Abstract

The objective of this study was to determine consumer ethnocentrisme in Palembang. Ethnocentrism defined as the tendency of consumers to accept or reject any foreign-made products. Ethnocentrism is considered as an effortt better understand consumer behavior related to affective and normative aspect to buy national product. CETSCALE, ethnocentrisme scale consumers from Shrimp & Sharma used in this study. Data collection used a questionnare with seven points of measurement Likert Scale. A convinience sample of 90 students was employed in this study. The Spearman test apply to the correlation of consumer ethnocentrisme and low involvement also high involvement decission process. The result conclude that consumers have a low preference to use of local product, among low invelvement and high involvement decission process. Indonesian government and companies need to increasing consumers awereness to use local product.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of time management for State Polytechnic of Sriwijaya’s students to improve their time management ability in order to achieve academics targets and increase the effectiveness of the Academic Supervisor in evaluating of students successful the end of semester. The study involved 97 respondents were selected by using Proportional Random Sampling. Measurement accuracy in time management by students and academic accuracy in target index score indicates strong. It means that the students can use their time effectively. Relationship between the obstacles faced by the accuracy of managing time is -0.301. Relationship between the barriers faced by academic target accuracy is -0.289, which means that the precise of the student conduct the academic targets the smaller barriers to be faced. Time independent study conducted by the student has not obtained the ideal self-study time. As 59.8% of respondents allocate self study time for 1-2 hours/day, it is necessary to increase the role of faculty and the Academic Advisor to constantly remind students to consistently perform a minimum of six hours of independent study per day and accumulated self-learning can be reached 36 hours a week and improve time management skills and establish a vision of life through activities such as training Life Management and Managing Future Time, so the student’s life target can be planned earlier.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Earning Per Share, dan Price Earning Ratio terhadap harga saham subsektor batubara perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2015-2019. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah subsektor batubara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan berjumlah 19 perusahan, kemudian penentuan sampel ditentukan melalui teknik purposive sampling. Berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan maka diperoleh sampel sebanyak 15 perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, variabel Earning Per Share (EPS), dan Price Earning Ratio (PER) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham, Secara simultan variabel Earning Per Share (EPS), dan Price Earning Ratio (PER), berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham. Kesimpulan penelitian ini mengidentifikasikan bahwa investor perlu memperhitungkan besar kecilnya nilai Earning Per Share (EPS), dan Price Earning Ratio (PER), karena besarnya EPS dan PER mempengaruhi perubahan harga saham dipasar modal.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how much the relationship between tax audits on the achievement of tax revenue targets at the Tax Office (KPP) Pratama Palembang Ilir Timur. Data were analyzed by quantitative descriptive method using SPSS Version 20 program. Types and sources of data used were primary data and secondary data obtained from the Tax Office (KPP) Pratama Palembang Ilir Timur, sampling in this study used a saturated sampling technique because of the population. in this study is relatively small, with a sample size of 30 people. Based on the results of data analysis carried out by the analysis technique on the classical assumption test, regression models are normally distributed, multicollinearity does not occur, heteroscedasticity does not occur and there is a correlation, the results are obtained simultaneously that the relationship between tax audits and the achievement of tax revenue targets is 42.8%. which means that the relationship between tax audit and the achievement of tax revenue targets is quite close and variations in changes in tax revenue achievement are influenced by tax audits. Meanwhile, the remaining 57.2% was influenced by other factors such as economic growth, inflation, the rupiah exchange rate and state spending.

