Abstract

AbstractHuman activities are inseparable from various risks, such as road activities that often cause accidents and deaths. Therefore the government established Law No. 33 and 34 of 1964 concerning liability for accident risk carried out by PT. Jasa Raharja . PT. Jasa Raharja is a state-owned enterprise (BUMN) that guarantees traffic accident insurance through compulsory contributions from passengers and mandatory donations from vehicle owners. But many people do not know yet, when an accident occurs the victims blame each other, burden each other or bear all the risks of the accident. Furthermore, many people do not yet clearly know the procedures, requirements and other provisions for obtaining accident compensation. PT. Jasa Raharja, representative of Meulaboh as the institution responsible for providing accident compensation, has carried out a coding program related to the delivery of information or the socialization of the insurance business. This service program was attended by 40 participants from State Administration Science Teuku Umar University students. This dedication targets all participants to understand the material well delivered and be able to be a liaison to the public related to accident recovery information.

Abstract

The rise of illegal logging practices requires the government to be more serious in tackling this problem with policies as an effort to control illegal logging without permits. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of illegal logging policies in West Aceh District using the structuring problem approach and to find out the causes and efforts made. The method used is a case study approach, data collection techniques using triangulation. The results of the study traced if the main causes of illegal logging in terms of structuring the problem of inappropriate program policies designed by the government included supervision, socialization, and policies for providing assistance to community. Judging from the ROCCIPI theory, indicates that forest utilization policies have not been focused on the economic conditions of th ecommunity so that it opens up gaps for individuals who carry out illegal logging, lack of solid communication between stakeholders, and capacity problems (lack of organizing resources). Therefore, it is necessary to provide alternative regulatory solutions that take into account the community’s economic ,streng then communication between stakeholders, and approach the community so that they do not carry out forest destruction followed by the right alternative solutions offered to the community.

Abstract

PPID is a government official in charge of managing and disseminating public records in accordance with Law no. 14 of 2008. This research is focused on Optimizing Public Information Disclosure by Information and Documentation Management Officers (PPID) in the Office of Communication, Informatics and Statistics of Nagan Raya Regency which is the subject of this research. This study aims to determine the performance of information and documentation management officials in terms of public information services carried out in Nagan Raya Regency and this research uses a qualitative descriptive method, the results of this study state that the Office of Communication, Informatics and Statistics is the main PPID of Nagan Raya Regency. And the Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) is an auxiliary PPID. Officers in charge of managing information and documentation (PPID) play an important role in the delivery of public information services. the Nagan Raya District Communication, Informatics and Statistics service has implemented services in person and online, but there are still obstacles experienced by the PPID, one of which is that there are still people who do not know and understand about PPID and there are still regional/office officials within the Government. Nagan Raya District has not yet provided public information services to the public optimally and in accordance with PPID principles, due to limited knowledge, so to overcome all these problems a thorough and periodic socialization is needed in each sector by the main PPID. Keywords: Public Information Disclosure, PPID

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat manfaat teknologi digital dalam bentuk aplikasi SUPERKAGALA dalam mempermudah pelayanan administrasi kepegawaian di BKPSDM Kabupaten Nagan Raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara dan observasi lapangan. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh informasi bahwa dengan adanya Aplikasi SUPERKAGALA ini sangat membantu dan memudahkan proses pelayanan administrasi kepegawaian khususnya layanan kenaikan gaji berkala, dengan adanya aplikasi ini PNS tidak lagi menunggu berkas usulan dari OPD dengan melengkapi dokumen persyaratan yang dianggap bertele-tele, dengan aplikasi SUPERKAGALA ini, pemrosesan berkas berdasarkan data PNS yang akan dapat diusulkan kenaikan gaji berkala melalui Fitur Beranda (Dashboard) pada aplikasi, selanjutnya operator akan mengirimkan notifikasi/pemberitahuan kepada PNS dan atau pejabat pengelola Kepegawaian OPD terkait untuk mengajukan usulan dengan melengkapi persyaratan berupa sertifikat aksin covid-19, slip setoran PBB dan SKP Tahun Terakhir, setelah itu operator akan memproses SK PNS tersebut melalui aplikasi SUPERKAGALA. Dan juga Berkas usulan pelayanan dapat diajukan secara online (paperless) dengan email dan atau WhatsApp Resmi BKPSDM tanpa harus datang ke kantor BKPSDM, hal ini dapat menghemat waktu dan tenaga.Kata Kunci: Aplikasi, BKPSDM, PNS, SUPERKAGALA
