Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan strategi komunikasi pembangunan yang dilakukan oleh Andromeda Learning Center dalam mengembangkan Pariwisata Berbasis Masyarakat dan menjelaskan karakteristik komunikasi pembangunan yang terjalin antara Andromeda Learning Center dengan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menyoroti peran komunitas sosial tersebut dalam pembangunan dengan perspektif pemberdayaan. Desain penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Yogyakarta selama kurang lebih enam bulan. Narasumber dipilih dan ditentukan dengan metode purposive judgement. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara mendalam dan observasi non partisipant. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Serta analisis data menggunakan model Miles and Hubberman. Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Andromeda Learning Center mengombinasikan dua strategi komunikasi pembangunan yaitu strategi partisipatif sebagai yang utama dan strategi instruksional sebagai pelengkap. Strategi tersebut bertolak  pada tiga pendekatan yang digunakan, yaitu pendekatan potensi dan kearifan lokal, pendekatan komunikasi bottom-up, pendekatan partisipatif dan pemberdayaan. Upaya pelibatan masyarakat dalam strategi partisipatif tersebut menggunakan komunikasi yang bersifat dialogis yang sesuai dengan model komunikasi sirkuler. Sementara karakteristik komunikasinya secara garis besar sesuai dengan landasan dialog Freire, yaitu kesetaraan, pengatasan masalah, praksis, dan penyadaran. Dengan demikian tujuan pembangunan dapat diwujudkan melalui Pariwisata Berbasis Masyarakat.Kata kunci : Strategi Komunikasi, Komunikasi Pembangunan, Pembangunan Partisipatif, Pariwisata berbasis Masyarakat AbstractThis research aims to describe the development communication strategy carried out by the Andromeda Learning Center in developing Community-based Tourism and explain the characteristics of development communication between the Andromeda Learning Center and the community. The highlight of this research is the role of social communities in development with an empowerment perspective. This research design is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. This research was conducted in Yogyakarta for approximately six months. Informants were selected and determined using the purposive judgment method. Data collection used in-depth interview and non-participant observation methods. Data validity using source triangulation. Data analysis using the Miles and Hubberman model. The results show that Andromeda Learning Center combines two development communication strategies, which are participatory strategy as a main, and instructional strategy as a complement. These strategies are based on the three development communication approaches used. These are potential and local wisdom approach, bottom-up communication approach, participatory and empowerment approach. The efforts to involve the community in this participatory strategy use dialogic communication in accordance with the circular communication model. Meanwhile, the communication characteristics are broadly in accordance with Freire's dialogue, including equality, problem solving, praxis and awareness. Abstract

Abstrak             Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan kode etik jurnalistik media massa lokal daerah dalam pemberitaan covid-19. Kode Etik Jurnalistik merupakan landasan moral atau etika profesi untuk menjalankan operasional jurnalistik. fokus utama penelitian ini yaitu kasus pemberitaan covid-19 pada rubrik berita utama edisi 23 Maret-27 April 2020 dikarenakan pemberitaan covid-19 meningkat pesat dimedia massa cetak dan online, kemudian dengan fokus utama pasal 3 7 KEJ. Penelitian Ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data analisis isi teknik filling (pengkategorian) sesuai dengan indikator pasal 3 7 KEJ. Penelitian ini menggunakan 20 sampel berita dalam rubrik berita utama karya jurnalistik wartawan Solopos. Analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan model Miles Huberman yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, dan verification. Hasil penelitan menunjukan bahwa (1) Harian Solopos sudah menerapkan KEJ hal ini dibuktikan dengan penyajian berita yang secara umum lebih banyak menerapkan pasal 7, namun masih terjadi beberapa kali ketidakseimbangan pada pasal 3. (2) berdasarkan hasil koding, Harian Solopos edisi 23Maret-27 April 2020 sebagai media massa bersifat lokal telah melaksanakan fungsinya dalam memberikan informasi, mendidik, persuasif, menghibur pembaca. (3) berdasarkan hasil koding pelanggaran KEJ Harian Solopos edisi 23Maret-27 April 2020 pelanggaran paling banyak terjadi pada indikator keberimbangan berita, hal ini terjadi berdasarkan sebelas dari dua puluh berita ditemukan terdapat pelanggaran. Terdapat pelanggaran dengan proporsi minor terjadi pada indikator menguji informasi sebanyak lima berita dan indikator tidak mencampurkan fakta dan opini menghakimi sebanyak satu berita.Kata Kunci : Kode Etik Jurnalistik, Covid-19, Harian Solopos, Etika Profesi. Abstract            This study aims to detemine the implementation of the journalist code of ethics for local print massa media in the reporting of covid-19 . The Journalist Code of Ethics (KEJ) is the moral foundation or the profesional code of conduct for journalistic operation. The main focus of this research is the case of covid-19 news in the main news rubric of the March 23-April 27, 2020 with the locus of article 3 7 of the Journalistic Code of Ethics. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with content analysis data (categorization) in accordance with the indicator article 37 of the KEJ. This study uses 20 news in the main news rubric of the journalist work of Solopos journalist. This study’s data was analyzed using the Miles Huberman models, namely data collection, data reduction and data verification. The result of this research show that (1) Solopos Daily has implemented the journalistic Code of Ethics, this is evidenced by the presentation of news wich generally applies article 7 more, but there are still several imbalances in article 3, (2) based on coding results, Solopos Daily issues 23 March-27April 2020 as local mass media has fully carried out its function in providing information, educating, persuasive, entertaining audiences, (3) based on coding results, the violations of the Solopos Daily KEJ edition on 23th of the March-27 April 2020 was most violations that ever happened in the news balance indicator. This is can be happened because eleven out of twenty reports found that there were violations. There are minor violations that occur in the indicator test information as much as five news and the indicator of does not mix facts and judgemental opinions as much as one news. Abstract

