Abstract

PDAM Tirtanadi is a company engaged in the service and provision of clean water to the community, especially for the city of Medan and its surroundings. The operation of PDAM Tirtanadi itself is financed through sources of income received from PDAM Tirtanadi from customers who have used the services of PDAM Tirtanadi. However, on the other hand, the income that has been received by PDAM Tirtanadi is not as expected due to the high arrears of customers against PDAM Tirtanadi specifically for the surrounding terrain city. This study aims to be able to determine the factors that affect the payment of PDAM Tirtanadi Sumut. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach.

Abstract

As a source of regional income that plays an important role in the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD), the Motor Vehicle Tax is very interesting in its contribution to revenue in the regional treasury which can increase and uphold regional household budget revenues. Judginng from current technological developments, the Motor Vehicle Tax is very helpful for regional income because more and more people choose motorized vehicles as a means of daily transportation. In carrying out the obligation to pay motor vehicle taxes, taxpayers need clear administrative facilities and must comply with procedures for submitting and fulfilling these obligations.In this case, the SAMSAT office is the right means to provide practical experience and knowledge in the field which is directly related to the of research that the authors examine using qualitative methods with a case study approach. Data were collected by [articipatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documents.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang analisis tunjangan kinerja pada kantor Camat Selesai. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif berupa observasi,wawancara dan kusioner dengan pengambilan data pada bulan Desember 2021. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tunjangan kinerja yang telah ditetapkan pada kantor camat Selesai telah memberikan dampak positif. Dimana TPP disiplin kerja yang diterima dalam persen hampir mencapai nilai sempurna yaitu 99,71%. Oleh sebab itu disaran kepada pimpinan kantor camat Selesai sekiranya dapat mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kinerjanya menjadi lebih baik lagi.

Abstract

Pusat observasi ini adalah efektivitas pelaksanaan SIMDA Finance dan faktor-faktornya, aspek pendukungnya dan pengontrol efektivitas pelaksanaan SIMDA Keuangan. Penelitian ini penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Observasi ini dilakukan pada Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan,Pendapatan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Mandailing Natal. Data dalam riset ini disatukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil riset memengindikasikan bahwa aplikasi SIMDA Finance untuk penyusunan laporan keuangan oleh BPKPAD Kabupaten Mandailing Natal dapat dikatakan cukup efektif, walaupun ada kendala atau faktor tertentu yang menghambat pelaksanaannya SIMDA Keuangan seperti; tidak ada jaringan server yang stabil, tidak ada sistem cadangan secara otomatis, tidak ada pemeliharaan komputer dan perangkat SIMDA dan lain-lain.

Abstract

Research in this journal to find out how the quality of srvice and customer loyalty affect revenue in jne companies in asahan, where expedition like this have grown and compete with each other to attract customer. The resarch method used is a type of qualitative descriptive research in wich data are taken from the results of quantifier and interviews. The result of this study is that the quality of service at a service company affects the company’s income, because if the company’s service quality is good and consumers are satisfied they will make loyal consumers to the company. The results showed a quite good value and the income of PT. JNE company in Cabang Asahan in the last three years has certainly be one of the suppliers of income for the company, this will provide a good impact for the company to be able to survive and compete with other service companies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the internal control system for the application of the activity budget in supporting the effectiveness of administrative management at the Tirthanadi Regional Drinking Water Company, North Sumatra. This study found that the data source obtained was from secondary data, which resulted from the collection of relevant documents, including organizational structure, company operating standards, records and documents used as well as a report on the Budget for the Effectiveness of the Regional Drinking Water Company Tirtanadi. North Sumatra. This is a survey method of qualitative research. The results of this study indicate that the control system at PDAM Tirtanadi North Sumatra already meets the standard criteria developed by COSO. But it turns out that there are still a lot of things that have been revised in running the system.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana akuntabilitas pengelolaan alokasi dana desa dalam pandangan islam di desa sei karang, kecamatan galang, kabupaten deli serdang. Penelian yang digunakan menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan tekhnik pengumpulan data mealui wawancara, mengumpulkan berbagai macam dokumen yang terkait serta peneliti mengamati secara langsung mengenai akuntabilitas pengelolaan alokasi dana desa di desa sei karang. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa akuntabilitas pengelolaan alokasi dana dalam pandangan islam di desa sei karang kecamatan galang kabupaten deli serdang telah sesuai dalam Permendagri No. 114 tahun 2014 dan sudah sesuai dengan syariah yang ada. Dan dalam Permendagri No. 113 Tahun 2014, desa sei karang sudah dapat dikatakan transparan dalam perencanaan pengelolaan dana desa.

Abstract

The focus of this study is on the Service of Manpower's UPT region I North Sumatra, specifically the impact of compensation on employee performance.At the Service of Manpower UPT region I North Sumatra, the goal of this study was to find out how compensation affects employee performance.In qualitative and subjective research methods, information is gathered through interviews and documentation.This study's findings demonstrate that the theory proposed by Amrullah is supported by research.At the UPT Service of Manpower Region I North Sumatra, the data indicate that compensation has a positive and very significant percentage effect on employee performance.The study's conclusion is that effective compensation demonstrates that UPT employees of the Service of Manpower Region I North Sumatra are more committed to the organization's goals and mission.

Abstract

The objective of this study was to ascertain whether the Service of Manpower UPT I in the North Sumatra Region was required to pay overtime wages.At the Service of Manpower UPT I for the North Sumatra Region, direct interviews, observation, and documentation were used as data collection methods for the qualitative research method.According to the findings of the study, the practice of giving overtime pay from each company each has a system for paying overtime wages, but it is still not based on the rules that are set out in the Labor Law. This shows that the implementation of the obligation to pay overtime for workers who exceed their working hours at the Service of Manpower UPT I Region of North Sumatra, as well as the distribution of overtime pay given by the company to workers, is not in accordance with the Laws and Regulations.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze or test how the state receivables management system works during the Covid-19 pandemic at DJKN North Sumatera. This research uses a type of descriptive qualitative research and secondary data served as the research user’s data source. This research was obtained in a library study, this is the result of research collected by researchers from various sources according to the needs of research data on the management of state receivables during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Directorate General of State Assets in Medan. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that, as we know, during the pandemic there were challenges for agencies everywhere, including the DJKN North Sumatera. One of these challenges is that some debtors experience problems in paying their debts due to the impact of Covid-19. The existence of assistance from the government's efforts through the Crash Program is a solution and an opportunity for fresh air for debtors, this effort is in accordance with the DJKN's vision and mission which is to become a professional and accountable manager of state assets for the prosperity of the people.
