Abstract

Abstract- The purpose of this research is to formulate the supply chain quality management model by identifying the importance factors which contribute the success of supply chain quality management practice in the operational academic process. Reseach design: This research is exploratory in nature using case study in the supply chain member of study program academic process. The approach is by identifying the framework parameter of supply chain quality management. Focus of study is cross sectional to the member of study program’s supply chain which includes new student admissions centers, head of study program, quality assurance centers and career development centers. The information collected by in depth interview and analyzed data from academic process business document. Data analysis is done by open coding, axial coding, and selective coding, indentifying relevant concepts and classifying them into several categories. Result of this paper is the identification of the key elements that support the success of academic business process of study program in implementing supply chain quality management and presenting the supply chain quaity management model implementation, support by the essential elements found. Research Contributio: This research present the importance input for the concept regarding the integration of total quality management and supply chain management implementation of study program’s operationa academic process in high education. This study compiling the development of the concept of supply chain quality management implementation concept and proposition in the form of a causal model that links the influence between several related concepts in supply chain quality management. The results of this study is also valuable for other service industry especially services which have strong involvement between client and server.

Abstract

This investigation will examine the effect of innovation, innovation process and performance on public service organizations with the moderating effect of supply chain management (Information Sharing). Why is innovation important for public service organizations? Public service innovation is an important concern in bureaucratic reform efforts. The need for bureaucratic reform, especially in public services, in an effort to fulfil the right to obtain services provided by the government. This study will gather data by using questionnaires and PLS-SEM was used for analysis. This study will present a systematic framework and methodology based on the synthesis of the results of the review so that it can be used as a rationale and recommendation for public service reform and innovation in Indonesia. The results of a systematic framework and methodology can be used in the broader context of public service organizations.

Abstract

Supply chains are starting to be more and more powerful in reaction to transforming company atmosphere as well as innovation. This has produced issues in coping with the flow of resources as well as produced increased probability of interruption. As such this particular analysis evaluates the effect of dynamism on interruption orientations, financial performance, and resilience. Whereas, an incorporated theoretical model is designed and afterwards analyzed utilizing survey information from a cross section of 345 workers from Indonesian  manufacturing industry and partial least squares - structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM). The outcomes belonging to the research show that supply chain dynamism possesses a substantial favorable impact on supply chain disruption orientation and also supply chain resilience. Supply chain resilience also is afflicted with supply chain disruption orientation.

Abstract

The main purpose of the recent research is to investigate the importance of corporate governance in evaluating supply chain capabilities. This investigation aims to assess the direct effect of SC information systems potential, SC relational potential and CG on the SC command and control efficiency of manufacturing companies operational in Tin sector of Indonesia. Additionally, we have investigated the balancing effect of CG in the collaboration between SC capability and operating efficiency of the supply chain. The scholars have utilized the SEM-PLS technique to accomplish the distinctive targets of recent research. The observations of the recent research supported the suggested findings. The research demonstrates that the organization’s strategy to customer expectations is also associated with the manufacturing-oriented approach. The implications of the report may help decision-makers identify the problems associated with the administration of the corporate governance supply chain. It is one of the few pioneering researches on these problems as per researcher’s knowledge.

Abstract

Abstract- This research tried to discuss the supply chain management and its motivation, ability, and opportunity on consumer service innovativeness and consumer attitude. The aimed of this research was threefold. First of all, this research reviewed phenomena on motivation, opportunity, and ability on consumer innovativeness. Second, we developed a measurement that important to the research which discussed about motivation, ability, and opportunity on consumer innovativeness. Third, we explained the relationship between motivation, ability, and opportunity to consumer innovativeness and consumer attitude. This research was conducted on consumers of Skincare services in Indonesia. This research used structural equation model by using software WARP PLS 6.0 to prove the hypothesis. The result of this research showed that consumer innovativeness was a positive effect on consumer attitude. And supply chain had a role as moderator variable to the relationship between consumer innovativeness and consumer attitude. The implication of this research was expected to be useful for a service business that prioritizes in service innovation. By knowing the characteristics of its consumers through motivation, ability, and opportunity innovativeness.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of information quality and service quality on the organizational impact of implementing information systems at PT Terminal Teluk Lamong. PT Teluk Lamong terminal is the first terminal port in Indonesia that uses a semi-automated concept, so research on this information system is important to do. This study uses a test tool in the form of Smart PLS to see the results of the outer model and the inner model, which in turn will produce relationships between variables. Supply chain management significantly and positively mediates between quality system, information quality, service quality, and organizational impact. Data is collected by distributing questionnaires to all company employees. Of the total 260 employees, only 101 employees of PT Terminal Teluk Lamong participated in filling out the questionnaire given. The participants represented a total of 9 departments in the company. The results found in this research are that there is a significant relationship between the information quality and service quality variables on organizational impact. This research will be used as an evaluation material for the management of PT Terminal Teluk Lamong to update on the implementation of the company's information system.

