Abstract

This article aims to analyze the level of student satisfaction with personality enhancement and personal branding training held at the Faculty of Vocational Studies, Surabaya State University. The method used is a survey by distributing questionnaires to students who have attended the training. The focus of the article covers aspects such as training content, teaching methods, interaction between students and instructor, and the positive impact felt by students after attending the training. The results of the analysis showed that most students were very satisfied with the personality enhancement and personal branding training they attended. Factors that contributed the highest to student satisfaction included the instructor mastery of the training material and the provision of disscussion opportunities, with 41 students very satisfied out of 55 students who attended the training. However, there are several aspects that need to be considered to increase student satisfaction, such as improving the comfort of the training room and adjusting the material to better suit the needs of students. The implication of these findings is the importance of higher education institutions to continuously improve and develop personality and personal branding training programs to meet students' expectations and needs. Improving the quality of training can contribute positively not only to students' personal development, but also to their overall learning experience.  Increasing student satisfaction in future training activities can be done by conducting a thorough evaluation to improve and adjust training materials to the needs of students. As well as creating a comfortable training environment to reduce communication barriers between students and instructor.

Abstract

Objective: Internships in higher education are vital for students' practical experience and skill development, with satisfaction being a key measure of success. Job challenge and role clarity significantly influence internship satisfaction. Job challenge enhances engagement and creativity, while role clarity reduces confusion, allowing students to focus on learning. Innovative work behavior, involving the initiation and implementation of new ideas, mediates this relationship, benefiting both the organization and students' sense of accomplishment. Together, these factors critically shape students' internship satisfaction. Method: The sampling technique was simple random sampling. The collected survey data is then analyzed using SEM-PLS with SmartPLS software. Results: The research indicates that **innovative work behavior** does not significantly affect internship satisfaction. **Job challenge** positively influences innovative behavior but has no significant impact on satisfaction. **Role clarity** does not directly affect innovative behavior but positively influences satisfaction. Neither job challenge nor role clarity significantly affects satisfaction through the mediation of innovative work behavior. Novelty: This research not only examines the direct influence of job challenge and role clarity on internship satisfaction, but also explores how students' innovative behaviors-such as the ability to initiate, implement, and adapt new ideas-can mediate the relationship.

Abstract

This research examines the turnover intention at PT Mega Artha Lintas Data by analyzing the impact of affective commitment and workload. The subjects of this research were employees of PT Mega Artha Lintas Data, with a total of 45 respondents obtained through an online questionnaire. This is a quantitative study using multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS version 25 for Windows. It was found that affective commitment does not have a significant effect on turnover intention. Similarly, workload also does not significantly affect employees' turnover intention. These findings imply that PT Mega Artha Lintas Data should consider other factors beyond the two variables studied to reduce employees’ intention to leave the company. For future research, it is recommended to explore additional predictors of turnover intention such as compensation, job satisfaction, and leadership style, and to consider qualitative methods to uncover underlying motivations.
