Abstract

This study discusses liquidity, profitability and leverage on firm value with dividend policy as a moderating variable. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling method to determine the sample based on the consideration of researchers. Data analysis uses Partial Least Square (PLS), which is a SEM-based variant, with SmartPLS software. The results showed that: 1) liquidity did not have a significant positive effect on firm value, 2) Profitability did not have a significant positive effect on company value, 3) leverage had no significant positive effect on firm value, 4) dividend policy was unable to significantly moderate the effect of liquidity on company company value, 5) dividend policy is not able to moderate the effect of profitability on significant corporate value, 6) dividend policy is not able to moderate the effect of leverage on company value significantly.

Abstract

The finacial health of a company pertains its effort to mantain its survivability and industrial activities as well as measuring how far as a business entity can ensure its sound operation. The level of a company’s finacial health can be known by measuring its finacial performance. In this research financial health is studied with its correlation with Return On Equity, Operating Ratio, Cash Ratio, Equity Participation, and Colection Effectiveness. Return On Equity (ROA) measures the effectiveness of a company in maximizing its assets. Operating Ratio in this study relies on Net Profit Margin (NPM). This indicates how far the percentage of net income coming from each sale. Cash ratio is a measurement of minimum liquidity that a company must maintain. Equity Participation in this research refers to investment capital provided by the government either as equity or in the form of direct investment. Collection effectiveness describes the ratio between results from collection attempts relative to specified target.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the direct and indirect effects of Operating Leverage and Liquidity on Firm Value with Capital Structure as an intervening variable. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling method to determine the sample based on the consideration of researchers. Data analysis uses Partial Least Square (PLS), which is variance-based SEM, with SmartPLS software. The analysis shows that (1) there is a negative and insignificant influence between Operating Leverage on Capital Structure (2) there is a positive and significant effect between Liquidity on Capital Structure (3) there is a negative and insignificant influence between Operating Leverage on Firm Value (4 ) there is a negative and insignificant effect between Liquidity on Firm Value (5) there is a negative and insignificant influence between Capital Structure on Company Value (6) Capital Structure cannot mediate between Operating Leverage and Liquidity on Firm Value.

Abstract

Return (return) is one of the goals of investors investing in the world of capital markets. There are various ways that investors do, in order to get the expected return. So investors need to analyze and also consider things that can affect stock returns. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Earning per Share (EPS), Price to Book Value (PBV), Return on Assets (ROE), Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on Stock Returns in Manufacturing Companies in the Food and Beverage Subsector that listed on the IDX for the period 2013-2020. The population used in this study are food and beverage companies listed on the IDX for the period 2013-2020. This study used purposive sampling technique to obtain the number of samples. Based on this technique, 14 companies were obtained to be used as samples. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing (F test and t test) with an alpha significance level of 5%. The results of this study indicate that the variables EPS, PBV, and CR have a negative and significant effect on stock returns. The ROA variable has a positive and significant effect. While the DER variable has no effect and simultaneously shows that there is an influence between EPS, PBV, ROA, CR, and PBV on stock returns. This research is only limited to food and beverage sector companies listed on the IDX, so that further researchers are advised to extend the research period and expand the research population. And consider other variables that can affect stock returns.

Abstract

The purpose of this observe is to analyze the effect of activity, liquidity, and dividend policy on the financial performance of telecommunications companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2011-2020 period. The research method used in this research is purposive sampling method. The hypothesis test of this study uses t and F tests. The results of this study indicate that the activity ratio (CR) has a positive and significant effect on financial performance (ROA) with a regression coefficient value of 2.153 and a significance value of 0.038 <0.05. While the liquidity ratio (TATO) and dividend policy (DPR) have a positive and insignificant effect on financial performance (ROA) with a regression coefficient value of 0.019 and a significance value of 0.0849 > 0.05. Dividend policy (DPR) has a positive and insignificant effect on financial performance (ROA) with a regression coefficient value of 0.059 and a significance value of 0.557 > 0.05. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efek biaya operasional, pasien rawat inap, pasien rawat jalan dan biaya operasional yang dimoderasi pemeriksaan penunjang terhadap return on asset di rumah sakit islam Wonosobo tahun 2017-2019. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan 36 laporan keuangan bulanan tahun 2017-2019. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling dengan tehnik purposive sampling, sedangkan data dianalisis dengan bantuan program SPSS dan smartpls. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA), uji asumsi klasik (uji multikolinieritas, uji normalitas, dan uji autokorelasi) dan analisis Inferensial. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa biaya operasioal berpengaruh negatip dan tidak signifikan terhadap return on asset, pasien rawat inap berpengaruh negatip dan tidak signifikan terhadap return on asset, Pasien rawat jalan berpengaruh negatip dan tidak signifikan terhadap return on asset dan pemeriksaan penunjang mampu memoderasi pengaruh biaya operasional terhadap return on assets dengan hasil positip dan tidak signifikan.

Abstract

Company value is very important, because high company value will be followed by high shareholder prosperity. The higher the stock price, the higher the value of the company. High corporate value is the desire of the owner of the company, because a high value indicates the prosperity of shareholders is also high. This study aims to examine the effect of firm size, leverage, and dividend policy on the value of food and beverage manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. The sample in this study were 19 companies. In this study, firm size is proxied by firm size = Ln (Total Assets), dividend policy is proxied by DPR (dividend payout ratio), and leverage is proxied by DER (Debt To Equity Ratio). Purposive sampling method is the method used to determine the sample of this study. The analytical method used is descriptive test, classical assumption test, and multiple regression analysis test using SPSS application. The results of this study indicate that the independent variables, namely firm size, dividend policy, and leverage have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, namely firm value. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of return on equity (ROE), earnings per share (EPS), and exchange rates on stock earnings. The population used in this study were producers in the food and beverage sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2016-2019 period, namely 11 companies and 52 samples of financial statements determined using purposive sampling. Based on the results of the analysis in this study, it can be concluded that return on equity (ROE) and the exchange rate have a positive effect on stock returns. Meanwhile, Earning Per Share (EPS) has a negative effect on stock returns. Keywords: ROE, EPS, exchange rate, stock returns

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Omnibus Law’s approval on the Indonesian capital market’s reaction. The population used in this study is Kompas100 Index stock, the sampling technique used in this study was non-probability sampling with saturated samples. Data were taken using the documentation technique by amazing and evaluating historical data from various sources. The results of this study stating approval of the Omnibus Law do not have a positive and significant effect on abnormal return and security return variability, while approval of the Omnibus Law had a positive and significant on the trading volume activity. The findings can imply the imvestor on their decision by contemplating the information on the stock market. Abstract

Stock Return is the value obtained as a result of investment activities. The expected return is in the form of dividends for stock investments and interest income for investments. Return is the main goal of investors to get results from investments made by investors. Therefore, to be able to find out how much return will be obtained by investors, investors need to predict in order to find out how much return they will get. interest, exchange rate, dividend policy, and inflation on stock returns of banking companies on the IDX in 2016-2020. The sample in this study is 11 banking companies. Purposive sampling method is the method used to determine the sample of this research. The analytical method used is descriptive test, classical assumption test, and multiple regression analysis test using the SPSS application. The results of this study show that the interest rate and exchange rate variables have a positive effect, while dividend and inflation policies have a negative effect on stock returns.
