Abstract

This study aimed to investigate: (1) the influence of principals’ managerial on the quality of education; (2) the influence of committee participation on the quality of education; and (3) the influence of the principals’ managerial and committee participation simultaneously on the quality of education. The data in this study were collected through distributing questionnaires to respondents. Them they were analyzed by using multiple regression analysis through t test, F test, and determination coefficient test. The population in this study were all teachers at Elementary Schools of Babat Supat District which consisted of 294 teachers. The sampling technique used in this study was probability sampling with a sample size of 75 people. The results of the study showed that: (1) principals’ managerial individually influences the quality of education at Elementary Schools of Babat Supat District; (2) participation of school committee individually influences the quality of education at Elementary Schools of Babat Supat District; (3) principals’ managerial and school committee participation simultaneously influence the quality of education at Elementary Schools of Babat Supat District.

Abstract

This study aimed to know and analyze: (1) the influence of professional competence on teachers’ performance; (2) the influence of work discipline on teachers’ performance; and (3) the influence of professional competence and work discipline simultaneously on teachers’ performance. The data in this study were collected through questionnaires and analyzed by using multiple regression analysis through the t test, F test, and determination coefficient test. The population in this study were all junior high school teachers in Banyuasin I district, Banyuasin Regency, totaling 323 people. The sampling technique in this study was probability sampling using the Slovin formula to obtain 76 teachers as the research sample. The results of the study found that: (1) there was a significant influence between professional competence and teachers’ performance; (2) there was a significant influence between work discipline on teachers’ performance; (3) there was a significant influence between professional competence and work discipline simultaneously on teachers’ performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Learning Media and Learning Interests on Student Learning Outcomes in Man 1 MusiBanyuasin.  Students of Man 1 Musi Banyuasin were the object of this study. The sample was conducted on 87 students of Man 1 MusiBanyuasin. The sampling technique used purposive sampling in which the respondents were some of the students of Man 1 Musi Banyuasin. The data collected by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale to measure 73 statement items. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that first, students' interest in learning and the use of learning media simultaneously had a significant effect on student learning outcomes. Second, student learning interest had a partial and significant impact on student learning outcomes. Third, the use of learning media had a partial and significant impact on student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the leadership of the school principal and school committee on the performance of the teachers of the State Junior High Schools in Muaradua District, by using quantitative methods with this type of correlational research. The research population consisted of 107 teachers at the State Junior High School in Muaradua District. The research sample was 48 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique, namely sampling by determining certain criteria. Data were analyzed using correlation analysis techniques and multiple regression. The results showed that: (1) The leadership of the principal has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the teachers of the State Junior High Schools in Muaradua District; (2) The school committee has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the teachers of State Junior High Schools in Muaradua District; and (3) The leadership of the principal and the school committee jointly have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the teachers of the State Junior High Schools in Muaradua District.

