Abstract

The government through the Ministry of Health has been continuously outreaching and educating the public to understand health protocols, but the phenomena that occurred in Mon Ara Village, Makmur District, Bireuen Regency include; there are still many people who are lazy to wear masks, wash their hands with soap, and keep their distance, there are still many people who think that Covid-19 is just the engineering of certain elements, there are still people who think that Covid-19 is exaggerated, and there are still people who have the view that handling Covid-19 is the government's job. This study aims to determine community intervention on the governance of handling Covid-19 in Desa Mon Ara, Makmur District, Bireuen Regency. The theory used in this research is intervention theory. The research approach used is qualitative by using interview instruments, documentation and observation. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively. The results of the study explained that community intervention in the governance of handling Covid-19 in Desa Mon Ara, Makmur District, Bireuen Regency, mobilized the masses to be vaccinated. However, some people do not follow the regulations, so that the community's willingness to use masks is not optimal. Community intervention in the distribution of direct cash assistance (BLT) is another problem during Covid.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the law of consumer protection for unprofessional laptop service whether it is protected or not. This research was conducted at the Laptop Service Shop in the Village of Growth in the District of Wampu Langkat Regency. This research is a field research namely research conducted at the location which is the object of research, namely in the Village of the District of Wampu Langkat District and library research. In this study the method used was interview and data obtained from the field. The conclusion of this thesis is the Consumer Protection Law Against unprofessional laptop services in the Wahbah Az-Zuhaili Perspective is mandatory, and the one who is obliged to provide responsibility is the Shop Owner who is the guarantor. Because according to Wahbah Az-Zuhaili's perspective, if something guaranteed is in the form of al-inAin (goods, not debt), the guarantor is demanded to surrender the guaranteed al-inAin, if indeed the goods still exist. But if it has been damaged, then he surrenders instead with similar items or at a value. Article 19 paragraph (1) of Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning consumer protection clearly stipulates: "Business actors are responsible for providing compensation for damage, pollution and / or losses suffered by consumers due to consuming goods and / or services produced or traded.

Abstract

Highlights: Calciferol has cardioprotective properties, and a severe deficiency of calciferol is associated with septic shock, a longer duration of mechanical ventilation and treatment in the intensive care unit, and mortality. The role of calciferol in critical conditions has been described in several research reports, but relatively little is known about its function in pediatric cardiac surgery. Abstract Calciferol is a micronutrient and a secosteroid hormone that plays a role in maintaining the health of bones and soft tissues in the body, such as the myocardium, as well as the immune system. Hypovitaminosis D has been reported to be associated with poor clinical outcomes and child mortality in pediatric intensive care units. Children with congenital heart disease (CHD) are vulnerable to critical conditions and require early intervention due to heart failure. This study aimed to investigate the influence of calciferol status on the clinical outcomes of pediatric CHD patients who underwent heart surgery. A systematic literature review was conducted using the electronic databases from PubMed, Elsevier, and Cochrane. This study included observational and randomized control studies that assessed the calciferol status of pediatric CHD patients undergoing cardiac surgery. From a total of 168 studies, 8 studies were selected for review. The preoperative and postoperative calciferol status as well as clinical outcomes following pediatric cardiac surgery were reviewed. According to the findings, most pediatric CHD patients suffered from calciferol deficiency prior to corrective heart surgery, which further decreased postoperatively and was associated with clinical outcomes in the intensive care unit (ICU). Preoperative calciferol supplementation has been reported to enhance serum calciferol levels and is associated with good clinical outcomes in pediatric patients undergoing cardiac surgery.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategies employed by Akidah Akhlak (Islamic Beliefs and Morals) teachers in shaping students' morals (akhlak) through Islamic habituation at MTs TPI Gunung Melayu, Asahan Regency. This research is motivated by a decline in student morals, such as a lack of courtesy toward teachers, the use of inappropriate language, and the negative influences of both the environment and technology. This study utilized a qualitative approach with field research. The research subjects were the Akidah Akhlak teacher and the headmaster, while the research object consisted of class VIII-II students. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and subsequently analyzed using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing through triangulation. The results indicate that Islamic habituation encompasses practicing Islamic greetings (salam), prayer (doa), congregational prayers (shalat berjamaah), reading the Qur'an, and polite behavior. The teacher's strategies are implemented through role modeling, habituation, advice, supervision, and educational sanctions. Consequently, the strategy of the Akidah Akhlak teacher through Islamic habituation plays a vital role in shaping students' morals.

