Abstract

Introduction: Conflicts between individuals often clash with friendships; one of the causes is trust issues. Trust issues related to how one thinks about others; The existence of a negative mindset (negative thinking) to friends can damage trust and hurt friendship relationships. This negative mindset can affect the quality of friendships among students. Objective: This study aims to analyze the quality of friendships in students who experience trust problems. Method: One hundred and fifteen respondents have/are experiencing trust problems filling out this questionnaire. The friendship quality category was analyzed using simple correlation and regression analysis. Result and Discussion: The results of this study show that negative thinking patterns and friendship quality in students have a negative correlation. Conclusion:  The lower the negative thinking, the higher the quality of the company, and vice versa; the higher the negative thinking, the lower the level of friendship.

Abstract

Introduction: Sexual harassment is a serious problem; it often occurs in public spaces, especially on crowded public transportation. In acts of sexual harassment, women are considered more vulnerable to being victims. The impact of these acts of sexual harassment is the emergence of insecurity among female users; Feeling of security is considered the most important factor when one uses public transportation. Objective: This study analyzes the importance of the insecurity women feel when using congested public transportation. Method: A total of 215 female respondents using dense public transportation were involved in filling out the insecurity scale research questionnaire, the Personal Safety Perception Index. The collected data is then analyzed using correlation and regression statistical techniques. Result and Discussion: The results of the study stated that the insecurity felt by women when using crowded public transportation can influence fear of crime, especially in sexual harassment crimes.  Conclusion: It can be concluded that insecurity in women who use public transportation is very influential on the condition both psychologically and physically of the woman

Abstract

Introduction: Sexual harassment is any action carried out with unilateral consent, the impact of which can cause psychological changes to the victims. Sexual harassment is often directed at women. One of the psychological effects for victims of sexual harassment is self-blame (self-blame), and continuous self-blame can hinder an individual's ability to take steps forward and develop oneself to achieve self-improvement (self-improvement). Objective: This study analyzes Self-Improvement in Victims of Sexual Harassment on Social-Media. Method: The Scale of Readiness for Self-improvement (SRSI) is the measuring tool used. The number of research participants was 115 respondents to female victims of sexual harassment on social media. Data analysis was performed using simple correlation and regression analysis. Result and Discussion: The results show that self-improvement for victims of sexual harassment on social media is highly categorized. Conclusion: There is a negative relationship between self-improvement and self-blame

Abstract

Introduction: The consequences of termination of employment (layoff) are not only felt by employees who experience layoffs, but the remaining employees also feel worried due to the pressure that comes and repeats until they experience depression because they feel that the pressure they receive is very heavy and then give up and surrender to the situation. Objective:  This study aims to examine how much impact succumbing arising from the influence of job insecurity felt by employees who are threatened with layoffs. Method:This research uses quantitative methods with correlational studies and regression analysis. The population involved in this study is Private Airline Company X airline employees who are affected or experience the threat of layoffs as many as 121 people. Result and Discussion: The respondents obtained consisted of 49 men and 72 women. Kendall' s Tau-B correlation test produces a p value of <.001 with the conclusion that there is a significant relationship between variables with a kendall's Tau-B value of  0.446. Conclusions: There is a correlation between moderate and positive relationship between  job insecurity and  succumbing, with the conclusion that the higher the level of employee job insecurity, the greater the perceived succumbing.

Abstract

Mount Puntang has a lot of potential to be used as a place for development and improvement of the quality of life of the people living around it. One of them is tourism potential. However, the situation on the ground raises several obstacles experienced by the community to develop tourism businesses. To be able to identify the need to overcome obstacles, three activities were designed in this activity. The activities carried out are knowledge transfer, focus group discussion, and field search. This activity involves the community who are activists in the maintenance and development of the potential of Mount Puntang from Cempaka Mulya village, Bandung Regency. The activists in question are activists of the puntang mountain brotherhood, puntang lestari cooperatives, and tourism observer communities. Through these three activities, results were obtained; Mount Puntang has unique potential that can be utilized for the improvement and development of people's lives. Adventuring tourism business is a positive field, however, it requires the establishment of institutional legality to be able to operate community-based tourism businessess.

Abstract

This research is motivated by various sleep problems experienced by each individual, in this case, final year students who are preparing their thesis. Students are required to complete their thesis in order to obtain a bachelor's degree, but during the drafting process there are many obstacles which in the end make students difficult in the drafting process, so that it can have an impact on individual cognition which in this case is stress on students so that it affects sleep activities at night . The purpose of this study was to find out whether there is a relationship between stress and sleep quality in students who are preparing their thesis at “X” University. The method used is correlational quantitative. The subjects in this study were students who were compiling their thesis at "X" University, with data collection techniques using the Quota Sampling Technique with a total of 175 students using the Arikunto formula from a population of 1,746 students. Using Pearson Product Moment correlational analysis, it is known that there is a negative and significant relationship, which means that there is a negative relationship between stress and sleep quality in students who are preparing their thesis.

