Abstract

In general, aromatic rice is included in a special rice class according to geographical indications because its quality and aroma characteristics depend on the region, it cannot be cultivated anywhere (Ministry of Agriculture Number 48 of 2017 concerning special rice). Non-aromatic rice is local rice that is cultivated and used to produce output or results in the form of local rice. On the other hand, aromatic rice farming is not carried out by many farmers, especially farmers in Seluma Regency, in fact there are only a few of them. The aim of this research is to examine comparative aromatic and non-aromatic rice farming in Talo District, Seluma Regency. The determination of the research location was carried out purposively, with the consideration that the research location was a farmer group that was active and continuously cultivated aromatic and non-aromatic rice, namely the Muda Sepakat farmer group and the Seijoan farmer group. The profit from rice farming in two aromatic and non-aromatic varieties in Talo District, Seluma Regency is that in the aromatic rice business, it can be seen that the average profit received during each planting season is IDR. 20,391,000, while the average profit for non-aromatics in one planting season is IDR. 15,850,500. so the difference in profit between the two varieties is Rp. 4,540,500. Aromatic rice farming is more profitable than non-aromatic rice. Key words: Comparative; Aromatic; Non Aromatic

Abstract

Marketing of palm oil in the form of FFB (Fresh Fruit Bunches) to palm oil companies (PKS) is carried out by independent oil palm smallholders through existing marketing institutions, both collecting businesses, which will affect the income that farmers will receive. Weighing Business is a FFB marketing agency in Pino District, South Bengkulu Regency which already has a permit to sell farmer's FFB to companies and has fruit transportation facilities and has means of transportation in the form of trucks and pick-up cars. The purpose of this study was to examine the prospects for the leading sector of the palm oil weighing (RAM) business in Pino District, South Bengkulu Regency. The research location was carried out in Pino District, South Bengkulu Regency. The determination of the research location was carried out purposively, with the consideration that the research location was a center for palm oil production with a lot of digital scales or RAM with a capacity of ± 30 tons and already had an operating permit. The results showed that the average income from the palm oil Ram business in Pino District, South Bengkulu Regency was Rp. 26,188,188.89 with an average production cost of Rp. 21,832,892.59 so that they earned an income of Rp. 4,361,218.52, in one month.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine marketing channels and analyze farmer's share of natural rubber in Talang Empat District, Central Bengkulu Regency. The research location was chosen deliberately in Talang Empat District to obtain a representative picture of rubber marketing practices in the area. Sampling was carried out using the Slovin formula for farmers and the snowball sampling method for trader collectors. The research results show that there are three main marketing channels for smallholder natural rubber in Talang Empat District: The first channel consists of Farmers - Village Collecting Traders - District Collecting Traders - Wholesalers - Factories. The second channel consists of Farmers – Village Collectors – Wholesalers – Factories and the third channel consists of Farmers – District Collectors – Wholesalers – Factories. The marketing pattern of community rubber in Talang Empat District, if seen from the operational approach including margin, farmer's share and profit and cost ratio, means that the second channel is relatively more efficient compared to other channels. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jumlah pendapatan, efisiensi dan kelayakan pada usaha ternak ayam broiler milik Pak Kendra di Desa Keban Agung Kecamatan Air Periukan Kabupaten Seluma. Penelitian ini di lakukan dari bulan Juni sampai bulan Juli 2023 di Desa Keban Agung Kecamatan Air Periukan Kabupaten Seluma Pada Peternakan Ayam Broiler Milik Kendra, penentuan responden dilakukan secara sengaja (Purposive). Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus. Alasan pemilihan responden yaitu karena usaha peternakan ayam broiler milik pak Kendra paling besar di antara peternak lain. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa usaha ayam broiler milik Pak Kendra menguntungkan atau pendapatan positif yakni sebesar Rp 31.724.416,67 per periode produksi (34 hari) dengan total produksi DOC 18.000 ekor ayam. berdasarkan hasil perhitungan R/C Ratio 1,04>1, yang artinya usaha peternakan ayam broiler milik Pak Kendra Efisien dan dari hasil perhitungan B/C Ratio 0,04<1 yang artinya usaha ayam broiler milik Pak Kendra Tidak layak untuk diusahakan dalam waktu jangka panjang. Kata Kunci: Usaha Peternakan, Efisiensi (R/C Ratio), Kelayakan (B/C Ratio).

