengujian untuk menemukan model terbaik dalam pengunaan model data dari chatbot yang dibangun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat akurasi pada pengujian ke 400 adalah sebesar 100% dengan loss rate sebesar 0,0352

Abstract

BPS (Badan Pusat Statistik) is a non-ministerial government agency that is directly responsible to the President. The BPS office in Langkat Regency provides statistical data and information needed for sectoral and cross-sectoral planning and development. At the Langkat Regency BPS Office, the assignment letter management and archiving system is still carried out manually, by using a file cabinet. This manual data collection can make it difficult for officers to manage related to archiving letters and preparing reports so that this can hinder the performance of BPS officers. This research aims to overcome these problems by creating an e-archive system that aims to optimize the performance of officers at the Langkat Regency BPS office. The system was built using PHP and MySQL database.

Abstract

Lhokseumawe city is one of the cities in Aceh province which has the second largest population after the city of Banda Aceh. With an area of 181.06 KM2 the population in Lhoseumawe reached 207.2 thousand in 2019. K-medoids on the population density clustering system in the city of Lhokseumawe is an application for clustering population density with very dense, dense and not dense clusters, with total data from 68 villages in the city of Lhokseumawe from 2017 to 2021. This research uses data mining techniques in the data management process using the K-medoids clustering method.

Abstract

Prediksi atau peramalan harga pasar merupakan suatu kegiatan untuk memprediksi harga dari suatu produk yang akan datang menggunakan data histori. Tanaman pangan sendiri adalah semua jenis tanaman yang memiliki kandungan karbohidrat dan juga protein untuk manusia sebagai sumber energi. Variabel yang dipakai pada penelitian ini adalah beras, jagung, dan kedelai. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan metode fuzzy time series (FTS) model chen memiliki kinerja yang sangat akurat yaitu ≤ 10%, dimana dari hasil kajian yang telah ditemukan oleh peneliti mendapatkan nilai ukuran ketepatan peramalan yaitu MAPE selama periode 4 tahun tersebut sebesar 3,46% untuk beras, kemudian untuk 4,36% jagung dan sebesar 4,32% untuk kedelai. Dari penelitan yang memakai metode Fuzzy Time Series model Chen ini penulis dapat menyimpulkan bahwa semakin sedikit data yang digunakan untuk mencari keakuratan nilai prediksinya maka MAPE yang dihasilkan semakin tinggi tingkat erornya.

Abstract

Pada dasarnya setiap perusahaan besar memiliki server yang besar seperti halnya SAP, yang memerlukan pengawasan lebih. Karyawan yang bertugas harus selalu stand-by diruang server tersebut untuk mengantispasi apabila server mengalami down. Tidak hanya itu saja karyawan juga dibebankan dengan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh client. Namun kita juga harus mengakui bahwa karyawan ini juga membutuhkan istirahat dan tidak selalu berada pada tempat kerjanya. Maka dengan memperhatikan keterbatasan kemampuan tersebut diperlukan adanya sebuah teknik tertentu yakni clustering yang dapat melakukan penanganan terhadap server yang bermasalah atau masalah yang dihadapi oleh client secara otomatis. Tujuan dari tulisan ini adalah ingin mengetahui bagaimana teknik clustering mengatasi masalah server/client, dimana penerapan teknik clustering.Kata Kunci : SAP, Clustering, dan Client/Server

Abstract

Traditional Aceh cuisine is a dish cooked by the people of Aceh and marinade formulated by the people of Aceh. Based on the results of interviews with the community around the traditional dishes are often cooked every day such as "kuah plik/ patarana, kuah asam keu-eung, kuah masak puteh, kuah lemak/santan, kuah masak mirah, boh manok U, asam sabee, bileh payeh, asam u, dan urap Aceh".  Nowadays according to the advanced application can help the young mothers who from not able to cook become skilful cooking Aceh cuisine, one of them is from the application of traditional recipe of Aceh-based recipe android so that the young mothers can be assisted in the process of way cooking Aceh cuisine. In implementing the AHP method, the authors use the method on the portion of the cuisine divided into 3 (three) portion division of which the three portion, the seven portions and the 12 portions. We show that results in rankings of the most desirable of the 12th share with the highest ranking value of the calculation are 0.37.

Abstract

This study analyzes and implements the Floyd Warshall algorithm using Z-Score to track alternative routes to areas in Medan City, Indonesia that are prone to mugging. The data was obtained from Porlestabes (Police station) Medan-Indonesia. This study employed the Z-Score rank method to rank specific values and determine the levels of crime-prone areas. The highest and lowest levels of crime-proneness were identified using the Z-Score method, and the Floyd Warshall Algorithm is used to identify alternative routes to avoid such areas. The language used in this study adheres to objective and formal writing principles, with value-neutral and clear terminology employed throughout.  The results of this analysis showed that out of 99 roads across 18 districts, 4.04% of them were classified as very high prone, 9.09% as high prone, 11.11% as prone, and 75.76% as low prone. The search results from conducting alternative route analysis with the Floyd Warshall algorithm on Perintis Kemerdekaan street indicate the identification of the safest routes.
