Abstract

Kelompok tani memiliki peran penting dalam keberhasilan penyaluran pupuk subsidi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui persepsi petani terhadap peran kelompok tani dalam penyaluran pupuk bersubsidi di Desa Batuputih Laok. Penelitian menggunakan data primer yang diambil melalui wawancara terstrukutur menggunakan panduan kuesioner. Metode pengambilan sample yang digunakan yaitu multistage sampling terhadap 40 orang anggota kelompok tani yang berasal dari 8 sampel kelompok tani. Pengolahan data menggunakan statistic deskriptif. Peran kelompok tani sebagai wahana kerjasama berkategori sangat tinggi. Sedangkan untuk indikator kelas belajar dan unit produksi berkategori tinggi.

Abstract

Wingko Babat MSME is one of the MSMEs that produces traditional food, which is mostly produced by home industries in the Babat District area, specifically in Lamongan Regency. One effort that can be made to develop Wingko Babat MSMEs is to pay attention to consumer preferences. This research aims to analyze consumer preferences for wingko products made by MSMEs in Lamongan and analyze the attributes that are considered important in purchasing wingko products. The sample in this study was 96 people, taken using the accidental sampling method. The analytical tool used in this research is conjoint which is used to assess consumer preferences. The results of the research show that when purchasing wingko tripe, the preferred attributes are wingko products with a price of Rp. 2000, original/coconut taste, large size (400g), aluminum foil packaging, soft texture, wet wingko differentiation, flat round shape and sales service delivery order.

Abstract

Currently, climate change poses a threat to agriculture, including in the Bengawan Solo watershed. This study aims to explore farmers' perceptions of climate change and understand the adaptations they undertake. The study was conducted in Mejuwet Village, Sumberrejo Subdistrict, Bojonegoro Regency, using qualitative. This study involved six informants, consisting of three farmers and three farm laborers. The selection of informants was based on the criterion of having more than ten years of experience in farming. Data was collected using in-depth interview and observation. Subsequently, the data were analyzed using an interactive model. The study indicates that farmers have knowledge of and can articulate the climate changes they have encountered, albeit with some limitations in understanding, and they actively participate in adaptation efforts. Farmer adaptation encompasses technical modifications like establishing planting schedules and methods, and choosing high-quality varieties. Cultural adaptation encompasses traditions like the wiwitan ceremony. Social adaptation involves using social connections and prioritizing investments in children's schooling. Lastly, economic adaptation involves broadening job opportunities and liquidating assets.

Abstract

Cipta Suramadu Vaname (CSV) merupakan usaha yang bergerak dibidang budidaya udang vaname pada tahun 2022. Meskipun tergolong usaha baru, CSV dalam satu siklus budidaya mampu menghasilkan lebih dari 5 ton. Tetapi hasil budidaya dalam satu siklus tersebut masih mengalami fluktuasi. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengidentifikasi kejadian risiko (risk event) dan penyebab risiko (risk agent), serta merumuskan mitigasi risiko prioritas yang terjadi pada aktivitas rantai pasok Tambak Udang CSV. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) untuk melakukan pemetaan aktivitas rantai pasok tambak udang vaname. Metode House of Risk (HOR) digunakan untuk identifikasi risiko dan merumuskan mitigasi risiko. Hasil identifikasi risiko menggunakan HOR Fase I pada Tambak Udang CSV sebanyak 14 risk event dengan 21 risk agent. Hasil HOR Fase II terdapat 18 rumusan aksi mitigasi risiko. Saran yang dapat diberikan yaitu Tambak Udang CSV bisa menerapkan usulan rumusan mitigasi risiko ditiap siklus budidaya agar dapat meminimalisir terjadinya risiko dan kerugian.

Abstract

Learning media is a tool that can be used to optimize learning activities. The development of information technology can be utilized to design contemporary learning media, as has been done by lecturers of farming course in the Agribusiness Study Program at the University of Trunojoyo Madura (UTM). The lectures designed an information technology-based learning media, named Si-Cantik. This media has been applied to farming courses on odd semester 2019/2020. In order to find out students' perceptions of this media, a survey was conducted using seven indicators. The number of samples is 33 respondents. The results of the analysis showed that most respondents agreed that Si-Cantik learning media could provide a more detailed understanding of farming plan material, and could improve skills in farming plan made.

