Abstract

Employee performance is one of the main factors to determine whether the company is progressing or not. In an organization or agency can not be separated from the role of human resources, therefore assessment in performance is needed to measure the work of employees. Therefore the organization needs to conduct an assessment of each employee. Printing Company Subur Jaya in assessing employee performance still uses a subjective method with the assessment carried out directly by the company leader without any calculations. Decision Support System there is a solution for making decisions. There are many Decision Support System methods, but the researcher uses the AHP and MAUT methods to solve the problem. The AHP method is used for weighting each criterion and the MAUT method is used to generate alternative rankings. There are 30 alternative data used and 5 criteria such as: Performance, Honesty, Cooperation, Discipline, Age. The results obtained from this study are that the top 10 alternative data are stated to be good in performance and the bottom 10 data are declared to be poor with a test accuracy of 100%.

Abstract

Vegshop merupakan sistem aplikasi android yang dapat memudahkan proses transaksi jual beli sayuran dan bahan pokok secara online dengan dapat dilakukan dimanapun dan kapanpun. Sistem ini disusun melibatkan dua komponen utama, yaitu bagian klien dan server. Bagian client dibuat khusus untuk ponsel berbasis Android dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Dart (Shudder) dan memindahkan informasi melalui desain JSON. Kemudian lagi, bagian server dibuat untuk situs yang menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan sistem Laravel, serta menangani kumpulan data dengan MySQL. Sistem informasi yang dirancang untuk penjualan sayur dan bahan pokok ini menawarkan layanan pemesanan online dan pengelolaan data yang dinamis. Eksekusi kerangka kesepakatan berbasis web ini diharapkan memberikan komitmen positif yang penting terhadap presentasi Vegshop.

Abstract

Technological advances have had a great influence in various areas of life, including in the digital entertainment industry such as video games. There are many children who are more interested in playing games than learning, which can result in a decrease in interest in learning academic activities. Therefore, finding an effective method to balance children's interest in learning by playing games is very important. One solution is to create  educational games that provide a fun and interactive learning experience. This research aims to develop an  educational game that can help children play while learning. The development  of  2D educational games for science subjects uses Unity Engine and MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) as development methods. From the results of the discussion, the creation of the game was successful. Based on the results of application testing that has been carried out on  educational games, all components  of this game function properly and there are no problems. In addition, beta testing shows that this educational game has been proven to be able to increase students' interest in learning

Abstract

Abstrak - Berkembangnya teknologi digital serta juga internet membuka peluang besar di berbagai bidang, termasuk bisnis dan perdagangan. Namun, beberapa pelaku UMKM di Kelurahan Kebungson masih menggunakan metode pemasaran konvensional yang kurang efektif, sehingga produk mereka kurang dikenal luas. Kondisi ini mendorong kebutuhan akan solusi berbasis teknologi informasi untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan memperluas jangkauan pemasaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan menerapkan sebuah E-commerce yang berbasis situs web sebagai media promosi dan pemasaran produk UMKM di Kelurahan Kebungson. Website ini dirancang untuk memudahkan pelaku UMKM dalam menyampaikan informasi produk secara efektif, meningkatkan daya tarik konsumen melalui branding yang menarik, dan memperluas cakupan pemasaran tanpa batasan ruang dan waktu. Pemanfaatan website sebagai sarana promosi diharapkan dapat mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal dan mendukung keberlanjutan UMKM di era digital.Kata kunci : UMKM, Industri Rumah Tangga, Website Abstract - The development of digital technology and the internet opens up great opportunities in various fields, including business and trade. However, several MSMEs in Kebungson Village still use conventional marketing methods that are less effective, so their products are not widely known. This condition drives the need for information technology-based solutions to increase competitiveness and expand marketing reach. This research aims to design and implement a website-based E-commerce as a media for promoting and marketing MSME products in Kebungson Village. This website is intended to make it easier for MSMEs to convey product information effectively, increase consumer appeal through attractive branding, and expand marketing coverage without space and time limitations. Abstract

