Abstract

Pelayanan kefarmasian merupakan salah satu unsur yang penting dalam pelayanan kefarmasian karena diperlukan dalam sebagian besar upaya kesehatan untuk menghilangkan gejala dari suatu penyakit, mencegah penyakit, serta dapat menyembuhkan penyakit. Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian merupakan tolak ukur yang digunakan sebagai pedoman bagi tenaga kefarmasian dalam menyelenggarakan pelayanan kefarmasian. Terpenuhinya standar dalam pelayanan kefarmasian diharapkan dapat memenuhi harapan dari pasien, yang biasa disebut dengan kepuasan pasien. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan kefarmasian di Puskesmas Pekauman Banjarmasin. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan metode penelitian consecutive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 372 responden yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi, responden peneltian ini merupakan pasien yang menerima pelayanan kefarmasian di Puskesmas Pekauman Banjarmasin. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada tanggal 25 April – 13 Mei 2016 dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian tingkat kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan kefarmasian di Puskesmas Pekauman Banjarmasin menujukkan secara keselurahan nilai rata – rata tingkat kepuasan pasien yaitu 68,03% yang berarti pasien merasa puas terhadap pelayanan kefarmasian yang diberikan

Abstract

Behavior lack of physical activity can lead to failure to achieve the goal of therapy in hypertensive patients. The study aims to determine the effect of brief counseling-5A toward physical activity in hypertensive patients in hospital outpatient Moch. Ansari H. Saleh Banjarmasin. Quasi-experimental study using two group pretest and posttest with prospective data collection. Subjects who met the inclusion criteria a number of 68 patients into two groups: 34 patients and 34 intervention patients did not intervene. Exclusion criteria were patients with the condition of pregnancy, deaf and was not present at the next visit. The collection of data through interviews and questionnaires International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ). The results showed the treatment group experienced significant changes, the average value of Δ1 increases = 243.60 ± 1237.68 and p = 0.00, which Δ2 = 90.42 ± 319.95 and p = 0.31. It was concluded that brief counseling-5A can positively change the behavior of the patient in physical activity in the treatment group.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus is a metabolic symptom caused by an increase in blood glucose due to impaired insulin secretion, insulin resistance, or both. Blood glucose levels above the normal limit have an influence on the quality of life of diabetes mellitus patients. The study was conducted with a cross sectional design. Data collection was carried out prospectively during the period from May to June 2022. The sample in this study was patients with diabetes mellitus in one of the primary health care centers in Banjarmasin City. Quality of life data was collected using the EQ-5D questionnaire, while blood glucose levels data was obtained from medical record patient. A total of 75 samples participated in this study. The results showed that the mean fasting blood sugar level was 162,95 mg/dL. The mean value of the sample's quality of life score based on the EQ-5D index was 0,739. There is a significant correlation between blood glucose levels and the quality of life of patients with diabetes mellitus. The results of the correlation indicated that the lower the blood glucose level of patients with diabetes mellitus, the higher their quality of life.

Abstract

Based on Riskesdas data (2018), the prevalence of hypertension in South Kalimantan was 10.81% or higher in 2020 compared to the national average of 8.8%. High blood pressure can increase the risk of cardiovascular disease when combined with risk factors like obesity, bad eating habits, smoking, and a sedentary lifestyle. A strategy that incorporates the pharmacist's reminders and motivation through the use of short messaging services (SMS) and modified brief counseling is required to help patients behave better when taking drugs in order to achieve therapeutic success. The purpose of the study is to determine how both interventions affected the drug use of street hypertensive patients at X Hospital Banjarmasin. With a Randomized Pre-test – Post-test Control Group Design, the study project is an experimental quota. The prospective data collection was done on road nursing patients. 34 patients (or 50% of the total) were assigned to the treatment group, and 34 individuals (or 50% of the total) were assigned to the control group, after meeting the inclusion criteria of 68 hypertensive patients. Drug-related behavior questionnaires and interviews were used to gather data. Pharmacists who administered both of these programs found that the treatment group's drug behavior score increased significantly (p<0,05).

Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus (DM) merupakan penyakit metabolik kronis dengan karakteristik hiperglikemia. Pengobatan membutuhkan waktu lama, kepatuhan minum obat menjadi faktor yang sangat penting. Belum banyak penelitian yang menguji hubungan antara tingkat kepatuhan minum obat pasien diabetes mellitus tipe 2 dengan karakteristik pasien. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran karakteristik, kepatuhan minum obat, dan menguji hubungan antara karteristik dengan tingkat kepatuhan minum obat pasien diabetes mellitus tipe 2 di Puskesmas S. Parman Banjarmasin.Penelitian ini adalah penelitian observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampling dilakukan dengan consecutive sampling. Pengambilan sampelsampai periode penelitian yang telah ditetapkan. Didapat sejumlah 76 pasien. Karakteristik pasien diolah dengan statistik deskriptif..Kepatuhan minum obat diukur dengan metode pill count. Hubungan antar variabel diuji dengan spearman test.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan karekteristik pasien yang dominan adalah jenis kelamin perempuan 51 (67,1%), usia 46-55 tahun 40 (52,6%), pendidikan SMA 34 (44,7%), pekerjaan ibu rumah tangga 33 (43,4%), lama menderita >5 tahun 28(36,8%), jumlah obat 1 jenis obat 51 (67,1%), dan tanpa komorbid 41 (53,9%). Kepatuhan minum patuh 54 (71,1%) dan tidak patuh 22 (28,9%). Adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara karakteristik jenis kelamin (p=0,022) dan usia pasien(p=0,025) dengan kepatuhan minum obat.Kesimpulan Karakteristik jenis kelamin dan usia pasien memiliki hubungan terhadap kepatuhan minum obat pasien diabetes melitus tipe 2 di Puskesmas S. Parman Banjarmasin

Abstract

Diabetes melitus (DM) merupakan suatu kelompok penyakit metabolik dengan karakteristik hiperglikemia akibat gangguan pada sekresi insulin, kerja insulin atau keduanya. Pengelolaan DM membutuhkan terapi obat jangka panjang. Ketidakpatuhan dalam pengobatan pasien DM dapat berdampak pada kadar gula darah yang tidak terkontrol. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat korelasi antara kepatuhan pengobatan dengan kadar gula darah pasien DM tipe 2 di Puskesmas Awayan Kabupaten Balangan. Desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu observasional cross sectional dengan pengumpulan data secara prospektif. Data dikumpulkan dari pasien DM di Puskesmas Awayan Kabupaten Balangan pada periode bulan Juni-Juli 2024, dengan total sampel sebanyak 47 pasien yang diambil dengan teknik consecutive sampling. Tingkat kepatuhan pengambilan obat ulang oleh pasien diukur menggunakan kuesioner Adherence to Refills and Medications Scale (ARMS), sementara data kadar glukosa darah diperoleh dari hasil pengukuran tenaga kesehatan di Puskesmas Awayan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji korelasi Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan skor rata-rata kepatuhan pengobatan pasien DM 12,78 ± 1,06, sedangkan rata-rata kadar glukosa darah pasien sebesar 216,76 ± 52,11 mg/dL. Hasil uji korelasi antara kepatuhan dengan kadar glukosa darah memperoleh nilai 0,101 (p>0,05). Penelitian ini dapat menunjukkan bahwa kepatuhan pengobatan tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan kadar glukosa darah pasien DM di Puskesmas Awayan Balangan.

Abstract

Diabetes melitus is one ofthe metabolic disorders with characteristic hyperglycemia that occurs due to abnormal insulin secretion, insulin resistance or both. The non adherence patients of taking antidiabetic drugs are the main factors that could cause high blood glucose levels, so it is necessary an intervention to achievedoutcome therapy desired. Giving of short message service reminder intervention in diabetes mellitus patients was expected to improved the medication adherence and achieved normal blood glucose levels.This study was conducted to determine the effect of a short message service reminder on medication adherence of ambulatory diabetes melitus patients in Ulin General Hospital Banjarmasin.This study was conducted with quasi-experimental design,the data were taken prospectively during May to June, 2014. The subjects were ambulatory diabetes melitus patients in Ulin General Hospital Banjarmasin who had received oral antidiabetic drugs. Subject who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were 39 patients and had given an intervention for seven days. The data collected by interviews and pill counting on filling sheet. The blood glucose levels data was taken from their medical records.The result showed that giving of a short message service reminder intervention improve patient adherence (p<0,05). Fasting blood glucose level and blood glucose level two hours post prandial have decreased significantly (p<0,05). There were correlation between the patient adherence and the decreasing in fasting blood glucose levels (p=0,050; r=0,316) and blood glucose two hours post prandial levels (p=0,010; r=0,040).Based on these result, it can be concluded that the giving of short message service reminder in diabetes melitus patientshas been improved patient adherence.

