Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk analisa mengenai pengaruh dari digital marketing dalam pengembangan UMKM dan Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengumpulkan data mengenai faktor-faktor pendukung dalam penerapan pemasaran digital bagi UMKM. UMKM Rangkul dibentuk sebagai respon terhadap dampak dari pandemi terhadap industri kuliner. Dengan strategi pemasaran digital, pelaku UMKM dapat mengembangkan usaha, menganalisis strategi kompetitor, dan meningkatkan penjualan produk mereka. Metode penelitian pada UMKM Rangkul menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analitis., dengan harapan memberikan panduan yang bermanfaat untuk para pelaku UMKM dalam menghadapi tantangan bisnis di era digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemilik UMKM menggunakan media sosial sebagai media promosi untuk meningkatkan penjualannya Selain digunakan untuk media promosi, media sosial  juga dapat digunakan sebagai media promosi antara pelaku usaha dan konsumen, Media sosial juga dapat digunakan sebagai media untuk bertukar ilmu dan strategi bisnis baik bagi antar pelaku usaha maupun konsumen

Abstract

This research examines the influence of student interest in becoming a technopreneur. This study uses three variables namely academic support, computer capability, and government policy as the determining factor. This research is quantitative research with a data collection approach through a questionnaire with a sample size of 120 student respondents at Semarang State Polytechnic. By using multiple linear regression analysis tools with the resulting regression equation Y = 0.080 + 0.597 X1 + 0.450 X2 + 0.190 X3. With the t-test results show that partially academic support and computer capability affect student technopreneur interest. However, the government policy variable has no partial effect on student technopreneur interest. The results of the F test obtained Sig value = 0.000 which shows simultaneously the variables of academic support, computer capability, and government policy have a significant effect on student technopreneur interest.

Abstract

Advances in technology have encouraged Indonesians to use the internet, but the utilization of the internet for the business purposes in Semarang MSMEs has only reached 60% of the total MSMEs. Meanwhile, organizations need the internet or social media to adjust to existing the market dynamics. The aim of this study is to analyze the influence of Social Media Use to Work, Total Quality Management, Organizational Culture on Organizational Performance. The population is digital food processing MSMEs with a sample of 100 MSMEs obtained through distributing questionaries using purposive sampling technique. The result indicate that SMUW, TQM, and OC have a positive effect on OP. The managerial implication is MSMEs need to utilize social media effectively by creating interesting content, apply TQM principles by understanding customer needs, and build a positive organizational culture by setting a clear vision and missions to improve organizational performance.

Abstract

PT Karya Megah Indowood is a company engaged in veneer manufacturing. The company does not utilize renewable technology to create a system that can assist the company in managing its operations. By not using adequate technology, the company takes more time for its administrative activities, thus affecting the company's productivity. The lack of technology and integrated management systems also leads to a lack of efficiency in inventory management, distribution, and internal communication, hindering the company's growth. It is expected that an integrated technology system can assist the company in increasing its productivity. The problems faced by the company can be improved through the implementation of technology in the Supply Chain Management process and Enterprise Resource Planning using the odoo system. The use of Purchase, Inventory, Sales, and CRM modules is an application in odoo that is applied to purchase goods, check inventory, and strengthen the company's relationship with customers at PT Karya Megah Indowood so that the company's productivity will increase.

Abstract

Pengelolaan data dan dokumen pada lembaga pendidikan khususnya terkait dengan kegiatan akreditasi dan data siswa kini harus dikelola secara elektronik. TK ABA 59 saat ini masih mengelola seluruh data proses belajar mengajar dan data siswa secara manual. Pengajar ataupun tenaga kependidikan masih belum memahami pentingnya mengelola semua itu secara elektronik. Tujuan dari program pengabdian ini adalah membuka pemikiran dan membekali skill pengelolaan dokemen dan data secara elektronik. Dengan dilaksakannya pengelolaan data dan dokumen secara elektronik diharapkan mampu meningkartkan kinerja dan komunikasi antara Pengelola dengan stakeholder.   Lebih lanjut diharapkan agar kepercayan masyarakat terhadap TK ABA 59 juga akan meningkat. Metode pelaksanaan program ini meliputi training dan pendampingan. Dengan training dan pendampingaan pengelolaan data dan dokumen secara elektronik diharapkan mampu memberikan soulsi yang sesui bagi permasalahan di TK ABA 59.Kata Kunci: data siswa, akreditasi, dokumen elektronik.

