Abstract

Dalam sistem fotovoltaik, diperlukan teknik untuk memaksimalkan daya listrik output. Salah satu teknik yang digunakan adalah metode Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) yang menemukan titik koordinat daya maksimum (MPP) pada kurva PV. Namun, ada masalah baru dalam MPPT terkait dengan bayangan parsial pada permukaan PV yang tidak merata iradiasinya. Masalah ini dapat mengubah posisi MPP pada kurva PV dan mengganggu kestabilan pencarian MPP selama periode transisi bayangan. Sebuah paper memperkenalkan metode heuristik baru yang disebut Queen Honeybee Migration Algorithm (QHBM) untuk mengatasi masalah ini. Metode ini meniru proses migrasi lebah madu Riau dalam mencari tempat terbaik untuk membangun sarang baru dengan menggunakan tegangan dan arus output panel surya sebagai inisialisasi posisi Queen dan Scouts. Bobot Scout disesuaikan dengan konstanta yang berubah sesuai posisinya dari MPP yang baru. Queen menentukan arah migrasi dengan memilih Scout dengan bobot terendah dan bermigrasi perlahan ke titik MPP sampai beberapa iterasi, kemudian menetap dan membangun sarang di MPP. Simulasi menunjukkan bahwa QHBM memiliki kecepatan komputasi yang cepat dan kestabilan yang baik dalam mencapai konvergensi, serta mampu melacak daya maksimal dalam kondisi irradiasi tertinggi, dibandingkan dengan metode heuristik lain seperti Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO), Perturb and Observe (P&O), Genetic Algorithm (GA).Bottom of Form

Abstract

Desain pengontrolan daya resistif menggunakan mikrokontroler dengan TRIAC adalah topik utama penelitian ini. Sakelar TRIAC dihubungkan antara sumber AC dan beban, sehingga aliran daya dapat dikontrol dengan memvariasikan tegangan efektif yang diberikan ke beban. Pengontrol kecepatan motor induksi tiga fase, kontrol pencahayaan, dan pemanas industri sering menggunakan teknik ini, yang disebut sebagai regulasi tegangan AC. Untuk memahami prinsip kerja sistem ini, diperlukan eksperimen dengan modul kontrol Daya. Penggunaan TRIAC berbasis mikrokontroler sebagai objek penelitian untuk desain pengontrolan daya resistif melibatkan simulasi rangkaian pemicu TRIAC dengan mikrokontroler AT89S51. Prinsip kontrol daya resistif dengan TRIAC adalah mengatur aliran daya ke beban dengan menunda sudut pemutusan thyristor. Mikrokontroler AT89S51 berperan sebagai pengontrol utama, mengambil keputusan berdasarkan informasi dari sensor zero-crossing detector. Pengujian dilakukan dengan menambahkan lampu sebagai beban. Temuan percobaan menunjukkan bahwa mengubah tegangan pemicu berdampak pada tegangan output, yang pada akhirnya mempengaruhi variasi kecerahan lampu dan peningkatan arus output. Berdasarkan analisis, sudut pemutusan menurun seiring dengan naiknya tegangan output thyristor. Hubungan antara perubahan tegangan output dan penyesuaian sudut pemutusan thyristor sangat penting untuk aplikasi kontrol daya. Untuk mencapai pengaturan daya resistif yang efisien dengan menggunakan TRIAC, pembahasan ini juga menekankan pentingnya komponen seperti mikrokontroler dan sensor zero-crossing detector.

Abstract

This study provides a worthwhile method for increasing the magnetic field energy and induction machine (IM) effectiveness. The coupling between the transmitter and receiver windings in the IM system can be improved by creating materials with specific electromagnetic properties. This added material has altered the magnetic flow as well as the energy of the magnetic field. Eventually, it is possible to calculate the efficiency of the magnetic field, or the ratio of primary to secondary magnetic energy. With the use of two-dimensional finite element analysis, numerical results on five cases with various configurations of a magnetic substance have been produced. This material, which varies in length or breadth, is positioned close to the windings of the transmitter, receiver, or both. Case 3, in which the transmitter generates a magnetic field on the receiver side with a minimum energy of 0.05 J and a maximum energy of 0.015 J, is the ideal material configuration for DC current. Currently, the system efficiency is 0.29 on average. A 1 kHz transmitter's energy is constant under all conditions, but its counterpart's energy fluctuates significantly, with case 5 receiving the most energy. Therefore, case 5 turns into the optimal structural arrangement. It can be inferred that case 5 similarly dominates the other with an efficiency of 0.0026, which is much greater than that of 1 kHz efficiency, while the windings are operating at 1 MHz. This leads to stronger magnetic field coupling and increased power transfer effectiveness.