Abstract

going to college and working is nothing new among students. It is not easy to carry out multiple roles simultaneously because you have to divide your time so that the two can run in balance. This condition causes students to tend to lose motivation in pursuing their studies and doubt their own abilities, thus demonstrating the need for strong academic self-efficacy. This study aims to determine whether self-efficacy influences academic burnout. In this study, there were 203 respondents with a total of 24 items who participated and met the criteria for filling out the questionnaire. To prove the research hypothesis about Academic Self-Efficacy based on gender and major, based on the results of the reliability test using Cronbach alpha, the coefficient on Academic Self-Efficacy is 0.862.

Abstract

Background: This dissertation is motivated by the increasing number of educational institutions incorporating the Tahfidz Al-Qur’an curriculum into their school programs. Parental awareness of the importance of Tahfidz Al-Qur’an education as a vital provision for their children’s lives is growing. SMP Muhammadiyah 22 Setiabudi Pamulang, South Tangerang City, has garnered particular attention from parents. The modern societal trend towards instant gratification, practicality, and speed may influence students’ self-reliance in learning. Such tendencies can lead to rule-breaking, neglect of moral values, careless work habits, and dependence on others. Objective: The study aims to explain the methods, materials, media, and models of Tahfidz Al-Qur’an learning to foster interest and independence in student learning. This research seeks to develop a comprehensive approach by combining various Tahfidz methods to strengthen and complement each other, thereby achieving optimal memorization results. Methods: The research employs a qualitative methodology. Participants include the school principal and vice-principal, Tahfidz class guardians, Tahfidz mentors, students, and religious figures. Through detailed analysis, the study endeavors to outline a new model for Tahfidz Al-Qur’an learning that addresses the needs and expectations of modern educational environments. Results: The study identifies effective strategies and practices for teaching Tahfidz Al-Qur’an, emphasizing the importance of integrating diverse methods to enhance student engagement and independence. The findings highlight the critical role of a supportive learning environment and the integration of traditional and modern teaching techniques. Conclusion: The research concludes that a new model for Tahfidz Al-Qur’an learning is essential and highly anticipated. This model should incorporate varied teaching methods, materials, and media to foster greater interest and self-reliance among students in their memorization of the Qur’an.

Abstract

Distribution of financing using a Mudharabah Agreement at KSPPS BMT TAMZIS Bina Utama Secang Branch, Magelang Regency, is the most popular contract with the public. Financing using the Mudharabah contract scheme is carried out to support business development and encourage business actors to increase their business capacity. This research analyzes the implementation and execution of Mudharabah contracts at KSPPS BMT TAMZIS Bina Utama Secang Branch based on DSN MUI Fatwa Number 07/DSN-MUI/IV/2000. This research includes field research with qualitative methods. Research data was obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using interactive analysis techniques. The research results show that the Mudharabah Agreement financing product is the product given to members of KSPPS BMT TAMZIS Bina Utama Secang Branch and all capital at the time of the profit-sharing agreement (nisbah). This financing is specifically designed for members who will develop their business with a profit-sharing scheme so that there is uncertainty in collaboration. This financing is adjusted to members' funding needs with an installment return scheme according to the agreed time period. 2) The implementation of KSPPS Tamzis Bina Utama Secang Branch mudharabah financing is quite good. It follows procedures, competitive profit-sharing calculations, and excellent service to members to provide satisfaction, and its implementation is in line with MUI DSN Fatwa Number: 07/DSN- MUI/IV/2000.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang hubungan antara literasi digital dengan digital well-being pada pengguna internet dan media sosial di Kota Bekasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara literasi digital dengan digital well-being pada pengguna internet dan media sosial dengan menggunakan 134 responden yang berasal dari Kota Bekasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah korelasional dengan tujuan untuk melihat hubungan dari kedua variabel yang tersebut, yang dalam proses analisis data menggunakan bantuan software IBM SPSS Statistik 23. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukan nilai koefisien korelasi antara variable literasi digital dengan digital well-being sebesar 0,378** dengan taraf sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 (p≤0,05) sehingga dapat dinyatakan bahwa adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel literasi digital dengan digital well-being pada pengguna internet dan media sosial di Kota Bekasi.