Abstract

Hypertension is a condition of systolic blood pressure >140 mmHg and diastolic > 90 mmHg persistenly. Hypertension is as one of major risk factors for cardiovascular disease, kidney failure, and stroke. The prevalence of hypertension in South borneo is 30.8 %. The behavior is a key factor that inhibited blood pressure control that requires intervention to change patient behavior. The aim of this study were to investigate the influence of  pharmacists educational leaflet of hypertension and treatment given to behavior and blood pressure patient of ambulatory hypertension patients at Internal Disease Policlinic Dr. H. Moch Ansari Saleh Banjarmasin hospital. The study was conducted with quasi-experimental design. The ambulatory hypertension patients data were collected prospectively during the period of April until mei 2015. This study involved 45 patients who included in the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data collection was conducted by to assess the level of the patient’s behavior questionnaires and the blood pressure data were taken from their medical record. The results showed that giving educational leaflet of hypertension and treatment could increased knowledge, attitude, and practice significantly (p<0,05). The average of knowledge and attitude scores in pre measurement 2,60 ± 0,71, 2,44 ± 0,65 increased in post measurement 2,95 ± 0,20, 2,77 ± 0,51 were statistically different p=0,00. The average of practice scores in pre measurement 2,15 ± 0,85 increased in post measurement 2,48 ± 0,75 were statistically different p=0,03. The systolic and diastolic blood pressure also decreased with an average reduction of 14,44 ± 9,18 mmHg for systolic and diastolic was 9,55 ± 10,21 mmHg. Over all it can be conculed that the giving educational leaflet of pharmacist can improve patient behavior. Furthermore, it can decrease the blood pressure (p<0,05).

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus is a chronic disease characterized by hyperglycemia and glucose intolerance. Patients with DM in Indonesia ranks 4th largest with a prevalence of 8.6 % of the total population. Patient compliance in the treatment greatly affect the success of the therapy. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of adherence before and after administration of short message reminders, as well as knowing the adherence changes that occur in patients with type 2 diabetes at the Puskesmas Melati Kabupaten Kapuas. This esearch was conducted by quasi experimental design, with prospective data collection during the period from May to June 2016. The intervention was giving short message service reminder. Subjects who met the inclusion criteria as many as 15 patients. The primary data collection is done by filling the questionnaire adherence MMAS and secondary data obtained from medical observation sheet. The results showed that in the pre intervention average value (mean) adherence by 5.8 or are in the low adherence rate, in post intervention average value of 7.4 or adherence are moderate adherence rates, with the rate of change (Δ) adherence towards better at 1.6. It can be concluded that the adherence were lower before than after giving short message service reminder. There was improvement in the adherence to taking medicine after giving short message service reminder. The giving short message service reminder increased the adherence to take medicine effectively

Abstract

Hypertension is one of the main factors of coronary heart disease and stroke. The prevalence of hypertension in South Kalimantan Province occupied a second prevalence of 30,8%. Hypertension is a chronic disease that requires long-term treatment. Furthermore, long-term treatment of anti-hypertension patients also have the possibility of side effects that also affect the quality of life of patients. Uncontrolled blood pressure can aggravate the incidence of hypertension and develop into a more dangerous disease that affects the quality of life of patients. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of blood pressure and quality of life of outpatient hypertensive patients at RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin. This research was conducted by using survey method. Sampling was done by consecutive sampling method. Samples meeting the inclusion criteria were 61 patients. The sample inclusion criteria were outpatients ages 18-65 with hypertension diagnoses, and were willing to follow the study. Exclusion criteria were patients with uncooperative, illiterate and deaf conditions. Data collection was done by interviewing and filling out the EQ-5D questionnaire. Blood pressure data were taken from medical records. The data of the research are presented in descriptive form. Based on this research can be concluded that the value of systolic blood pressure and diastolic mean of research sample is 153,82 ± 17,62 and 86,16 ± 10,52 mmHg. The study sample was dominated by patients with level II hypertension (52,5%). Furthermore the quality of life of the average sample was dominated by the category of poor quality of life (73,8%).
