Jenggong Mulya Jaya merupakan sebuah perusahaan swasta jasa konstruksi berhubungan proyek bangunan gedung dan perumahan, fasilitas industri minyak dan gas, gudang dan pabrik, pembangunan infrastruktur penunjang meliputi jalan raya dan jembatan, fasilitas air bersih dan limbah, bendungan, sanitasi dan irigasi, jaringan distribusi, jaringan telekomunikasi dan lain-sebagainya. Hasil observasi dan penelitian tim konstruksi yang kurang tepat dalam project dapat membuat perusahaan mengalami kerugian, maka perlu adanya sistem yang terorganisir dengan baik. Technique For Others Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) adalah salah satu metode yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan masalah pemilihan tim project konstruksi secara optimal. Pada analisis hasil pengujian sistem, dengan perhitungan pihak perusahaan, didapatkan rekomendasi Unit Konstruksi Project dengan pengujian dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem ini dapat merekomendasikan 3 kali periode tiap bulan yang menunjukkan bahwa sistem pendukung keputusan dapat berfungsi dengan baik dengan pendekatan 70% sesuai dengan metode Topsis.

Abstract

 Indonesia has a bad situation in stunting. Stunting is a problem because of the consumption of less nutrition. This is caused by giving food that is not in accordance with the nutritional needs of infants. Infants 0 until 24 months old need attention in choosing a weaning food to support the baby’s growth. The purpose of this research is to find an optimized way to improve the menu of weaning food with the genetic algorithm method. It is expected to be able to reduce stunting suffering in Indonesia. The process of the genetic algorithm method uses the fitness function of a baby’s daily nutritional needs. The selection is Roulette wheel selection method, the crossover is whole arithmetic crossover with 0.5 crossover rate, and the last is the mutation process with 0.6 mutation rate. The research used 100 generations and the result is menus for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for 6 days. The genetic algorithm can determine optimal weaning food’s menu.

Abstract

Mining is a strategic industry in economic development, but it is usually based on production activity management bottlenecks, namely target monitoring and realization, which are mostly done manually. This includes recording errors, reporting delays, and difficulties in data analysis. The purpose of this research is to evaluate and develop a web-based target information monitoring system and production realization system at PT Gukusu using the Waterfall method. The Waterfall method is based on clearly defined system requirements from the beginning, allowing systematic system development from requirements analysis, system design (using UML), implementation (using PHP and MySQL), black-box testing, and testing to failure. It is expected that this system will improve work efficiency, data accuracy, and management's ability to thoroughly evaluate products Academically, this research contributes to system development.

Abstract

Perkembangan dalam lingkup teknologi informasi menyediahkan prospek besar untuk mendukung proses bisnis, salah satunya melalui sistem pemantauan target kerja. Di PT Swabina Gatra, proses pemantauan tetap dikerjakan dengan manual, yang seringkali mengakibatkan penundaan, ketidakakuratan data dan kesulitan dalam rekap data serta pelaporan. pengkajian ini bermaksud untuk membangun prosedur berbasis website guna mengawasi sistem observasi target kerja guna memfasilitasi pencatatan, pemrosesan, dan pelaporan dokumen terkait makin singkat dan akurat. Pengkajian ini memanfaatkan metode Waterfall, yaitu metode perancangan sekuensial dimana mencakup penelitian keperluan, rancangan sistem, penerapan, uji coba, dan pengelolaan. Sistem ini dikembangkan memanfaatkan PHP menjadi kode pemrograman dan MySQL guna manajemen basis data. output pemeriksaan memperlihatkan bahwasanya sistem beroperasi mengaplikasikan benar. Sistem ini memberikan kemudahan bagi unit kerja dalam menginput data pemantauan, dan menawarkan fitur pelaporan langsung. Oleh karena itu, sistem ini dapat memperbaiki kinerja pemrosesan data, mendukung tahapan pengambilan keputusan, dan diharapkan mampu ditingkatkan lebih efektif guna program ini lebih komprehensif.

Abstract

AbstrakKemunculan berbagai game online di smartphone, pasar game online terus meningkat hingga saat ini. Industri game di Indonesia mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan sejak tahun 2016 - 2020. Di mana, mampu meraup pendapatan sebesar USD 1,1 miliar atau sekitar Rp 15,7 triliun. Indonesia dengan pencapaian tersebut, saat ini merupakan pasar Industri game terbesar di Asia Tenggara. Selain itu, juga menduduki peringkat ke-17 dunia, di mana tercatat sebanyak 52 juta penduduknya merupakan gamer. Oleh sebab itu, tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat program studi Teknik Informatika melakukan kegiatan berupa pelatihan, pengembangan, pendampingan dan workshop pembuatan game android untuk siswa SMK YPI Darussalam. Tujuannya mereka dibekali pengetahuan dan keahlian tersebut supaya mereka dapat menjadi creator game atau developer game lokal. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan tersebut berupa metode workshop dan pelatihan (ceramah dan diskusi-informasi). Dari hasil kegiatan pelatihan, pengembangan, pendampingan dan workshop pembuatan game android didapatkan bahwa siswa-siswi SMK YPI Darussalam Cerme memahami dengan baik dan dapat membuat rancangan scenario game dan kemudian membangun game dengan framework Unity. Kata kunci: game; unity; workshop; artificial intelligence Abstract The emergence of various online games on smartphones, the online game market continues to increase to this day. The gaming industry in Indonesia has experienced a significant increase from 2016 - 2020. It was able to generate revenue of USD 1.1 billion or around IDR 15.7 trillion. Indonesia, with these achievements, is currently the largest gaming industry market in Southeast Asia. Apart from that, it is also ranked 17th in the world, where 52 million people are gamers. For this reason, the community service team for the Informatics Engineering study program carries out activities in the form of training, development, mentoring and workshops on making Android games for YPI Darussalam Vocational School students. The goal is that they are equipped with this knowledge and expertise so that they can become game creators or local game developers. The methods used in this activity are workshop and training methods (lectures and information discussions). From the results of training, development, mentoring and Android game creation workshops, it was found that YPI Darussalam Cerme Vocational School students understood well and were able to design game scenarios and then build games using the Unity framework. Keywords: game; unity; workshop; artificial intelligence

