Abstract

This research aims to determine the financial performance of PT. Sarimelati Kencana Tbk when measured using Economic Value Added. The population in this study is all financial report data of PT. Sarimelati Kencana Tbk, while the samples in this research are financial position reports and profit/loss reports. The data collection technique used is documentation techniques. The data collected is analyzed using Economic Value Added calculations. The results in this research show that the financial performance of PT. Sarimelati Kencana Tbk, if measured using Economic Value Added (EVA), produces a positive value, meaning that PT. Sarimelati Kencana Tbk is able to create added economic value. and said PT. Sarimelati Kencana Tbk has good performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an Effect of Transformational Leadership Style and Work Discipline on Employee Performance of PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. in Makassar City. To find out and analyze which variable is the dominant influence on employee performance at PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. In Makassar City. This type of research uses quantitative, the data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 22 for windows. That the significance value is 0.000 <0.05. That simultaneously leadership style and work discipline have a significant positive effect on employee performance. The results of this study are in accordance with the theory of Budi Setiyawan and Waridin (2006) that discipline is in an ideal state in supporting and carrying out tasks according to the rules in order to support work optimization. One of the conditions for discipline to grow in the work environment is the complete division of labor to the lowest employee or officer, so that people know consciously what their duties are, how to do it, when the work starts and finishes, as arranged in advance and understand who is responsible for the results of the work.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of workload on work stress and employee performance at PT. Putra Mahalona. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire with a sample of 68 respondents with a sampling technique that is purposive sampling technique. Questionnaire data processing uses the SEM-PLS model which is processed with SmartPLS 4.0 software.The results of this study indicate that workload has an effect on work stress with a t-statistic value greater than 1.66, namely 4.764, workload has an effect on employee performance with a t-statistic value greater than 1.66, namely 1.810, work stress has an effect on performance employees with a t-statistic value greater than 1.66, namely 8.545. Through improving the currently low indicators, companies should be able to better manage employee work stress. This can be achieved by avoiding factors such as heavy workloads which can cause work-related stress which can also impact employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership and work motivation on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) ULP, Sape District, Bima Regency. The variables in this study are 3 independent variables (X) namely Leadership and Work Motivation while the dependent variable (Y) Employee Performance is measured by using data from a questionnaire (primary) to related parties. The population of this study are all employees who work at PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Sape while the sample consisted of 60 people. The analytical technique used is the validity test, the reliability test, the multiple regression analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2), the f TEST and the T test with the help of SPSS 24 computer software. The results of the study show that partially the leadership variable (X1) and work motivation variable (X2) have a positive and significant influence on employee performance (Y). Simultaneously the two independent variables, namely leadership (X1) and work motivation (X2) have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, namely employee performance (Y).

Abstract

Pengalaman Berorganisasi Terhadap Pembentukan Karakter Mahasiswa di Lembaga Kemahasiswaan Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Negeri Makassar. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah Pengalaman Berorganisasi sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah Pembentukan Karakter. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengurus Himpunan Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Negeri Makassar. Sedangkan sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 83 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode sampel acak sederhana (Simple Random Sampling method). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan bantuan SPSS 23 for windows. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian nilai koefisien regresi variabel Pengalaman Organisasi (b) memiliki nilai positif sebesar 0,679 yang artinya setiap penambahan satu satuan nilai Pengalaman Organisasi maka nilai keputusan pembelian akan meningkat sebesar 0,679. Koefisien regresi bertanda positif, sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa arah pengaruh variabel X terhadap Y adalah positif

Abstract

This study aims to predict the potential bankruptcy of PT Waskita Karya Persero Tbk. Quantitative descriptive research type. The population used is the financial statements of PT Waskita Karya Persero Tbk with a sample of financial position reports and income statements from 2018-2023. Research data collection was carried out using documentation and literature studies. The analysis technique is the Zmijewski model (X-Score) with the three ratios, namely return on assets, debt ratio, current ratio and Altman model (Z-Score) with four ratios, namely the ratio of working capital to total assets, retained earnings to total assets, earning before interest and taxes to taotal assets, book value of equity to book value of debt. The research results of the Zmijewski model (X-Score) show that PT Waskita Karya Persero Tbk in 2018 is predicted to be a healthy company because the X-Score value is below the value of 0, in 2019-2023 it is predicted that the company has the potential fo bankruptcy because the X-Score value is above the value of 0. Meanwhile the Altman (X-Score) model shows that PT Waskita Karya Persero Tbk in 2018 is in gray zone because the Z-Score value is between 1.1 and 2.60, in 2019-2023 it is ini the danger zone because the Z-Score value is below the value of 1.1.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial performance of PT. Bank Sulselbar from 2015 to 2021 using the CAMEL method, to see if PT. Bank Sulselbar is in a healthy or unhealthy predicate. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive research. The sample used in this study is the financial statements of PT. Bank Sulselbar for the 2015-2021 period. Data collection used documentation techniques. The data analysis used is the CAMEL analysis set by Bank Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that the health level of PT. Bank Sulselbar for the 2015 to 2021 period is in the healthy predicate. This can be seen from the results of research on the CAMEL aspect for the last 7 years 2015-2021 consecutively for 2015 it was 71.62, in 2016 it was 77.28, in 2017 it was 70.66, in 2018 it was 70.90, in 2018 it was 70.90. In 2019 it was 69.70, in 2020 it was 69.53, and in 2021 it was 69.87. Based on the provisions of Bank Indonesia regarding the criteria for assessing the soundness of a bank, PT. Bank Sulselbar is in the interval 66-<81 with the Healthy Enough predicate for 2015-2021.

Supervised by Mr. Muhammad Ilham Wardhana Haeruddin and Mr. Nurman. This study aims to determine the potential for corporate bankruptcy at PT. Gowa Makassar Tourism Development Tbk Period 2017 to 2021. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study is the financial statements of PT. Gowa Makassar Tourism Development Tbk. The sample of this research is the income statement and balance sheet from the financial statements of PT. Gowa Makassar Tourism Development Tbk. 2017 to 2021. The data collection technique used is Documentation. Data analysis techniques are used to assess, identify, and explain the possibility of bankruptcy. The results of this study indicate the analysis of the level of bankruptcy of the modified Altman Z-score model of PT. Gowa Makassar Tourism Development TBK. the 2017-2021 period is categorized as being in good health or not bankrupt.

Abstract

This research is to determine the level of investment risk and stock returns as well as grouping efficient shares and inefficient shares of coal mining companies through the Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) method for the 2019-2021 period. The research method used is descriptive method with a quantitative approach, while the data analysis method uses the Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) method. The results showed that there were 8 shares of coal mining companies with a beta (systematic risk) value of greater than 1 (β > 1), and 16 shares of companies with a beta of less than 1 (β < 1. The highest RI was found in HRUM shares with a rate of return of 0.07650 or 7.65%, while the lowest Ri is found in BOSS shares with an average rate of return of -0.06000 or - 6%. The highest E(Ri) value is found in DOID shares with a value of 0.00177 or 0.18%, while the lowest E(Ri) is found in GEMS companies with a value of 0.00126 or 0.13%. There are 16 shares of coal mining companies which are classified as efficient shares consisting of shares of ADRO, BSSR, BYAN, DOID, DSSA, FIRE, GEMS, iHRUM, INDY, iITMG, MBAP, MYOH, iPTRO, SMMT, iTOBA, and BRMS, as well as 8 inefficient stocks namely ARII, BOSS, BUMI, DEWA, ​​GTBO, KKGI, PTBA, and SMRU.
