Abstract

Small and medium industries are the first step that can be expected by the government as one of the alternative ways to be able to help the community's economy. The existence of small and medium industries can help the community's economy because it is able to support the economy to meet daily needs. This study aims to determine the influence of product innovation variables, market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation on the marketing performance of small and medium industries convection in Tanah Merah District, Bangkalan Regency. This research is included in quantitative research. The sample in this study amounted to 30 respondents of small and medium industry businesses convection. The data collection process is carried out using questionnaires. In this study, researchers used multiple analysis techniques that were processed using the help of SPSS 25 software. The results of this study show that product innovation and market orientation partially have a significant influence on marketing performance, entrepreneurial orientation partially has no influence on marketing performance and the three variables of product innovation, market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation have a significant as big 33,4% influence on marketing performance.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is one of the main aspects in the economic development and progress of a country. Where more and more people are entrepreneurs, the people who are entrepreneurs have reduced unemployment in a country. This is of particular concern to the Bangkalan government to increase MSMEs in the Bangkalan sub-district. This study aims to analyze the effect of business interest, creativity, innovation, motivation, and business capital on the success of young entrepreneurs in the Bangkalan sub-district. In this study using quantitative research. The population in this study is business people in the town square of Bangkalan sub-district. By using a saturated sampling technique that is as many as 30 traders. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and documentation.  The results of this study indicate that the results of the t test indicate that the t test results indicate that the interest in education variable (X1) obtains a tcount value of 1.292 > ttable 2.064 with a significance value of .209, the Creativity variable (X2) obtains a tcount value of 1.652> ttable 2.064 with a significance value of .112, the innovation variable (X3) obtained a tcount value of 2.389 > ttable 2.064 with a significance value of .025 , the variable Motivation (X4) obtained a tcount value of -1.592 > ttable 2.064 with a significance value of .125 , variable working capital (X5) obtained a tcount of 2.285 > ttable of 2.064 with a significance value of .031 partially the variables of business interest, creativity, innovation and venture capital affect business success (Y) while the motivational variable does not partially affect business success. The F test obtained Fcount 17.298 > Ftable 2.62 which indicates that all X variables simultaneously influence business success (Y).

Abstract

Financial literacy is an understanding that includes matters relating to money management and its use in improving welfare. This activity to strengthen financial literacy aims to broadly upgrade individuals in dealing with finances and ultimately be able to prepare the next golden generation. The material provided is: basic concepts, benefits, indicators, and tips on financial literacy. With a method in the form of a Participatory Learning and Action (PLA) approach or a participatory learning and practice process. The results of the service show that activities to strengthen financial literacy for teachers at SDN Bajur 3, Bajur Village, Kec. Waru, Kab. Pamekasan: upgrading financial understanding as an educator in creating a golden generation is seen as providing a new understanding that can be implemented for oneself and students. It can be seen that there is a double benefit for teachers as individuals who need to upgrade their financial understanding and teachers as educators in creating a golden generation in the future. It is true that teachers as educators can educate students in terms of financial understanding, but quite a few make financial decisions far from financial rationality.

Abstract

Mambaul Hikam Burneh, Bangkalan Regency. Based on the results of observations in class VII IPS MTS Manbaul hikam, the problem that arises from the learning outcomes is the weakness of students in understanding learning to describe economic actors in the economic system Indonesia. This is evident from the 32 students, the remaining 4 students who were able to get learning outcomes above the KKM and on the other hand only achieved grades below the KKM. So if it is presented that only 12.5 percent get a score of 65 (predetermined KKM), even though to achieve completeness the average score of students must be 85 percent to be able to reach the KKM. Based on the problems above, it is necessary to have a countermeasure in order to achieve an increase in student achievement in learning to explain the material of economic actors in the Indonesian economic system. In this study there were 2 cycles with the overall result that in cycle I, the application of the think pair share method was able to improve student achievement at MTS Manbaul hikam burneh. We can see these results from the differences in cycle 1 and cycle 2, including in cycle 1 student activity has reached 39% and in cycle 2 student activity has increased 86%, from here we can see that the application of the think pair share model has been carried out well.

Abstract

The purpose of this development research is to produce a whatsapp-based learning media product with a chatbot feature to improve students' understanding of monetary and fiscal policy materials. SMAS Islam Nurul Amanah Class XI is the subject of this study. In this study, a type of development research (Development Research) is used. The development model in this study uses the ADDIE development model. This model consists of five main phases or stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. In this study, quantitative and qualitative methods are used. The results of the study showed that the whatsapp-based learning media with the chatbot feature was considered quite valid based on the results of a questionnaire filled out by material validators with a score of 70%, media validators with a score of 78%, and obtained a very valid assessment from economic learning practitioners with a score of 87%. Based on the results of validation and field trials, whatsapp-based learning media with a chatbot feature that has been developed by researchers is feasible to be used in the learning process in economics lessons, especially in monetary and fiscal policy material for grade XI of SMAS Islam Nurul Amanah.

