Abstract

Supply chain analysis required in the entire business process because it produced a more sufficient product on the producer to the consumer level with the precise condition, time, and amount of product. This study purpose was to analyze the main product flow, mechanism, and supply chain performance of the chicken meat produced by the Dua Putra Perkasa Pratama Company (Inc.) The study location was chosen by a purposive sampling technique, while the participant selection done by judgment sampling technique. The participants were the supplier, key informant from the company, and customer. The supply chain, mechanism, and performance data analyzed by descriptive analysis method with the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model. Results showed that the flow of the supply chain, financial supply chain, and informational was moving from the upstream to downstream, downstream to upstream, and upstream to downstream or downstream to upstream, respectively. The company supply chain performance classified in a very good range performance with a total score of 96.73.

Abstract

Red cayenne papper is a food ingredient that has a high demand at the level of household consumers. Demand for red cayenne is influenced by several factors. Factors demand for red cayenne papper were red cayenne papper prices, curly red chili prices, household consumer income, number of family members and consumer tastes. The research aimed to analyze the determinant factors of red cayenne papper demand and to analyze elasticity of demand of red cayenne pepper in Semarang Regency. The research location determined by purposive. Survey method was used with Quota sampling to select 90 respondents from 3 District in Semarang Regency with the criteria of highest, medium and low red cayenne pepper production. Respondents taken by snowball method. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. Regression analyzed showed that independent variabels simultaneosly significant on dependent variabel. Partially the income of consumers, the number of family members and consumer tastes significantly influence the demand for red cayenne pepper. While the price of red cayenne pepper and curly red chili did not significantly affect the demand for red cayenne pepper. Red cayenne pepper elasticity was elastic 0.135 and categorized as normal goods. The income elasticity was 0.317. Curly red chili was substitutes red cayenne pepper with elasticity 0.122.

Abstract

Agroindustry is one of the important sub-sectors to be developed. The development of agroindustry is expected to be able to absorb agricultural products from farmers. Agricultural products that are still in the form of primary products will be processed into secondary or tertiary products so that they will produce added value. The added value of a product is very important to increase the selling price of the product. The purpose of study are (1) calculate and analyze the value of tempe from the processing process to the consumer's hand, (2) analyze the effect of the amount of soybeans, the price of tempeh and the contribution of other inputs to the added value of tempe. The method used in this study is the census method. Sampling is done by taking all respondents totaling 34 tempe producers through interviews with the help of questionnaires. The added value was analyzed using the Hayami method. Test the difference in tempe value-added ratio using one sample t test. The test of the effect of the amount of soybeans, the price of tempe and the contribution of other inputs to added value using Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of the study it can be seen that the added value obtained from the processing of soybeans into tempe is significantly classified as moderate, which is equal to 34.65%. The price of tempe and the contribution of other inputs have a significant effect on the amount of added value of tempe, while the amount of soybeans does not significantly influence. The amount of added value produced shows that the tempe business can be developed. In order to increase the added value of tempe, tempe producers are advised to reduce the contribution costs of other inputs, especially on fuel costs and increase the selling price of tempe.

Abstract

The demand of paddy commodity is high, so paddy productivity needs to be increased. One way to increase productivity is land diversification through minapadi. Sukoharjo Regency is one of the development sites of Minapadi. The transition from the paddy monoculture system to minapadi provides a change for farmers both from technical cultivation, inputs, costs and income. This research aims to analyze net income of minapadi and paddy monoculture, profitability of minapadi dan paddy monoculture, comparation between net income of minapadi and paddy monoculture, comparation between profitability of minapadi and paddy monoculture, and analyze comparation between profitability of minapadi with bank deposit rate. Research method is sencus with 33 repondents who applied minapadi and previoudly carried out paddy monoculture. The research was conducted in November-Desember 2018 in the Gatak and Tawangsari District, Sukoharjo Region. Data were collected by interview using quetionnaires. Data were analyzed by net income analyze and profitability analyze. Hypothesis testing by paired sample t test and one sample t test. The results showed that net income of minapadi (IDR 11,417,133/season/4,152 m2) greater than net income of paddy monoculture (IDR 7,564,842/season/4,152 m2), minapadi profitability (77.69%) and paddy monoculture profitability (142.86%) was a significant different. Profitability of minapadi is greater than bank deposit rate (5.5%).

