Abstract

In connection with the efforts to promote and explore the sources of local revenues, the governmentof Malang Regency has now been trying to increase the revenues. This effort is intendedto make the local government not to be dependent much on the central government.This study attempts to analyze the effectiveness the problems that exist in parking fees in orderto see the real potential and some suggestions for policies related to the increase of thelocal government income. It was conducted in Malang regency, which was chosen by meansof a purposive random sampling. It shows as the following. (1) The potential of Malang Regencyparking levy is totally up to Rp 1,618,939,100. It can be compared with the realizationof 2009 that was up to the figure of Rp 225,842,000, and therefore the effectiveness is13.95%; (2) The results of the SWOT analysis showed that the position of an increase of incomein parking levies and service market is in quadrant 2 (two), this means a dominance ona combination of factors both strengths and barriers. It is suggested that the government increaseof the effectiveness of withdrawal by doing some efforts as described in this study.

Abstract

Introduction/Main Objectives: This paper was written to examine the primary objective of the Indonesian government in the SGD's. As of now, the government's efforts to understand SDGs are still in their early stages. It is evident that the implemented policies are not very strict and that the intermediary institutions are still not fully developed. Research Methods: We employ a Systematic Literature Review approach to curate publications from academics and the government in order to examine the government's planning direction. Subsequently, we compare these findings with the Indonesian government's five-year and ten-year Development Plans and juxtapose them with documents issued by local governments. Finding/Results: The research findings indicate that there are differences in emphasis between the central and regional areas in implementing SDGS. Conclusion: Overall, Poverty Reduction and Economic Growth remain the main priorities, followed by Health and Well-being and Quality education. While not all SDGs can be immediately realized, Indonesia is committed to incorporating SDG issues into government policie

Abstract

Tuna is a major fish commodity that has high economic value that dominates the export market of Indonesian fishery industry products. This study was carried out to analyze competitiveness, comparative advantage, trading patterns and trends of Indonesian tuna exports in the United States market from 2013-2022 using the Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA), Revealed Symmetric Comparative Advantage (RSCA), and Constant Market Share (CMS). The results showed that Indonesia's RCA value is above one (>1) during the 2013-2022 period, meaning that Indonesian tuna has competitiveness, the RSCA value is also above one (>0), meaning that Indonesian tuna has a comparative advantage. According to the CMS analysis, Indonesia's growth of standard exports to the United States is still lower than the growth of world standard exports to the United States so that Indonesia's export performance is still relatively low. The distribution effect of the Indonesian tuna market shows a positive value which means that Indonesia has succeeded in showing good product distribution performance to the market. The effect of commodity composition and the effect of competitiveness of Indonesian tuna shows a negative value so that Indonesia is considered to have not met the market and is less competitive.

Abstract

Adanya globalisasi membuat pelayanan publik diharapkan dapat berdampingan dengan perkembangan teknologi. Inovasi aplikasi Klampid New Generation (KNG) merupakan salah satu inovasi berupa aplikasi dari Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Surabaya yang sudah membuat pelayanan publik lebih cepat, mudah, tepat, dan efisien. Penerapan aplikasi dalam pelayanan administrasi kependudukan diharapkan meningkatkan kesadaran penduduk terhadap administrasi kependudukan. Kelurahan Keputih menjadi salah satu kelurahan yang menggunakan aplikasi ini untuk melakukan pelayanan administrasi kependudukan. Selain itu adanya program KALIMASADA (Kawasan Lingkungan Masyarakat Sadar Administrasi Kependudukan) membuat masyarakat di wilayah Keputih mulai melengkapi dokumen kependudukan yang dimiliki. Tanpa adanya data kependudukan yang valid maka kebijakan-kebijakan dibuat oleh pemerintah juga akan kurang tepat sasaran. Oleh karena dari itu, penting sekali melakukan pelaporan peristiwa kependudukan sebagai upaya tertib dalam administrasi kependudukan.

