Abstract

The Social Media Promotion (Instagram) assistance program for Ajay Furniture MSMEs in Bandar Lampung aims to increase the competitiveness and market reach of MSMEs through an effective promotion strategy on the Instagram platform. Instagram, as one of the social media that has high active users, offers great potential for MSMEs to introduce products more widely and attract new customers. In this program, Ajay Furniture MSMEs are accompanied to understand how to optimize the use of Instagram, starting from creating interesting content, account management, using advertising features, to analyzing data for promotion performance evaluation. This assistance is carried out intensively with a direct training approach and periodic consultations to ensure the implementation of sustainable strategies. The results of this program show an increase in Instagram account engagement as well as growth in the number of followers and sales of Ajay Furniture products. This program proves that social media optimization, especially Instagram, can be one of the effective solutions in expanding the market for MSMEs in the digital era

Abstract

Generation Z employees generally prioritize flexibility in their work and an environment that promotes personal growth. This learn focus to search the affect of job characteristics on the performance of Generation Z workers in Bandar Lampung, with work-life balance serving as a moderating variable. A quantitative approach was employed, using the PLS-SEM method, with data collected from 100 informant through purposive sampling and analyzed via SmartPLS 3.0. The analysis included outer model tests, inner model tests, and direct and indirect affect hypothesis testing. The findings reveal that job characteristics have a positive and significant effect on both work-life balance and performance, while work-life balance has a significant negative impact on performance. However, work-life balance does not significantly moderate the affect of job characteristics to performance, indicating that it weakens the relationship. These insights are intended to inform managerial strategies regarding work-life balance policies to enhance the performance of Generation Z workers.

Abstract

Social-emotional development is a process that includes changes in individuals with other people, changes in emotions, and personality changes. One of the potentials and abilities of children that need to be developed by educators and parents is the potential social-emotional abilities of children. Harmonious interaction will facilitate the child's socialization process. So the family is the most critical institution in child development. This research uses case study research with descriptive qualitative research methods involving teachers, parents, and children, Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. This research was conducted at Qurrota A'yun Kindergarten, East Betung Bay.  The sample was shown to parents who have early childhood and attend Qurrota A'yun Kindergarten in East Betung Bay. Then the data that has been collected is analyzed and presented in narrative form so that the desired conclusions can be drawn.  The results showed that the role of family education in children's social-emotional development at Qurrota A'yun Kindergarten in Teluk Betung Timur plays a good role. This is due to the exemplary education carried out by parents/family in words, deeds, attitudes, and behavior that can help children know feelings of pleasure, sadness, anger and fear. Optimally in teaching to get along or socialize with others helps children make friends, play and work together with others.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of social media marketing, brand image, and product quality on purchasing decisions for Luxcrime beauty products. The approach used is quantitative with explanatory research methods. The population in this study were TikTok Luxcrime followers with a sample size of 100 respondents who were taken using Convenience sampling technique. The sampling process used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear analysis with the help of the SPSS 25.0 application. Based on the research results, social media marketing partially affects purchasing decisions, while brand image partially has no effect on purchasing decisions, and product quality partially affects purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, simultaneously there is an influence between all variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial performance to changes in capital structure. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression with panel data approach that uses statistical test equipment EViews 7. The results showed that the variable gross profit margins (GPM), net profit margins (NPM), and return on investment (ROI) significantly influence the debt equity ratio (DER). F test results simultaneously shows that there is no significant effect between gross profit margins (GPM), net profit margins (NPM), and return on investment (ROI) on the capital structure (debt equity ratio). The theory of capital structure that supports this research is Balancing Theory.       Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kinerja Keuangan terhadap perubahan Struktur Modal. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Regresi linier berganda dengan pendekatan data panel yang menggunakan alat uji statistik EViews 7. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel gross profit margins (GPM), net profit margins (NPM), dan return on investment (ROI) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap debt equity ratio (DER). Hasil uji F secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang tidak signifikan antara gross profit margins (GPM), net profit margins (NPM), dan return on investment (ROI) terhadap Struktur Modal (debt equity ratio). Teori struktur modal yang mendukung penelitian ini adalah Balancing Theory.