Abstract

CV. Bumi Rajasa Trading merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang kontraktor penjualan serta pemasangan CCTV. Tentu saja dari hasil penjualan dan pemasangan CCTV tersebut, maka CV. Bumi Rajasa Trading mempunyai kisaran pendapatan yang selalu berubah-ubah, tergantung dari pencapaian target pada setiap periode atau perbulannya.Untuk mengatasi masalah income atau pendapatan yang tidak menentu tersebut maka CV. Bumi Rajasa Trading harus dapat memprediksi income yang akan didapat pada periode berikutnya agar pemimpin perusahaan dapat mengambil sikap dalam melakukan perbaikan bak dari segi pelayanan maupun produk agar dapat lebih bersaing dengan pasar. Maka dari itu digunakanlah Data mining untuk memprediksi income menggunakan metode Multiple Linear Regression.Data mining dengan metode Multiple Linear Regression ini dapat membantu CV. Bumi Rajasa Trading untuk melakukan perencanaan dan perbaikan, baik dalam hal pelayanan, pengadaan stok barang ataupun peningkatan kualitas barang.

Abstract

The current development of Information Technology forces us to always improve all scientific fields so as not to be left behind by these technological developments. This research was conducted to motivate Elementary Schools (SD) so that students are more creative in learning so that they can be interested in learning in the future. Therefore, the use of information technology is very important among students, especially elementary school (SD) students. Making interactive learning media using the Masromedia Flash 8 application in the form of animation (animation) makes Elementary School (SD) students more motivated and a greater sense of curiosity. This animation made with creativity is expected to increase the learning spirit of elementary school students. Macromedia Flash 8 has a complete menubar for creating animations, especially for learning media. The chosen method is the ADDIE method which includes: Analysis in the form of needs, students and so on. Design in the form of competency formulation, strategy. Abstract

Peningkatan keamanan hunian melalui pemantauan jarak jauh melatarbelakangi pengembangan sistem bel pintu pintar berbasis Internet of Things (IoT). Pengembangan prototipe ini mengintegrasikan mikrokontroler ESP32-CAM, sensor PIR HC-SR501, dan modul audio DFPlayer Mini dengan antarmuka Telegram Bot API melalui metode prototyping. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, sensor PIR mampu mendeteksi gerakan manusia secara akurat hingga jarak 5 meter dengan sudut jangkauan 110 derajat. Pengiriman notifikasi berupa foto dan pesan teks ke aplikasi Telegram mencapai tingkat keberhasilan 100% dalam 10 kali percobaan, dengan rata-rata waktu respons di bawah 3 detik. Ukuran file citra yang dihasilkan berkisar antara 30-50 KB, sehingga terbukti efisien dalam transmisi data pada jaringan Wi-Fi. Implementasi ini berhasil menyediakan fitur pemantauan visual serta komunikasi suara jarak jauh yang memungkinkan pemilik rumah memantau tamu secara real-time tanpa batasan jarak. Kata Kunci: ESP32-CAM, Bel Pintu Pintar, Telegram Bot, Sensor PIR, Internet of Things.

Abstract

Pada dasarnya polusi udara dalam ruangan dapat membahayakan kesehatan manusia, yang paling sering dijumpai adalah penyakit pneumonia atau paru-paru basah. Hal ini disebabkan oleh zat zat yang terkandung dalam udara yang telah terkontaminasi masuk ke dalam paru-paru dan menyebabkan peradangan. Studi literatur merupakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan membaca beberapa jenis literatur yang berhubungan atau memiliki objek penelitian yang sama sesuai dengan data-data yang diperlukan. Pada penelitian ini penulis memilih referensi dari jurnal, buku, website serta jurnal mengenai mikrokontroler arduino dan penyakit pneumonia serta beberapa penyakit pernafasan lain.sistem yang talah dibuat dapat membuang asap dengan kipas saat PPM asap di atas nilai 100, sehingga memungkinkan mutu udara tetap dalam kategori baik. Pada penelitian ini telah didapatkan prototipe sistem yang dapat mendeteksi tingkat asap dalam ruangan dengan menggunakan sensor MQ2 yang berbasis mikrokontroler Arduino Uno. Saat asap PPM asap naik dan kondisi udara mendekati kategori sedang asap akan dibuang, sehingga dapat membantu mengatur kondisi udara dalam ruangan.

Abstract

Poisoning cases in the Free Nutritional Meal (MBG) program have caused public unrest and raised questions about the appropriate form of legal accountability for organizers. In situations where proving fault is often difficult, the principle of strict liability becomes relevant. Through this principle, the responsible party can still be held accountable without first having to prove fault. This study discusses how the principle of strict liability can be applied in cases of poisoning in the Free Nutritional Meal (MBG) program, and how this is viewed from the perspective of Maslahah al-Dauliyah or the interests of the state. In this case, the principle of strict liability is important because the organizer can still be held accountable without first having to prove fault. This study uses a normative legal method by examining relevant laws and legal concepts. The results show that the application of strict liability can provide faster and clearer protection for poisoning victims, while also encouraging program organizers to be more careful in carrying out their duties. When viewed from the perspective of Maslahah Al-Dauliyah, this step is in line with the state's responsibility to protect the safety of society and maintain the public interest.
