Abstract

The purposes is to determine the effect of workload, compensation and organizational commitment to employee performance. The method is used to explanatory research by collecting information directly from the respondent, technical sampling took by stratified proporsional Random Sampling, which using the formula from Slovin to obtained sample of 116 people from a total population of 163 people. Data analysis method used to descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis which in this study using path analysis (path analysis). The result showed that there is a significant and positive effect between work load on organizational commitment, there is no significant effect and negative between workload on employees performance, there is a significant and positive effect between compensation for organizational commitment, there is a significant and positive effect of the compensation on employees performance, and there is a significant and positive effect between organizational commitment to employees performance DOI : https://doi.org/10.26905/jbm.v5i2.2393

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengembangan virtual laboratory sebagai sistem monitoring usaha mahasiswa adalah membangun sistem yang dapat membantu Dosen untuk memantau (monitoring) progress usaha yang sedang dijalankan oleh mahasiswa, kemudian sistem yang mampu mengukur progress dari usaha mahasiswa. Model pengembangan ini dilakukan melalui 5 tahapan yaitu : (1) Requirement analysis and definitions; (2) System and software design; (3) Implementation and unit testing; (4) Integration and system testing; (5) Operation and maintenance. Metode pengujian yang digunakan adalah blackbox, yakni untuk menguji fungsionalitas dan usabilitas sistem yang dikembangkan. Berdasarkan pengujian fungsionalitas dan usabilitas oleh ahli sistem, dosen, dan mahasiswa, mendapatkan hasil yang baik untuk aspek fungsionalitas dan presentase 85.86% untuk aspek usabilitas, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem ini telah layak dan dapat dioperasikan. Diharapkan dengan pengembangan sistem Virtual Laboratory Entrepreneurship dapat bermanfaat bagi dosen dan mahasiswa sebagai sarana yang dapat membantu proses pengembangan usaha mahasiswa.

Abstract

Gamification adalah suatu konsep yang menerapkan teknik dan strategi permainan pada konteks diluar dunia permainan dan telah terbukti mampu meningkatkan partisipasi dan motivasi. Matematika diskrit merupakan salah satu matakuliah di program studi Pendidikan Teknik Informatika Universitas Negeri Malang. Sebagian besar mahasiswa tidak memiliki motivasi untuk mempelajari matakuliah ini. Penerapan gamification dapat menyelesaikan masalah tersebut. Penerapan gamification pada matematika diskrit diwujudkan melalui aplikasi website yang dapat diakses secara online. Adapun tujuan pengembangan ini adalah untuk mengembangkan suatu produk media pembelajaran dengan gamification pada matakuliah matematika diskrit serta menguji kelayakan media pembelajaran dengan gamification pada materi-materi dalam matakuliah matematika diskrit. Penelitian dan pengembangan ini merupakan jenis penelitian Research & Development (R&D). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian pengembangan ini adalah metode yang telah disesuaikan dengan metode penelitian dan pengembangan Sugiyono. Prosedur pengembangannya yaitu: (1) potensi dan masalah; (2) pengumpulan data; (3) desain produk; (4) validasi desain; (5) revisi desain; (6) uji coba produk; (7) revisi produk. Produk yang dihasilkan telah divalidasi oleh ahli media dan ahli materi untuk terlebih dahulu mengetahui kelebihan dan kekurangan media pembelajaran sebelum dilakukan uji coba ke responden. Validasi ahli media mendapatkan skor sebesar 79% dan validasi ahli materi sebesar 89%. Produk yang telah divalidasi dan direvisi kemudian diuji cobakan kepada mahasiswa program studi S1 Pendidikan Teknik Informatika Universitas Negeri Malang angkatan 2014. Hasil uji coba produk sebesar 82%, yang menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran telah valid dan siap digunakan.

Abstract

Sistem pendidikan nasional telah menggunakan Kurikulum 2013 sebagai pengganti Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan (KTSP). Pergantian kurikulum tersebut mengakibatkan terdapat mata pelajaran baru di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) pada program keahlian Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan (TKJ) yaitu Jaringan Dasar. Namun, hingga saat ini masih belum tersedia bahan ajar yang sesuai dengan Kurikulum 2013 untuk SMK TKJ khususnya pada mata pelajaran Jaringan Dasar kelas X di SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Kepanjen. Dari uraian tersebut, dilakukanlah penelitian pengembangan bahan ajar pada Mata Pelajaran Jaringan Dasar untuk kelas X semester II TKJ. Model penelitian dan pengembangan yang digunakan mengacu pada model pengembangan rancangan pembelajaran Dick & Carey. Tahapan-tahapan penelitian dan pengembangan yang dilakukan yaitu (1) analisis kebutuhan, (2) analisis pembelajaran, (3) analisis pebelajar dan konteks, (4) tujuan umum dan khusus, (5) mengembangkan instrumen, (6) mengembangkan strategi pembelajaran, (7) mengembangkan dan memilih bahan pembelajaran, (8) merancang dan melakukan evaluasi formatif, dan (9) melakukan revisi.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengimplementasikan algoritma pada sistem informasi Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) secara online. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem informasi ini adalah metode pengem-bangan Waterfall. Tahap-tahap dalam metode pengembangan Waterfall, adalah: (1) definisi kebutuhan sistem, (2) desain sistem dan perangkat lunak, (3) implementasi dan pengujian unit, (4) integrasi dan sistem, dan (5) operasi dan pemeliharaan. Hasil uji coba sistem informasi oleh ahli rekayasa web dan admin sebesar 100,00%. Data hasil uji coba sistem informasi oleh guru sebesar 84,10%. Sedangkan data hasil uji coba sistem informasi oleh siswa sebesar 87,20%. Dari data hasil uji coba di atas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem informasi ini sudah valid dan siap digunakan di sekolah.