Abstract

Terpukulnya hampir semua UMKM pada saat Pandemi Covid-19 membuat kinerja UMKM menurun tajam. UMKM yang terselamatkan adalah yang telah mengenal digitalisasi dalam bisnisnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh inklusi keuangan, orientasi pasar, inklusi keuangan dan praktek ramah lingkungan terhadap kinerja UMKM seperti. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada UMKM kuliner di Bandar Lampung dengan 100 sampel dengan menggunakan Teknik purposive sampling dalam pengambilan sampel, serta data diolah dengan regresi linier berganda. Hasil temuan mengungkapkan bahwa inklusi keuangan tidak berdampak signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan, sedangkan orientasi pasar berdampak negatif terhadap kinerj UMKM. Selanjutnya, inovasi digital dan praktik ramah lingkungan, masing-masing berdampak positif signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital marketing, online customer reviews, and place on consumer purchasing decisions of Mie Gacoan in Bandar Lampung with a quantitative approach and explanatory research method. Data were collected through questionnaires using accidental sampling techniques and analyzed statistically descriptively through PLS-SEM using SmartPLS 4.0 software and MS Excel. Data analysis includes outer model tests, inner models, and hypothesis tests. The results of the study indicate that the three variables, namely digital marketing, online customer reviews, and place, significantly affect the consumer purchasing decisions of Mie Gacoan in Bandar Lampung. Then simultaneously, digital marketing, online customer reviews, and place significantly affect on consumer purchasing decisions of Mie Gacoan in Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

The fashion industry in Bandar Lampung continues to grow alongside technological advancements. One strategy to boost sales is the use of live streaming features on marketplaces. Ladyfame, a fashion-focused online shop, utilizes this feature through Shopee Live. This study aims to examine the influence of utilitarian value, hedonic value, and symbolic value on purchase decisions during Shopee Ladyfame Official Shop’s live streaming. This research is explanatory and uses a quantitative approach. The population consists of Ladyfame consumers in Indonesia who have watched and made purchases via Shopee Live. A sample of 96 respondents was selected using purposive sampling and the Cochran formula. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 29. The results of this study reveal that both partially and simultaneously, utilitarian value, hedonic value, and symbolic value have a positive and significant influence on purchase decisions during Shopee live streaming at Ladyfame Official Shop. Based on these findings, it is recommended that Ladyfame enhance the informative and efficient aspects of product presentation in live streaming sessions, such as through clear product descriptions, detailed demonstrations, and easy purchasing access. For future researchers, it is recommended to expand the research model by including other variables such as trust in influencers, price perception, and visual streaming quality, which may influence purchase decisions.

Abstract

The diverse natural and cultural wealth in Indonesia has the potential to attract local and foreign tourists to support tourism development. This studies goal to check the impact of customer engagement mediation in the connection among brand image and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. This study is based on consumer behavior theory and uses a quantitative approach through explanatory research stages. The specimen mode uses purposive sampling with the Cochran formula, so that 96 respondents are obtained. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to visitors to Pahawang Island and the data were anatomize use smartPLS 4.0. The anatomize techniques used include outer model tests, iner model tests, and hypothesis tests. The studie outcome represent that brand image and customer satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Then the outcome of the studi also explain that customer engagement is able to mediate the relationship among brand image and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty in Pahawang Island, Lampung.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the process and result of entrepreneurship education of community empowerment in Kubu Perahu Village. This is a kind of descriptive-qualitative research focusing on the processes described in four dimensions,namely: Access to Information, Inclusion & Participation, Accountability and LocalOrganization Capacity and the results divided into two indicators, namely: IndirectIndicator of Empowerment and Direct Indicator of Empowerment. The result of theresearch shows that the process of educational empowerment inCommunity entrepreneurship carried out by the BBSNP Center and the KubuPerahu Village community has still not yet optimal. In addition the resultsof educational empowerment of entrepreneurship in the community in Kubu PerahuVillage that have not achieved success. Community empowerment and communitywelfare are still not felt as a whole. The need for improvement of cooperationbetween the Balai Besar TNBBS and the Kubu Perahu Village Community inrelation to education empowerment community entrepreneurship is mainlyrequired. The community must also think critically, creatively and innovatively inutilizing the potencies and opportunities relatedto community entrepreneurship empowerment.
