Abstract

User Interface dan User Expericnce (UI/UX) memiliki peranan yang penting di dalam perancangan sebuah aplikasi, karena di dalam sebuah desain aplikasi mesti terorganisir, tidak hanya itu User Interface dan User Experience mesti sesuai dengan keperluan para penggunanya. PT.Petrokimia Gresik adalah pabrik yang memproduksi pupuk yang awal kemunculannya disebut dengan Proyek Petrokimia Surabaya. Pada Departemen Pengelolaan Pelabuhan PT.Petrokimia Gresik masih menggunakan media kertas untuk mengecek alat berat yang mereka miliki, hal tersebut mempunyai kendala seperti kertas hilang, kertas robek ataupun terkena air. Maka dari itu pihak Departemen Pengelolaan Pelabuhan memiliki inovasi untuk membuat aplikasi Digital Checksheet berbasis Android untuk menggantikan media kertas. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu mengimplementasikan metode Design Thinking pada aplikasi Digital Checksheet yang berbasis android. Dalam pelaksanaan dibentuknya perancangan ini mengaplikasikan dengan metode Design Thinking yang melalui 5 tahap yaitu emphatize, define, ideate, prototype dan test. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penggunaan metode Design Thinking pada pembuatan UI/UX Design untuk aplikasi Digital Checksheet dapat diterapkan dan sudah sesuai dengan teori teori yang ada dalam pada Design Thinking.

Abstract

Di zaman kini ini, sekolah adalah salah satu kawasan efektif buat mentransformasikan ilmu serta menjadi sarana pendidikan peserta didik. PAS bertujuan menguji capaian pembelajaran selama 6 bulan. sebab itulah peserta didik dituntut buat memiliki persentasi yg baik secara akademik mapun non akademik. SPK ialah sistem yg membantu pengguna dalam pengambilan sebuah keputusan. tahapan peneliti yg digunakan ialah pengumpulan data, perhitungan data, perancangan, pengujian serta penulisan laporan. Prosedur VIKOR bisa digunakan pada penelitian ini dikarenakan bobot yg dipergunakan di penelitian ini bersifat benefit yg akan saling menguntungkan, penelitian ini dilakukan buat memberikan penghargaan bagi peserta didik yang berprestasi memakai keputusan VIKOR. Masa terbaru mirip ini sangat diharapkan siswa yang mempunyai kemampuan-kemampuan tersebut. akibat yg didapat, pada penerapan prosedur VIKOR terdapat data berita yang harus dimasukan diantaranya: 4 data kriteria yakni rata-rata PAS Pengetahuan, rata-rata PAS Ketrampilan, rata-rata PAT Pengetahuan, dan rata-rata PAT Ketrampilan. asal 4 kriteria itu akan dilakukan proses perhitungan dengan prosedur VIKOR. akibat ini sejalan dengan yg dilakukan, bahwa perhitungan dapat dikembangkan sesuai apa yg diperlukan pihak sekolah. mekanisme VIKOR ialah kemudahan bagi perancang software, apalagi merancang SPK dalam pemastian peserta didik berprestasi. menggunakan prosedur VIKOR dengan bobot yg sudah ditentukan bisa ditampilkannya hasil pemeringkatan yg dihitung menggunakan tahapan yang sistematis. maka diharapkan membantu para pengajar Mi Al-Ma''arif dan hasil akhir dari prosedur vikor yg berhak mendapatkan ialah Abdul Kharim Khisani mendapatkan nilai 0.

Abstract

Abstrak: Desa Leran merupakan salah satu desa yang berada di kecamatan Manyar, Gresik. Di desa ini terdapat badan untuk pengolahan air bersih bernama Hipppam. Saat ini sistem pembayaran yang digunakan oleh Hippam masih manual menggunakan kartu untuk pelanggan dan pencatatan manual menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Excel. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Agile Software Development. Pengembangan suatu aplikasi umumnya memakai System Development Life Cycle, salah satu metode didalamnya yaitu Agile Software Development. Tahapan metode Agile yaitu Perencanaan, Implementasi, Tes Perangkat Lunak, Dokumentasi, Deployment dan Pemeliharaan. Sistem ini dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database menggunakan MySQL. Sistem yang telah dibuat mempermudah pelanggan untuk melakukan pengecekan tagihannya tanpa harus datang ke kantor Hippam terlebih dahulu.Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi, Hippam, WebsiteAbstract: Leran Village is one of the villages in the Manyar sub-district, Gresik. In this village, there is an agency for clean water treatment called Hipppam. This research uses the Agile Software Development method. The development of an application generally uses the System Development Life Cycle, and one of the methods in it is Agile Software Development. The stages of the Agile method are Planning, Implementation, Software Testing, Documentation, Deployment and Maintenance. This system is created using the PHP programming language and the database uses MySQL. Abstract

