Abstract

Customer satisfaction is a crucial aspect that is influenced by the quality of service provided. Institutions that offer public services are obligated to deliver efficient, effective, and high-quality services that meet the needs of the public. This requires optimizing all available resources, such as infrastructure, personnel, facilities, and technological systems. However, initial observations suggest that the Family Card service provided by the Department of Population and Civil Registration in Sukabumi Regency does not adhere to the one-day service procedure due to inadequate service officers and impolite staff. The objective of this study is to investigate the correlation between service quality and customer satisfaction using a quantitative method with a descriptive and associative approach. A sample of 100 family card applicants was selected using accidental sampling at the department. The data analysis involved using simple linear regression analysis, including a coefficient of determination test, simple correlation coefficient, and partial test (T-test). The study's results indicate that there is a link between service quality and customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The research was aimed at finding out the implementation of the Mobile JKN BPJS Kesehatan Sukabumi Branch in 2018 – 2021. The method deployed was qualitative method with narrative approach. The techniques of collecting data conducted were observation, interviews, documentation, and audio-visual materials. The results of the research show that the implementation of the Mobile JKN application at BPJS Kesehatan Sukabumi Branch in 2018-2021 less optimal procedures or methods used BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Sukabumi, yet to determine human resources (special, massive, focused) in socializing Mobile JKN application, lacking information for the users as there are people and participants who know and do not know the Mobile JKN application itself which turns out to be influenced by the information obtained about the Mobile JKN application, less up to date as the Mobile JKN platform is still in the old version, and in using the application there are those who are able to use the app independently and those who still have difficulty in using the Mobile JKN application. Supporting and inhibiting factors depend on human resources, system resources and environment, either BPJS Kesehatan itself or the people in general and the participants.

Abstract

A success fluency in an organization is largely determined by individual performance and organizational performance in achieving the goals of the organization. This is where the role of the leader is very important and much needed, leadership led by a reliable leader will help build the organization or agency he leads. To find out the role of the leader in the The Investment Office And One-Stop Integrated Services In Sukabumi City, researchers used the theory of Henry Mintzberg who argued that there were three main roles played by every leader regardless of the hierarchical location, namely The Interpersonal Role, The Informational Role, and The Decisional Role. The research method used is a qualitative research method, data collection techniques used include observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research show that each role fulfills the criteria of being e leader, capable of playing a role in directing and motivating employees, capable of playing a role in providing information and being a source of information, and capable of playing in important role in terms of decision making.

Abstract

The research was aimed at finding out the implementation of the Jamsostek Mobile (JMO) service at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Sukabumi Branch. The research method used is qualitative method with a narrative approach. The determination of informants using snowball sampling techniques with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. This research uses policy implementation theory according to Jones (1996). The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Jamsostek Mobile service in submitting Old Age Insurance claims at BPJS Employment Sukabumi Branch has gone quite well in terms of the organization. However, the interpretation has not been maximized, because the understanding of implementors is not evenly distributed and socialization activities have not reached the expected target, it can be seen from that there are still many companies and participants who have not been educated. Then in its application has not run optimally, because there are still many people and participants who cannot use the Jamsostek Mobile service independently. BPJS Employment Sukabumi Branch should be able to optimize new ways or methods by packaging more interesting information in the interpretation and application of Jamsostek Mobile services, so that it can be understood by every company, community and participants equally. Abstract

This study aims to find out how the implementation is implemented and find out what are the obstacles in the policy of procuring Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) for honorary teachers in Sukabumi City. In order to approach this problem, the theoretical references of Donald S. Van Metter & Carl E. Van Horn are used, using 6 variables including a) Executor's size and objectives, b) Resources, c) Relationships between organizations, d) Characteristics of implementing organizations, e ) Social, political and economic conditions, f) Disposition of the executors. The data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation were analyzed qualitatively. The results of this study indicate that the implementation in Sukabumi City is running effectively and has no significant obstacles, the implementation of PPPK procurement policies in Sukabumi City has involved various parties who pay attention to the relevant parties, optimizing existing resources, maintaining inter-organizational relations, prioritizing the character of implementing organizations, conditions social, political, and economic, as well as maintaining the disposition of the executors.

