Abstract

One of the organizations in Aceh that deals with religious instruction and learning is Dayah DMA. Students who pursue higher education and are enrolled in religious education institutions are known as mahasantri, and they are thought to possess greater physical and psychological development than students in regular schools. No doubt learning in two distinct locations has different job demands, which could put more strain on Mahasantri's mind. This study aims to determine the causes of high mental load on mahasantri and investigate potential disparities in mental burden according to gender, status, and class levels. Purposive sampling is used in this study to handle primary data from 56 mahasantri respondents who completed questionnaires as part of a quantitative approach. According to the research that was done, 50% of mahasantri, or 28, report having a significant level of mental strain. Physical demand has the highest impact on mahasantri's mental burden, accounting for 18.35% of the total. Subsequently, an independent sample t-test conducted with SPSS version 26 was employed to statistically evaluate the average mental burden score to ascertain whether mental burden varied according to gender, status, and class level categories. The burden for gender and status categories did not differ, according to the results. But in terms of mental load, there was a notable variation for the class level category

Abstract

Indonesia is a beautiful archipelago, with its mountainous terrain making it a popular tourist destination. One such location is Lake Lut Tawar in Central Aceh Regency, ideal for camping. Companies must improve customer satisfaction and loyalty due to the intense competition in the Indonesian tourism industry, which attracts both domestic and international visitors. Customer loyalty is the dependent variable in this study, and customer satisfaction and revisit intention are the intervening variables. The independent variables examined in this study are experiential marketing and perceived price. The results show that experiential marketing has been shown to increase customer satisfaction; perceived price has been shown to increase customer satisfaction; experiential marketing has been shown to increase revisit intention; perceived price has been shown to increase revisit intention; experiential marketing has not been able to increase customer loyalty; perceived price has been shown to increase customer loyalty; customer satisfaction has been shown to increase customer loyalty; revisit intention has been shown to increase customer loyalty. In addition, customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. This shows that when customer satisfaction increases, customer loyalty will increase; customer satisfaction cannot mediate the relationship between experiential marketing and customer loyalty. and finally, revisit intention partially mediates the relationship between perceived price and customer loyalty.

Abstract

This research was conducted on the loyalty of make over brand cosmetic products in the people of Panton Labu City, North Aceh Regency. Based on the researcher's observations, consumers have long-term loyalty to makeover brand cosmetics, so that consumers feel that they need the product, feel suitable for the product, and will continue to use the product for an unlimited time. This kind of loyalty shows that customers should always feel satisfied with the product they use for longer and accept the value of the customer experience. This customer assessment is divided into three parts, namely: functional value, emotional value, and social value. Based on the description and problems above, the researcher is interested in conducting a study entitled "The Effect of Customer Experience Value on the Loyalty of Make Over Brand Cosmetic Products in the Community of Panton Labu City, North Aceh Regency". The type of data used in this study is quantitative data, which is data measured in a numerical scale, which measures one or more variables in the population or sample to be studied, both numerically and statistically. The data source used in this study is primary data, namely data obtained directly from respondents or research locations, the coefficient value of the Consumer Response variable (Y) is 0.676 or 67.6%. This value shows that the contribution of the independent variable X1,X2,X3 can explain the Brand Loyalty (Y) variable by 67.6%. Meanwhile, the other 32.4% was influenced by other variables outside the research conducted. Subsequent research could also expand the scope by including other variables that can affect brand loyalty.

Abstract

This paper explores the influence of the Indonesian government's palm cooking oil subsidy policies on the welfare of communities in Aceh Province. The Policy aims to stabilise prices, to support producers, and to increase access to affordable cooking oil for consumers. However, empirical evidence shows that the market price frequently exceeds the government-determined ceiling price, which raises concerns about the Policy's effectiveness. To evaluate the actual impact of the subsidy, this study employs a multimarket analytical model in conjunction with an interest-maximising function approach to identify the optimal subsidy level that maximises social welfare. The analysis includes palm and coconut cooking oil as interrelated commodities, with supply and demand modelled using Cobb-Douglas functions. The study focuses on Elasticity as a key determinant in understanding the effectiveness of the subsidy, given that inelastic behaviour in supply and demand significantly affects the price gap between market equilibrium and subsidy-induced outcomes. Simulation results reveal that the optimal subsidy rates are 16% for palm oil and 26% for coconut oil. Furthermore, sensitivity analysis across four scenarios shows that lower Elasticity necessitates higher subsidies, while higher Elasticity can reduce the required subsidy without diminishing welfare gains. The results indicate that producers enjoy most of the welfare gains, although consumers also benefit from lower market prices. Therefore, a well-calibrated subsidy policy, based on empirical elasticity values and multimarket interactions, can lead to a more balanced welfare distribution. The findings underscore the importance of data-driven policy formulation to enhance efficiency and equity in government subsidy programs. Ultimately, this research recommends that future subsidy frameworks integrate elasticity parameters and economic modelling to ensure affordability and sustainability in essential commodity markets.

Abstract

One of the products that need attention, especially related to packaging, is the Talang Salted Fish product, which has been selling Talang Salted Fish without using packaging. So that this study aims to design the packaging of talang salted fish to add selling value which can later be an attraction for consumers to buy it. The method used is value engineering and the analytical hierarchy process (AHP). The value engineering method is applied to increase the value, performance, and cost of packaging design consisting of brand criteria, net weight measurement, product identity, attractiveness, color suitability, typography, and font size. The Analytical Hierarchy Process  method is applied at the analysis stage to help determine the priority criteria in accordance with the wishes of consumers. The results showed that the alternative design with the highest performance value was alternative 1 (A-B-D-E), namely the design with packaging materials made of transparent plastic, the colors used were bright, the packaging was rectangular and all capital letters were used. This selected alternative design has a value of 0.039. This value is obtained from the performance of 38.9 and the cost of Rp. 1000 per pack.
