Abstract

User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) have an important role in an application design process, because in an application design must be organized and organized, not only that the design of an application must be in accordance with the needs (demands) of potential users. PT. Jasa Marga Tollroad Operator (JMTO) is an Indonesian state-owned enterprise engaged in toll road business. Jasa Marga is the first and largest toll road developer and operator in Indonesia with a market share of 50% for the length of commercial toll roads that have been operating (±1,260 km). With more than 44 years of experience, Jasa Marga currently manages 35 toll road concessions with a total road length of 1,906 km. In the Traffic and Transaction Division of PT. Jasa Marga still uses paper media to record daily activities, both daily reports of officers and minutes of incidents, in doing so officers have problems such as missing report paper, damaged report paper and obstacles in the process of inputting data that is still slow and seems inefficient. Therefore, the Traffic Division of the Krian Gresik Toll Section (KLB) on the occasion of JMIC 2022 has an innovation to create an Android-based Daily Reporting and Event News application to replace paper media. This research aims to implement a method, namely the Design Thinking method which will be used in designing the Android-based JMTO Access v1.0 Digital Reporting application. Abstract

The role of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME) for the economy of many countries, especially Indonesia are very important. The garment industry is one of the developing industries in Indonesia. Enterprises need to understanding, documenting, modelling, analyzing, simulating, implementing to increasing the value and achieving business operational efficiency and survive business competition. Therefore, it is necessary to know assess the maturity level of business process management in MSMEs. The purpose of this study is to assess the maturity level of business process management from MSMEs. First, the relevant literature is reviewed to gain insight into the practice of business process management in general, the context of MSME in Indonesia and previous studies related to business process management in the context of MSMEs. This research was conducted in East Java and data collection was done by distributing questionnaires to MSME owners. This study shows that a lack of knowledge resources about BPM is the main factor causes the MSMEs have low business process maturity level.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic that emerged in 2019, in wuhan, Hubei province, China has spread almost throughout the world, including Indonesia. The impact of the virus is that the government has issued public policies, which include social distancing, social isolation, and self-quarantine. Various sectors must implement the policy. Several companies in Indonesia have to enforce working from home for all their employees, including educational institutions in Indonesia, from the level of Playgroups, Early Childhood Education, Kindergartens, Elementary Schools, Junior High Schools, Public High Schools or Senior High Schools. Vocational High Schools and Universities also apply an online learning process from home. Information Technology provides solutions for the education system in Indonesia in these difficult times, so that the learning process can continue. In previous studies, an exploration of the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model with social isolation variables, and corona fear moderating variables was carried out on the Behavioral Intentions of the Learning Management System and the Behavior of the Use of Learning Management Systems among General or Vocational High School students. Data analysis using Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The findings show a positive relationship of Performance Expectations (PE), Effort Expectations (EE), Social Influence (SI), and Social Isolation on LMS Behavioral Intentions and, also between LMS Behavioral Intentions and Use Behavior. In addition, the results of the moderation analysis show that the fear of Corona only moderates the relationship between Performance Expectations and Social Influences with LMS Behavioral Intentions. The findings imply the need to increase the behavioral intentions of LMS users among college students or students.

Abstract

The rapid development of industry triggers a reality that every region must have independence. Therefore, efforts to improve welfare continue to be carried out. One of the activities that can be done is entrepreneurship and cooperatives. The support of village officials and companies can also support the realization of regional independence. However, the reality on the ground as experienced by Kelurahan Ngipik, Kecamatan Gresik with products branded “Rosella Telaga Ngipik” and Cooperative Srikandi Berbakti” is actually different. There are weaknesses and imperfections in the implementation of business and cooperative operations. Motivation and skills that are not yet strong enough to be built in human resources can hinder the achievement of welfare. Lecture community methods, such as: demonstrations and discussions can improve the ability of business managers and cooperative administrators. Community activities went smoothly, namely: community service participants were able to understand entrepreneurship and digital marketing issue.