Abstrak            Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pemanfaatan YouTube Bantul TV sebagai media penyebaran informasi pemerintah Kabupaten Bantul. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa pelaksana pengelolaan YouTube Bantul TV adalah Subkoordinator Kelompok Substansi Produksi dan Distribusi Informasi Publik, Bidang Pengelola Informasi dan Komunikasi Publik, Diskominfo Bantul. Jenis informasi dan konten yang ada di YouTube Bantul TV cukup beragam diantaranya berita, iklan layanan masyarakat, promosi UMKM, Dialog Generasi Muda, Talkshow, Informasi, Inspirasi, Hiburan, serta kegiatan yang ada di masyarakat maupaun Pemerintah Kabupaten Bantul. Informasi yang ada ditujukan untuk masyarakat umum. Penggunaan YouTube digunakan sebagai media penyebaran informasi Pemerintah Kabupaten Bantul adalah karena perubahan khalayak yang beralih ke media sosial, selain itu arahan dari pimpinan untuk memanfaatkan media baru. Tidak ada batasan khalayak yang ditetapkan dalam pembuatan konten, untuk memisahkan segmen khalayak maka dibuat daftar putar. Kritik dan saran yang hadir dari masyarakat, tokoh masyarakat, maupun dinas lain yang bisa disampaikan secara langsung melalui kolom komentar yang disediakan oleh YouTube dapat ditanggapi langsung oleh Tim dari Bantul TV.Kata Kunci : Pemanfaatan, YouTube, Informasi. Diskominfo Bantul.  Abstract            The purpose of this study was to describe the use of YouTube Bantul TV as a medium for disseminating information on the government of Bantul Regency. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The results of the study revealed that the implementer of the management of YouTube Bantul TV was the sub-coordinator of the Public Information Production and Distribution Substance Group, Information Management and Public Communication Division, Diskominfo Bantul. The types of information and content on YouTube Bantul TV are quite diverse including news, public service advertisements, MSME promotions, Young Generation Dialogues, Talkshows, Information, Inspiration, Entertainment, as well as activities in the community and the Government of Bantul Regency. The information provided is intended for the general public. The use of YouTube as a medium for disseminating information from the Bantul Regency Government is due to changes in audiences turning to social media, in addition to directives from leaders to utilize new media. There is no defined audience limit in content creation, to separate audience segments, playlists are created. Criticisms and suggestions that are present from the public, community leaders, or other agencies that can be conveyed directly through the comments column provided by YouTube can be responded to directly by the Team from Bantul TV.Keywords : Utilization, YouTube, Information. Abstract

This article discusses religious and religious symbols narrated as political commodities in the 2019 presidential election on the twitter platform. The battle for narratives in the 2019 Indonesian presidential election was colored by the use of these issues on social media, this has led to increased sensitivity between religions and increasing issues of intolerance. For this reason this research has been conducted to investigate the categories of political messages narrated in tweets during the seven months of the 2019 presidential election campaign. Twitter, which was published on 23 September 2018 to 13 April 2019. based on the findings of this study, it shows that the success team of the two candidate pairs in narrating religious symbols and religious symbols is divided into 6 message categories. The message categories are Commodification of Religious Greetings, Clothing as a Religious Symbol, Title as a Religious Symbol, Salat and Nyekar as Political Commodities, An Expression of Gratitude as Political Commodities, House of Worship as a Place for Political Campaign.

