Abstract

This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive and explanatory survey approach. The study was conducted at RS. Ibnu Sina Pekanbaru, with the aim of testing the role of brand trust in mediating brand personality towards brand loyalty. The population of this study consisted of directors, general managers, medical support managers, PPI (infection control center), purchasing, pharmacy, and users (doctors, nurses and midwives) totaling 130 people. Based on this population size, according to the Krejcie and Morgan table (1970), the sample size for this study was 97 people. The sampling method used in this study was Systematic Random Sampling. All respondents will be used to obtain primary data related to the variables, which will be collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1-5 points. All data obtained were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Smart PLS 3.0 analysis tool. The results of the study show that brand personality does not have a significant effect on brand loyalty, brand personality has a significant positive effect on brand trust, brand trust has a significant positive effect on brand loyalty, and brand trust mediates the effect of brand personality on brand loyalty.

Abstract

The research was conducted at the Representative BPK of Riau Province, with the aim of examining the role of organizational happiness in mediating the influence of job crafting on work engagement. The population of this study was 155 people. Based on this population size, in accordance with the Krejcie and Morgan (1970) table, the sample size for this study was 108 people. The sampling method used in this research is Systematic Random Sampling. All respondents will be used to obtain primary data related to the variables, which will be collected through a questionnaire with a 1-5 point Likert scale. All data obtained will be analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Smart PLS 3.0 analysis tool. This research finds that job crafting has a significant positive effect on work engagement results; and mediating organizational happiness has a significant positive effect on job crafting on work engagement.

Abstract

Abstract

The research was conducted on teachers at SMP 18 Pekanbaru, SMP 12 Pekanbaru, SMPN 3 Pekanbaru, and SMPN 6 Pekanbaru with the aim of examining the role of professional learning in mediating the effect of learner-centered leadership on teacher self-efficacy. The study population consisted of 178 individuals. Based on this population size, according to the Krejcie and Morgan table (1970), the sample size for this study was 123 individuals. The sampling method employed in this research was Systematic Random Sampling. All respondents were used to obtain primary data related to the variables, which were collected through a questionnaire using a 5-point Likert scale. All data obtained were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Smart PLS 3.0 analysis tool. The study found that learner-centered leadership had a significant positive effect on teacher self-efficacy; learner-centered leadership had a significant positive effect on professional learning; professional learning had a significant positive effect on teacher self-efficacy; and professional learning mediated the effect of learner-centered leadership on teacher self-efficacy.

Abstract

The spread of COVID-19 throughout the world has greatly affected the national and global economy. The research was conducted at the hospital. Awal Bros Ahmad Yani Pekanbaru with the aim of testing the role of burnout in moderating the influence of perceived organizational support on subjective well-being. The population of this study was 539 people. Based on this population size, in accordance with the Krejcie and Morgan (1970) table, the sample size for this study was 217 people. The sampling method used in this research is Systematic Random Sampling. All respondents will be used to obtain primary data related to the variables, which will be collected through a questionnaire with a 1-5 point Likert scale. All data obtained will be analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Smart PLS 3.0 analysis tool. This study found that perceived organizational support was positively related to subjective well-being; Burnout moderates the relationship between perceived organizational support and subjective well-being such that the relationship is strengthened when burnout is low.

Abstract

Children aged 1–3 years are in a critical phase of growth and development, yet they often face sleep-related problems that can interfere with their overall development. This community service activity aims to improve understanding of how to enhance sleep quality in children aged 1–3 years through massage and aromatherapy. The method used was educational counseling conducted over one month, from May 1 to May 30, 2025, involving 30 participants. After the counseling sessions and sleep quality assessments using a questionnaire, the results showed that 16 children (53.4%) had good sleep quality, and 14 children (46.6%) had moderate sleep quality. In conclusion, this community service activity demonstrates that providing education to mothers of toddlers about massage and lavender aromatherapy can have a positive impact on improving sleep quality in children aged 1–3 years. This activity serves as an initial step in efforts to improve sleep quality through an educational approach and effective communication between healthcare providers and the community, and is expected to support sustainable improvements in sleep quality for children aged 1–3 years.

Abstract

AbstractObjectives: to explain the management of severe preeclampsia accompanied by anemia in pregnant women with Covid-19 Infection.Methods: This study is a case study. The data collection process uses medical records obtained from dr. Soebandi Hospital. The data will be presented in the form of a description of the management of severe preeclampsia accompanied by anemia in pregnant women with COVID-19 Infection.Result: In this study, we report a case of COVID-19 in a 31-year-old pregnant woman at 30-31 weeks of gestation, who is pregnant with her second child and complained of leaking amniotic fluid and shortness of breath. Physical examination results showed : positive SARS-CoV-2 antigen swab test, BP 156/112 mmHg, T (36.0°C), heart rate 107 beats per minute, respiratory rate 30 breaths per minute, fetal heart rate 144 beats per minute, SpO2 97%, urine protein +4, Hb 5.2 g%. Vaginal toucher examination revealed cervical dilation of 1 cm, negative for amniotic fluid leakage, and cephalic presentation. A spontaneous delivery occurred. A female baby was born with an APGAR score of 1-2, weighing 900 grams, a leght of 27 cm, and a normal anus. Accompanying complication include pneumonia, metabolic acidosis, anemia, melena and coagulopathy.Conclusion: Abnormal laboratory results in pregnant women with COVID-19 can indicate the severity of the condition. So, body immunity is very important to support pregnancy and fetal growth. When the body's protection is low, the body's immunity will weaken.Keywords: Anemia, Covid-19, Pregnancy, Severe Pre-eclampsia