Abstract

Pristine is a product manufactured by PT. Super Wahana Tehno, which applies high pH drinking water in its composition. This research aims to determine the influence of the marketing mix (4P) on purchasing decisions for the Pristine 8.6+ high pH drinking water product in Sidoarjo Regency, East Java. This study is Explanatory Research with a quantitative approach using a survey method through the distribution of questionnaires. Explanatory research is intended to explain the causal relationship between research variables and test the formulated hypotheses. The sample consists of 100 respondents with the criteria of being over 17 years old, residing in Sidoarjo City, and being consumers who are currently purchasing or consuming Pristine 8.6+ drinking water. The validity test uses Pearson's Product-Moment correlation formula, while the reliability test uses Cronbach's Alpha. Partial Least Square analysis is used for hypothesis testing in this study. The results show that 1) The product variable influences purchasing decisions for Pristine 8.6+ consumers, 2) Price has a positive influence on purchasing decisions for Pristine 8.6+ drinking water consumers, 3) The place variable does not positively influence purchasing decisions for Pristine 8.6+ drinking water, 4) Promotion has a positive influence on purchasing decisions for Pristine 8.6+ drinking water consumers, 5) There is an influence of the marketing mix on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of the effect (1) competence on employee performance, (2) competence mediate career development on employee performance, and (3) competence mediate commitment on employee performance at Dinas Kependudukan & Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Sidoarjo. This is quantitative research of the associative variety. All civil servants at the Dinas Kependudukan & Pencatatan Sipil in Kabupaten Sidoarjo were included in the sample with saturation sampling approach. Forty-four civil servants were surveyed using questionnaires to collect the data. The quantitative data analysis technique uses PLS (Partial Least Square) with smartPLS 3.0 software.  This research at the Dinas Kependudukan & Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Sidoarjo as a government agency in the field of public services in improving the performance of its employees by providing competency, career development and commitment to civil servants of Dinas Kependudukan & Pencatatan Sipil in Kabupaten Sidoarjo. The results indicated that competence has a significant positive effect on employee performance, career development has a non-significant effect in mediating competence's effect on employee performance, and commitment has a significant positive effect in mediating competence's effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This service project aims to empower Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) in Gubeng District through the implementation of digital surveys. The primary objective of the project was to enhance research and data collection efficiency through the utilization of information technology, specifically by employing the CAPI survey method. The project included the creation of a tailored digital survey with the specific purpose of assessing the sustainability dimensions of the MSEs. This survey covered various factors such as products, service, management, digital aspects, and the role of the government. In addition, the project also aimed to conduct a digital survey to the respondents regarding the advantages of digital surveys. The use of a digital survey platform facilitates wider participation and makes it easier to collect data directly. The obtained data were statistically and qualitatively analyzed to produce a comprehensive insight into the sustainability dynamics of MSEs in the Gubeng Sub-district within the food and beverage sector. The advantages of implementing a digital survey include time, cost, and resource savings, as well as making it possible for researchers to achieve a more representative sample. The project's outcomes are expected to offer a comprehensive perspective on the sustainability prospects of Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) within the food and beverage industry. In addition, these results aim to offer insights to stakeholders involved in crafting policies and support initiatives.

Abstract

UMKM Olahan Bunda Hamiz adalah salah satu UMKM kategori makanan dan minuman unggulan berada di wilayah Kelurahan Klampis Ngasem yang memiliki keanekaragaman menu. Dari hasil survei UMKM Olahan Bunda Hamiz diperoleh permasalahan yaitu belum dilakukannya branding usaha dengan kuat ditengah perkembangan teknologi yang sangat pesat oleh karena itu akan dilakukan pendampingan untuk memperkuat personal branding broduk dan merek agar mampu bersaing dengan kompetitor lain melaui platform online. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah survei dan wawancara, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), penyuluhan, dan yang terakhir adalah pendampingan. Dalam kegiatan pendampingan terlaksana 4 kegiatan yaitu re-branding logo dan stiker, inovasi dalam pengambilan foto produk, pembuatan katalog produk, dan pembuatan marketplace yaitu  whatsapp bussines. hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah pelaku UMKM Olahan Bunda Hamiz sudah bisa menerapkan digital branding untuk mengoptimalkan peningkatan penjualan produknya.

Abstract

Kelurahan Menur Pumpungan merupakan salah satu kelurahan yang terletak di Kecamatan Sukolilo yang mempunyai potensi dari segi ekonomi yang dapat dilihat dari banyaknya jenis Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah. Banyaknya UMKM yang ada di wilayah tersebut dapat mendukung tingkat perekonomian masyarakat. Banyaknya potensi yang dimiliki oleh UMKM tak luput dari berbagai permasalahan. Salah satu contohnya yaitu kegiatan pemasaran yang masih menggunakan cara tradisional dan tidak memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi digital marketing. Oleh karena itu jangkauan pemasaran produk UMKM juga masih terbatas. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang kami lakukan bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan tentang pemanfaatan digital marketing untuk mendukung pemasaran produk. Kegiatan yang kami lakukan meliputi penyuluhan digital marketing dan pendampingan pembuatan WhatsApp Business, penambahan titik Google Maps, dan Linktree UMKM. Sebelum dilaksanakan kegiatan tersebut kami melakukan survey dan wawancara untuk menemukan solusi. Dari pelaksanaan kegiatan tersebut, UMKM  Kelurahan Menur Pumpungan telah memiliki akun media sosial sebagai media pemasaran online.

Abstract

Kurangnya pengetahuan dalam penggunaan teknologi pemasaran online dan kurangnya pemahaman dalam mengelola usaha melalui situs web, media sosial, dan marketplace, telah menyebabkan produk yang dijual hanya dikenal di wilayah lokal. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka dilakukan kegiatan pelatihan pemasaran digital dalam rangka Kuliah Kerja Nyata yang diikuti oleh 10 pelaku UMKM di Kelurahan Penjaringansari. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membantu pelaku UMKM memahami strategi digital marketing dan online marketing. Hasil pelatihan ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan pemasaran digital yang berfokus pada pembuatan konten yang menarik (menjual melalui cerita) melalui foto dan video dapat membantu pelaku UMKM meningkatkan kualitas dan produktivitas perusahaannya dengan inovasi ide dan memperluas peluncuran produk. .