Abstract

The Indonesian economy has traditionally relied heavily on the vital contributions of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to support economic growth and national development. MSMEs not only create jobs but also drive economic growth, especially after economic crises. This community engagement focuses on the Kasembon Subdistrict in Malang Regency and involves the PADUKA MSME Community. In this program, the introduction of an E-Catalog is presented as a solution to improve the marketing of MSME products. The results show that the implementation of the E-Catalog has enhanced the efficiency of product marketing, facilitated access to product information, and provided benefits to consumers. However, challenges related to technology adaptation and diverse understandings need to be addressed. Continuous support and capacity-building in the form of training and mentoring are necessary to ensure the sustainability of this program. This initiative underscores the significant potential of technology in advancing MSMEs and emphasizes the need for a sustainable approach to drive local economic growth. Abstract

Boost converter merupakan DC-DC Converter yang berfungsi untuk menaikkan tegangan. Namun untuk menghasilkan tegangan keluaran yang stabil dan sesuai dengan nilai yang diinginkan diperlukan suatu controller, salah satunya PID controller. Apabila penentuan konstanta PID tepat, maka akan didapatkan respon tegangan yang memiliki settling time cepat serta mampu menghilangkan overshoot. Namun, tuning PID controller menggunakan metode konvensional kurang optimal jika digunakan untuk sistem nonlinear dan memiliki orde tinggi. Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk mendesain dan menganalisis PID controller menggunakan metode genetic algorithm yang diterapkan pada boost converter. Tahapan dalam penelitian ini yaitu, (1) studi literatur; (2) desain open loop boost converter; (3) analisis perhitungan boost converter; (4) tuning PID controller menggunakan metode genetic algorithm dan ziegler nichols; (5) simulasi desain rangkaian; (6) membandingkan respon tegangan output antara metode genetic algorithm dan ziegler nichols; (7) analisis hasil simulasi. Proses pembuatan desain boost converter tipe CCM dilakukan dengan menggunakan bantuan software MATLAB/SIMULINK. Perbandingan dilakukan berdasarkan nilai overshoot dan settling time yang dihasilkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai overshoot yang dihasilkan oleh boost converter tanpa. PID controller adalah 55,7% dengan settling time 0,0767s. Overshoot paling kecil dari metode genetic algorithm adalah 0%, sedangkan settling time paling singkat adalah 0,000294s. Overshoot yang dihasilkan metode ziegler nichols adalah 3,35% dengan settling time 0,1302s. PID controller dapat memperbaiki overshoot serta settling time pada respon tegangan output boost converter tipe CCM. Penggunaan genetic algorithm dalam proses tuning PID controller mampu memberikan overshoot yang lebih kecil dan settling time yang lebih singkat jika dibandingkan dengan metode ziegler nichols.

Abstract

AbstrakPerkembangan teknologi dan informasi pada saat ini terus berkembang pesat. Salah satunya pada bidang robotika. MTs Unggulan Darul Mujtaba memiliki ektrakurikuler robotika, tetapi sudah berhenti dalam beberapa waktu karena kurangnya peralatan untuk ektrakuriler tersebut. Selain itu minimalisnya pendidik yang bisa memahami line tracer. Pelatihan ini diselenggarakan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dasar tentang robot Line Tracer dan mendemonstrasikan cara kerjanya. Pelatihan ini ditujukan pada para siswa MTs Unggulan Darul Mujtaba, kegiatan ini diselenggarakan satu hari saja (one-day activity). Metode pelaksanaan meliputi perencanaan, inti, dan evaluasi. Diharapkan dengan adanya pelatihan ini para siswa mendapat pdapatngan baru pada bidang robotika. Kata Kunci: pelatihan; robotika; line tracer. AbstractThe development of technology and information is currently growing rapidly. One of them is in the field of robotics. MTs Unggulan Darul Mujtaba has a robotics extracurricular, but it has stopped for some time due to the lack of equipment for the extracurricular. In addition, the minimalist educators who can understand line tracer. This training was held to provide basic knowledge about the Line Tracer robot and demonstrate how it works. This training is aimed at MTs Unggulan Darul Mujtaba students, this activity is held for one day only (one-day activity). Implementation methods include planning, core, and evaluation. Abstract