The Cashier Management Information System at the Rachmi Dewi General Hospital (RSU) is a desktop-based application that is used to manage drug transaction data. The system is seen as ineffective, because it cannot be used for online transactions. This research develops web-based applications to support online transaction and reporting systems. The system development method used is the Waterfall method. The features contained in the management information system have been confirmed in the requirements elicitation phase and have been tested through Blackbox testing. The test results show that all functional features are running validly. The results of system testing are the basis for recommending to the pharmacist of RSU Rachmi Dewi to be used to support business management performance in managing transaction data and management reporting.Keywords: Cashier Management; Pharmacy; Web based application; Waterfall, Blackbox Testing AbstrakSistem Informasi Manajemen Kasir pada Rumah Sakit Umum (RSU) Rachmi Dewi merupakan aplikasi berbasis Desktop yang digunakan untuk pengelolaan data transaksi obat. Sistem tersebut dipandang tidak efektif, sebab tidak dapat digunakan untuk transaksi secara online. Penelitian ini mengembangkan aplikasi berbasis web untuk mendukung sistem transaksi dan pelaporan secara online. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah metode Waterfall. Fitur yang terdapat pada sistem informasi manajemen telah dikonfirmasi pada fase elisitasi kebutuhan dan telah diuji melalui pengujian Blackbox. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan seluruh fitur fungsional telah berjalan secara valid. Hasil pengujian sistem menjadi dasar untuk merekomendasikan kepada pihak apoteker RSU Rachmi Dewi untuk dapat dipergunakan mendukung kinerja manajemen usaha dalam mengelola data transaksi dan pelaporan manajemen.

Abstract

Employee performance is one of the main factors to determine whether the company is progressing or not. In an organization or agency can not be separated from the role of human resources, therefore assessment in performance is needed to measure the work of employees. Therefore the organization needs to conduct an assessment of each employee. Printing Company Subur Jaya in assessing employee performance still uses a subjective method with the assessment carried out directly by the company leader without any calculations. Decision Support System there is a solution for making decisions. There are many Decision Support System methods, but the researcher uses the AHP and MAUT methods to solve the problem. The AHP method is used for weighting each criterion and the MAUT method is used to generate alternative rankings. There are 30 alternative data used and 5 criteria such as: Performance, Honesty, Cooperation, Discipline, Age. The results obtained from this study are that the top 10 alternative data are stated to be good in performance and the bottom 10 data are declared to be poor with a test accuracy of 100%.

Abstract

Fandi Vaname is a place for buying and selling vanamie shrimp seeds located in one of the villages in Glagah sub-district. The high demand for seeds by vannamie shrimp farmers makes it difficult for the buying and selling parties to determine the criteria for the best shrimp seeds. In determining the criteria for the best shrimp seeds, several methods are needed, one method that can be used is a decision support system using the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method. This method uses selection on existing criteria and determines a suitable solution to the alternative choices. Based on the results obtained by calculating the AHP method in this system, the results of the ranking of the criteria for the best alternative seeds are first occupied by the Vannamie PL 11 type, then in second place, namely the Vannamie PL 9 type and finally the Vannamie PL 14 type, and the results of the system are appropriate. The existence of a decision support system using the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method on Fandi Vaname can help the buying and selling party in determining the criteria for the best shrimp seeds.

Abstract

Scholarship provision is a financial assistance program from the school agency to underprivileged students or students. MTS Muhammadiya 1 Dukun has a financial assistance program for students who are less well off financially. In the selection process for the acceptance of the MTS Muhammadiya 1 Dukun scholarship program, manual calculations are still used. Based on the current scholarship selection system, it is certainly less effective and efficient. A Decision Support System is used at MTS Muhammadiya 1 Dukun to help with the process of choosing students who are qualified for the scholarship program. The decision support system for the scholarship program's admission is created using PHP, the Bootstrap framework, and a MySQL database. the procedure for applying the MOORA technique to obtain the selection outcomes based on predefined criteria. The academic success index gleaned from report cards, parents' income, and the number of dependent parents are the factors considered. The decision support system developed in this study has the ability to provide the ranking of the selection results and identify students who are recommended for the scholarship program or who are qualified based on preset criteria.

