Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which consumer attitudes and perceptions of the interest or desire of the public to use the train as the preferred means of transportation during the Covid 19 pandemic, either partially or simultaneously. In this study using quantitative methods with multiple regression analysis, t-test, and f test to determine the effect of variables either partially or simultaneously using a convenience sample of 96 respondents. The results show that there is a positive and significant influence both partially and simultaneously on consumer attitudes and perceptions of interest in using trains during the Covid 19 pandemic.

Abstract

PT Terminal Teluk Lamong is a subsidiary of Pelindo III which is an expansion of Tanjung Perak Port which is engaged in container services. The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of the availability and waiting time of a combined terminal trailer on the loading and unloading productivity of PT Terminal Teluk Lamong. The problem of this research is the inadequate number of combined terminal trailers, the occurrence of waiting trucks, inadequate number of combined terminal trailers, changes in location, weight of containers transported by CTT, the high level of damage to the combined terminal trailer, difficulty in spare parts or spare parts. The results showed that there was a significant effect between the availability and waiting time of CTT on loading and unloading productivity where the correlation coefficient test showed 0.848 which means that there is a very strong influence. Meanwhile, the correlation coefficient of determination test shows that the influence between the availability and waiting time of CTT and loading and unloading productivity is 71.9% while the remaining 28.1% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the factors that influence the purchasing decisions of Muslim consumers in Indonesia during the month of Ramadan on online shopping platforms. This study uses a qualitative approach and case studies to collect data from respondents who meet the research criteria. The data collection method used is in-depth interviews and observations, which are conducted online and offline. Respondents consist of Muslim consumers and online store owners who buy and sell online during the month of Ramadan in Indonesia. The results of the study show that factors such as cultural, social, personal, and role & status factors influence the purchasing decisions of Muslim consumers in Indonesia during the month of Ramadan on online shopping platforms. The practical implication of this research is to provide useful information for e-commerce industry players to understand the preferences of Muslim consumers in Indonesia during the month of Ramadan and improve the consumer's shopping experience on online shopping platforms.

Abstract

SMKN 1 Tambun Selatan is a vocational high school based on management industry and has 4 (four) majors, namely: Tourism; Hospitality; Office administration; and Catering. In the curriculum, in the Department of Tourism there are Reservation and Ticketing subjects which are part of the pre-flight service in flight services. Bookkeeping service activities (reservation) and issuance of passenger tickets (ticketing), must be carried out carefully and precisely. Vocational students' skills in understanding reservation and ticketing materials need to be supported by practicing using a simulation application from the Global Distribution System (GDS) as an airline distribution channel. Practical activities require internet technology-based facilities which are usually located in a room called a laboratory. These skills will increase the competence of students at SMKN 1 Tambun Selatan which is required by the Industrial World. However, currently the school does not have a laboratory as a facility that supports the creation of student competencies. This is a problem for schools to be able to complete the competence of their students. The practical training method for the reservation and ticketing system simulation provided by the Trisakti Transportation and Logistics Institute (ITL) Lecturers is a solution in introducing the flight service system for students of SMKN 1 Tambun Selatan who currently do not have reservation or ticketing system facilities in the school laboratory. The results of the training evaluation showed that students were able to increase their knowledge after attending the training and were satisfied with this training activity.

Abstract

Seiring berkembangnya zaman, teknologi digital semakin canggih dan menjadi penting bagi sektor industri dalam mengembangkan industrinya dengan lebih efektif dan efisien. Indonesia mempunyai potensi wisata yang besar, sehingga sektor pariwisata pun turut mengikuti tren digitalisasi tersebut. Salah satu daerah yang berpotensi di sektor wisata yaitu Kampung Wisata Lawas Maspati yang berlokasi di Jl. Maspati Gg. VI, Kecamatan Bubutan, Kota Surabaya. Kampung ini merupakan daerah bersejarah yang banyak dikunjungi oleh masyarakat. Namun, dengan terbatasnya jumlah dan kemampuan sumber daya manusia, penggunaan kanal digital untuk manajemen pemasaran di tempat wisata tersebut masih kurang optimal. Meski telah memiliki media sosial, namun kanal tersebut sifatnya hanya dokumentasi kegiatan warga dan belum persuasif untuk mengajak wisatawan berkunjung atau membeli produk dari UMKM yang ada. Sementara, pihak manajemen menginginkan adanya peningkatan jumlah wisawatan dan pelanggan produk. Media sosial seperti Instagram, TikTok, dan berbagai media sosial lainnya akan digunakan sebagai media promosi dan dianalisis kecocokannya dengan segmen wisatawan dan pelanggan produk Kampung Lawas Maspati. Dalam penyampaian informasi melalui media tersebut, tim merumuskan dan menyediakan timeline konten promosi dan membuatkan konten pilot untuk perbaikan media sosial, serta membuatkan panduan branding agar ke depannya pengurus menjadi mandiri untuk mengunggah materi promosi di media sosial.