Abstract

Abstrak - Dalam konteks era digital yang terus berkembang, pengelolaan sistem informasi kasir sangatlah penting untuk mendukung operasional berbagai bisnis, termasuk unit layanan seperti Toko Raya Computer. Sistem informasi kasir yang efektif tidak hanya menyederhanakan proses transaksi, tetapi juga memfasilitasi pengelolaan inventaris yang efisien dan pelacakan penjualan yang akurat. Artikel ini menjelaskan tentang implementasi sistem informasi kasir pada unit pelayanan Toko Raya Computer yang sebelumnya menghadapi permasalahan transaksi manual sehingga memperlambat proses dan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Dengan menerapkan sistem informasi kasir, Toko Raya Komputer berhasil mempercepat proses transaksi dan meningkatkan akurasi data. Sistem ini tidak hanya menyederhanakan transaksi sehari-hari, tetapi juga memberikan kemampuan untuk menghasilkan laporan data yang akurat untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan strategis dan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional secara keseluruhan. Keputusan untuk mengadopsi sistem informasi kasir membantu Toko Raya Computer mengatasi keterbatasan manual dan membuka pintu bagi pertumbuhan bisnis yang berkelanjutan di masa depan.Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi, Rancangan Pembangunan, WaterfallAbstract - In the context of the ever-growing digital era, cashier information system management is very important to support the operations of various businesses, including service units such as Toko Raya Computer. An effective cashier information system not only simplifies the transaction process, but also facilitates efficient inventory management and accurate sales tracking. This article explains the implementation of a cashier information system at the Toko Raya Computer service unit which previously faced manual transaction problems, which slowed down the process and affected employee performance. By implementing a cashier information system, Toko Raya Computer succeeded in speeding up the transaction process and increasing data accuracy. This system not only simplifies daily transactions, but also provides the ability to generate accurate data reports to support strategic decision making and improve overall operational efficiency. The decision to adopt a cashier information system helped Toko Raya Computer overcome manual limitations and opened the door for sustainable business growth in the future.Keywords: Information System, Development Plan, Waterfall

Abstract

Evaluation of teacher performance at MI Bani Hasyim Cerme still uses the manual method. Using office applications such as excel and word results in a significant accumulation of data that makes it difficult for school principals to calculate scores and evaluate the results of clustering or teacher performance scores, so it is wasteful of energy, time, and cost. The k-Means clustering method is expected to facilitate the clustering process of teacher performance values ​​as a source of information and make it easy for school principals to classify teacher performance results. This research aims to obtain clustering values ​​on teacher performance assessment data and to replace the teacher performance assessment system at MI Bani Hasyim, which was previously carried out conventionally into a web-based system. The results of this study are the clustering values ​​of teacher performance assessment and a web-based teacher performance appraisal system. It is expected to facilitate the process of evaluating teacher performance in the Bani Hasyim primary school in the future.

Abstract

Maintenance of information and communications technology scoped on the Lamongan Regency Government is the responsibility of the Lamongan Regency Communications and Information Department. The application of information technology is closely related to the problems that appear, such as Communication Network Interruption/Damage. In this case, the report is provided by the user via WhatsApp message, and no single point of contact is used for delivery, retard the refinement process and making it difficult for technicians to prioritize refinement. In this study, the authors built a decision-supporting to assist technicians in prioritizing refinement. The Multi-Objective Optimization Based Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method is appropriate for this study as it allows us to perform the ranking process based on different weighting attributes. The calculation process of the MOORA method is based on specified criteria and weightings. Criteria are the type of damage, risk of a complaint, duration of the claim, and type of service. In one day, the three regional apparatuses with the highest scores are selected, and recommendations for prioritized refinement are provided. In this study, we found that samples with high criterion weights and scores tended to be prioritized over other samples. The results MOORA calculated show the library service as the best alternative with a value of 0.396 on ten regional apparatus tested.

Abstract

User Interface dan User Expericnce (UI/UX) memiliki peranan yang penting di dalam perancangan sebuah aplikasi, karena di dalam sebuah desain aplikasi mesti terorganisir, tidak hanya itu User Interface dan User Experience mesti sesuai dengan keperluan para penggunanya. PT.Petrokimia Gresik adalah pabrik yang memproduksi pupuk yang awal kemunculannya disebut dengan Proyek Petrokimia Surabaya. Pada Departemen Pengelolaan Pelabuhan PT.Petrokimia Gresik masih menggunakan media kertas untuk mengecek alat berat yang mereka miliki, hal tersebut mempunyai kendala seperti kertas hilang, kertas robek ataupun terkena air. Maka dari itu pihak Departemen Pengelolaan Pelabuhan memiliki inovasi untuk membuat aplikasi Digital Checksheet berbasis Android untuk menggantikan media kertas. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu mengimplementasikan metode Design Thinking pada aplikasi Digital Checksheet yang berbasis android. Dalam pelaksanaan dibentuknya perancangan ini mengaplikasikan dengan metode Design Thinking yang melalui 5 tahap yaitu emphatize, define, ideate, prototype dan test. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penggunaan metode Design Thinking pada pembuatan UI/UX Design untuk aplikasi Digital Checksheet dapat diterapkan dan sudah sesuai dengan teori teori yang ada dalam pada Design Thinking.