Abstract

In this digital era, it is very important to understand and use technology wisely to adapt to digital transformation. Technology affects the quality of education in these turbulent times. A game is an interesting learning medium with an interactive nature. Currently, educators can choose Quizizz as an interesting learning environment supporting the learning process. This study aims to provide teachers with interactive learning media interventions based on quizizz games in Economics class X SMA Darul Hadits, Sepulu District, Bangkalan Regency. This time, learning media development uses the research model (ADDIE). The research subjects included in the development of interactive learning media are validation tests by media validators, practitioner validators, and material validators, as well as tests aimed at students. Research data were obtained through observation techniques, questionnaires, and interviews with economics teachers and several class X SMA Darul Hadits regarding the learning process. The study results show that the teacher uses lecture and discussion methods using LKS and PowerPoint media in economics learning. So, with this, the researcher uses the Quizizz game application to support student learning enthusiasm so that later it will improve student learning outcomes. This study got a very good response from teachers and students.

Abstract

The selection of the right method will guide students towards the correct way so that their understanding is also optimal and their learning outcomes are maximized. The method that the author is researching is the cooperative script method, where students work in pairs and take turns summarizing parts of the material being studied. The problem that arises in this study is that students' learning outcomes in social studies are unsatisfactory, due to the teaching method used by the teacher still relying on lecturing, which dominates the learning process and makes students appear passive and bored. Therefore, the researcher applied the cooperative script method to improve the learning outcomes of seventh-grade students at SMP Takhassus At-Tauhid Madura. This research aims to determine the implementation of learning using the cooperative script model in improving the learning outcomes of seventh-grade students at SMP Takhassus At-Tauhid Madura and to find out how much improvement occurs The learning outcomes of seventh-grade students at SMP Takhassus At-Tauhid Madura after participating in geography lessons using the cooperative script model. This research employs the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method, with the instruments used being: Student Worksheets (LKPD), tests, and documentation. The subjects of this study are 11 seventh-grade students at SMP Takhassus At-Tauhid Madura. Based on the issues above, there is a need for intervention to achieve the learning outcomes of students in explaining economic material in their surroundings. This study consists of 2 cycles, namely Cycle 1 and Cycle 2. Thus, it can be concluded that learning using the cooperative script model can improve student learning outcomes in social studies subjects. This result can be seen from the differences between Cycle 1 and Cycle 2; in Cycle 1, the average score of student learning outcomes reached 63.6%, and in Cycle 2, the average score increased to 81.8%. From here we can see that the implementation of the cooperative script learning model has been carried out very well.

Abstract

Purpose – At school, students often encounter various learning challenges, with a particular issue being their lack of motivation, which makes it difficult for them to absorb lessons. This research aims to investigate the procedures for developing Flash card learning media, assess its appropriateness, and identify the development of student learning motivation after the use of Flash cards in the Social Sciences subject, specifically the economic activity material, for class VII at Bustanul Ulum Islamic Junior High School.Method – The research method employed in this study is a type of Research and Development (R&D), specifically focusing on media research and development using the ADDIE model. ADDIE stands for Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Data collection involves the use of questionnaires from media experts, material experts, field practitioners, and student responses. Data analysis techniques incorporate both qualitative and quantitative approaches.Findings – The findings indicate that Flash card media is suitable for application and can significantly impact students, particularly in Social Studies subjects. This is evidenced by validation results from media experts, linguists, field practitioners, and the improved student scores compared to previous assessments. Research Implications – The implications of this research demonstrate that the application of Flash card learning media can enhance students' learning motivation. This research specifically focuses on the economic activity material in class VII Social Studies. The scope of the research is limited to one school and a specific set of subjects.

Abstract

Purpose – This research aims to determine the effectiveness of using Google Sites-based multimedia as a learning medium on students' conceptual understanding in understanding economics lessons. This is motivated by a lack of student motivation to learn due to monotonous learning facilities.Method – This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method, which is the approach used to develop and test a product. And using the ADDIE development model proposed by Lee Owens, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and questionnaires. Testing includes pre-test and post-test assessments to measure students' level of understanding.Findings – The results of this research in the trial, students were given a pre-test with a class average score of 56.43. Meanwhile, the posttest results obtained a percentage score of 83.24. This is proven by the N-Gain Score results which obtained a score of 0.63 in the quite effective category. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence in the use of Google Sites-based multimedia on students' understanding. Research Implications – This research proves that Google Sites-based multimedia can significantly increase students' understanding of concepts in economics lessons. Attractive learning facilities will make it easier for teachers to convey learning material and students will more easily understand and master the learning material. The implication is that students play a more active role in economic learning activities and are enthusiastic in participating in learning so that learning objectives can be achieved well.

Abstract

This research is a descriptive qualitative research using triangulation by using datacollection technique, that is questionnaire / questionnaire, observation, and interview.the research was conducted at elementary school in Kamal sub-district usingcurriculum 2013; there are five elementary schools in Kamal namely SDN Banyuajuh2, SDN Banyuajuh 3, SDN Banyuajuh 6, SDN Kamal 1, SDN Gili Anyar. The resultsof this study are expected to examine much more in the development of characterformation of the Nation that is character that contains the value of Pancasila becauseeducation that contains Pancasila values with the essence of Pancasila as the nation'slife view is the main shield to face the challenges and threats as the nation's characterformers which is a unique thing and distinctive that became the distinguishing elementbetween one nation and another nation.
