Abstract

Undang Undang Sisdiknas Nomor 20 Tahun 2003 menjelaskan bahwa manusia membutuhkan pendidikan dalam kehidupannya, karena pendidikan merupakan usaha agar manusia dapat mengembangkan potensi dirinya melalui proses pembelajaran. Dunia pendidikan saat ini mengalami transformasi yang luas dan cepat sebagai akibat dari pertumbuhan pesat dalam teknologi dan ilmu pengetahuan. Berdasarkan implementasi kurikulum merdeka saat ini, pemanfaatan teknologi dapat menjadi pilihan guru untuk melaksanakan pembelajaran diferensiasi di kelas. Adapun dengan berbasis Multimedia Interaktif banyak kita jumpai pada saat ini, diantaranya Kahoot! dan Quizizz, kedua platform ini memungkinkan guru untuk bisa menggunakanya, selain lebih mudah digunakan tampilan pada menu nya mudah di pahami. Namun permasalahan yang masih sering dijumpai di beberapa sekolah adalah masih kurangnya kemampuan para guru dalam mengadopsi perkembangan teknologi informasi, terutama komputer, selain itu guru masih kesulitan dalam menemukan sumber atau media pembelajaran yang tepat dan memiliki keefektifan yang tinggi. Dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini mendapatkan hasil dimana para Guru di SMAN 1 Parittiga dapat memanfaatkan edugame interaktif dalam kegiatan pembelajaran berbasis multimedia.

Abstract

Indonesia has recently been enlivened by the data breach case that hit Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) in May 2023, this has invited many responses from the public with various kinds of responses, especially on Twitter social media. Some people support BSI bank so they can restore the system they have but many criticize and blaspheme bank BSI for not being able to quickly fix its system which hackers compromised. The purpose of this study is to conduct a sentiment analysis to find out the response of the Indonesian people regarding cases of data breaches by bank BSI customers whether positive, negative or neutral. The methods used in this study are the naive Bayes method and the random forest method. Both of these methods have been widely used in the text data classification process and produce high accuracy. The dataset used is community responses from Twitter social media taken by crawling the data totaling 809 tweets. The results of this study are the accuracy of the Naive Bayes method of 74% and the random forest method of 70%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh kompensasi, lingkungan kerja, dan work-life balance secara bersamaan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan dampaknya pada produktivitas di Toyota Istana Agung Pangkalpinang. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada karyawan dan dianalisis menggunakan SEM-PLS. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa ketiga faktor tersebut secara signifikan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, dan secara langsung mendorong produktivitas. Selain itu, kinerja karyawan terbukti menjadi perantara yang memperkuat hubungan antara kompensasi, lingkungan kerja, work-life balance, dan produktivitas. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya peningkatan paket kompensasi, perbaikan kondisi fisik serta psikososial di tempat kerja, dan pemeliharaan keseimbangan antara tuntutan pekerjaan dan kehidupan pribadi untuk mendukung kinerja yang optimal dan produktivitas perusahaan yang lebih tinggi.

Abstract

Stunting masih menjadi salah satu masalah kesehatan masyarakat di Indonesia dengan prevalensi yang cukup tinggi. Salah satu faktor risiko penting terjadinya stunting adalah infeksi berulang pada anak, yang sering kali ditangani dengan pemberian antibiotik. Penggunaan antibiotik yang tepat dapat membantu mencegah stunting dengan cara menekan beban penyakit, namun penggunaan yang tidak rasional berisiko menimbulkan resistensi serta gangguan keseimbangan mikrobiota usus yang berdampak pada penyerapan gizi. Rendahnya literasi penggunaan antibiotik di masyarakat, khususnya di kalangan ibu rumah tangga dan lansia sebagai pengasuh utama dalam keluarga, menjadi tantangan tersendiri. Kegiatan sosialisasi ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat mengenai penggunaan antibiotik rasional serta mengingatkannya terhadap pencegahan stunting. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah interaktif, diskusi, dan pembagian media edukasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta mengenai pentingnya penggunaan antibiotik sesuai anjuran tenaga medis. Oleh karena itu, sosialisasi antibiotik kepada ibu dan lansia memiliki peran penting sebagai upaya preventif yang secara tidak langsung dapat mendukung pencegahan stunting pada anak.

Abstract

This study examines the factors influencing turnover intention among Generation Z employees in Pangkalpinang, focusing on the roles of compensation, technology use, work stress, and organizational commitment. The rise of turnover among younger employees has created organizational instability, making it crucial to understand the determinants that shape their decision to remain or leave. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 110 Gen Z employees through a structured Likert-scale questionnaire, and the relationships among variables were analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings show that work stress has a strong positive and significant effect on turnover intention, indicating that heightened psychological pressure directly increases employees’ desire to leave. Compensation and technology use significantly increase organizational commitment, yet neither variable shows a direct effect on turnover intention. Furthermore, organizational commitment does not mediate the influence of compensation, technology use, or work stress on turnover intention, suggesting that commitment is not a decisive psychological mechanism for employee retention among Generation Z. The study highlights the need for organizations to prioritize stress management, digital support systems, and workplace well-being strategies to reduce turnover. Future research is recommended to examine additional psychological and contextual variables that may better explain retention among younger workers