Abstract

Job satisfaction is something that must be considered by a company regarding optimizing employee performance. This study aims to analyze the influence of workload and physical work environment on job satisfaction. The data collection methods used were questionnaires and observation. The sample used was 100 production employees of PT Matahari Silverindo Jaya, Semarang City, with the data collection method, namely non-probability sampling. The analytical method applied in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with analytical methods in the form of determinant coefficient test, partial test (t test), and f test with the IBM SPSS 26 program. The results of data processing show that workload partially has a significant effect on job satisfaction while physical The work environment partially has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Meanwhile, for these two variables, workload and physical work environment can simultaneously have a significant effect on job satisfaction, namely 47%, the rest of which is influenced by other variables. Kepuasan kerja suatu hal yang mesti diperhatikan oleh perusahaan perihal mengoptimalkan kinerja karyawan, studi ini bermaksud menganalisis pengaruh workload dan physical work environment terhadap job satisfaction. Metode pengumpulan data yang dipakai ialah angket dan observasi. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 karyawan produksi PT Matahari Silverindo Jaya Kota Semarang, dengan motode pengambilan data yaitu non-probability sampling. Metode analisis diterapkan pada studi ini ialah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan metode analisis berupa uji koefisien determinan, uji parsial (uji t), dan uji f dengan program IBM SPSS 26. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukan bahwa workload secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap job satisfaction sedangkan physical work environment secar parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap job satisfaction. Sedangkan untuk kedua variabel ini workload dan physical work environment dapat berpengaruh signifikan secara silmutan terhadap job satisfaction ialah 47% yang dimana sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainnya.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan sektor penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia. UMKM memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) dan penyerapan tenaga kerja. Namun, banyak UMKM di Indonesia yang masih mengalami kesulitan untuk berkembang dan bersaing. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan dan inklusi keuangan terhadap kinerja UMKM rakyat Semarang Kuliner (Rangkul). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yakni kuesioner dan literature review. Data yang telah terkumpul kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji regresi menggunakan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa literasi keuangan dan inklusi keuangan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM Rangkul. Peningkatan literasi dan inklusi keuangan melalui edukasi dan program-program pemberdayaan dapat membantu UMKM Rangkul dalam meningkatkan kinerjanya dan berkontribusi pada pertumbuhan ekonomi di Semarang.

Abstract

This research was motivated by fluctuating event package sales at Hotel Candi Indah Semarang, particularly a significant decline in March 2025, which fell by 58% below the target. Three key factors are examined as potential influences: price sensitivity, brand awareness and perceived quality, along with their impact on the purchasing decision of event packages at Hotel Candi Indah Semarang. Data were collected through a literature review, observation, and a Likert-scale questionnaire administered to 80 participants who had previously utilized the hotel's event package services. Data collection utilized a combination of purposive sampling and incidental sampling. Purposive sampling targeted respondents who had previously booked event packages for a minimum of 30 participants, while incidental sampling allowed access to eligible respondents encountered by chance. IBM SPSS version 26 with multiple linear regression was used to analyze the data. All participants provided informed consent prior to participation, and the study adhered to ethical principles in social research. The results showed that purchase decisions for event packages at Hotel Candi Indah Semarang were significantly influenced by price sensitivity, brand awareness, and perceived quality, both partially and simultaneously. In practice, the study's findings can help Hotel Candi Indah Semarang's management develop more effective marketing strategies, notably for improving event package sales. It specifically helps to build tactics based on price sensitivity, perceived quality, and brand awareness. Theoretically, this study enhances the Expectancy Value Theory by demonstrating that price sensitivity, brand awareness and perceived quality constitute significant factors in purchasing decisions within the hospitality sector.
