Abstract

Academic Supervision is a series of activities to assist in developing teacher professionalism in the implementation of learning with students carried out by leaders in schools, namely the principal. Academic supervision activities are carried out to help teachers improve learning activity planning, learning implementation, learning evaluation, and learning device preparation. This study aims to determine the implementation of the principal's academic supervision and see whether there is a significant difference in the implementation of the principal's academic supervision at SMKN 1 Padang Gelugur with SMKN 1 Rao selatan. This type of research is comparative descriptive and data collection is done by distributing questionnaires that have been tested for their validity and reliability. Before the data were analyzed, the data had been tested for normality and homogeneity and then performed the t-test to determine the difference value. Acquisition of data analysis is 1) academic supervision planning obtained 82.27% with the effective category. 2) the implementation of academic supervision obtained 79.34 in the quite effective category. 3) feedback and follow-up from the results of academic supervision obtained 75.2% including in the quite effective category. After testing the hypothesis using the SPSS application, namely the t-test, the result was that there was a difference in the implementation of the principal's academic supervision at SMKN 1 Padang Gelugur and SMKN 1 Rao Selatan because t count (2.154) <from t table (2.66). Based on the research results, the implementation of the principal's academic supervision at SMKN 1 Padang Gelugur was 1.08% more effective than SMKN 1 Rao Selatan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat gambaran lebih lanjut mengenai persepsi pegawai tentang lingkungan kerja fisik di Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Padang yang dilihat dari aspek: a) Pencahayaan, b)Warna, c)Pengaturan Udara, d) Suara/Kebisingan. Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif. Populasi di dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai yang berada di Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Padang yang berjumlah 60 orang. Teknik yang digunakan total sampling dikarenakan seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian. Alat pengumpulan data adalah angket dengan model skala likert yang teruji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Angket ini telah diuji cobakan dengan bantuan SPSS 16.0. Hasilnya 45 valid dan 3 invalid. Hasil analisis pengolahan data dan penelitian yaitu 1)Pencahayaan sudah baik dengan skor rata-rata 3,86 . 2)Warna sudah baik dengan skor rata-rata 3,72. 3) Pengaturan Udara sudah baik dengan skor rata-rata 3,80. 4)Suara/Kebisingan sudah cukup baik dengan skor rata-rata 3,02. Data yang sudah dikumpulkan lalu diolah dan dianalis menggunakan langkah-langkah sebagai berikut: verifikasi data yaitu memeriksa semua angket yang sudah diisi untuk dianalisa angket yang layak dan tidak layak, melakukan tabulasi atau klasifikasi data yaitu meneliti semua jawaban, menghitung skor dan skor rata-rata (mean), mendeskripsikan data yang telah diolah dalam tabel, dan menentukan baik tidaknya persepsi pegawai tentang lingkungan kerja fisik di Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Padang.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the results of the author's observations while carrying out Field Management Practices at the Office of Tourism, Youth and Sports of Bukittinggi City which shows that employee performance is still not optimal. Many factors affect employee performance. One of them is organizational climate. The purpose of this study was to obtain data and information about 1) organizational climate, 2) employee performance and 3) the relationship between organizational climate and employee performance at the Office of Tourism, Youth and Sports, Bukittinggi City. The hypothesis proposed in this study is that there is a significant relationship between organizational climate and employee performance. This study is a correlation study, aiming to see the relationship between organizational climate and employee performance at the Office of Tourism, Youth and Sports, Bukittinggi City. The population of this study is all civil servants who work at the Office of Tourism, Youth and Sports of Bukittinggi City with a total of 65 people. The research sample was taken using the Proportional Stratified Random Sampling technique with the Cochran formula so that the sample in this study amounted to 46 people. The results of the validity and reliability test indicate that the organizational climate instrument with employee performance is valid and reliable. The research data was processed with the help of SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) version 26. Descriptive analysis was assisted by the SPSS program by first calculating the mean, median, mode and standard deviation of the two variables. Then the normality and linearity tests were carried out using the Product Moment Correlation formula to see the relationship between the two variables. Then, the significance of the relationship between variables was tested using the T test formula. The results of data analysis showed 1) the organizational climate was in a conducive interpretation, namely 88.86%. 