Abstract

Performance appraisal is a systematic evaluation process of employee performance that is useful for understanding a person's ability for career growth and further skill development. Performance appraisal is a tool that is used strategically to increase the effectiveness of the organization in managing its human resources. This employee performance appraisal format is expected to be able to go hand in hand with or concurrently with the evaluation, review of company performance. The design of this performance assessment format uses the Graphic Rating Scale method. The rating scale use Likert scale, which contains an assessment using several assessment indicators, namely work skills, quality, responsibility, teamwork, attitudes and communication skills.

Abstract

This research was carried out with the aim of analyzing the problems faced by PT Tunas Kreasi Bersama, namely the need to provide development and work skills related to problems that have occurred. The problem faced by the company is the incomplete training of all workers because of the too much capacity of the workers so that not all of them receive training. This practical work activity is from 01 August 2020 - 30 September 2020. Interviews, observations, and simulations are methods used in the implementation of this practical work. Providing training to be more ready and maximized in carrying out actual work practices, the outputs produced from this training are in the form of house keeping, laundry, and family cooking. The implementation stage consists of three stages, namely conducting participant preparation, house keeping training, laundry, and family cooking, getting an assessment from the company which states that the assessment to be added from the implementation results consists of two assessments, namely individual behavior or work attitude and assessment. technical ability.

Abstract

The rapid changes in various aspects that occur along with the development of time in the era of globalization in terms of running a business, encourage business people to continue to develop their business in order not to lose competitiveness with competitors. One of the ways used is digital marketing. CV Aneka Sejati, which is a supplier business where competition is very tight, has one drawback, namely that it has not implemented digital marketing which results in a lack of public attention to the marketing carried out by the company. In this study, data collection used 2 methods, namely observation and interviews to find out more clearly the problems faced by the company which took place from September 2022 to December 2022. The result of the implementation is the creation of a company Instagram account complete with content, feeds, videos and marketing posters which results in an increase in public awareness in the surrounding environment of the company as evidenced by the number of followers and likes obtained.