Abstract

Corn is a staple food and main ingredient for feed manufacturing in Indonesia. In accordance with Ministry of Agilculture Regulation (Permentan) No. 57 on corn import regulation 2015 Signed, Indonesian Bureau of Logistics (Perum BULOG) is the only company that has permission to import corn. The purposes of this research are to 1) analyze the optimization of the corn supply in Indonesian Bureau of Logistic East Java Regional Division; 2) analyze the cost efficiency of corn supply In Indonesian Bureau of Logistics (Perum BULOG) East Java Regional Division; 3) analyze the projection of economic corn total order in Indonesian Bureau of Logistics (Perum BULOG) East Java Regional Division from the Third Quarter of 2017—the First Quarter of 2019. This research employs the method of case study. The first purpose is analyzed by implementing economic order quantity (EOQ) method. The second purpose is analyzed by exercising the TIC and cost efficiency formula. The third purpose is analyzed by calculating the least square trend. The optimization of corn supply of Indonesian Bureau of Logistic East Java Regional Division is not optimum. The cost efficiency of corn supply of Indonesian Bureau of Logistic East Java Regional Division is not efficient. Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze : (1) the effectivity of Pasar Murah in terms of its rice quantity management; (2) the effectivity of Pasar Murah in terms of its rice quality management; (3) the effectivity of Pasar Murah in terms of its selling location; (4) the effectivity of Pasar Murah in terms of its implementation time; (5) the effectivity of Pasar Murah in terms of rice price management. The survey method was used to conduct this research and was distributed to 96 respondents from 6 villages in the Administration City of South Jakarta. This research used One sample t-test to analyze rice quantity management, chi-square test to analyze rice quality management, selling location, and also rice price management. Pasar Murah's implementation time was analyzed descriptively. The results showed that fourth-five Pasar Murah's management (80%) succeeded to meet the Perum Bulog expectation. Rice quantity management (20%) did not succeed in meeting Perum Bulog expectation. Based on this result, it can be concluded that in general, Pasar Murah Bulog has been implemented effectively.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis faktor produksi luas lahan, tenaga kerja, jumlah bibit, pupuk kimia dan pupuk kandang yang mempengaruhi produksi usaha tani cabai merah keriting di Kecamatan Sumowono Kabupaten Semarang. Penelitian dilakukan di Desa Kebonagung, Candigaron, Jubelan dan Losari Kecamatan Sumowono Kabupaten Semarang pada bulan Juli-Desember 2018. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah merode survei, yaitu mengambil 96 sampel. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji one sample t test dan uji regresi linear berganda menggunakan software SPSS 17. Hasil produksi rata-rata cabai merah keriting di Kecamatan Sumowono adalah sebesar 1.172,094 kg per satu kali masa tanam. Secara serempak faktor luas lahan, tenaga kerja, jumlah bibit, pupuk kimia dan pupuk kandang bepengaruh secar nyata terhadap produksi cabai merah keriting di Kecamatan Sumowono. Secara parsial faktor jumlah bibit, pupuk kimia dan pupuk kandang berpengaruh nyata terhadap produksi cabai merah keriting, sedangkan faktor luas lahan dan tenaga kerja tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap produksi cabai merah keriting

Abstract

Uncertainty of harvested area and the amount of durian production each year makes the price of the durian tend to fluctuate. Price changes can trigger price sensitivity at the consumer level. This study aimed to analyze the level of durian price sensitivity in Jepara Regency and Semarang City and analyze the factors that make the process of buying durian in Jepara Regency and Semarang City. The analysis used in this research was descriptive analysis and logistic regression analysis. The price suggests that the price of Jepara Regency and Semarang City is IDR 45,000.00 – 50,000.00. Overall price levels received durian consumers in the Semarang City was higher than Jepara Regency. Based on the results of logistic regression analysis, it is known that simultaneously the price factor, income, occupation, age, taste, shape, size, aroma, color. and size.

