Abstract

During pregnancy, anemia is a condition where the hemoglobin (Hb) level is <11 gr% in the first and third trimesters, while in the second trimester the mother's Hb level is <10.5 gr%. The aim of this research is to identify age and parity with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women in PMB Linda Elisabet, Beji District, Depok City, North Sumatra Province in 2024. This research used a Case Control design, the research time was April-June 2024, the population was 76 people, with a ratio of 1:1, the sampling technique used total sampling, using the Chi Square Test. The majority of respondents aged >20 years and >35 years did not experience anemia as many as 20 people (52.6%), respondents who had high parity status and experienced anemia were 18 people (47.4%). There is a significant relationship between the age and pair of pregnant women and the incidence of anemia in BPM Linda Elisabet, Beji District, Depok City, West Java Province with a p value <0.05 (0.001).

Abstract

This community service aims to socialize the shift in food patterns akinat gastro-colonialism in Baidub Village, Merauke. Gastro-colonialism has led to significant changes in people's food patterns from consumption of local foods such as sago, yam, and maize, to rice and processed foods. This has an impact on people's health and culture. This community service is carried out by community service methods, namely socialization to 300 residents of Baidub Village. Socialization materials include shifts in food patterns, the concept of gastro-colonialism, and the nutritional content of sago and processed foods. The results of community service show that the people of Baidub Village enthusiastically participated in socialization and began to understand the negative impact of gastro-colonialism. They are also motivated to return to eating local food, especially sago.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the rising number of adolescent girls experiencing body shaming, which can lead to negative consequences, particularly affecting their self-confidence. The aim of this study is to explore the impacts felt by female junior high school students after experiencing body shaming. A descriptive method was employed, using questionnaires, interviews, and documentation as data collection techniques. The population of this study consisted of 144 eighth-grade female students at SMP Negeri 213 Jakarta in the 2024/2025 academic year. The sample was selected through purposive sampling, with a total of 50 participants. The data were analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study show that: 1) Body shaming has a significant impact on the four analyzed aspects: global subjective satisfaction, affective distress regarding appearance, cognitive aspects of body image, and behavioral aspects of body shaming. Each aspect shows a negative influence, although the intensity varies. 2) In this study, the cognitive aspect was identified as the most dominant impact, with 38% of respondents categorized as experiencing a high level.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the role of digital orientation as a moderation in the influence of entrepreneurial leadership and innovation performance on culinary UMKM in Rembang Regency. The research that has been conducted uses the concept of explanatory research as a reference in accordance with the objectives of the study. The sampling technique used is the purposive sampling technique with 82 business owners. The data analysis method implements SEM-PLS. The results of the study revealed that entrepreneurial leadership has no significant influence on innovation performance. In addition, further findings indicate that digital orientation is unable to moderate the influence of entrepreneurial leadership on innovation performance. Research has contributed widely to the understanding of business owners behavior in an effort to improve innovation performance with entrepreneurial leadership and strengthened by digital orientation.

Abstract

Globally, the prevalence of anemia in pregnant women in 2019 was 35.6%. The prevalence of anemia in developing countries is relatively high, such as Southeast Asia at 47.8%, compared to developed countries such as America at 18.9%. Efforts that can be made to prevent anemia include education, giving pregnant women biscuits and giving Fe tablets. This activity was carried out at the Bangun Rejo Village Health Center, Dusun VII, Tanjung Morawa District. The method used in this service is to provide education directly to pregnant women at the Bangun Rejo Village Health Center. The results of this activity were carried out in stages starting from preparation to evaluation. After implementing health education, giving pregnant women biscuits and giving Fe tablets, there was an increase in knowledge and consumption of Fe. Therefore, with this community service project, it is hoped that all pregnant women can increase awareness and Fulfill nutrition and balanced nutrition, regularly consume Fe tablets.