Abstract

Tlontoraja Village, Pasean District, Pamekasan Regency is one of the villages where the majority of the people are entrepreneurs in making products based on marine raw materials, such as petis, crackers, and rengginang. This type of entrepreneurship is classified as a micro and small enterprise (MSE). The free halal certification program for MSE products created by the government is not yet known to business actors in this village. Therefore, existing MSEs do not have halal certificates. The aim of this service activity was to socialize the halal certification program and provide assistance in its management. The method applied in the service is conducting outreach and discussions about halal certification, and then identifying MSEs who are willing to be accompanied in processing halal certificates. The result of the service that has been carried out is the socialization of the free halal certification program for MSEs delivered by the Halal Product Process (PPH) companion from the Agribusiness Study Program. Students have assisted in processing halal certification requirements, uploading documents to the halal website, and the MSEs accompanied have received halal certificates.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik dan preferensi wisatawan terhadap Agrowisata Belimbing Ngringinrejo Bojonegoro. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 96 orang, yang diambil dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling.  Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah konjoin untuk menilai preferensi wisatawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik mayoritas wisatawan adalah perempuan usia 17-29 tahun, mahasiswa, berpendapatan di bawah UMR, kunjungan 1-2 kali, dan berdomisili di Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Analisis konjoin menunjukkan preferensi kombinasi terbaik untuk lokasi Agrowisata Belimbing Ngringinrejo adalah  daya tarik petik belimbing, pelayanan tambahan pemandu wisata, fasilitas area parkir, akses dekat dengan jalan utama, transportasi mobil, serta cendera mata makanan khas dan gantungan kunci.

Abstract

Corn is a key food sector that plays an important role in boosting the economy in Indonesia. Madura, as one of the largest corn-producing regions in East Java, continues to strive for corn self-sufficiency through the provision of superior corn seeds. PT. Giri Agro Raya Sejahtera (PT. GARS) is an agricultural company in Madura that produces high-quality corn seeds of the Madura-3 variety. As a newly established company, PT. GARS still faces limitations in its risk planning. The company has experienced several unexpected events related to its operational system, resulting in losses. The aim of this study is to identify sources of risk and analyze the level of risk at PT. GARS. The research methods used are the Fishbone Diagram and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). The data were obtained through interviews with key informants, consisting of one company director, one processing manager, one marketing manager, and one marketing staff member. Based on the fishbone diagram, five types of risks were identified: (1) human resource risks, including occupational health and safety as well as human behavior; (2) production risks, including planting, maintenance, and harvesting; (3) technological risks, consisting of equipment availability and technological mastery; (4) process risks, which involve seed processing and seed quality testing; and (5) external risks, including weather, pest and disease attacks, competitors, and distribution. Based on the Risk Priority Number (RPN), two sources of risk with high risk levels are process risks in seed processing and external risks, particularly unpredictable weather.

Abstract

The agribusiness of food commodities in the Manding District is dominated by local corn. Over 90% of the farmers in the district regularly cultivate Manding variety corn as an alternative crop, planting it at least once a year. The change in the fertilizer subsidy policy in 2022 caused several problems in the district, including a reduction in the availability of fertilizer for farmers due to purchasing quota limitations. This condition leads to unmet fertilizer needs, prompting farmers to purchase non-subsidized fertilizers to cover the shortfall. Consequently, production costs increase significantly. Another issue is the delay in the distribution of subsidized fertilizer, which can affect crop growth and productivity. This situation can impact the competitiveness of corn commodities. This study aims to analyze the impact of government policies on corn commodities and the competitiveness of local Manding corn, considering comparative and competitive advantages. The study area was selected purposively, and 42 corn farmers were chosen as respondents using purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using the Policy Analysis Matrix. Based on the analysis, it was found that the government's fertilizer policy could help save costs. Meanwhile, the pricing policy resulted in farmers receiving lower prices than before. Overall, Manding local corn farming in Manding District maintains both competitive and comparative advantages. This is evidenced by the Private Cost Ratio and the Domestic Resource Cost Ratio, both of which have values less than one. Keywords: competitiveness, corn, government policy, Manding corn

Abstract

Desa Tlontoraja Kecamatan Pasean Kabupaten Pamekasan memiliki potensi pertanian dengan jumlah petani sebanyak 5.076 jiwa. Pertanian tanaman pangan mendominasi usahatani di desa tersebut, khusunya usahatani jagung.  Produktivitas jagung lokal yang diusahakan oleh petani sekitar terbilang rendah. Disisi lain sudah terdapat inovasi benih jagung MH-3 yang merupakan hasil persilangan antara benih jagung lokal dengan jagung hibrida. Mahasiswa yang sedang melakukan kegiatan MBKM Magang Desa, melakukan kegiatan sosialisasi inovasi tersebut pada petani Desa Tlontoraja. Kegiatan dilakukan pada tanggal 7 November 2023 di Kantor Desa Tlontoraja, dengan narasumber dari staf PT. Agro Giri Raya yang juga merupakan staf di Prodi Agroekoteknologi Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Trunojoyo Madura. Sosialisasi dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengenalkan inovasi benih jagung Madura MH-3, mengajari petani teknis budidaya jagung MH-3, dan memberikan bantuan benih pada petani untuk dapat melakukan uji coba penanaman jagung MH-3. Kegiatan diikuti oleh 22 orang yang terdiri dari petani, ketua kelompok tani, BPP Kecamatan Pasean, dan Kepala Desa Tlontoraja beserta pamong / aparat desa. Rangkaian acara sosialisasi meliputi sambutan-sambutan, penyampaian materi sosialisasi, diskusi tentang jagung MH-3, dan pemberian bantuan benih jagung MH-3 yang dapat digunakan untuk uji coba.