Abstract

ABSTRACT Muara Pulutan Village is a village that has great potential in the agricultural sector. However, farmers in this village still experience difficulties in marketing their products, resulting in low income. For this reason, community service activities are carried out with the aim of increasing farmers' income through digital marketing. This activity is carried out by providing training to farmers on how to use social media and marketplaces to market their products. Apart from that, farmers are also assisted in creating attractive product photos and videos and writing informative product descriptions. The results of this activity show that farmers in Muara Pulutan Village have been able to use social media and marketplaces to market their products. This results in an increase in their income. Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to determine the amount of revenue and income of mungkus fish finders in Padang Guci Hulu District, Kaur Regency. Method: The research method used in this research is the census method and questionnaires as data collection tools. The respondents in this study were 33 people looking for mungkus fish. Result: The results of the research show that the income of mungkus fish finders in Padang Guci Hulu District is IDR 530,652 per month, with an average income reaching IDR 869,394 per month and an average total cost of IDR 338,742 per month. With an average income of IDR 869,394 per month and an average total cost of IDR 338,742 per month, the income of mungkus fish finders is profitable, This research shows that the subject has not been widely researched and is cost efficient. Findings: This study also highlights a subject that is still under-researched as well as cost-efficient. Novelty: This research provides new insights into the natural resource potential associated with mungkus fish. Originality: This study offers an analysis of the revenue and income of mungkus fish seekers in Kaur Regency. Conclusion: The income earned by mungkus fish seekers is not only profitable, but also serves as an additional source of income to meet family needs. Type of paper : Empirical Research Article

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study is (1) determine the factors that affect farm production spinach (2) determine the level of allocative efficiency of the use of production factors that affect farm production spinach (3) determine the level of farmers'income spinach. The study was conducted in the city of Bengkulu were selected intentionally (purposive sampling) include tebeng village gardens, the Village Land of Broken Bridge Village and Small with the consideration that the area is a center for vegetable planting. The samples used in this study were 36 farmers were taken with the Proportional stratifies random sampling method. The results found that overall (simultaneously) the observed variables significantly affect production, while partial variabel land area (X1), urea (X3), manure (X4) and labor (X5) does not significantly affect the production and variabel seeds (X2) significantly affected the production of spinach. Allocative efficiency analysis shows that the factors of production of seed and manure inefficient use may need to be added while the land area for production factors, urea fertilizer and labour should be reduced because it is not efficient in its use.

Abstract

Kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) ini bertujuan untuk menarik minat wisatawan ke Desa Wisata Air Sempiang melalui pengembangan paket wisata dan branding logo yang menarik. Dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan ini, mahasiswa berkolaborasi dengan masyarakat desa untuk merancang berbagai paket wisata yang menonjolkan keunikan alam dan budaya lokal. Selain itu, branding logo yang representatif juga dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan daya tarik visual desa. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat tentang potensi pariwisata, serta meningkatnya jumlah kunjungan wisatawan. Dengan melibatkan masyarakat dalam setiap tahap, kegiatan ini tidak hanya memperkuat identitas lokal tetapi juga meningkatkan perekonomian desa. Disarankan agar upaya promosi dilanjutkan melalui media sosial dan pelatihan berkelanjutan agar manfaat pariwisata dapat dirasakan secara maksimal oleh masyarakat.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the impact of marketing strategies on consumer decisions in purchasing octopus cracker products produced by Kuritos Home Business in Linau Village, Kaur Regency. Methodology: The method used is a quantitative approach with a nonprobability sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents, and analyzed using multiple linear regression. Results: The results show that the variables price (t = 7.106), place (2.455), promotion (3.918), process (4.386), and physical evidence (2.492) have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, the product (-0.269) and people/employees (-0.189) variables do not show a significant effect. The calculated F value of 59.906 and R² of 0.806 indicate a high predictive power of the model. Findings: The main findings indicate that of the seven marketing mix elements, five have a significant effect, with price as the most dominant factor. This study presents novelty by highlighting local products based on marine products in the context of marketing in household businesses in coastal areas. Originality: The uniqueness of this study lies in its focus on micro-businesses based on regional specialties that are still rarely studied and a comprehensive approach in examining marketing elements towards consumer decisions. Conclusion: Marketing strategy is very important in influencing purchasing decisions. Kuritos is advised to focus on elements that have been proven to have an effect on increasing sales. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pendapatan, efisiensi dan tingkat kelayakan Industri Rumahtangga Rengginang Beras Ketan di Desa Sumber Agung Kecamatan Arma Jaya Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Desember 2019 sampai dengan bulan Maret 2020 di Desa Sumber Agung Kecamatan Arma Jaya Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara.Penentuan lokasi dilakukan secara sengaja (purposive) dengan pertimbangan bahwa di desa ini merupakan penghasil rengginang beras ketan yang secara rutin memproduksi olahan rengginang beras ketan tersebut.            Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode sensus, ddengan mengambil seluruh populasi pengrajin usaha Rengginang Beras Ketan di Desa Sumber Agung Kecamatan Arma Jaya Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara.Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder.            Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa pendapatan Industri Rumahtangga Rengginang Beras Ketan sebesar Rp. 1.191.829,55 Usaha Industri Rumahtangga Rengginang Beras Ketan di Desa Sumber Agung Kecamatan Arma Jaya Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara efisien karena nilai R/C sebesar 1,47 artinya nilai   R/C > 1. Usaha Industri Rumahtangga Rengginang Beras Ketan di Desa Sumber Agung Kecamatan Arma Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara tidak layak karena nilai B/C sebesar 0.47 artinya nilai B/C < 1. Serta nilai BEP produksi 71.70 Kg dan BEP Atas Dasar Sales (Penjualan) Rp. 2.509.420,45 maka usaha ini menguntungkan dan layak untuk dilanjutkan. Kata Kunci :   Efisiensi, Kelayakan,  Rengginang