Abstract

Perkembangan bahasa sangat terkait dengan kemampuan berbahasa, terutama pada masa awal perkembangan anak. Pada masa ini, anak memiliki kemampuan yang mudah distimulasi, sehingga menjadi waktu yang sangat tepat untuk mengembangkan kemampuan bahasa mereka. Keterampilan berbahasa terdiri dari empat komponen utama, yaitu mendengarkan/menyimak, berbicara, membaca, dan menulis. Kemampuan menyimak secara umum merupakan proses seseorang memutar atau menganalisis suatu objek. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survey. Kemampuan menyimak pada anak Sekolah Dasar (SD) merupakan aspek kritis dalam proses pembelajaran. Mengevaluasi kemampuan menyimak pada sekelompok siswa di SDN 064037 Medan Tembung dengan fokus pada siswa kelas 5 yang berjumlah 25 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persentase keseluruhan kemampuan menyimak siswa SDN 064037 Medan Tembung kelas 5 adalah sebesar 64%. Kemampuan menyimak pada anak SD sangat penting karena membantu mereka dalam memahami instruksi guru, cerita-cerita dalam pembelajaran, serta interaksi sosial di lingkungan sekitar. Melalui kemampuan menyimak yang baik, anak dapat mengembangkan pemahaman mereka terhadap materi pembelajaran dan juga meningkatkan keterampilan berkomunikasi mereka. Kemampuan menyimak pada anak Sekolah Dasar (SD) merupakan aspek kritis dalam proses pembelajaran. Mengevaluasi kemampuan menyimak. Meskipun hanya 64% siswa yang mencapai tingkat kemampuan menyimak yang memadai, hasil ini menunjukkan optimisme karena sebagian besar siswa dapat memahami informasi lisan dengan baik.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memeriksa bagaimana siswa kelas V SDN 101776 Medan memahami etnomatematika dan bagaimana hal itu diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Fokus utama penelitian adalah bagaimana siswa memahami konsep etnomatematika dan bagaimana mereka menghubungkannya dengan kegiatan sehari-hari di lingkungan budaya mereka. Metode deskriptif kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Metode survei juga digunakan. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket yang diberikan kepada dua puluh siswa, terdiri dari tiga belas perempuan dan tujuh laki-laki. Angket ini terdiri dari pertanyaan yang dimaksudkan untuk mengukur seberapa memahami siswa tentang penggunaan etnomatematika di lingkungan mereka. Analisis persentase digunakan untuk mengukur persetujuan atau ketidaksetujuan siswa terhadap pernyataan. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa mayoritas siswa memahami etnomatematika dengan baik dan merupakan cara yang efektif untuk mengaitkan matematika dengan kehidupan sehari-hari, tetapi beberapa siswa belum memahami sepenuhnya hubungan antara matematika formal dan praktik budaya tradisional. Namun, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa diperlukan langkah-langkah tambahan untuk memperkuat pemahaman siswa tentang integrasi budaya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to review the existing results of the variables and see the results from the perspective of the author. To do this, the study will use a literature review of 30 international articles and provide an overview of the results and perspectives of the authors. The results of the study show that some variables have an influence on exposure, but not all variables are present in every paper or research result. This can be used as a reference for the variables in this paper.

Abstract

The Provincial Minimum Wage (UMP) is a government policy to realize a living wage for workers. In 2022, 46.12 percent of workers earned less than the UMP. According to the International Labor Organization (ILO), the wages of female workers in Indonesia are 23 percent lower than male workers. Female workers in West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) in 2018-2022 received wages below the UMP. The purpose of this study was to determine the general description, variables and variable trends that affect the wage eligibility status of female workers in NTB in 2022. The test results using binary logistic regression show that the variables of age, education, experience, working hours, and type of work have an effect while the training variable has no effect. The tendency of female workers to have a inadequate wage is those who have a young age, the last education of junior high school / equivalent and below, no training, no experience, working hours are not full-time, and blue-collar jobs. The government should regularly monitor and evaluate UMP policies and improve national education programs.

Abstract

This study aims to compare Western psychological interpretations of dreams with Islamic perspectives, particularly in Qur'anic exegesis and prophetic traditions. While Western theories, such as those of Sigmund Freud and Carl Jung, conceptualize dreams as manifestations of subconscious desires or archetypal imagery, contemporary neuroscience explains them as cognitive processes during sleep. In contrast, Islamic thought considers dreams as potential channels of divine communication, offering guidance or premonitions. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method through a literature review of psychological theories, Islamic tafsir, and hadith collections. The findings reveal that while Western perspectives emphasize psychological and neurological mechanisms, the Islamic framework views dreams as a metaphysical bridge between humans and the divine. The study concludes that dreams are multidimensional experiences integrating cognitive, emotional, and spiritual dimensions. Theoretically, this research enriches the discourse on the intersection of psychology and spirituality, offering a more comprehensive understanding of dreams beyond their neuropsychological basis.
