Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the efficiency of inorganic fertilizer utilization through the use of bokashi from Gliricidia sepium on large hybrid chili plants and its effects on the physical and chemical properties of the soil as well as plant growth and productivity. This study was conducted in Pakkabba Village, North Galesong District, Takalar Regency, and soil, bokashi, and leaf tissue analysis was carried out at the Soil Laboratory of the Agricultural Assessment and Technology Center (BPTP) Maros. This research was conducted using a Randomized Block Design with 8 treatments: 100% inorganic fertilizer (ZA 650, Urea 250, SP36 500, and KCl 450 kg.ha-1); 90% inorganic fertilizer + Bokashi of Gliricidia sepium 5 t.ha-1; 80% inorganic fertilizer + Bokashi of Gliricidia sepium 10 t.ha-1;  70% inorganic fertilizer + Bokashi of Gliricidia sepium 15 t.ha-1; 60% inorganic fertilizer + Bokashi of Gliricidia sepium 20 t.ha-1; 50% inorganic fertilizer + Bokashi of Gliricidia sepium 25 t.ha-1; Without inorganic fertilizer + Bokashi Gliricidia sepium 30 t.ha-1. The results showed that the application of Gliricidia sepium bokashi did not have a significant effect on the level of soil porosity. The application of Gliricidia sepium bokashi increased the residue of N, P, K soil, C-organic, CEC, and soil pH at the end of the study. Inorganic fertilizer 70% of the recommended dose + 15 t.ha-1 Gliricidia sepium bokashi provided significantly better hybrid large chili productivity compared to other treatments, namely 22.11 t.ha-1. Gliricidia sepium bokashi 30 t.ha-1 without inorganic fertilizer produced chili productivity that was no different from the treatment of 100% inorganic fertilizer. These results indicate that the use of 30 t.ha-1 Gliricidia sepium bokashi can save 100% of inorganic fertilizer (650 kg ZA, 250 kg urea, 500 kg SP-36, and 450 kg KCl) in large chili plantings so that the use of 30 t.ha-1 Gliricidia sepium bokashi without inorganic fertilizer can be an alternative for organic cultivation of hybrid large chili plants.

Abstract

Phosphorus (P) is a very important macronutrient for plant growth and development. Plants cannot fully absorb phosphate in the soil, only 25% can be absorbed by plants while Al binds 75% in the soil. Plants absorb P from the soil in the form of phosphate ions, especially in the form of H2PO4- and HPO42- which are present in soil solutions. H2PO4 ion is more common in acidic soils, while higher pH (> 7) forms HPO42- is more dominant. The lack of P dissolved in the soil causes the plant to get P intake from other sources such as fertilizers. Efforts to increase the efficiency of Phosphate dissolution, currently the use of Phosphate solubilizing microbes have begun to be developed. This study aims to determine the number of isolated bacterial colonies, the ability of phosphate-solubilizing bacteria, and the levels of P-available before and after giving phosphate-solubilizing bacterial isolates. This research was conducted at the Laboratory of Plant Pests and Diseases and in the Laboratory of Soil and Environmental Conservation, Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Muslim Indonesian, Makassar, Indonesia, from November to December 2020. The materials used in this study were HVS paper, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, labels, rubber, Pikovskaya media, sterile distilled water, plastic, cotton, tissue, 70% alcohol, rubbing alcohol, NA (Natrium Agar) media, soil samples from the vegetative and generative phases of rice rhizosphere from Tebba Village, Salomekko District, Bone Regency. This research method is a qualitative exploratory research based on data analysis. The results of this study indicated that the vegetative phase 3 rice isolates with 10-5 dilution had the highest number of colonies, namely 9,200,000 CFU /ml. Plant generative phase 3 rice isolate at 10-5 dilution had the highest average phosphate solubility with an IPF value of 5.56. Plant generative phase 3 rice isolate had the highest average P-available before and after the addition of Phosphate Solubilizing Bacteria isolates, namely 3.83 ppm, and after the addition of Phosphate Solubilizing Bacteria isolates increased to 9.58 ppm.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the response of corn plants to the second cob pruning treatment and liquid complementary fertilizer (LCF) spraying on the Growth and Production of Waxy Corn Plants (Zea mays ceratina L.). This study was conducted at the Experimental Garden of Pabentengan Bajeng Village, Gowa Regency, South Sulawesi, from September to December 2018. The materials used in this study were local waxy corn seeds, liquid complementary fertilizer (Bram Evolution) urea and NPK fertilizer. The Split Plot Design method was used. The main plot is without pruning and with pruning, while the sub-plot is Spraying Liquid Complementary Fertilizer (LCF) consisting of 4 levels, namely without LCF spraying, spraying with a concentration of 10 mL/L water, 20 mL/L water, and 30 mL/L water, 8 treatment combinations repeated 3 times to obtain 24 experimental units. The results of this study indicate that pruning the second cob increases the dry weight of the plant, seed weight per plant, seed weight per plot, and seed weight per hectare. LCF spraying and the interaction between pruning and LCF spraying treatments did not affect the observed parameters

Abstract

In the modern era, transportation for online vehicle rental has become a necessity in daily activities. However, many people still struggle to find and rent two-wheeled motorized vehicles. To address this, an Android-based application can be created using the Boyer Moore method. This application will make renting two-wheeled motorized vehicles easier and more convenient. It will provide various sorting features such as type, brand, and rental price, allowing tenants to choose the vehicle they want. By connecting the application to the internet, it will also benefit vehicle rental service providers by reaching a wider range of customers and helping people carry out their daily activities more efficiently. Ultimately, this will contribute to Indonesia's economic turnover.

