Abstract

Nagari Maninjau in Agam Regency, West Sumatra is one of the popular tourist areas that are not only known by the local community, but also by domestic and foreign tourists. This condition causes many administrative matters to be managed by the Village-chief office of Maninjau. This paper aims to describe efforts to optimize archive management through writing official letters, using archive classification schemes, organizing and filing archives, using Archives Retention Schedules, and using electronic archive management applications. The method used is training and guidance by involving all Nagari apparatus in Nagari Maninjau. The results of this activity are: (1) increasing the understanding of the nagari apparatus on the administration of official texts and direct implementation of the documents produced after the activity; (2) increased understanding of the use of archive classification schemes and implementation of the arrangement and filing of archives according to standards; (3) increased understanding of the use of the archive retention schedule; and (4) implementation of the use of electronic records management applications.

Abstract

Transformation occurs when one type of art is replaced by another. Literary works can not only be translated, or transmitted from one language of work to another, but can also be translated into other forms of art. This research aims to describe the transformation of the short story Blokeng by Ahmad Tohari into a drama performance. The theory used is Rifaterre and Pradotokusumo's transformation theory. This research method is descriptive qualitative. The research results show that there are two transformation processes that occur. First, five data were found in the form of expansion or additions to the plot and characters of the short story Blokeng by Ahmad Tohari in drama performances. Second, two modified data were found from the short story Blokeng by Ahmad Tohari for drama performances. Third, there are seven things from the research results regarding the transformation of short stories into drama performances that can be applied to the Drama Appreciation course. The creation of an adapted drama performance as a form of change in a literary work may result in several differences from the work that is the reference. Thus, in the process of adapting a literary work into a drama performance, one should still pay attention to the meaning of the story, so that the audience still gets a thorough understanding of the essence of the literary work when the transformation process occurs from what was originally a textual media then converted into an audio-visual media. or vice versa. Theoretically, this research contributes to providing knowledge to readers about the transformation of the short story Blokeng by Ahmad tohari into the drama performance. Furthermore, it is hoped that teaching materials will be produced that is useful for the Drama Appreciation course.

Abstract

Patriarchal culture raises various problems in women's lives to cause physical and mentalsuffering. Gender injustice experienced by women is one proof of the strength of patriarchal values. The female authors show these things in literary works to voice resistance in an effort to obtain equal rights between men and women. The problems of women described by female authorstend to show marginalization, discrimination and subordination of women as a form of genderinjustice due to the strong patriarchal culture in social life. This is reflected in the stereotypesinherent in women as the second class, women and the marriage paradigm, women and careerchoices, and women as objects of sexuality. These criticisms are shown through the way of thinking of the main female leaders who oppose injustice to their gender, and show resistance through actions taken by female leaders in the fabric of stories written by female authors.

Abstract

The change in the curriculum in Indonesia from Curriculum 13 (K13) to the Independent Curriculum requires teachers to be ready to face these changes. Changes in learning tools are something that cannot be avoided by teachers as teachers. The learning plan (RPP) has been abandoned and moved to the Teaching Module. The presence of an independent curriculum not only provides changes to learning tools, but also to the competencies that teachers must have. Digital competence to produce interesting teaching modules has of course become an obligation, especially since the government has equipped teachers with the learn.id email. This email is integrated into the licensed Canva application, so teachers no longer have difficulty in designing teaching modules. It is hoped that the use of teaching modules using the Canva application will be able to answer the need for creating interesting teaching tools. A good teaching module does not only lie in its appearance, but also in its content. Writing teaching modules based on local wisdom will certainly make the teaching modules not only quality in terms of appearance, but also in terms of content. Based on the results of interviews with the head of the Subject Teachers' Conference (MGMP) of SMP Kota Pariaman, it is known that teachers are not yet skilled in designing teaching modules using Canva. Apart from that, the teaching modules that have been designed by teachers are not based on local wisdom. This background is what underlies the community service team of lecturers at the Indonesian and Regional Language and Literature Department to carry out training in writing teaching modules. The teaching module writing training that was carried out was attended by 20 Indonesian language subject teachers who are members of the Pariaman City Indonesian Language MGMP. The aim of this service is to provide knowledge and training to Pariaman City Indonesian Language MGMP teachers in using the Canva application in designing independent curriculum teaching modules. The training began with an explanation of the relationship between the use of technology in implementing the independent curriculum, then the material presented was the steps for using the licensed Canva application using a Belajar.id account. Teachers are guided to register. After registration, teachers go to their Canva account and start designing teaching modules. The teaching module designed by the teacher does not contain differentiated learning, therefore the training continues with conveying the essence of differentiated learning. Strategy in writing teaching modules by paying attention to differentiated learning. The training ended with teaching module material containing local wisdom. Teachers design teaching modules based on the independent curriculum which contains local wisdom in the form of guided assignments. Making teaching modules using the Canva application described previously. The training methods used were question and answer, direct practice and demonstration, and evaluation was carried out through distributing questionnaires before and after the training. The results of the questionnaire analysis showed that in general participants were satisfied with the training schedule and time, as well as the topics presented. Even though some participants experienced difficulties due to inadequate internet connections and devices, there were indications that the participants succeeded in increasing their knowledge and motivation in using the Canva application through the Belajar.id account. Apart from that, the teaching modules produced by teachers are also good and interesting.

Abstract

At least there are six literacy skills that must be owned by humans. They are language, science, mathematics, finance, digital, and citizenship literacy. These six kinds of literacy must be learned since the early childhood. Therefore, literacy learning should be taught in communicative and fun ways. As a result, appropriate teaching medias that can meet these requirements are needed. Children literature appears as one of these medias that contains literacy learning in it. One of the most crucial literacy skills that should be learned by humans is financial literacy since it relates to the knowledge and ability in applying the understanding of concepts, risks, skills, and motivations in the context of financial. Data related to financial literacy learning were found in every genre of children literature such as children proses, rhymes, or dramas. The data used on this study were collected from ten children's proses in the form of children's novel, ten nursery rhymes including children's song verses, and three children's dramas. The learning of financial literacy found in children literature were seen in verses and lines of rhymes, events in proses, and dialogues in children's dramas.
