Abstract

Self-help Housing Stimulant Assistance or abbreviated as BSRS, is an uninhabitable housing assistance program organized by the Office of Public Works and Spatial Planning throughout Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to find out the Management of the Self-Help Home Stimulant Assistance Strategy (BSRS) at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Sukabumi City 2020-2022. The research began with the discovery of problems, one of which was that the BSRS target had not been able to achieve targets such as the Medium Term Development Plan (RPJMD) and that there were eligible beneficiaries but had not been registered in the Integrated Social Welfare Data (DTKS). The theory used in this research is strategic management theory put forward by L. Wheleen, et al (2015: 48). The method used in this study is qualitative with a descriptive approach, and data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the method or method used by the Public Works and Spatial Planning (DPUTR) Sukabumi City Office of Public Works and Spatial Planning (DPUTR) has not been optimal, such as socializing the BSRS program that has not been evenly distributed, there are people or prospective beneficiaries who know and do not know the BSRS program. influenced by the information he got, did not have a special procedure regarding the BSRS made by the Sukabumi City DPUTR. But in terms of structure and implementation it has been implemented.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to obtain further information about the implementation of the community service satisfaction system program in Baros District, Sukabumi City. In this research, a qualitative research methodology with a descriptive approach was used, and a purposive sampling strategy was used to identify 5 informants. For this research, researchers used interview techniques, observation methods, and documentation. Researchers also use triangulation of methods and sources to carry out the data validation process. The results of this study show that the effectiveness of the SIKAP program in Baros District, Sukabumi City, assessed from three accuracy indicators based on Duncan's theory (in Steers, 2020: 53) has not worked well, because there are still many people who do not understand how to use the application, apart from that In the implementation of socialization by internal and external parties, it has been running but is still not sustainable, which means that the public still does not understand the benefits and objectives of the Attitude program, then the facilities and infrastructure that support the implementation of this program still have many deficiencies, especially in the appearance of the Attitude program application.

Abstract

A smart village concept can be used as a solution to overcome various problems that occur in the administration of village governance. The purpose of this research is to build a smart village system and find out the benefits of this system. The type of research in this research is descriptive qualitative and the data collection method used in this research is interviews and field observations. From interviews and field observations, demographic data and village economic potential were obtained. The result of this research is the establishment of a smart village model system to improve service quality. Several village problems have been resolved by the Berekah village government, namely up-to-date village demographic data, community economic potential, and other types of services. With this smart village application, the community is well served, without having to wait in long and long queues. The novelty of this smart village model is that it is easy for the community to make population files and other services, as well as demographic data and community economic potential that can be developed.

Abstract

Dinas Pengendalian Keluarga Berencana Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak (DP2KBP3A) Kota Sukabumi menyikapi adanya kenaikan jumlah korban kekerasan pada anak. Untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi DP2KBP3A dalam upaya mencegah kekerasan pada anak di Kota Sukabumi, peneliti menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan tipe data kualitatif. Hasil temuan yang didapatkan berdasarakan lima indikator. Pertama tujuan, DP2KBP3A memiliki tujuan yakni menekankan angka kekerasan pada anak. Kedua lingkungan, dukungan sosial, solidaritas dan ketidakdiaman terhadap kekerasan pada anak sangat diperlukan untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang aman. Ketiga pengarahan, regulasi yang telah dibuat dan anggaran serta sarana dan prasarana yang ada belum optimal seperti belum tersedianya rumah aman bagi korban, selain itu partisipasi masyarakat terhadap pencegahan kekerasan pada anak  masih kurang. Keempat tindakan, dalam upaya pencegahan kekerasan terhadap anak masih belum menyeluruh hanya menjangkau beberapa pihak saja seperti kepala sekolah dan beberapa sekolah yang mengajukan permohonan sosialisasi tersebut. Terakhir pembelajaran, bahwa masyarakat masih belum paham dan mengetahui arti kekerasan.

Abstract

Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga adalah salah satu isu yang mempengaruhi kesehatan masyarakat yang terjadi di dunia. Kekerasan dalam rumah tangga yang seharusnya menjadi isu pribadi, tetapi kini masalah itu menjadi isu publik. Jumlah kasus kekerasan dalam rumah tangga yang terjadi di berbagai wilayah Kota Sukabumi mengalami peningkatan setiap tahunnya. Fenomena masalah yang di temukan yaitu kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat tentang bentuk kekerasan dalam rumah tangga serta dampaknya dan masih minimnya pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai langkah hukum dalam melaporkan kasus KDRT. Sehingga Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk Keluarga Berencana Pemeberdayaan Perempuan Perlindungan Anak (DP2KBP3A) melalui bidang Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Anak mengedukasi masyarakat tentang kekerasan terhadap perempuan dan anak dengan melalui program sosialisasi. Dalam melaksanakan penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pendekatan ini dipilih karena memberikan ruang untuk mendapatkan pemahaman mendalam mengenai Program Sosialisasi Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk Keluarga Berencana Pemeberdayaan Perempuan Perlindungan Anak (DP2KBP3A) Kota Sukabumi dalam Pencegahan Tindak Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga (KDRT). Upaya pencegahan dan penanganan kasus kekerasan terhadap perempuan dan anak di Kota Sukabumi merupakan sebuah tantangan yang kompleks, sehingga di perlukan keseriusan dalam pencegahan tersebut melalui program sosialisasi. Kata kunci: Program, sosialisai, KDRT