This article looks at multicultural education at Ulul Albab Balirejo Umbulharjo Student Boarding School, Yogyakarta. Multicultural education is about understanding and accepting differences in religion, culture, gender, social class, race, ability and age. Multicultural education is the best way to deal with diversity in Islamic boarding schools. Multicultural education helps students deal with globalisation by teaching them about different cultures. Successful multicultural education produces students with high tolerance. With multicultural education, students will understand and appreciate diversity. Multicultural education in boarding schools helps students learn from each other and teaches them to be moderate and to respect other cultures. The research method is qualitative and descriptive. The data was collected through interviews, observation and documents. This study shows that multicultural education training is about not discriminating based on ethnicity, class and gender. Pondok Pesantren Ulul Albab Balirejo Umbulharjo Yogyakarta also teaches Arabic and English. Pesantren Ulul Albab Balirejo Umbulharjo Yogyakarta is an example of Islam as a religion of peace. It promotes pluralism and multicultural education. It also works to reduce institutional egoism and promote diversity. To strengthen its role, it needs to reform its curriculum to integrate multicultural values into character education.

Abstract

This program focuses on the design and implementation of a High Pressure Laminate (HPL) coating machine based on Flexible Spring Press (FLEXIS) technology to enhance productivity at CV Cahya Interior Decoration (CID). The main issue faced by the company is the low efficiency of manual HPL coating, which requires 40 minutes per product and results in an average of 15 defective units per month. This inefficiency leads to a financial loss of Rp 1.3 million per month and reduces the company's competitiveness in meeting market demand. As a solution, the FLEXIS machine was developed using a roll press system integrated with a spring flexible mechanism, allowing for more stable automatic pressure during the coating process. The machine is designed with a hollow steel frame and equipped with bearings, a 0.5 HP electric motor, and a gearbox to ensure optimal performance. The fabrication process considers aspects of energy efficiency, ease of maintenance, and material durability. The implementation results demonstrate a significant improvement in production efficiency. The coating time per product was drastically reduced from 40 minutes to 6 minutes, the daily production capacity increased from 3 to 4 units, and the defect rate was successfully reduced to zero units. The economic impact includes a 55.9% increase in CID’s monthly revenue, from Rp 156,000,000 to Rp 204,500,000, contributing to the company’s sustainable business growth.

Abstract

Sosialisasi pengenalan mesin pelapis HPL (High Pressure Laminate) berbasis sistem roll di Desa Purworejo, Kabupaten Madiun, bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan para pengrajin furnitur lokal. Program ini memperkenalkan teknologi mesin pelapis HPL yang lebih efisien dan presisi dibandingkan metode manual. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi observasi, penyusunan materi, pengadaan mesin, serta pelatihan langsung di lapangan. Hasil sosialisasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan peserta dalam mengoperasikan mesin pelapis HPL, disertai peningkatan produktivitas dan kualitas produk furnitur. Teknologi ini diharapkan dapat membantu para pengrajin memperluas pasar dan meningkatkan daya saing di industri furnitur. Abstract

The utilization of solar energy as a renewable and environmentally friendly energy source, which is inexhaustible, is an ideal solution to meet the growing demand for electricity. Solar Home Energy refers to a house powered by solar energy. The solar energy is subsequently stored in batteries using a battery charger. In this paper, a forward DC-DC converter is used as a battery charger to supply power to a self-sufficient house from solar energy, stored in a 96 V 45 Ah battery. A fuzzy logic controller is employed to regulate the output of the forward DC-DC converter, ensuring a constant charging voltage according to the set point. The output of this project is designed for 110 V 4.5 A; however, in practice, the forward DC-DC converter only achieved a charging voltage of 100.5 V, resulting in an error of 8.63% from the planned value. Additionally, the charging current reached 1.4 A, leading to a significant error of 63.89% from the planned charging current.
