Abstract

AI faces many challenges in the future. Some people still say that AI is a threat to the future, but on the other hand, AI is a technology that will help many people live their lives. In this concept research, we will explain what we think about AI and what ethics should be involved in using AI. It will require a lot of analysis to produce a concept of AI ethics, which is not easy. Our focus will provide perspectives from the social, psychological, and cultural sides and what things might affect human life by quickly developing AI. The final result of this concept is a framework for the ethics of AI profiling, where this may be used as a guide or opinion that can be considered when we use AI in our daily lives. AI is something that must be supported, and its application must receive special attention so that it can help humans in solving various life problems.

Abstract

The development of information technology has reached its peak, where AI has transformed and influenced many things, one of which is the world of education, especially universities. In this concept research, we will describe in a big picture how smart gamification, metaverse, and AI will influence and how to build this so that it can gradually change our teaching and learning patterns. Of course, this has been resolved in the book we published on Amazon. Therefore, if readers want to know and understand more deeply, they can read the book we created to apply it. The results of this concept research are formulas, frameworks, and the maturity level to be able to develop hybrid learning systems, which may be used to the way we teach, the way we give assignments, and the way we test, as well as other things related to business processes at the university. Therefore, we need to change what already exists so that it can be adapted to the situation and conditions of information technology development and the current globalization competition

Abstract

When facing a pandemic, education experienced a considerable surprise, where many things made us not expect this to happen. This results in several problems, such as educational institutions needing more time to be ready when facing the cessation of the teaching and learning process, information technology infrastructure suddenly being used to its maximum capacity, and human resources, which in some educational institutions may not be ready. In this research, we will use innovation profiling to implement pandemic learning systems in 2024. If it happens again, this framework will help us see the big picture when dealing with a pandemic. This research results from the 2024 pandemic learning systems framework, in which stages for overcoming the pandemic significantly influence the teaching and learning process in education. Therefore, we need to increase our readiness to face all of this. It is essential to do so that the teaching and learning process will continue to run well and by the learning outcomes set by each institution.

Abstract

Gamification is an extraordinary phenomenon of how we can engage users to understand our Business. Users can get many interesting things from gamification offered by business owners, ranging from games, bonuses, discounts, and many other things that can make users or consumers more loyal and have a close relationship with the Business. This research is developing the concept of innovation profiling, which describes seven types of innovation. Here, gamification is one of the innovations we will discuss. This study divides gamification into three important parts, units that should not be separated. The first part concerns the big picture of gamification profiling and the Formula GMF = P. B2. E2. Ps2.F2. In the second stage, there are four types of gamification- open Gamification (OP), specific Gamification (SG), innovative Gamification (IG), and undeveloped Gamification (UG). The third stage, the final stage, is Business Gamification profiling (BG), Education gamification profiling (EG), Psychology gamification profiling (PG), and Future gamification profiling (FG). This research results in the gamification profiling framework and its application in education as the main case study in implementing this. Furthermore, Smart city and social profiling are two things that cannot separate from each other. Therefore, in building a smart city & social profiling, several important things must be considered, including investors, people, culture, supervision, customers, data, mapping, mentors, capabilities, commercials and leadership. This article will develop Business Model Mapping 101 (Smart City Maturity Level Mapping), an innovation in shaping and producing social profiling. Problems such as implementing smart cities in human resources, technology, and other factors are the main concerns. Therefore, Smart City Maturity Level Mapping is a social profiling development concept that focuses on building something from what the area already has. It is to increase the level of a more stable economy but remain flexible in dealing with certain situations. Furthermore, this article complements the previous article, namely smart city 5.0 (Human resource, Technology, marketing). These three things then developed into Smart City Maturity Level Mapping, which later became social profiling, which is useful for measuring smart cities' performance and implementation in a more structured, systematic and detailed manner in terms of profiles. The final result is the maturity level to measure a smart city's performance, which also connected to the defender, extender, dodger, contender.

Abstract

Abstract: The spread of COVID 19 has already taken place globally, and it is still stopping transmission by doing social and physical distancing. One of the affected sectors is Education. Therefore, Education must undergo drastic changes in the teaching and learning process and create high flexibility and adaptation to current conditions. This article focuses on creating a concept and innovation in the teaching and learning process, especially at the university level. It starts with the standard university concept, which consists of the fundamental knowledge, the fundamental invisible and visible experience, the fundamental innovative invisible and visible expertise, which produces the university's maturity level (the seven stages of university). This concept was later developed into a new normal university to deal with the current situation, namely the teaching and learning process that can provide solutions. Problems such as not being able to do the teaching and learning process face-to-face and others are essential factors that have an immediate address. However, the teaching and learning process can run effectively and efficiently. This study's final results are three primary things: health protocol, process protocol, monitoring, and feedback protocol, called the three stages of a new regular university. This article will also produce a new normal social media, the initial design for a social media application to help people affected by the pandemic. Keywords: COVID 19, New Normal University, Process; Systems, Technology, The Concepts Abstrak: Penyebaran COVID 19 sudah terjadi secara global, dan sampai pada hari ini masih dilakukan social dan physical distancing secara ketat. Kata kunci: COVID 19, New normal university, Proses, Sistem, Teknologi, Konsep

Abstract

Abstract—Social media is a lifestyle, starting from how to think and behave towards something. Understanding what is on social media requires a systematic guide to distinguish between true and false information. Therefore, this article will answer it. Two important parts of this article are discussing mood-thinking-logic which is the basis of every human's thinking, which then results in two attitudes, namely doing the right or wrong thing. This article complements the two articles that have been published. Because the problem regarding hoaxes is still an unfinished debate and still has problems finding the right formula or guide, in this article we create two concepts to solve this problem. the first concept produces guidelines of mood-thinking-logic profiling, which are concepts for understanding the layers of feelings, thoughts and logic of a person and the motives he does in social media, then the second concept is anti-hoax framework which discusses seven levels of hoaxes and solutions to overcome hoaxes. Both of these concepts will be accompanied by examples of case studies that discuss these matters, so that readers will understand the two concepts. Furthermore, this research is still being developed because it still needs a lot of refinement, and this research is part of the text mining research that we are currently doing. Keywords—Mood, Thinking, Logic, Profiling, Anti Hoax

Abstract

Recently, trucking logistics service providers are focusing on adopting technology and Information Technology (IT) capability to improve performance. Hence, it is essential to investigate how the IT capability of the firm can enhance logistics performance and impact technology adoption on performance. Therefore, the research examines the determinant factors of logistics firm performance mediated by Optilog adoption. The research design is a mixed method with an explanatory sequential design using quantitative and qualitative data analysis. Quantitative data analysis uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), while qualitative analysis adopts in-depth interviews. The analysis population includes 41 Optilog users in the logistics firm in East Jakarta, with the experts adopting a census sampling method. For qualitative phase, the researchers also recruit four respondents holding supervisory positions or higher using Optilog for daily operations. The results show that logistics firm performance is influenced by service excellence and Optilog adoption. Additionally, perceived risk, traceability, and IT capability positively affect Optilog adoption, which mediates the effects on logistics firm performance. The results confirm the rejection of the hypothesis that Optilog adoption mediates IT capability on logistics firm performance. The thematic analysis further concludes that the system, implemented in March 2022, does not impact logistics firm performance significantly, according to the respondents. Consequently, IT departments depend on responsiveness to address users’ needs and issues since when the vendor develops the system, it faces significant constraints due to the development and maintenance costs.
