Abstract

The main issue addressed in this study is how psychological capital can influence judges' subjective well-being and the extent to which job engagement can strengthen or weaken this relationship. High subjective well-being is crucial for improving the quality of judges' decisions and performance, but the precise role of job engagement in this relationship remains unknown. The study was conducted on all judges in Riau Province with the aim of examining work engagement in moderating the influence of psychological capital on subjective well-being. The study population consisted of 80 judges. Based on this population size, the entire population was sampled using a saturated sampling technique. All respondents were used to obtain primary data related to the variables, which were collected through a questionnaire with a 1-5-point Likert scale. All data obtained were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Smart PLS 3.0 analysis tool. This study found that psychological capital had a significant positive effect on subjective well-being; work engagement moderated the influence of psychological capital on subjective well-being.

Abstract

Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS) among adolescents significantly impacts productivity and mental health. In Indonesia, the prevalence of PMS continues to rise, with approximately 80% of adolescent girls experiencing symptoms severe enough to disrupt daily activities. Among junior high school students, PMS often leads to decreased concentration, impaired social communication, and increased absenteeism. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between stress levels and the incidence of PMS in junior high school students in Arjasa. Using a quantitative correlation method with a cross-sectional design, data were collected from 158 adolescent girls at SMPN 1 Arjasa. A sample of 61 respondents was selected via simple random sampling. Instruments used included the DASS-21 (Depression Anxiety Stress Scale) and the sPAF (Shortened Premenstrual Assessment Form) questionnaires. Statistical analysis using the Chi-Square test yielded a p-value of 0.031 (α < 0.05), indicating a significant relationship between stress levels and the incidence of PMS. These findings suggest that stress is a significant predictor of PMS. Consequently, students are encouraged to implement independent stress management techniques, such as scheduling relaxation, ensuring adequate rest, and engaging in regular physical exercise.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of organizational culture and information technology on institutional policies and lecturer performance in undergraduate Management study programs at private universities in Indonesia. It also explores the mediating role of institutional policies in the relationship between organizational culture, information technology, and lecturer performance. A quantitative descriptive survey approach was employed, with data collected via questionnaires and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) through SmartPLS 4. The bootstrapping technique tested the significance of the construct relationships. Findings reveal that organizational culture and information technology significantly influence institutional policies and directly enhance lecturer performance. However, institutional policies do not significantly affect lecturer performance and do not mediate the relationship between organizational culture and information technology with lecturer performance. This study contributes original insights by integrating organizational culture, information technology, and institutional policy into a single model for analyzing lecturer performance.

The growing demand for customized, aesthetically enhanced seserahan services underscores the importance of maintaining high service standards to ensure customer satisfaction and competitiveness in the creative services industry. Methods: This research employs a quantitative explanatory approach involving 35 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a five-point Likert scale questionnaire developed based on SERVQUAL dimensions and customer satisfaction indicators. The instrument was tested for validity and reliability, and the data were analyzed using simple linear regression after satisfying classical assumptions, including normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests. Results: The findings indicate that service quality positively and significantly influences customer satisfaction. Customers generally provided very positive evaluations of the services received, indicating that reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangible aspects play an important role in shaping satisfaction in traditional–modern seserahan services. Conclusion and Suggestion: It can be concluded that improving service quality is essential for enhancing customer satisfaction.