Abstract

Abstrak— PT. Sela Kontes Produksi adalah perusahaan yg beroperasi di bidang Event Organizer serta memiliki Staff Admin yang merupakan inti dari berlangsungnya event dari kegiataan perusahaan. Proses pendataan dari pendaftaran calon peserta baru harus mempunyai penginputan serta proses yg akurat dan cepat agar mendapatkan input secara baik. Tujuan dari rancangan pembangunan sistem pendafataraan calon peserta baru pada PT. Sela Kontes Produksi untuk mempermudah dalam administrasi pendataan pada pendaftaran calon peserta baru. Metode penelitian yang dipergunakan dalam rancangan pembangunan sistem ini merupakan studi langsung di lapangan dengan unsur secara pengamatan atau observasi untuk memperoleh informasi dengan akurat serta tepat di lapangan. Penulisan ini menerapkan desain waterfall pada rancangan pembangunan sistem informasi, metode waterfall sendiri merupakan sebuah metode yg menggambarkan sebuah rancangan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), yg pada penataannya melakukan analisis dari sistem, desain, pengkodean program, dan pengujian hasil. Rancangan pembangunan sistem pendaftaran calon peserta baru pada event di PT. Sela Kontes Produksi mengambil bahasa pemrograman PHP sebagai bahasa dasar dan menggunakan database MySQL sebagai database server. Penulis mengeluarkan kesimpulan bahwa dengan merancangkan sistem informasi dapat menginput data pendaftar akan lebih mudah. Pada pengujian sistem informasi ternyata rancangan ini dapat mempermudah dan memenuhi kebutuan staff admin dalam pengelolahan selurah data pendaftar calon peserta secara efisien serta efektif.Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi, Rancangan Pembagunan, Waterfall, SDLC Abstract— PT. Sela Contest Production is a company that operates in the field of Event Organizer and has Admin Staff who are the core of the company's activities. The data collection process for registering new prospective participants must have accurate and fast input and processing in order to get good input. The purpose of the design of the registration system for prospective new participants at PT. Interrupt the Production Contest to facilitate the administration of data collection on the registration of new prospective participants. The research method used in the design of this system development is a direct study in the field with elements of observation or observation to obtain accurate and precise information in the field. This writing applies the waterfall design to information system development design, the waterfall method itself is a method that describes a System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) design, which in its arrangement performs system analysis, system design, system coding, and system testing. The design for the development of a registration system for prospective new participants at events at PT. During the Production Contest, the PHP programming language is used as the basic language and uses the MySQL database as the database server. The author draws the conclusion that by designing an information system it will be easier to input registrant data. In testing the information system, it turns out that this design can simplify and fulfill the needs of admin staff in managing all applicant data efficiently and effectively.Keywords: Information System, Development Plan, Waterfall, SDLC

Abstract

Abstrak - Penerimaan peserta didik baru menjadi tanggungjawab instansi pendidikan setiap tahun. Sumber utama pendapatan institusi pendidikan diperoleh dari jumlah peserta didik yang terdaftar, sehingga sekolah memiliki target siswa disetiap tahun ajaran baru. Sistem PPDB di SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Benjeng masih dilakukan dengan cara konvesional, dimana peserta didik mengisi formular pendaftaran disekolah. Dengan menggunakan sistem yang seperti ini menimbulkan beberapa masalah yaitu kurang cepat  dalam segi waktu dan membutuhkan banyak biaya dalam proses PPDB, serta jumlah target peserta didik tahunan belum tercapai. Dengan permasalahan tersebut, peneliti bermaksud untuk membuat sistem informasi PPDB berbasis website. Dengan dibuatkannya program ini peserta didik baru bisa mengisi formulir pendaftaran, mengupload berkas pendukung, dan mencetak bukti pendaftaran, serta admin dapat melakukan pemantauan terhadap data-data calon peserta didik secara online. Sistem ini dikembangkan dengan menggunakan waterfall method. Peneliti menggunakan Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) dan MySQL serta framework laravel. Dalam riset ini menghasilkan sebuah sistem informasi penerimaan peserta didik baru berbasis website dengan harapan bisa membantu stakeholder yang memiliki kontribusi dalam penerimaan peserta didik baru seperti wali siswa, petugas PPDB  dan lainnya.          Kata kunci : PPDB,metode waterfall, framework laravel,SMP Abstract - Acceptance of new students is the responsibility of educational institutions every year. The main source of income for educational institutions is obtained from the number of students enrolled, so that schools have a target of students in each new academic year. The PPDB system at SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Benjeng is still carried out in a conventional way, where students fill out registration forms at school. The use of a system like this raises several problems, namely it is not fast in terms of time and requires a large amount of money in the PPDB process, and the target number of students per year has not been achieved. Given these problems, the researcher intends to create a website-based PPDB information system. With the creation of this program, new students can fill out registration forms, upload supporting files, and print proof of registration, and admins can monitor prospective student data online. This system was developed using the waterfall method. Researchers use Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) and MySQL and the Laravel framework. This research produced a website-based information system for new student admissions in the hope of helping stakeholders who have contributed to new student admissions such as student guardians, PPDB officers and others.Keywords : PPDB, waterfall method, laravel framework, SMP
