ABSTRACT: This study aims to determine the Decision Support System in giving rewards to the best doctors at Hasanuddin Damrah Hospital. Currently the job evaluation system at Hasanuddin Damrah Manna Hospital is still carried out conventionally and the results of the assessment are subjective. The sample in this study was 8 data doctors where in the selection of the best doctor will be determined based on the assessment criteria used the main indicators of assessment. The assessment criteria used at the Hospital are Discipline, Interpersonal & Communication Skills, Patient Care, Writing and Completeness of Medical Records, Professionalism. Based on the results of this study, the authors designed a Decision Support System to evaluate Doctor's Performance using Visual Basic Net Weighted Product (WP).

Abstract_The skin is the outermost organ of the body that lines the human body. The skin makes up 15% of the total body weight. On the outer surface of the skin there are pores (cavities) through which sweat comes out. The skin has many functions, including protecting the body, as a means of touch or communication, and as a means of controlling temperature. To do skin care requires sufficient knowledge. Before carrying out skin care, determining the type of facial skin is very necessary because the determination of skin care must be adjusted to the type of facial skin. The role of a skin specialist is very necessary in determining the type of facial skin care according to skin type. The limited number of dermatologists and doctor's hours of practice, very long queues and long distances are obstacles that are often experienced by most women who seek treatment at beauty clinics. Therefore a tool is designed using an expert system to diagnose facial skin types early. This expert system was designed using the PHP Programming Language and MySQL database by implementing the Certainty Factor Method. The expert system created can make it easy for users to consult about facial skin types online. From the results of tests carried out by the certainty factor method, it can be used as a solution in using an expert system to diagnose this type of facial skin care. In applying the certainty factor method, it can provide a percentage of the level of confidence in a disease. So that users can make this expert system as an application that can provide assistance in facial care.

Abstract-Health Social Security Organizing Agency for Contribution Assistance Recipient groups is assistance for the poor and disadvantaged people who are financed by the Government. The goal of the Health Social Security Administrative Body is to improve access and quality of health services for all underprivileged and incapable people to achieve optimal public health status effectively and efficiently. One of the problems faced by the Bengkulu City Social Service in determining beneficiaries of Health Social Security Administering Body assistance for the Contribution Assistance Beneficiary group is the process carried out by the Bengkulu City Social Service in making decisions on receiving Contribution assistance Health Social Security Administrative Body for poor families, still uses the manual method so it takes time. long to process. This decision support system for determining beneficiaries applies the K-Nearest Neighbor method to assist the selection process of citizens who are entitled to receive the Health Social Security Administrative Body so that it is easier to assess the criteria for residents. K-Nearest Neighbor can perform a mathematically based procedure to evaluate the values of these criteria into an accurate description of the data classification. This decision support system is designed using the PHP Programming Language and MySQL Database. This decision support system can provide convenience for the Bengkulu City Social Service in determining beneficiaries of Health Social Security Administering Body assistance for groups of Contribution Assistance Recipients in Bengkulu City.

Zakat is one of the pillars of Islam that must be fulfilled and some muzaki entrust the distribution of zakat to National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS). Zakat collected at BAZNAS is then distributed to mustahik (zakat recipients) who have the right according to the applicable sharia provisions. Problems arise when in determining the suitability of potential recipients because the number is large and widespread over a certain period of time, requiring accuracy in selection. In this research, a decision support system was built to select potential recipients using the composite performance index method. The data used are criteria and sub-criteria, as well as potential recipients (alternative data). The criteria used are four criteria: residence, income, employment status, number of dependents, based on the results of research conducted by the writer.

The increasingly difficult economic conditions make the government have to play a greater role in the problem of poverty. With this free PDAM installation assistance, it is hoped that it can ease the burden on poor people who experience water difficulties. But often the provision of free PDAM installation assistance for low-income communities is still not right on target. Therefore, the author took the initiative to make a decision support system for providing free PDAM installation assistance for low-income people. The method used in this decision support system is the SAW method used to assess or select several alternatives in a limited number. The output results of this system are in the form of a ranking of community recommendations for recipients of free PDAM installation assistance which are assessed based on occupation, income, house conditions, and number of family dependents. Based on the test results of 14 samples of prospective beneficiaries in one village processed using the SAW method, the results obtained are prospective beneficiaries with the 3rd best Vi rating, because in one village only 3 beneficiaries received assistance