Abstract

Starting in 2017, the Indonesian education world implemented a zoning policy in the acceptance of new students (PPDB). The zoning system is a system for accepting new students by applying zones or distances between the residence of prospective students and the school as the main point in accepting new students. In the implementation of the Peraturan Gubernur Jawa Barat Nomor 29 Tahun 2021 on Technical Guidelines for Accepting New Students in Senior High Schools, Vocational High Schools, and Special Schools, there are still many pros and cons in its implementation in schools. The purpose of this study is to find out the implementation of the zoning policy in the acceptance of new students in senior high schools in the city of Sukabumi. The unit of analysis that will be studied is the Branch of Regional Office V of Sukabumi City. Data collection is done using observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is done qualitatively. The results show that the implementation of the PPDB policy with the zoning system according to the communication dimension in its implementation can be said to be good. Although there are still obstacles and constraints in the form of information misunderstandings in the field, overall it is optimal.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out about the evaluation of the ban on alcoholic beverages in Sukabumi City in 2022. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a case study approach. The techniques used in collecting data include observation, interviews, documentation, audio-visual material. The results of the study indicate that the policy objectives have been achieved but there are still those who violate them so that the policy objectives have not been achieved, there are obstacles in the implementation of the prohibition of alcoholic beverages, the implementation has not been responded to as a whole so that the involvement of all parties is needed, lack of budget and vehicle infrastructure for related agencies,

Abstract

This study aims to determine the management of the Sukabumi Regency Tourism Office in the function of supervising the development of The Situ Gunung Suspension Bridge tourist area in the implementation of tourism implementation in Sukabumi Regency carried out by the Sukabumi Regency Regional Government through the Tourism Office has been regulated in the Peraturan Bupati Sukabumi Nomor 105 Tahun 2018 concerning the organizational structure and, communities and people around the area. Research using Terry and Rue theory (2019). The research method uses descriptive method with qualitative approach. Data collection using observation techniques, interviews, documentation, and combined/triangulation. Validation data using triangulation techniques and data analysis using data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study show that the supervisory function carried out by the department in the development of The Situ Gunung Suspension Bridge tourist destination area is running well looking at the theoretical dimensions of Planning, Organizing, Staffing, Motivating, and Controlling according to Terry and Rue (2019).

Abstract

The Integrated Rapid Treatment System for ODGJ (SICEPOT) is a program created by the Tipar Health Center with the aim of reducing the number of ODGJ in the UPTD area of the Tipar Health Center. This study aims to provide easy health services to increase awareness, families of people with ODGJ and care for their family members regularly so they can live more independently. This study aims to find out how the effectiveness of the SICEPOT program is. In measuring this effectiveness, this research uses Duncan's theory (in Streers, 2020: 53). There are 3 criteria that are measured in Effectiveness according to Duncan (in Streers 2020: 53), namely: 1. Goal Achievement, 2. Integrity, 3. Adaptation. The research method used in this research is qualitative. The results of this study have not been said to be effective because the Tipar Health Center in practice still does not meet the 3-dimensional criteria

Abstract

This research is entitled "Capability of the Department of Manpower and Transmigration in Reducing Unemployment in Sukabumi Regency". This study aims to determine the capability of the Manpower and Transmigration Office in reducing unemployment in Sukabumi District. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The theory used in this study uses Kumalasari's theory (2014: 48) there are 4 dimensions of institutional, human resources, financial and technical. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews and documentation studies. The informants in this study were employees of the Sukabumi Regency Manpower and Transmigration Office. The results in this study indicate that the Sukabumi Regency Manpower and Transmigration Office has not been said to be capable in the program to reduce the number of unemployed in Sukabumi Regency. Of the four indicators used, there are two indicators that have not been carried out optimally, namely the human resources indicator, financial indicators.