Abstract

Pedamaran 6 Village is one of the villages at Pedamaran District in Ogan Komering Ilir (OKI)South Sumatera Province which has wide lakes and rivers and produces abundant fish resources. The fishes that live in fresh water such as Tawes Fish (Barbonymus Gonionotus), Sepat Fish (Trichopodus tricopterus), and others are very much found in the area. The community in Pedamaran 6 village utilizes these natural resources as the majority of the business fields there. This includes Mrs. Dede Oktarina, who sells “Kemplang” as the majority of her business. Despite having potential resources, sales of Mrs. Dede's processed fish products tend to stagnate. she has not been able to market their cultivated fish and processed fish to urban areas. Their inability to disseminate this business is based on the distance between Pedamaran village and the city which is quite far ± 100 km and takes about 2 hours 49 minutes to get to the destination. In addition, they lack of awareness of the importance of Branding, Packaging, and Digital Marketing which is indispensable in the sales process in order to thrive in the digital era as it is now. The packaging that Mrs. Dede uses still uses plastic and makeshift materials. This causes the processed products to not last long and do not attract market share. The solution we offer is to introduce a sales strategy through Branding, Packaging and Digital Marketing which is expected to be able to increase the quality of sales and profits from Ms. Dede's processed fish products. The output of this program is the creation of a good logo of product and to create a website.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate whether the supporting factors influence the implementation of coordination in tourism communities or organizations in Indonesia. Data collection was carried out by survey through distribution of questionnaires to respondents who were samples from the entire population. The data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) technique. The results of the data processing show that the supporting factors in the form of common goals and government attention has significant positive influence the implementation of coordination in the tourism community. The results of this study have implications that it is important for every individual in an organization or community to focus on goals and it is important for stakeholders, namely the government to pay more attention.

Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy and attitudes love of money to financial management based on economic entity concept in UKM IKM Nusantara, Palembang City.Methodology/approach – This research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study were 300 SMEs (Small Medium Enterprise) that are members of UKM IKM Nusantara. The sampling technique used is method purposive sampling and the criteria used in the study were SMEs that had joined as members of UKM IKM Nusantara for at least 3 years. The samples obtained in this study were 50 SMEs. This study uses primary data with data collection techniques using interviews, online questionnaires and observation.Findings – The results of this study indicate that as many as 84% of business actors in UKM IKM Nusantara who manage their finances have not implemented it economic entity concept. Furthermore, financial literacy has a significant positive effect on based financial management economic entity concept, where as love of money attitude does not affect the financial management based economic entity concept. Novelty/value – These findings indicate that SMEs need to have knowledge of financial management, especially based economic entity concept. This concept is a good financial management concept for SMEs to implement, especially in an effort to improve the best financial performance for SMEs.

Abstract

Pemulihan industri pariwisata agar pulih lebih cepat, bangkit lebih kuat dapat dilakukan melalui peningkatan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan ke destinasi wisata. Namun upaya ini dapat terjadi jika wisatawan menyadari keberadaan destinasi-destinasi wisata yang dapat mereka kunjungi. Salah satu destinasi wisata di Sumatera Selatan adalah Agrowisata, Desa Gelebak Dalam, Kabupaten Banyuasin, yang merupakan salah satu daerah tingkat II di Provinsi tersebut. Belum banyak masyarakat yang menyadari keberadaan destinasi wisata tersebut, termasuk masyarakat yang berada berdekatan dengan destinasi wisata tersebut, seperti masyarakat yang berada di Kota Palembang. Sehingga menjadi perlu menjadi perlu untuk dilakukan upaya peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat akan keberadaan destinasi wisata Agrowisata, Desa Gelebak Dalam, Kabupaten Banyuasin. Target sasaran kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah masyarakat di sekitar destinasi wisata, termasuk mitra penyedia jasa pariwisata dan masyarakat daerah terdekat seperti masyarakat Kota Palembang. Pengabdian pada masyarakat ini menggunakan pendekatan dengan tahapan sebagai berikut: tahapan perencanaan, persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Sebagai bagian dari keseluruhan rangkaian kegiatan pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini, disebarkan konten secara digital. Penggunaan konten promosi secara digital di Instagram oleh tim pelaksana kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan guna meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat secara optimal tentang keberadaan jasa pariwisata berupa destinasi agrowisata di Kabupaten Banyuasin

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the biggest supports for the national economy in Indonesia. MSMEs in Indonesia are also of various types from each region. Kemang Jaya Restaurant Business is one of the MSMEs engaged in the culinary sector located on Jl. R. Suprapto No. 184, Kemang Manis, Ilir Barat Ii 30144 Palembang. The Kemang Jaya Restaurant business has never used any promotional media in marketing. This research was conducted to find out four aspects, namely Production, Finance, Human Resources (Human Resources), and Marketing and producing a digital marketing design in the Kemang Jaya Restaurant business by taking advantage of internet use opportunities in Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative method. The results of this research are in the form of digital marketing designs through social media WhatsApp Business, Instagram and Tiktok. The results of the study explain that the type of content that is most in demand by social media users is the type of content that is most interested in social media users. through video reels. The results of this research are expected to be a reference for business managers of Kemang Jaya Restaurant.