Abstract

Kacang hijau memiliki potensi dalam ekspor ditandai dengan peningkatan volume dan nilai ekspor selama 5 tahun terakhir. BPS mencatat nilai total ekspor kacang hijau Indonesia Tahun 2016 - 2020 berturut-turut sebesar USD 28.250.000, USD 30.026.000, USD 30.049.000, USD 35.969.000 dan USD 51.485.000. Peningkatan ekspor kacang hijau Indonesia yang signifikan menggambarkan adanya kemungkinan potensi ekspor yang menjanjikan dari komoditas kacang hijau. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis daya saing kacang hijau (Vigna radiata) Indonesia di pasar internasional dan menganalisis hubungan daya saing antar negara utama pengekspor kacang hijau di dunia. Manfaat penelitian adalah diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai referensi penelitian selanjutnya dan sebagai acuan pemerintah dalam menetapkan kebijakan terkait ekspor impor kacang hijau. Metode penelitian yaitu Analisis Data Sekunder (ADS) menggunakan data sekunder time series. Alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA) untuk menganalisis daya saing dan korelasi Rank Spearman untuk menganalisis hubungan daya saing antar negara eksportir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Indonesia memiliki nilai RCA rata-rata 2,19, Myanmar 923,88, China 1,19, Australia 4,53 dan Thailand 1,52. Indonesia memiliki hubungan daya saing negatif terhadap Myanmar, China, Australia dan Thailand dengan nilai rs berturut-turut -0,700, -0,551, -0,191 dan -0,656. Kacang hijau Indonesia memiliki daya saing yang cenderung lebih baik dari Australia, China dan Thailand, walaupun masih berada jauh dibawah Myanmar. Indonesia memiliki hubungan daya saing tidak negatif kuat terhadap Myanmar dan Thailand, hubungan negatif sedang terhadap China dan hubungan negartif lemah terhadap Australia

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis pendapatan usaha mie mocaf Kelempok wanita tani (KWT) Ceria, Menganalisis faktor internal (strengths dan weaknesses) dan faktor eksternal (opportunities dan threats) mie mocaf KWT Ceria dan Merumuskan strategi alternatif serta mengurutkan prioritas strategi alternatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu studi kasus dimana kasus yang terjadi pada KWT Ceria yaitu bagaimana mengembangkan usaha mie mocaf dalam pasar yang lebih memilih mie yang menggunakan terigu. Responden yang digunakan yaitu diambil secara Purposive sampling dengan 4 responden pakar, Accidental sampling dengan 26 respoden pembeli dari produk mie mocaf dan Sampel Jenuh dengan 30 responden dari seluruh anggota KWT Ceria. Metode analisis data dengan analisis perhitungan pendapatan dan analisis, matriks Internal Factor Evaluation, matriks External Factor Evaluation, matriks Internal-External, Matriks Strenght-Weakness- Opportunity-Threats dan matriks Quantitative Strategic Planning. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan bisnis Mie Pelangi didapatkan rata-rata Rp. 945.055 dalam sebulan. Perhitungan R/C ratio sebesar 1,3. Perhitungan B/C ratio didapatkan sebesar 0,3. Hasil analisis faktor internal diperoleh bahwa kekuatan utama adalah produk tidak menggunakan penyedap makanan kimia sedangkan kelemahan utama yaitu varian rasa/bumbu hanya satu macam. Hasil analisis faktor ekstenal diperoleh bahwa peluang utama yaitu adanya pelatihan dan kesempatan penjualan dengan bantuan pemerintah sedangkan ancaman utama yaitu harga mie pesaing lebih murah. Prioritas tertinggi strategi alternatif yaitu melakukan promosi untuk mengenalkan mie sehat dan mie mocaf ke masyarakat