Abstract

Pesantren telah menjadi pusat pengembangan SDM yang berbasis moralitas pada kehidupan sosial. Oleh karenanya pesantren seharusnya memposisikan diri sebagai industri jasa yang menawarkan pelayanan sesuai keinginan pelanggan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat studi Pustaka. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah sumber sekunder dan primer. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan cara mengumpulkan berbagai buku dan jurnal tentang Total Quality Management (TQM) dan desain Manajemen Mutu Terpadu yang dianalisis secara kritis dan sistematis. Teknik analisis data dengan memakai analisis isi. Demi mewujudkan hal tersebut, pesantren mau tidak mau harus mengadopsi Manajemen Mutu Terpadu (Total Quality Management/TQM). TQM menekankan pada etika, budaya personal dan sistem kualitas yang terpadu dan terarah untuk berkomitmen bersama dari setiap warga pesantren dalam upayanya perbaikan mutu yang terintegrasi dan berkesinambungan. Pesantren dituntut agar dapat menjadikan diri sebagai lembaga pendidikan yang selalu melahirkan gagasan yang konstruktif dalam membangun desain manajemen pendidikan pesantren untuk selalu melakukan perbaikan mutu pendidikan Pesantren. Oleh karenannya perlu melakukan trobosan strategis demi mengembangkan desain mutu pendidikannya. Maka diperlukan perbaikan beberapai hal yang terkait dengan proses kependidikan di pesantren, yakni kurikulum, kepemimpinan, pembelajaran, layanan, dan evaluasi

Abstract

This paper discusses the gap analysis of service quality dimensions with the Analytical Network Process (ANP) to explain how the management of the JW Marriott Surabaya Hotel in providing services to customers. The evaluation process is carried out by providing a questionnaire of customer perceptions and expectations with a Likert scale and then using ANP to determine the priority of evaluating service quality dimensions that can be used to find service quality gaps. The results show that 1) the largest gap occurs in the Price dimension, the second largest gap is the competency dimension, and the third largest gap is the responsiveness dimension, 2) the results of the evaluation priority level weighting indicate that the access and approachability dimensions have priority for improvement and evaluation, the second priority is the dimension of flexibility, and the third priority is the dimension of politeness. There are gaps in suitability, and gaps in market research, that have led some customers to leave negative reviews on the Booking.com site. Thus, it is necessary for the management of the JW Marriott Hotel to improve the quality of services provided so that hotel customers give a positive assessment and can even increase the number of customers of the JW Marriott Hotel Surabaya. In this case, even though the customer rating is good, the hotel management must always be willing and able to improve the quality of services provided because service quality is the most important thing in the hotel business.

Abstract

This paper aimed to provide empirical evidence of the relationship between service experience, self-congruity, functional congruity, and consumer attitude. The hypothesis in this study showed that service experience affected self-congruity and functional congruity which in turn will have an impact on consumer attitude. Data were collected through online surveys, on skin care consumer in East Java Indonesia. Hypotheses were tested using the structural equation modelling technique by WARP PLS. This paper validated the role of service experience as a mechanism facilitating the development of customer's self-congruity and functional congruity toward a skin care clinic. It also found that service experience affected in self-congruity and functional congruity, self-congruity, and functional congruity mediated the relationship between service experience and consumer attitude.

Abstract

Interactions between employees who have various backgrounds, employee motivation and safety culture are parts of a chain and integrated aspects to achieve a good employee performance. This study to analyze the effect of work interaction, safety culture and work motivation on employee performance at the Department of Underground Maintenance, PTFI, Papua, Indonesia. This research is explanatory research, that explains the causal relationship between the study variables and hypothesis testings. The study shows that there are significant and simultaneous effects of work interaction, OSH culture and work motivation on employee performance at the Department of Underground Maintenance. Moreover, work motivation variable gives dominant effect to performance within the department. Keywords: Employee Performance, OSH/Safety Culture, Work Interaction, Work Motivation.