White oyster mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus) is a type of mushroom that is semicircular in its hood so that it is similar to an oyster shell with a slightly concave center. In the oyster mushroom cultivation business, it is not free from the risk of losses that arise if the cultivator is not diligent and careful in maintaining oyster mushrooms. New cultivators have difficulty identifying pests or pests that attack oyster mushroom plants so that the prevention that will be carried out in handling the maintenance process of oyster mushroom plants is less precise. The implementation of certainty factor method in detecting pests and diseases in white oyster mushrooms at Rafflesia Mushrooms can make it easy to find out information and procedures for dealing with pests and diseases in White Oyster Mushrooms by entering the symptoms experienced by the white oyster mushroom. The application of the implementation of certainty factor method in detecting pests and diseases in white oyster mushrooms at Rafflesia Mushrooms is made using PHP programming language and MySQL database, which can be accessed online via the link http://hamapenyakitjamurtiramputih.my.id. To determine the level of confidence in the symptoms felt against pests and diseases of white oyster mushrooms based on the user's CF value and the expert's CF value. Based on the black box method testing that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the functional of the application has run well and can provide consultation results on diagnosing pests or diseases experienced by white oyster mushrooms based on symptoms that have been selected by the user through Certainty Factor method stage.

Bhayangkara Hospital Bengkulu is one of the privately owned public hospitals and is one of the type C hospitals in the Bengkulu region. Bhayangkara Hospital provides services in the field of leave applications to employees who want to apply for leave. So far, the employee leave application system is still manual and through a process that is not fast enough, where employees must seek approval from the hospital director and then submit the leave application form provided, therefore this leave application still cannot provide an opportunity for employees to apply for leave online. The decision support system (SPK) for leave applications using the Weighted Sum Model (WSM) method can be accessed online with internet access via the web link: https: //cutipegawairsbhayangkarabkl.online/. This decision support system application was created using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The application has embedded the Weighted Sum Model (WSM) method which is used to apply for annual leave based on the criteria taken by employees. This application can assist in making decisions in applying for leave, employees can access the application starting from entering the Username and password to getting the results of the leave application whether the leave is accepted or not. Based on system testing that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the functional of the application has run well and this decision support system can provide results for leave applications based on the values and weights taken from employee criteria through the stages of the Weighted Sum Model (WSM) method.

General elections are one of the main pillars of the democratic system in Indonesia. Voter turnout is an important indicator in assessing the success of elections. Seluma Regency shows variations in voter characteristics in each sub-district, in terms of number, gender, and age. This study aims to analyze voter participation trends by applying the K-Means Clustering algorithm to group regions based on similar voter characteristics. The data used includes the number of Permanent Voter Lists (DPT), age categories, and gender, obtained from the Seluma Regency General Election Commission (KPU) in 2024. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, with the Python programming language and the Flask framework. The clustering results show that of the 200 villages/subdistricts analyzed, 137 villages/subdistricts (68.5%) were included in the low cluster and 63 villages/subdistricts (31.5%) were in the high cluster. Although the number of villages/subdistricts in the low cluster is more dominant, the distribution of voters based on gender and age group is relatively balanced between the two clusters, with a slight tendency to be more concentrated in the high cluster. This information is expected to serve as a strategic basis for the KPU.in developing a more effective and targeted outreach program. System testing was conducted using the black box method to ensure that all functions ran according to plan.

Excellent service is a crucial aspect of commercial success, especially in service organizations. Excellent service is the spearhead in seizing opportunities and understanding consumers or clients who will use the services offered. To produce quality graduates, one of the influencing factors is the service implemented within the faculty environment in serving customers, in this case students. Satisfaction with academic services is something that needs to be considered in order to achieve quality services that guarantee student satisfaction as the main stakeholder in educational service organizations. This study aims to determine the level of student satisfaction with the quality of service in the Informatics Study Program at Dehasen University, Bengkulu. From the results of the testing conducted, the Student Satisfaction Level Measurement System for Services in the Informatics Study Program at Dehasen University, Bengkulu has been able to assist in making service decisions for the Informatics Study Program at Dehasen University, Bengkulu.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menerapkan metode Fuzzy Tsukamoto dalam memprediksi jumlah produksi batu bata merah pada industri batu bata di Kecamatan Pino Raya. Permasalahan yang melatarbelakangi penelitian ini adalah proses penentuan jumlah produksi yang masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga kerap menimbulkan ketidaksesuaian antara jumlah produksi dengan permintaan dan persediaan yang tersedia. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, dikembangkan sebuah sistem berbasis web menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL, dengan variabel permintaan dan persediaan sebagai input, serta variabel produksi sebagai output. Perhitungan dalam sistem ini dilakukan melalui tiga tahapan, yaitu fuzzifikasi, inferensi fuzzy, dan defuzzifikasi. Pengujian terhadap sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode Black Box Testing untuk menguji fungsionalitas sistem, serta Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) untuk mengukur tingkat akurasi prediksi. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dibangun dapat melakukan prediksi jumlah produksi batu bata merah secara otomatis dengan tingkat akurasi yang tergolong baik, ditunjukkan oleh nilai MAPE sebesar 13,73% pada penerapan Metode Fuzzy Tsukamoto di industri batu bata Kecamatan Pino Raya.