Abstract

Political years in Indonesia have always presented new and unexpected occurrences, including campaign strategies and activities of candidate supporters. Social media has played a significant role in shaping these patterns due to its ability to mobilize the community. One of the campaigns in the 2024 presidential election was the @aniesbubble account on X, a supporter of presidential candidate 01 Anies Baswedan. When it first appeared, this account drew widespread attention for its similarities to a Korean Pop (K-Pop) fan account. Anies was portrayed as an idol, while @aniesbubble is a fan account dedicated to sharing updates and information about him. Other accounts affiliated with @aniesbubble: @olpproject, and @haveniesday further amplified this strategy. This study aims to examine the 'K-popfication' (K-pop-inspired communication) of the content produced by the three accounts on X. This study employs a qualitative content analysis method to see the elements of 'K- popfication' in tweets or messages published within December 2023 and February 2024. The results reveal significant elements of ‘K-popfication’,, signaling a new era in Indonesian politics, defined by the pervasive use of social media and a more proactive and participatory audience dynamic. In addition, this research shows that the communication aspect was reflected in the creative use of social media and political support for Anies Baswedan and Muhaimin Iskandar was reflected in various online and offline activities. Lastly, thses accounts played crucial roles in spreading information about the candidates as they gained early access to information by attending and participating in Anies and Muhaimin’s events.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the correlation between WhatsApp usage and the religiosity level of PP Jagad Alif santri, as well as the factors influencing this correlation. A correlational quantitative approach was used to measure the relationship between these two variables. A sample of 58 individuals was selected using simple random sampling from a population of 68 santri at PP Jagad Alif, calculated with the Slovin formula. Data were collected through surveys using the SMUI instrument for WhatsApp and the CRS instrument for religiosity, with each instrument demonstrating a validity of 0.9 Pearson's r and reliability scores of 0.996 and 0.995 Cronbach's α, respectively. Data analysis techniques included Pearson correlation and simple linear regression to test the hypothesis. The results showed a positive correlation of 0.349 with a p-value of 0.004, and the contribution of the social media variable to religiosity was 12.2%. These findings indicate that the correlation between social media usage and the religiosity level of PP Jagad Alif santri is weak.

Abstract

Differences in understanding between religions and cultures characterise the emergence of intolerance in society. These conditions can contribute to the breakdown of religious life and result in subjective interpretations of truth that disregard others' perspectives. The research method used a mixed method with a sequential exploratory model. Data collection techniques included interviews, observations, literature studies (qualitative), and questionnaires (quantitative). This study aims to reveal the dynamics of cultural da'wah, the process of Muhammadiyah internalisation, and the relationship between Muhammadiyah and syncretic Islam in shaping the value of tolerance in Yogyakarta. The results of the study show several things, namely 1) there are dynamics of cultural da'wah described by the concepts of hablumminallah and hablumminannas with examples of each entity's attitude towards the night of Suro; 2) there is involvement of each entity in Muhammadiyah activities with conservative teaching materials and adaptive methods, as demonstrated by the processes of acculturation, assimilation, and accommodation in each entity's religious activities; and 3) the phenomena observed in this case study illustrate the relationship between Muhammadiyah and Syncretic Islam in shaping the value of tolerance in Yogyakarta. The relationship between the two can fulfil the indicators of the active tolerance model by being able to coexist peacefully and strive to respect diversity.

Abstract

Abstrak : Al-Qur'an, merupakan mukjizat terbesar dalam sejarah peradabanmanusia. Sebagai mukjizat al-Qur'an mempunyai tanggungjawab moral untuksenantiasa mampu memecahkan persoalan sosial. Oleh karena itu, sebagai sebuahteks, al-Qur'an perlu ditafsirkan agar maknanya tidak usang. Sebagaimanapernyataan Imam Ali Ibn Abi Thalib "Al-Qur'an hanyalah tulisan yang terteradalam mushaf, tidak bisa berbicara dengan lisan, melainkan ada yangmemahaminya. Al-Qur'an dibicarakan oleh manusia" Pembacaan terhadap narasibesar teks al-Qur'an membutuhkan piranti. Salah satunya adalah kajianhermeneutika. Melalui kajian ini, al-Qur'an tidak hanya dibaca dalam makna teks,namun juga melihat konteks sosial historis-sosiologis yang melatarbelakanginya.Artikel ini mencoba membahas kajian hermeneutika dalam membacar al-Qur'an.Melalui pembacaan ini, diharapkan al-Qur'an dapat senantiasa hidup (living) ditengah masyarakat dengan berbagai permasalah yang mengitarinya.Kata Kunci : Al-Qur'an, Hermeneutika, Kemanusiaan

Abstract

Pluralisme meniscayakan adanya kesediaan antarpemeluk agama dan keagamaan untuk berdialog, saling berbicara, dan saling mendengar. Dialog yang dikembangkan bukan semata dialog teologi, tetapi juga dialog kehidupan, dialog kegiatan sosial, berbagi pengalaman keagamaan, dan do'a bersama. Hukum Islam berdiri di atas prinsip-prinsip yang harus dipertahankan secara absolut dan universal. Prinsip-prinsip tersebut adalah ajaran yang qath'i dan menjadi tolok ukur pemahaman dan penerimaan hukum Islam secara keseluruhan. Pluralisme hukum Islam (Islamic legal pluralism) penting dibahas untuk memberikan gambaran yang jelas mengenai makna dan interpretasi sesuai konteks zaman. Aturan-aturan dalam hukum Islam yang kelihatannya tidak sesuai dengan prinsip egaliter dan dan prinsip-prinsip lainnya, maka aturan tersebut harus dipahami sesuai dengan konteks realitas sosial yang melingkupinya dan memperhatikan fungsinya sebagai legal counter terhadap aturan-aturan hukum non-egaliter yang berlaku pada masa Jahiliyyah. Kata kunci: pluralisme, hukum Islam