Abstract

Social media is a protocol for people’s interaction and disseminating new ideas. The spread of fake information can occur on social media because there is no control and verification from the legal account. During the COVID-19 corona virus outbreak, the government issued a self-isolation policy. However, people use social media to find information about COVID-19 and spread news about COVID-19 greedily, especially in Indonesia. Therefore, this study explores the factors influencing the spread of fake news related to COVID-19. The sampling used in this study was non-random/non-probability sampling with the Convenience Sampling technique, including two hundred and twenty-two respondences from several regions in Indonesia. These phenomenons are studied using the Uses and Gratification framework by eliminating entertainment variables, adding altruism motivation, and adding moderating variables for demographic factors of individual psychological well-being, including age, education, income, and gender. Data were analyzed using Smart Partial Least Squares (PLS) to determine the effect of five variables. The analysis results show that all the variables, e.g., altruism, socialization, time elapsed, information sharing, and information seeking, as well as moderating variables and demographic factors of individual psychological well-being have no positive and significant effect on the spread of fake COVID-19—news on social media in Indonesia.

Abstract

Along with the rapid development of information technology, companies are required to adapt in various operational aspects, including the employee recruitment process. PT Sekar Putra Daerah, as a continuously growing company, faces challenges in managing its recruitment process, which is still carried out conventionally—consuming considerable time and resources. Manual processes are prone to human error, document loss, and difficulties in tracking application statuses. To address these issues, a web-based employee recruitment information system was developed. This study aims to design, develop, and implement a digital platform that automates the entire recruitment workflow—from job postings by the administrator, registration and application submission by applicants, to the selection process and notification of application status. The system development method used is the Waterfall model, which includes the stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The result of this study is a functional web application with two main access roles: administrator and applicant. Administrators can manage job postings, filter incoming applications, and update applicant status, while applicants can create accounts, view available job openings, submit applications, and monitor their application status in real time through a dashboard and notifications. The implementation of this system is expected to improve the efficiency, transparency, and effectiveness of the recruitment process at PT Sekar Putra Daerah, as well as provide a better experience for prospective employees.

Abstract

Manual procedures for reporting damaged assets in institutions often lead to delayed handling, unclear tracking, and inconsistent documentation. To address these problems, a web-based system called SMART (Integrated Goods Damage Reporting System) was developed to digitize and simplify the reporting workflow for better efficiency. The system was developed using the Waterfall model, following sequential steps including requirement identification, system planning, implementation, testing, and maintenance to maintain reliable and stable operation. The application was developed using PHP for coding implementation and MySQL for managing its database, integrated with a user interface built through the AdminLTE framework on a protected intranet network. Black-box testing verified that each system component performed according to its design and met user needs for precision, responsiveness, and usability. Overall, the SMART system enhances efficiency, data integrity, and transparency in the process of managing institutional asset maintenance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun aplikasi mobile berbasis Android untuk monitoring target operasi probing di PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Gresik. Latar belakang pengembangan aplikasi ini adalah proses monitoring yang masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga memerlukan waktu lebih lama, rawan kesalahan, dan kurang efisien. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model SDLC Waterfall, yang mencakup tahapan komunikasi, perencanaan, perancangan, implementasi, dan deployment. Aplikasi dibangun menggunakan Flutter untuk antarmuka dan PHP-MySQL sebagai backend, dilengkapi fitur manajemen data pelanggan, pengisian hasil probing, riwayat perubahan, serta tampilan statistik dengan filter status. Pengujian sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode blackbox testing untuk memverifikasi kesesuaian input-output setiap fitur, sedangkan uji validasi melibatkan dua validator dari pihak PLN yang menilai aspek fungsi, tampilan, dan kesesuaian dengan kebutuhan operasional. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar komponen telah sesuai dengan harapan pengguna, dengan beberapa masukan perbaikan minor. Aplikasi ini mempermudah proses monitoring secara real-time, meningkatkan efisiensi kerja, serta memiliki potensi pengembangan lebih lanjut, seperti penambahan fitur notifikasi dan mode offline.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong organisasi mengadopsi sistem yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, dan akurasi pengelolaan proyek. CV. Mitra Teknologi Sejahtera, perusahaan di bidang teknologi informasi, menghadapi kendala dalam memantau perkembangan proyek dan mendistribusikan tugas karena sebagian besar proses masih dilakukan secara manual. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem monitoring dan manajemen proyek pegawai berbasis web untuk mendukung koordinasi kerja secara terintegrasi dan real-time. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan framework Laravel dan database MySQL dengan metode Waterfall, melalui tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan dengan UML dan ERD, implementasi, pengujian, serta pemeliharaan. Fitur utama meliputi pengelolaan proyek, distribusi tugas, pelacakan progres, manajemen tiket, project board interaktif dengan drag and drop, dan pembuatan laporan. Pengujian black box menunjukkan seluruh fungsi berjalan sesuai spesifikasi, sehingga sistem terbukti meningkatkan koordinasi antarpegawai, mempercepat penyampaian informasi, mengurangi kesalahan pelaporan, dan membantu pimpinan mengambil keputusan. Dengan antarmuka responsif dan akses mudah, sistem ini menjadi solusi efektif untuk pengelolaan proyek yang cepat, terpusat, dan akurat.