Abstrak - Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong kebutuhan akan sistem yang dapat mengoptimalkan manajemen data absensi, terutama pada program magang di institusi. Saat ini, proses absensi ma-gang di UPBU Harun Thohir Bawean masih menggunakan metode manual berbasis kertas yang rentan terhadap manipulasi dan kerusakan data. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan sis-tem informasi absensi mahasiswa magang berbasis web untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi pencatatan kehadiran. Metode yang digunakan adalah pengembangan perangkat lunak dengan model waterfall, yang melibatkan studi literatur, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem absensi berbasis PHP dan MySQL mampu memudahkan pencatatan dan pemantauan kehadiran serta aktivitas peserta magang secara real-time. Implementasi sistem ini meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi dan memperkuat integritas data absensi di UPBU Harun Thohir Bawean.Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi, Absensi Magang, PHP, MySQL, UPBU Harun Thohir Bawean. Abstract - The development of information technology drives the need for a system that can optimize attendance data management, especially in internship programs in institutions. Currently, the internship attend-ance process at UPBU Harun Thohir Bawean still uses a manual paper-based method that is vulnera-ble to data manipulation and damage. The purpose of this study is to develop a web-based student in-tern attendance information system to improve the efficiency and accuracy of attendance recording. The method used is software development with a waterfall model, which involves literature studies, ob-servations, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the PHP and MySQL-based attendance system is able to facilitate recording and monitoring the attendance and activities of interns in real time. The implementation of this system improves administrative efficiency and strength-ens the integrity of attendance data at UPBU Harun Thohir Bawean.Keywords: Information Systems, Internship Attendance, PHP, MySQL, UPBU Harun Thohir Bawean.

Abstract

Dangerous chemicals are always used when building new fiberglass boats which can have a negative impact on human safety and health. Fiberglass boat building also involves the use of potentially dangerous work equipment. Because the risk aspects that cause work accidents have not been identified, work accidents often occur at this fiberglass boat manufacturing company, with an average of 15 work accidents per year. With this background, the author identifies the risk of work accidents, determines the risk value and identifies alternative solutions. Identification of work accident risks is carried out using the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) method and calculating risk values ​​according to ISO 45001:2018. After identifying the risk of work accidents in the process of building new fiberglass ships at this shipbuilding company, 25 potential risks were found. The risk score calculation according to ISO 45001:2018 classifies 11 potential risks into medium risk and high risk levels. The potential risk of work accidents when cutting wood to make molds is the occurrence of scratches and limbs being cut and lacerations and even permanent physical disability due to the grinding blade coming loose while the grinding process is in progress. This shows that there is a potential risk that has reached the High Risk level and must be followed up as quickly as possible.

Abstract

Muhammadiyah University of Gresik is one of the educational institutions in Gresik. Every year, the ratio of new students to graduates is not the same, which can affect the accreditation of the campus. To address this issue, a prediction is made on the data of prospective new students to detect whether they can graduate on time or not. A comparison of the classification results is performed using the K-Nearest Neighbor and Naive Bayes methods. From the implementation and testing, Naive Bayes achieves an accuracy of 72%, while the K- Nearest Neighbor method achieves an accuracy of 64%. Therefore, Naive Bayes is better at classifying the data of prospective new students compared to K-Nearest Neighbor.

Jenggong Mulya Jaya merupakan sebuah perusahaan swasta jasa konstruksi berhubungan proyek bangunan gedung dan perumahan, fasilitas industri minyak dan gas, gudang dan pabrik, pembangunan infrastruktur penunjang meliputi jalan raya dan jembatan, fasilitas air bersih dan limbah, bendungan, sanitasi dan irigasi, jaringan distribusi, jaringan telekomunikasi dan lain-sebagainya. Hasil observasi dan penelitian tim konstruksi yang kurang tepat dalam project dapat membuat perusahaan mengalami kerugian, maka perlu adanya sistem yang terorganisir dengan baik. Berdasarkan permasalahan. Pada CV Jenggong Mulya Jaya”. Technique For Others Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) adalah salah satu metode yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan masalah pemilihan tim project konstruksi secara optimal. Pada analisis hasil pengujian sistem, dengan perhitungan pihak perusahaan, didapatkan rekomendasi Unit Konstruksi Project dengan pengujian dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem ini dapat merekomendasikan 3 kali periode tiap bulan yang menunjukkan bahwa sistem pendukung keputusan dapat berfungsi dengan baik dengan pendekatan 70% sesuai dengan metode Topsis.

Abstract

 Indonesia has a bad situation in stunting. Stunting is a problem because of the consumption of less nutrition. This is caused by giving food that is not in accordance with the nutritional needs of infants. Infants 0 until 24 months old need attention in choosing a weaning food to support the baby’s growth. The purpose of this research is to find an optimized way to improve the menu of weaning food with the genetic algorithm method. It is expected to be able to reduce stunting suffering in Indonesia. The process of the genetic algorithm method uses the fitness function of a baby’s daily nutritional needs. The selection is Roulette wheel selection method, the crossover is whole arithmetic crossover with 0.5 crossover rate, and the last is the mutation process with 0.6 mutation rate. The research used 100 generations and the result is menus for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for 6 days. The genetic algorithm can determine optimal weaning food’s menu.
