Abstract

Cash Waqf Linked Sukuk (CWLS) is a sukuk investment instrument published by the state called retail SBSN. CWLS is published as one of the efforts by the Government to develop a productive waqf in Indonesia. The innovation in this project by BI, Finance Ministry, Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises, and BWI. The objective of the sukuk based waqf development is to increase its oprational value by getting various parties involved. Cash Waqf is a sharia financial sector that needs to developed for social welfare in Indonesia. The method used in this article is a descriptive field research.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui prinsip keseimbangan dalam ekonomi islam dan ntuk mengetahui peran Negara dalam ekonomi silam. Metode penelitian yaitu deskriptif kulitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sistem ekonomi Islam sangat mendorong konsep harga yang adil dan terbuka sesuai mekanisme pasar yang sempurna, harga pasar itu sesuai dengan kehendak Allah saw yang sunnatullah atau sesuai hukum permintaan dan penawaran. Namun demikian dalam sistem ekonomi islam masih memberikan peluang pada kondisi tertentu untuk melakukan intervensi harga bila para produsen/penjual melakukan kecurangan yang menekan dan merugikan konsumen. Sedangkan Peran pemerintah dalam perekonomian merupakan sesuatu yang mutlak, namun demikian peran ini terbatas pada aspek-aspek tertentu, seperti yang berkaitan dengan penyedian barang-barang publik dan mengatasi terjadinya kegagalan pasar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the construction of macroeconomic variables and the level of financial inclusion in Indonesia. The variables in this study are the Gini ratio, poverty, economic growth (GDP), and the open unemployment rate as independent variables and financial inclusion as the dependent variable. The analysis technique is in the form of panel data regression using the best model of the three panel data regression models, namely the common effect model, fixed effect model, and random effect model. The model chosen based on the results of the Hausman test and Chow test is a random effect model. The value of the coefficient of determination is 21.6%. By using a random effects model that was processed using the Eviews 12 program, the results obtained that the Gini ratio variable had a positive and insignificant effect on financial inclusion, the percentage of poor variable had a negative and significant effect on financial inclusion, the variable economic growth (GDP) had a positive and significant effect on financial inclusion, The open unemployment rate variable has a negative and significant effect on financial inclusion.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat sistem pengupahan yang diterapkan pada karyawan di home industry meubel dari sudut pandang ekonomi Islam. Untuk mengungkap fenomena tersebut, maka penelitian ini didesain sebagai penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Jumlah sampel informan yang digunakan adalah 6 orang, dengan teknik pengambilan data melalui dokumentasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Hasil  penelitan  menunjukkan bahwa sistem  pegupahan  karyawan  pada home industry meubel ini menggunakan sistem upah borongan, yang dimana sistem ini pekerja  dituntut  melakukan  pekerjaanya  sesuai  waktu  yang  telah  disepakati  dan setelah barang jadi kemudian upahnya dibayarkan. Dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam, sistem  yang  digunakan  secara  tidak  langsung  telah  menerapkan  sistem  ekonomi Islam.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang Penerapan Etika Bisnis Islam pada Usaha Pedagang Barang Campuran di Pasar Tradisional Gamalama Kota Ternate, dari fokus masalah tersebut dijabarkan sub pokok masalah sebagai berikut:, Bagaiamana konsep penerapan etika bisnis Islam dan bagaimana bentuk penerapan Etika bisnis Islam yang dicontohkan oleh Rasulullah saw., pada usaha pedagang barang campuran di pasar tradisional Gamalama Kota Ternate provinsi Maluku Utara. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa nilai-nilai Islam seperti sidiq, fatanah, amanah dan tabliq telah diterapkan pada kehidupan masyarakat pedagang yang ada di Pasar Gamalama Kota Ternate.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of community ta'awun in the city of Makassar in alleviating poverty, and find factors that exist in ta'awun implementation and solutions. This study uses a phenomenological approach as the main approach and assisted pedagogical approach. The results of this study indicate that ta'awun has the opportunity and potential to reduce poverty in the city of Makassar. Ta'awun inhibiting factors of the implementation is poor social ethics, their social stratification and level of understanding of religion is still lacking. As for the solution of these problems is to maximize the role of government, community leaders, and religious leaders in policy, education, and dissemination of the importance ta'awun behavior.

Abstract

The working pattern of shallot farmers in Enrekang Regency still adheres to the old model of production principles, were to increase production is accompanied by adding the inputs. In fact, in the dimension of the Cobb-Douglas production theory, the addition of inputs is not always necessary in line with the increase of production output. Therefore, this study aims to see the effectiveness of inputs in shallots farming in Enrekang Regency. The input variables used in this study include the area of land, capital, labor, and technology that are optimized and correlated with the production of shallots. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression by adopting the Cobb-Douglas production theory. The results of the analysis found that the use of inputs is reaching the condition of decreasing return to scale in shallots farming.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the concept of property ownership, the application of property in Islamic economics and to analyze Afzalur Rahman's thoughts on the concept of property ownership in Islamic economics. The method used by the author in this study is library research based on the problem formulation supported by data and data sources from a literature review. Based on the results of research on the concept of property ownership in Islamic economics, according to Afzalur Rahman, an Islamic economic system is comparable to economic principles that require an economic system that is in accordance with the Qur'an and As-Sunnah. Where Islam also wants everyone who has property in the form of goods or services obtained in a lawful way, both in the form of substances and how to get them, does not damage and damage human nature, nor does persecution and exploitation, the goal in the end is to fight for the needs of human life and seek the pleasures of the hereafter that are blessed by Allah SWT.

Abstract

This research is entitled Study of Islamic Economics Against Wife Income in Improving Family Welfare (Case Study in Manggala Sub-District, Manggala Sub-District, Makassar City). This study describes how the financial role of the family and how Islam views wives who work? To obtain answers from the expected, the author uses three methods of data collection; Observations, interviews and documentation. Processing data using qualitative data with data analysis techniques used by the author are; Data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The sample in this study was the wife who worked in the Manggala sub-district of Manggala District, Makassar City. The results of this study indicate that the income accounted for for families and families with multiple careers in the Manggala sub-district based on BPS measurements includes the welfare family. In Islam there is no prohibition for women to work outside who violate the rules of Islamic law, the work of women is contrary to the principles of Islamic economics, namely ta'awun and maslahat

Abstract

In 2022, the emergence of a scandal revealed by the media related to social donation collection institutions, namely the rapid response action (ACT) has shocked the public regarding the poor management of the social funds they manage. This phenomenon indicates a failure of integrity. As a result, the image is negative to similar institutions including amil zakat institutions. This research was conducted to determine the influence of audit opinions, transparency, and accountability on the interest in paying zakat with awareness as an intervening variable in BAZNAS Makassar City. This research method is quantitative with a sample of 196 respondents. Data processing using the SmartPLS 4.0 application. The results of the study concluded partially transparency, and accountability directly has a positive and significant influence on the interest in paying zakat in Baznas Makassar City. Meanwhile, Audit Opinion and Awareness do not influence the interest in paying zakat. The influence of awareness variables in this study was unable to mediate Audit Opinion, Transparency, and Accountability on the interest in paying zakat at the National Amil Agency (Baznas) Makassar City.