Abstract

Data protection has become a highly critical aspect, particularly in addressing ransomware threats that illegally encrypt data. This study is important to evaluate the capability of machine learning techniques in identifying encryption algorithms used in encrypted data, especially in ransomware attacks. This work represents an initial step that can assist cybersecurity practitioners in more rapidly understanding attack patterns, determining appropriate response strategies, and enhancing proactive mitigation and response efforts to protect data against increasingly complex cyber threats. The machine learning algorithm employed in this study is the Support Vector Machine (SVM). The dataset consists of ciphertext generated using the AES, DES, and Vigenère Cipher cryptographic algorithms. The feature extraction process utilizes ten statistical features to capture the distinctive patterns of each type of ciphertext. The SVM model is developed using a data split of 90% for training and 10% for testing. Performance evaluation is conducted using a confusion matrix with accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score metrics. The result demonstrate an average accuracy 0f 92,33%, with the vigenere cipher being perfectly classified (100% accuracy). Howefer, slight misclassifications occured beetween AES and DES duet o their similiar entropy chraracteristic. Experimental results demonstrate that the SVM model is capable of identifying encryption algorithms with high accuracy and balanced classification performance across the three algorithm classes. These findings highlight the potential of machine learning approaches for detecting encryption algorithms in cyber-attacks, thereby making a meaningful contribution to the improvement of proactive data security mitigation and response strategies.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve product packaging quality and enhance understanding of food safety among MSME actors and vocational high school students in Tukak Village, South Bangka Regency. The main problems faced by local MSMEs include the use of simple packaging that does not meet food safety standards and the limited understanding of hygienic production practices. The activity was carried out through lectures, interactive discussions, and hands-on practice involving 50 participants. The pre-test and post-test evaluations showed a significant increase in participants’ knowledge, rising from an average of 45% to 85%. In addition, technical skills such as selecting food-grade packaging materials, sealing techniques, sanitation and hygiene practices, and designing product labels also improved substantially. The attendance rate, participation, and enthusiasm of the participants demonstrated that the training methods implemented were effective and relevant to the needs of the MSMEs. This program contributed significantly to enhancing the competitiveness of local businesses while preparing vocational students as competent young entrepreneurs. The recommendations include the need for ongoing mentoring, improved access to quality packaging materials, and advanced training related to food product licensing.

Abstract

Improving work productivity in public service agencies, such as the Population and Civil Registration Office of Bangka Belitung Province, is becoming increasingly crucial in line with the demands for service digitalization and dynamic bureaucratic efficiency. This study aims to analyze the influence of career development, organizational culture, and employee engagement on employee work productivity, with religiosity as a mediating variable. This study uses a quantitative approach with the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire distributed to all employees as research respondents. The analysis results show that career development has a positive and significant effect on religiosity and employee work productivity. Conversely, organizational culture and employee engagement do not show a significant effect on either religiosity or work productivity. Other findings reveal that religiosity is able to partially mediate the effect of career development on work productivity, but does not mediate the relationship between other variables. This study confirms that clarity of structured career development and strengthening religious values ??have a strategic role in maintaining stability and improving employee performance in the public service sector.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital technology use, market orientation, and entrepreneurial competence on the growth of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) with business adaptability as an intervening variable. The study used a quantitative explanatory approach with data collection through a Likert-scale questionnaire distributed to MSMEs using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) to test direct and indirect relationships between variables. The results showed that market orientation and entrepreneurial competence had a positive and significant effect on business adaptability, while the use of digital technology did not show a significant effect. Business adaptability was proven to have a positive and significant effect on MSME business growth. In addition, business adaptability significantly mediated the influence of market orientation and entrepreneurial competence on business growth, but did not mediate the influence of digital technology use. These findings confirm that business adaptability is a key capability in converting internal resources into sustainable business growth. Meanwhile, digital technology only provides optimal impact when strategically integrated and accompanied by the adaptive capabilities of business actors.

Abstract

The community service program aims to provide education and guidance to the Management of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) and relevant community representatives, in order to support the implementation of BUMDes management tasks. This initiative involves a series of training sessions, such as in the fields of financial accounting, human resource empowerment, and management in the village of Sempan, located in the Pemali Subdistrict, Bangka Regency. The establishment of BUMDes is undertaken with a strong intention to realize economic empowerment in the village of Sempan, which holds significant economic potential. BUMDes also carries the responsibility to transparently and accountably compile financial reports for its business units on a monthly basis. However, there are several challenges that need to be addressed, including the lack of collaboration among various relevant parties in the village and a limited understanding of BUMDes management. Through the implementation of this community service program, the outcomes achieved include enhancing the understanding of village officials and BUMDes managers regarding BUMDes governance in Sempan Village, Pemali Sub-district, Bangka Regency. Furthermore, the knowledge and skills of BUMDes managers in financial management and financial reporting are improved. Furthermore, it is anticipated that this community service program will result in an optimal BUMDes management approach, capable of empowering the community, increasing Village Original Income, reducing social disparities, and transforming the village into a more self-reliant entity.