2) employee performance is in a fairly high interpretation, namely 88.73%. 3) there is a significant relationship between the two variables with a correlation coefficient of 0.818 and a correlation significance test of 9.437, and, r² = 66.91%. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that organizational climate is one of the factors that affect employee performance at a correlation value of 0.818 with a contribution of 66.91%. This means that the better the organizational climate, the higher the employee's performance.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the principal's strategy or plan to improve accreditation, what factors help and hinder the growth of accreditation, and what are the positive impacts of the principal's strategy to increase accreditation. Qualitative descriptive method is the method used in this study. In this study, data were collected through the use of data collection procedures such as observation, interviews and documentation. Data reduction is used to analyze and interpret facts, and narrative writing is used to communicate data and develop conclusions. The principal's approach to expanding accreditation, including raising eight national education standards, is the result of this study. Teachers, curriculum and learning, buildings and infrastructure, and support from the school community, such as committees, all help improve accreditation. Meanwhile, poor student achievement, low teacher performance, inadequate facilities, and limited education costs have all hindered the growth of accreditation. The good result is that facilities and infrastructure have improved, teacher performance has begun to improve, and the cost of education in schools can be reduced.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengenai persepsi pegawai tentang rendahnya pemberian insentif non material oleh pimpinan. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini untuk memperoleh data serta informasi mengenai persepsi pegawai tentang (1). Pemberian promosi oleh pimpinan, (2) Pemberian penghargaan, (3) Rasa berpartisipasi, (4) Pemberian pujian oleh pimpinan. Pertanyaan penelitian yang diajukan adalah seberapa baik persepsi pegawai tentang (1). Pemberian promosi oleh pimpinan, (2) Pemberian penghargaan, (3) Rasa berpartisipasi, (4) Pemberian pujian oleh pimpinan. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 71 orang pegawai dan besar sampel 51 orang menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan teknik Stratified Proportional Random Sampling. Instrumen penelitian memakai angket model skala Likert yang memiliki 5 alternatif jawaban. Angket sudah diujicobakan untuk mengetahui validitas serta reliabilitasnya. Data dianalisis menggunakan rumus rata-rata (mean). Hasil dari analisis data menunjukkan bahwa persepsi pegawai tentang pemberian insentif non material oleh kepala Dinas Pendidikan, Kepemudaan dan Olahraga Kabupaten Solok Selatan sebagai berikut; (1) Pemberian promosi oleh pimpinan terletak pada kategori cukup baik yaitu skor rata-rata 3,48, (2) Pemberian penghargaan berada pada kategori cukup baik dengan skor rata-rata 3,50, (3) Rasa berpartisipasi pimpinan sudah baik terletak pada skor rata-rata 4,03, (4) Pemberian pujian oleh pimpinan sudah baik pada skor rata-rata 4,07. Secara keseluruhan dapat disimpulkan bahwa persepsi pegawai tentang pemberian insentif non material oleh Kepala Dinas Pendidikan Kepemudaan Dan Olahraga Kabupaten Solok Selatan sudah terlaksana secara baik.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui informasi mengenai Persepsi Guru Tentang Kompetensi Manajerial Kepala Sekolah dalam Mengelola Peserta didik di SMK Negeri Kecematan Koto IX Tarusan Dan IV Jurai Pesisir Selatan dilihat dari: (1) Mengatur penerimaan peserta didik baru, (2) Mengatur orientasi peserta didik baru, (3) Mengatur penempatan siswa (pembagian kelas) dan (4) Mengatur pembinaan dan pengembangan kegiatan ekstrakurukuler peserta didik. Populasi penelitian ini semua guru di SMK Negeri Kecematan Koto IX Tarusan Dan IV Jurai Pesisir Selatan sebanyak 171 orang .sampel penelitian berjumlah 64 guru terpilih menggunakan teknik Simple Random Sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket (kuisioner) model skala likert yang telah diuji cobakan untuk melihat validitas dan reliabilitas angket. Abstract