Abstract

latar belakang: Status gizi adalah suatu ukuran terhadap kondisi sesorang yang dapat di dinilai secara langsung dengan antropometri, klinis, biokimia dan biofisik. Antropometri merupakan salah satu yang sering digunakan yaitu menggunakan para meter berat badan dan tinggi badan (Arifianti et al. 2023). Periode terjadi puncak pertumbuhan pada remaja, yang terjadi banyak perubahan secara cepat seperti perubahan fisik, kognitif dan psiko-sosial atau tingkah laku (Pangow, Bodhi, and Budiarso 2020). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui status gizi pada remaja di SMK Baitul Hikmah Jember. Desain pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif, dengan pendekatan secara cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh remaja puteri di kelas X di SMK Baitul Hikmah Jember berjumalah 79 remaja putri dengan teknik pengambilan sampel total sampel responden. Alat pengumpulan data dengan mengukur status gizi melalui BB dan TB. Analisis data menggunakan uji distribusi frekuensi dengan pengolahan data SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Status gizi responden dalam kategori normal sebanyak 43 responden (54%), responden dalam kategori Kurus sebanyak 6 responden (8%), kategori Sangat Kurus sebanyak 30 responden (38%).Kesimpulan bahwa Status gizi pada remaja puteri di SMK Baitul Hikmah Kabupaten Jember sebagian besar masuk dalam kategori normal sebanyak 43 (54%).

Abstract

Melalui kegiatan supervisi, kepala sekolah dapat memberikan bimbingan, motivasi dan bantuan teknis serta membantu memfasilitasi media pembelajaran bagi guru yang mengalami kesulitan dalam pembelajaran sehingga dapat meningkatkan profesionalisme guru. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektivitas supervisi yang meliputi program, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat yang dihadapi kepala SMA Negeri 1 Ulu Musi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan pendekatan kualitatif, Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, subjek penelitian kepala sekolah, guru dan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan : 1) penyusunan program supervisi dilakukan pada setiap awal tahun ajaran melalui kegiatan rapat dengan melibatkan guru. 2) supervisi dilaksanakan berdasarkan jadwal yang telah ditentukan oleh tim pelaksana supervisi. Teknik supervise yang digunakan adalah teknik individual dan kelompok meliputi kunjungan kelas, percakapan pribadi, diskusi sebagai proses kelompok, tukar menukar pengalaman, diskusi dan seminar. 3) Evaluasi supervisi dilakukan pada setiap akhir semester. Hasil evaluasi akan dipertahankan dan ditingkatkan apabila sudah mencapai tujuan, sedangkan kekurangan akan dianalisis dan mengadakan perbaikan-perbaikan dalam penyusunan program pada tahun berikutnya. 4) faktor pendukung pelaksanaan supervisi adalah guru menanggapi secara positif tentang pelaksanaan supervisi, terjalinnya hubungan yang baik antara guru dengan guru dan kepala sekolah dengan guru dan timbulnya kesadaran guru meningkatkan kemampuannya, dengan menggunakan fasilitas yang tersedia di sekolah tersebut. Sedangkan hambatan-hambatannya adalah adanya guru yang tidak hadir waktu pelaksanaan supervisi yang disebabkan karena sakit, izin, dan mengikuti pelatihan, adanya guru yang gugup ketika dilakukan supervisi dan kesibukan kepala sekolah. Efektivitas Supervisi kepala sekolah untuk meningkatkan mutu sekolah sudah baik.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia harus dikelola dengan baik untuk mencapai efektifitas dan efisiensi dari suatu perusahaan dan biasa dikenal dengan manajemen sumber daya manusia.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui transformational leadership terhadap employee engagement dengan psychological empowerment sebagai variabel mediasi. Sebagai subjek penelitian ini adalah 92 orang Pegawai di Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten Bengkalis yang dikumpulkan datanya melalui kuesioner penelitian. Adapun analisis penelitian ini adalah analisis mediasi dengan menggunakan aplikasi olah data Smart-PLS 3. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa transformational leadership tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap employee engagement di Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten Bengkalis. Transformational leadership berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap psychological empowerment di Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten Bengkalis. Psychological empowerment berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement di Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten Bengkalis. Transformational leadership yang dimediasi oleh psychological empowerment memberikan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement di Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten Bengkalis. Data juga menunjukan bahwa adanya variabel mediasi merubah pengaruh transformational leadership yang secara langsung tidak berpengaruh menjadi berubah berpengaruh setelah adanya variabel mediasi psychological empowerment. Hal ini juga dapat dilihat dari adanya peningkatan nilai koefisien determinasi dari hubungan langsung antara Transformational leadership dan employee engagement yang sebelumnya 52.1% meningkat setelah diberikan mediasi oleh psychological empowerment menjadi 68.9%
