Abstract

Health is a basic need that must be guaranteed by the state as mandated by the 1945 Constitution. The government developed the JKN program through BPJS Kesehatan so that people, including the economically weak, can access health services. RSUD Undata Palu, as a type B referral hospital, faces the challenge of meeting the increasing needs of outpatients. This study aims to analyze the effect of health worker service quality on outpatient BPJS patient satisfaction at RSUD Undata Palu. Using a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional survey design, data was collected from 175 BPJS outpatients using a questionnaire, which was analyzed using validity, reliability, and SEM tests. The results showed that service quality was in the “good” category (mean score 4.22), with the reliability dimension recording the highest score (4.35). The level of patient satisfaction was also rated as “good” (mean score 4.30), with medical services being the best indicator (4.40). SEM analysis showed that service quality had a significant effect on patient satisfaction, with reliability contributing the most (β = 0.35). This study confirms the importance of reliability, responsiveness, and competence of health workers in improving patient satisfaction. RSUD Undata is advised to increase service speed, provide effective communication training, and improve the physical facilities of the hospital. These findings support previous literature and are expected to make theoretical as well as practical contributions to the development of health service quality and the success of the JKN program.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the feasibility of investing in stocks included in the IDX30 index using the Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM). By analyzing 53 stocks from various industries categorized on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). through historical stock data for the period 2019 to 2023, this study evaluates individual return (Ri), systematic risk (beta/β), and expected return or E(Ri). The analysis results show that overall these stocks provide a positive return of 0.00658 which indicates that these stocks are profitable for investors. However, there were 19 stocks that experienced negative returns, where the stock of PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk. (WSBP) recorded the lowest return of -2.511%. In contrast, the stock of PT Bank Jago Tbk (ARTO) recorded the highest return of 15.902%. In terms of systematic risk, the majority of stocks have beta values less than 1 (β < 1), indicating that these stocks are defensive in nature with low correlation to the market. Based on the grouping using CAPM, 25 stocks are categorized as undervalued stocks that are worth buying and retaining, while the other 28 stocks are categorized as overvalued stocks that should be avoided or sold by investors. This research provides guidance for investors in making investment decisions based on CAPM analysis.

Abstract

Financial literacy is closely related to financial management, where the higher the financial literacy, the higher the financial management. Financial management itself is a form of managing one's finances both for the present and the future. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of financial literacy on community financial management behavior in Langkura Village, Turatea District. This research uses a quantitative type of research with a quantitative descriptive approach and is also included in explanatory research. The population used was 2786 with a sample of 350 and the sampling technique used non-probability sampling. Data analysis used in this research uses descriptive statistical analysis, inferential statistical analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that first, the financial literacy level of the community in Langkura Village, Turatea District is in the very good category. Second, the financial behavior of the community in Langkura Village, Turatea District is also in the very good category. Third, the results of hypothesis testing carried out by researchers show that financial literacy has a partial and significant effect on the financial behavior of people in Langkura Village, Turatea District. Therefore, the level of people's knowledge and ability to manage personal and family finances well can provide direction to someone to manage their finances well too.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial performance of PT. Bank Sulsebar for the 2017-2021 period is based on three types of ratios, namely liquidity ratios, solvency ratios and profitability ratios. The population in this study is the financial statements of PT. Sulselbar Bank. The sample in this study is the financial statements of PT. Bank Sulselbar Period 2017-2021. The data collection technique used is documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative method and financial ratio analysis. The results of this study indicate that the calculation of the ratio of liquidity and profitability ratios of PT. Bank Sulselbar is above the standard of the banking industry. Abstract

This study aims to determine the potential for bankruptcy experienced by industrial companies in the cigarette sub-sector in 2017-2021. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative with a population of issuers in the cigarette sub-sector during 2017-2021. Sampling using purposive sampling method to get 4 companies. Data collection was carried out using documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques using the First Altman Z-Score. The results showed that in the last five years the potential for bankruptcy in cigarette sub-sector companies was low because there was only one company that had the potential to go bankrupt, namely PT. Bentoel Internasional Investama Tbk. The company is in a vulnerable precautionary zone for bankruptcy during 2018-2019 and there are indications that the company is experiencing financial difficulties in 2020. The company PT. Gudang Garam Tbk, PT. Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna, PT. Wismilak Inti Makmur Tbk, has no potential for bankruptcy.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there is an influence of work discipline on increasing employee work performance. The type of research used is Quantitative Descriptive. The data processed is the result of distributing questionnaires to employees of PT Bank Sulselbar Branch Pembantu Kahu. Using a population of 30 people and a sample of 30. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. Based on the research results, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee work performance at PT Bank Sulselbar Branch Pembantu Kahu.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the financial performance of PT. Sarimelati Kencana Tbk when measured using Economic Value Added. The population in this study is all financial report data of PT. Sarimelati Kencana Tbk, while the samples in this research are financial position reports and profit/loss reports. The data collection technique used is documentation techniques. The data collected is analyzed using Economic Value Added calculations. The results in this research show that the financial performance of PT. Sarimelati Kencana Tbk, if measured using Economic Value Added (EVA), produces a positive value, meaning that PT. Sarimelati Kencana Tbk is able to create added economic value. and said PT. Sarimelati Kencana Tbk has good performance.

Abstract

Community service activities involving academic teams can make a significant contribution to the development and progress of society, as well as enhance the competitiveness and economic opportunities of the community as a whole, particularly in financial management, in Kassi Village, Rumbia District, Jeneponto Regency. In addition, community service can also serve as a forum for applying the knowledge possessed by lecturers and can be applied directly to the community, providing real benefits. The purpose of this service is to develop the knowledge and skills of partners in terms of utilizing the results of BEP analysis for their business. The partners in this service are MSME players in Kassi Village, Rumbia District, Jeneponto Regency. Kassi is a village in Rumbia District, Jeneponto Regency, South Sulawesi Province, Indonesia. Kassi Village, also known as Butta Panggallarrang, has developed into a tourist spot that includes religious culture, food, and art. This service activity uses lecturer, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), training, and monitoring and evaluation methods. The technique for implementing this activity includes the preparation stage, implementation stage, and evaluation and monitoring.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the Influence of Shopee E-Commerce on Sales Volume in the Makassar League. This type of research is associative with a quantitative approach, in the Store League located on Jalan Yusuf Dg. Ngawing No. 9B, Tidung Village, Rappocini District, Makassar City. The research was conducted using a simple linear regression analysis technique. The object of this research is E-Commerce Shopee Liga Store Makassar. The data sources used are primary and secondary data. The data test techniques used as test tools in this study are validity test, realism, normalias test, simple linear regression analysis, partial test (T test), determination coefficient test. The sample used in this study is the customer dishopee of the Liga Store. The overall results of the study show that Shopee E-Commerce has a significant effect on Sales Volume in the Liga Store.