Abstract This research aims to obtain information about organizational culture at the Padang Industrial Training Center in terms of values ​​in terms of: trust, cooperation, responsibility, familiarity and openness. This research is descriptive research. The population of this study were all employees at the Padang Industrial Training Center, totaling 39 employees (population research). The instrument used was a Likert scale model questionnaire that had been tested to see its validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using the mean (average) formula. The result of this research is the organizational culture at the Padang Industrial Training Center, seen from the value of (1) trust gets an average score of 4.02 (2) cooperation. Gets an average score of 4.01 (3) responsibility gets. score. average 3.92 (4) familiarity got. average score 3.76 (5) openness got an average score of 3.9. So the Organizational Culture at the Padang Industrial Training Center is in the good category with an average score of 3.92

Abstract

This study aims to obtain an overview of students' perception of school administration services. This research is descriptive quantitative. The population of this study is students of grade X and grade XI in SMKN 1 Enam Lingkung. The results showed that students' perception of school administration services in SMKN 1 Enam Lingkung: a) seen from the hospitality aspect was in a high category with an average score of 4.16, 2) judging from the comfort aspect is in the high category with an average score of 4.13, 3) judging from the aspect of responsibility is in the high category with an average score of 4.11, d) seen from the aspect of response is in the high category with an average score of 4.15 , 5) seen from the aspect of ease in obtaining service is in the high category with an average score of 4.20. Thus, it can be concluded that students' perception of school administration services in SMKN 1 Enam Lingkung is in a high category with an average score of 4.15. The advice that can be given is an effort to maintain and improve the services of school administration personnel for the better

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk memperoleh informasi dan menggambarkan tentang gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala SMK Negeri se-Kota Sawahlunto. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan bersifat deskriptif. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu seluruh guru yang terdapat di SMK Negeri se-Kota Sawahlunto sebanyak 108 guru dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling yang mana pengambilan sampel 10% yang berjumlah 53 guru. Instrumen penelitian ini berupa angket dengan model Skala Likert. Angket yang digunakan sudah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 22.0. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala SMK Negeri se-Kota Sawahlunto dilihat dari (1) charisma menghasilkan skor rata-rata 3,97 dengan kriteria baik, (2) idealised influence menghasilkan skor rata-rata 3,96 dengan kriteria baik, (3) inspirational motivation menghasilkan skor rata-rata 3,65 dengan kriteria baik, (4) intellectual stimulation menghasilkan skor rata-rata 3,89 dengan kriteria baik, dan (5) individual consideration menghasilkan skor rata-rata 3,83 dengan kriteria baik. Secara keseluruhan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala SMK Negeri se-Kota Sawahlunto berada pada kriteria baik dan memiliki skor rata-rata 3,86.

Abstract

Solok is one of the areas in the Province of West Sumatra, Indonesia which is in a very strategic location, located at the intersection of roads between provinces and between districts/cities in West Sumatra. However, the results of the Solok City teacher competency test in 2020 are still low. Coupled with the existence of an independent learning policy that makes teachers and policy makers nervous. This is because many teachers do not understand how to prepare RPP (learning implementation plans) based on independent learning policies and their teaching materials. And for this region there has been no training for teachers on the preparation of lesson plans and teaching materials based on the independent learning policy.The solution to overcome this problem is to conduct training and direct guidance on the preparation of lesson plans and teaching materials based on independent learning policies for teachers. The technical guidance carried out involves education and learning experts. First, will be the transfer of knowledge about the policy of independent learning to teachers. Furthermore, the teachers will be guided and assisted to make plans for implementing learning and teaching materials based on independent learning. In this technical guidance, teachers will also be guided to be able to integrate technology in content creation, find teaching materials online, get interactive learning media used for learning implementation plans as guidelines in carrying out learning. lesson plans and semester learning plans.