Abstract

Beasiswa merupakan dorongan keuangan yang diberikan kepada pribadi guna tujuan melanjutkan pembelajaran mereka. Oleh sebab itu, Mi Muhammadiyah 03 Doudo menghasilkan beasiswa, Beasiswa ini diperuntukan buat siswa-siswi berprestasi tetapi kurang sanggup secara finansial. Selaku dari kasus tersebut, dibutuhkan sistem pendukung keputusan buat penentuan beasiswa. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Kerap digunakan buat menunjang pemecahan atas permasalahan ataupun kesempatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh penulis dalam tugas ini adalah metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Konsep dasar metode SAW adalah mencari penjumlahan terbobot dari rating kinerja pada setiap alternatif pada semua atribut dan peringkat kinerja untuk setiap alternatif. Beberapa tampilan sistem penentuan beasiswa berprestasi menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting di Mi Muhammadiyah 03 Doudo adalah halaman login, halaman dashboard, nilai preferensi, data kriteria, data alternatif, data rangking, normalisasi perangkingan, hasil laporan, halaman profil dan halaman daftar pengguna. Berdasarkan pengujian pada Sistem pendukung keputusan penentuan beasiswa dapat diambil beberapa kesimpulan sebagai berikut merupakan salah satu indikator penting dalam perhitungan untuk penerimaan beasiswa dalam sekolah. Adanya sistem pendukung keputusan untuk menentukan Pemberian Beasiswa pada siswa-siswi Mi Muhammadiyah 03 Doudo dan untuk menentukan calon siswa-siswi yang akan memperoleh beasiswa akademik maupun non akademik akan mempermudah pihak sekolah dan yang mendapatkan beasiswa dalam perhitungan metode SAW adalah soffan.

Abstract

Abstrak—Masa usia dini (0-6 tahun) merupakan masa keemasan pada anak. Para ahli menilai perlunya stimulasi yang bermakna agar masa usia dini anak dapat berkembang secara optimal. Peran stimulasi pada anak harus disiapkan oleh para pendidik, mulai dari orang tua, guru,  ataupun orang dewasa lain yang ada di sekitar anak. Salah satu alternatif untuk menstimulus perkembangan secara optimal pada anak adalah dengan media pembelajaran yang didapat. Namun nyatanya media pembelajaran untuk anak usia dini umumnya masih konvensional seperti menggunakan media kartu, dan beberapa mainan fisik untuk menambah pengetahuan anak serta melatih kognitif dan motorik. Oleh karena itu, salah satu alternatif yang dapat digunakan untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini adalah diperlukannya suatu rancangan media pembelajaran interaktif dan menyenangkan  bagi anak usia dini melalui game  berbasis web, untuk menstimulus perkembangannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang media pembelajaran yang interaktif pada anak, pada penelitian ini media yang dikembangkan berupa game education berbasis construct 2 sebagai media penunjang pembelajaran pada anak usia dini dengan materi kenal angka, warna, hewan dan alat musik. Dalam hal ini anak yang bertindak sebagai pemain dapat belajar mengenai materi tersebut. Proses transfer pengetahuan dilakukan dengan cara menyelesaikan tantangan yang terdapat di dalam game. Kata kunci: media pembelajaran, contract 2, game, berbasis web                                                                                                                                                                                               Abstrct—Early childhood (0-6 years) is the golden age for children. Experts assess the need for meaningful stimulation so that children's early childhood can develop optimally. The role of stimulation in children must be prepared by educators, starting from parents, teachers, or other adults around the child. One alternative to stimulate optimal development in children is with the learning media obtained. But in fact learning media for early childhood are generally still conventional, such as using card media, and some physical toys to increase children's knowledge and train cognitive and motor skills. Therefore, one alternative that can be used to overcome this problem is the need for an interactive and fun learning media design for early childhood through web-based games, to stimulate their development. This study aims to design interactive learning media for children, in this study the media developed is in the form of educational games based on construct 2 as a medium to support learning in early childhood with material about numbers, colors, animals and musical instruments. In this case the child who acts as a player can learn about the material.