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the Smart Card program carried out by the Sukabumi City Education and Culture Office. This research uses qualitative research methods with a case study approach consisting of 5 informants who are divided into two groups of program implementer informants and target program implementer informants, data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation techniques, then data analysis using a flow model, and data validation using source triangulation and technical triangulation. This research uses Duncan's theory of effectiveness in Steers (53: 1985). The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Smart Card program is right on target, because it is in accordance with the original objectives made, namely for students who are lacking in economic terms and are not registered as KIP recipients. Achieving this goal makes students who experience economic limitations still able to go to school because getting an education is a right in accordance with the 1945 basic law. The integrity of this Smart Card program is where the Sukabumi City Education and Culture Office is optimal in conducting socialization to junior high schools in Sukabumi City and then the school also conducts socialization to student guardians and students who are the target of the smart card program, and the communication process from the school to the Sukabumi City local government is well established so that it can implement this program every year. In the process of planning this smart card, where the identification to the implementation of the distribution of Smart Cards is in accordance with the objectives and implementation and technical guidelines of the program.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the zero new stunting program in Sukabumi City. The method used in this study was a quantitative research method with a descriptive approach. The population in this study were mothers who have toddlers in Sukabumi City, with a total of 100 samples. In this study, researchers used data collection techniques of observation, questionnaires/questionnaires, and literature study. In this study using a Likert scale measurement, with a Likert scale, the variables to be measured are translated into variable indicators. The results of this study indicate that the dimensions of achieving the goals of the zero new stunting program in Sukabumi City obtained a result of 75.8%. The integration of Sukabumi City Government in implementing the zero new stunting program in Sukabumi City obtained a result of 75.13%. And the success rate of adaptation of the zero new stunting program in Sukabumi City was 76.28%.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the implementation is implemented and find out what are the obstacles in the policy of procuring Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) for honorary teachers in Sukabumi City. In order to approach this problem, the theoretical references of Donald S. Van Metter & Carl E. Van Horn are used, using 6 variables including a) Executor's size and objectives, b) Resources, c) Relationships between organizations, d) Characteristics of implementing organizations, e ) Social, political and economic conditions, f) Disposition of the executors. The data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation were analyzed qualitatively. The results of this study indicate that the implementation in Sukabumi City is running effectively and has no significant obstacles, the implementation of PPPK procurement policies in Sukabumi City has involved various parties who pay attention to the relevant parties, optimizing existing resources, maintaining inter-organizational relations, prioritizing the character of implementing organizations, conditions social, political, and economic, as well as maintaining the disposition of the executors.

Abstract

Zakat Produktif merupakan pemberian modal usaha melalui dana bergulir kepada mustahik, dan dana yang diberikan adalah hak mustahik. Tugas Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Kabupaten Sukabumi yaitu memberikan pendampingan melalui pola Bina Ruhiyah dan Bina Rupiah agar dana tersebut digunakan sebagaimana mestinya karena program ini berjangka panjang yaitu selama 40 pekan.Tujuan dari Zakat Produktif yaitu mengentaskan kemiskinan dan meningkatkan nilai keimanan dan ketaqwaan para peserta untuk berzakat dan berinfaq dengan pola pendampingan yaitu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan menggunakan triangulasi sumber, teknik dan waktu, agar penelitian ini dapat hasil yang akurat. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui efektivitas kebijakan produktif yang ada di BAZNAS Kabupaten Sukabumi. Dalam penelitian ini diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa masih banyak masyarakat yang kurang mampu di Kabupaten Sukabumi yang tidak mengikuti Program ini serta banyaknya para pendamping program yang statusnya sudah nonaktif sehingga menghambat pengimplementasian dari kebijakan zakat produktif ini.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the performance of the Cimanggis Village Government in managing the Tuesday Market in Cimanggis Village, Cicantayan Sub-district, Sukabumi Regency in 2023-2024, using Dunn's policy evaluation model which includes dimensions of effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness, and accuracy. This research used a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, where data was collected through in-depth interviews with various informants involved in market management, both from elements of the village government, market managers, traders, and buyers. The results showed that the management of the Tuesday Market has provided tangible benefits to the community, especially in terms of ease of access and affordability of basic needs. However, there are still weaknesses in the aspects of policy responsiveness and accuracy, such as the non-optimal provision of formal communication channels, the lack of periodic evaluation, and the need for innovation to face digital competition. Therefore, improvements in management and market management strategies are needed in order to respond to the challenges and needs of the community in a sustainable manner.