Abstract

Computation ranking algorithms are widely used in several informatics fields. One of them is the PageRank algorithm, recognized as the most popular search engine globally. Many researchers have improvised the ranking algorithm in order to get better results. Recent research using Rayleigh Quotient to speed up PageRank can guarantee the convergence of the dominant eigenvalues as a key value for stopping computation. Bolzano's method has a convergence character on a linear function by dividing an interval into two intervals for better convergence. This research aims to implant the Bolzano algorithm into Rayleigh for faster computation. This research produces an algorithm that has been tested and validated by mathematicians, which shows an optimization speed of a maximum 7.08% compared to the sole Rayleigh approach. Analysis of computation results using statistics software shows that the degree of the curve of the new algorithm, which is Rayleigh with Bolzano booster (RB), is positive and more significant than the original method. In other words, the linear function will always be faster in the subsequent computation than the previous method.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to compare the fertility rate and embryonic development cell block ofmice when cultured in M16 and Human Tubal Fluid (HTF) media, respectively. Two months old femaleBalbC mice were super ovulated using Pregnant Mare Serum Gonadotrophin (PMSG) and Human ChorionicGonadotrophin (HCG) prior to mating with vasectomies mice. At 17 hours post mating the mice wassacrificed for the collections of egg cells and spermatozoa. Egg cells were collected by tearing the fertilizationsac, while the sperm were collected from caudal epididymis. After the collection, both the egg cells andsperm were put in Petri dish containing M16 and HTF media and kept in 5% CO2 incubator at 370C for onehour prior to the in vitro fertilization (IVF) was performed. In vitro fertilization was performed in 5% CO2 incubator at 370C and kept for 24 hours in M16 and in HTF culture media. The results showed thatfertilization rate was 98.09% and 99.57%; cell block embryonic development was 85.09% and 83.36%when cultured in M16 and HTF media, respectively. In conclusion, HTF media can be used for culturingmouse embryo.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to reveal differences in understanding of basic programming consepts in class A with the application of CTL model and class B with PBL model assited classroom blogging. The research design used Quasi Experimental Design. The research subject is class X TKJ SMK Darut Taqwa Purwosari. From test of hypotheses can be concluded that there is a difference in understanding of basic programming consepts in class A with the application of CTL model and class B with PBL model assited classroom blogging. The difference can be seen from several aspects such as: (1) mean, class A (79,4) has a higher mean score than class B (73,9); (2) n-gain score, class A (0,50) has a higher increase understanding concepts than class B (0,33); and (3) learning completeness, class A (85,71%) has a higher learning completeness than class B (68,57%).Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan perbedaan pemahaman konsep pemrograman dasar pada kelas A dengan penerapan model CTL dan kelas B dengan model PBL berbantuan classroom blogging. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah Quasi Experimental Design. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas X TKJ SMK Darut Taqwa Purwosari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan pemahaman konsep pemrograman dasar antara kelas A dengan penerapan model CTL dan kelas B dengan model PBL berbantuan classroom blogging. Perbedaan tersebut dapat dilihat dari beberapa aspek, yaitu (1) nilai rata-rata, kelas A (79,4) memiliki nilai rata-rata lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelas B (73,9); (2) n-gain score, kelas A (0,50) memiliki peningkatan pemahaman konsep lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelas B (0,33); (3) ketuntasan pembelajaran, kelas A (85,71%) memiliki ketuntasan pembelajaran lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelas B (68,57%).

Abstract

One of the habituation models that can strengthen an individual's spirituality so that he is able to become fully human in finding solutions and reflecting on himself is by reading istighosah. Sources of data in this paper were obtained through observation and interviews within a period of 4 months, starting from September to December 2020. The results of this study indicate that the reading of istighosah can be an alternative educational model that can shape the character of society. The academic community of IAIMNU Metro Lampung through the transformation of the Islamic ideology Ahlu sunah waljama'jamah Annahdliyah which has the principles of tawazun, tasamuh, ta'adul and amar ma'ruf nahi is mungkar. The success of this habituation can be seen in general from the development of the IAIMNU academic community which leads to the construction or development of character by practicing the principles of religious attitudes which are tawasuth, tawazun, tasamuh, and always looking for a middle way (moderate). Besides, this habituation becomes a satisfaction both physically and mentally for the perpetrators

Abstract

This research aims to design and implement a Management Information System Extracurricular Web-Based in SMA Negeri 1 Sampang to be able to further improve the performance of the school in extracurricular management. SMA Negeri 1 Sampang is a leading public school in the town of Sampang. However extracurricular school management system is still not supported by good information technology facilities. And so we need an information system as an efficiency improvement of school performance in extracurricular management. This research using research design development. The this development goal is to develop a extracurricular management information system web-based as a means to improve the performance of the school in order to support the extracurricular management skills to further develop the student maximum and can also support the academic achievement of students. This development using Waterfall model. The conclusion of this research is that the extracurricular management information system is declared to be feasible and valid to be used because the percentage generated is quite high, namely the average usability aspect of 89.54 percent and the functionality aspect of 99.99 percent.Keyword: Information System, Management, Extracurricular