Abstract

This study aims to m engetahui and describe the effect of the competence of supervising principals on teacher performance in SD Negeri Muara Telang, m e Knowing and describe the influence of teacher motivation on the performance of teachers in public primary schools Muara Telang, and Knowing and describing the effect of the competence of supervising principals and teacher motivation together on teacher performance in SD Negeri Muara Telang District . This research uses quantitative methods . The study population was all teachers at SD Negeri Muara Telang and the sample was obtained as many as 86 respondents . Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observation, and documentation. Data were analyzed by using linear regression formula is simple and multiple linear regression with SPSS . From the results of this study concluded that k Competency Supervision Principal affect the performance Elementary School Teachers in Muara Telang. Teacher motivation has an effect on teacher performance in primary schools in Muara Telang district . Principal Supervision competence and teacher motivation jointly influence teacher performance in SD Negeri Muara Telang District.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the influence of supervision of principals and teacher professional allowances on the professional competence of teachers in Simpang District Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study is 38 elementary school teachers in the Simpang sub-district who have received teacher professional benefits. This research uses quantitative research, with a type of Non-Probability sampling research, the technique used is the saturated Sampling technique. Data collection techniques using closed questionnaires. Data analysis with t-test and F test showed that: Supervision of the principal has an influence on the professional competence of teachers in Simpang sub-district by 20.90%; Teacher professional allowance has an influence on the professional competence of teachers in Simpang subdistrict by 20.50%, and supervision of principals and teacher professional allowances have a simultaneous influence of 45.90% on the professional competence of elementary school teachers in Simpang District Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine: (1) the effect of reward on teachers’performance at state junior high schools of Babat Supat District; (2) the effect of achievement motivation on teachers’ performance atstate junior high schools of Babat Supat District; and (3) the effect of reward and achievement motivation on teachers’ performance atstate junior high schools of Babat Supat District. The data in this study were collected through distributing questionnaires to respondents. The results of filling out the questionnaire were analyzed by using multiple regression analysis through t test, F test, and determination coefficient test. The population in this study were all state junior high schoolsteachers at Babat Supat District, totaling 134 people. The sampling technique used in this study was probability sampling by using Slovin formula to obtain 100 teachers as the research sample. The results of the study found that: (1) there was an effect of reward on teachers’performance at state junior high schools of Babat Supat District; (2) there was an effect of Achievement Motivation on teachers’performance at state junior high schools of Babat Supat District; (3) there was aneffect of reward and achievement motivation simultaneously on teachers’ performance at state junior high schools of Babat Supat District.

Abstract

Research aims to understand influence infrastructure to school and workplace on teacher performance. The study was conducted in Plakat Tinggi Musi Banyuasin district.Type this research is quantitative research with the design penetian use design this research expost facto capital.Included in this study was a total all teachers in public primary schools as TK in plakat tinggi district consisting of 50 the teachers. Technique use survey data collection, dokumetasi and observation. Data analysis technique using a technique descriptive analysis kuantittaif, berganda and regression.Results stated that 1) is to influence infrastructure as a teacher tk kecamatan placard; 2) is high environmental influences work on teacher performance kindergarten to high as kecamatan placard; 3) is influence together to infrastructure and workplace tk on teacher performance as Plakat Tinggi kabupaten Musi Banyuasin.

This study aimed to determine: (1) the influence of principal leadership on teachers’ performance; (2) the influenceof compensation on teachers’ performance; and (3) the influenceof principal leadership and compensation simultaneously on teachers’ performance. The data in this study were collected through distributing questionnaires to respondents and were analyzedby using multiple regression analysis through the t test, F test, and determination coefficient test. The population in this study were all teachers of SMP NegeriatBabatSupat sub-district, MusiBanyuasin Regency, totaling 134 people. The sampling technique used was probability sampling by using the Slovin formula to obtain 100 teachers as the research sample. The results of the study found that: (1) there was a significant influence between principal leadership on teachers’ performance; (2) there was a significant influence between compensation on teachers’ performance; (3) there was a significant influence between principal leadership and compensation on teachers performance.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine and analyze knowing and describing the principal's strategy in increasing the competitiveness of SD Negeri 1 Supat, Babat Supat District. This type of research was descriptive qualitative research. Data collection tools used were documentation, interviews, observation and literature review. The data analysis technique used was descriptive qualitative analysis technique which consisted of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and fermentation. The results of the study stated that 1) the principal's strategy in increasing competitiveness at SD Negeri 1 Supat, Babat Supat District a) planning a program to improve the quality and competitiveness of the school both in the short and long term; b) determine the program that has been planned in the form of an activity instrument which is carried out in SD Negeri 1 Supat, Babat Supat District; and c) implement the strategy set by the school; 2) The obstacles faced in efforts to increase competitiveness lie in efforts to improve the quality of learning at SD Negeri 1 Supat; and 3) Solutions to some of the obstacles faced in increasing competitiveness through the quality of learning at SD Negeri 1 Supat, among others by: a) implementing continuous coaching to increase the experience and knowledge of teachers; b) supervise teachers as well as evaluate and provide direction for improvement. Provide training and assignments to improve teacher skills; c) assignments in various activities both at school and outside of school and provide opportunities for teachers to interact and communicate with many parties; and d) capacity building activities carried out through sending training participants, workshops, socialization, training, and KKG activities.