Abstract

Waxy corn (Zea mays L. var. ceratina) is one type of corn that is popular because of its delicious, soft, and chewy characteristics, both in young and old seed processing. The obstacle that often arises in increasing production in the field is the availability of nitrogen-containing fertilizers such as urea, which are often rare and expensive. Reducing the nitrogen dose is attempted by only relying on NPK base fertilizer. The provision of a minimum dose of NPK base fertilizer (200 kg/ha) was studied in this study. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of nitrogen adequacy doses on the growth and production of waxy corn plants. This research was conducted at the Greenhouse of the Faculty of Agriculture, UMI Makassar, South Sulawesi Province. This research was designed in the form of a 2-factor factorial Randomized Block Design. Factor I consisted of Putra Baru 1, Putra Baru 2, and Arumba varieties, and factor II was urea fertilization at a dose of 100 kg/ha and without urea (control). Observations of growth and production components were observed when the plants were 100 HST old. The results showed that plant height and cob diameter had no significant effect. The weight of cobs per plant of the Putra Baru 1 and Putra Baru 2 varieties is higher than that of the Arumba variety. Urea fertilization of 100 kg/ha has a good effect on cob weight. There is no interaction between varieties and urea fertilization. An additional dose of 100 kg/ha of urea is needed if using a minimum NPK base fertilizer (200 kg/ha) to increase production

Abstract

This study aims to explore strategies that can strengthen the core skills of future teachers of Islamic religious education through the Field Teacher Training Program (PLPK) at STAI Sirojul Falah. In the context of the ever-changing dynamics of education, the presence of strong pedagogical skills is essential for future teachers. This study used a qualitative method with downsizing data collection, data reporting, and interview insights to examine students' experiences during PLPK, as well as challenges they faced such as lack of direct experience and difficulties in managing the classroom. Interviews with students and supervisors have shown that thorough preparation and good support are key to increasing their competence. This study also found that the integration of theory and practice into the learning process is an important factor in the development of basic skills. In addition, character education is considered very important in the interaction between future teachers and students. The results of this study are expected to serve as recommendations for the development of educational programs at STAI Sirojul Falah and provide useful insights into future education policies. The results of the study show that PLPK contributes to the readiness of future teachers to solve problems in this area, as well as supports them in becoming competent and professional teachers.

Abstract

Moral education is an important aspect in educational purpose. It is related to the increasing and varied phenomenon of moral decadence that occurs in our society and in government circles. Moral education is the right answer to these problems and Islamic boarding schools are a place for Islamic religious education, especially to build a good character and moral values in children. In Islamic teachings, moral education is a process of shaping good morals, personality and character, who is responsible for the tasks that Allah has given in order to carry out His commands and obey His prohibitions. In this study the authors conducted a study at a boarding school located in Cibinong, Kab. Bogor which named Tazkiyatunnufus Islamic boarding school. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of moral education for students at the Tazkiyatunnufus Islamic boarding school and to understand the various processes of implementing moral education in the Tazkiyatunnufus Islamic boarding school. The method used in this research is a qualitative method of the type of field study (field study). The process of implementing moral education at the Tazkiyatunnufus Islamic boarding school uses a variety of methods, namely through diniyah, story telling, muthola’ah, giving good examples, and through reward and punishment. Abstract

Abstract

In the world of education the meaning of "competence" is then translated as a set of knowledge, skills and behaviors that must be possessed, internalized and controlled by a teacher or lecturer in carrying out professional duties. Competence can also be interpreted as knowledge, skills and basic values ​​that are reflected in the habits of thinking and acting. Thus, the competencies possessed by each teacher will show the true quality of teachers. In law number 14 of 2005 concerning teachers and lecturers it is stated that teachers are professional educators with the main task of educating, teaching, guiding, directing, training, assessing and evaluating. students in early childhood education, formal education, primary and secondary education. Teachers as professional educators must have abilities that are not possessed by other professional positions related to what competencies are possessed by teachers. A teacher is required to have academic qualifications, competencies, and educator certificates as formal evidence that the educator has the expected skills. Abstract

This study aims to determine the multicultural attitudes of Madrasah students, to find out whether there is a difference between the multicultural attitudes of students and students in the madrasa, the operational goal is to know what values ​​according to students cannot be implemented properly so that educators are able to provide a stimulus to implementation of these attitudes, functional purpose is for educators to have a reference in the development of multicultural values. The rumors of this research problem are How to Implement Multicultural Attitudes in Madrasah Tsanawiyah students?, Are there differences in multicultural attitudes between students in Madrasahs? The findings of this study are that the average multicultural attitude of madrasah students is very agreeable or very good, this needs to be raised and maintained in the learning process that is related to multicultural values. There is a difference in percentage between male and female students in addressing multicultural attitudes.
