Abstract

Some time ago, when the world was hit by the Covid-19 pandemic, many life deposits experienced shocks, including the education sector. It is undeniable that in any part of the world, many students experience learning loss. And many studies have also been conducted related to the condition of learning loss. Where all school activity programs seem to be unrequited, teachers are unable to maximally educate the character of their students. Very different from conditions before the COVID-19 pandemic. This condition was also felt by a boarding school in the North Bogor sub-district of Bogor City. There are so many students who until the post-pandemic period still experience character deviations. This encourages schools to be responsive so that this character change crisis can be handled immediately. This paper will try to analyze the factors that cause changes in the character of students in this school in the post-pandemic period and find the right strategy to overcome them. The research conducted at SMP Nuraida Islamic Boarding School used qualitative methods of data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and document studies. This research is expected to be able to find new strategies to overcome the conditions of character change that occur in the post-COVID-19 pandemic.  Keywords: character change; Strategy; Boarding School.

Abstract

AES Rijndael algorithm is a modern cryptographic algorithm published by NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) in 2001 using block cipher mode and using symmetric keys. AES Rijndael as a substitute for DES (Data Encryption Standard) algorithm whose use began in 1977 and has ended. The length of the block cipher used is 128 bits and variations in key length are 128 bits, 192 bits and 256 bits. AES Rijndael's algorithm has a reliability that is the simplicity of the bytes transformation process so that it can streamline encryption and decryption, and has high security.Implementation of the AES Rijndael algorithm will be done on Android devices to secure digital files, which can be used for all types of file types. The parameters used in the analysis are testing of the encryption and decryption processing time, changes in size and bits of the encrypted and decrypted files, then proving the strength of the key length against the robustness of the AES Rijndael algorithm as a symmetric algorithm.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the direct effect of Job Satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and the indirect effect of Job Satisfaction on OCB through the mediation of Transformational Leadership and Interpersonal Communication. Job Satisfaction as the independent variable, the variables of Transformational Leadership and Job Satisfaction as the mediating variable, and OCB as the dependent variable. The research sample involved was from 266 teachers who were selected by proportional random sampling from 20 junior high schools in the city of Bogor, West Java. This research uses Path analysis technique with PLS-SEM Program. This research concludes that: (1) Job Satisfaction has a significant positive direct effect on OCB ( = 0.358 p < 0.01), (2) Job Satisfaction has a significant positive effect on Transformational Leadership ( = 0.755 p < 0.01), (3) Job Satisfaction has a significant positive effect on Interpersonal Communication ( = 0.941 p < 0.01), (4) Transformational Leadership has a significant positive effect on OCB ( = 0.185 p < 0.05), (5) Interpersonal Communication has a significant positive effect on OCB ( = 0.337 p < 0.01), (6) Job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on OCB through the mediation of Transformational Leadership ( = 0.140 p < 0.05), (7) Job Satisfaction has a significant positive effect on OCB through the mediation of Interpersonal Communication ( = 0.317 p < 0.01). Based on the conclusions of the research results above, the strengthening of OCB can be carried out directly through increasing job satisfaction and can be done indirectly through increasing job satisfaction through the mediation of interpersonal communication.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop a multimedia conservation of education application, and to determine its effectiveness in understanding the nature conservation of conservation cadres or volunteers in the national park area. This research used the Research and Development method of the model Borg Gall which was modified into five stages, were Research and Information Collecting, Planning, Developing Preliminary of Product, Preliminary Field Testing and Main Product Revision.  While the application development stage used the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method which consisted of planning, analysis, design, implementation and testing stages. Data obtained from the validation of material experts and multimedia experts. The effectiveness test used the analysis of the N-Gain value of each indicator of the pretest and posttest questions. To develop educational multimedia applications need to analysis, preparing the designs and materials, developing the application, validating applications by experts, assessing the quality of application systems, small and large scaling field trials and evaluation. The purpose research product is the digital information entitled E-Info of Nature Conservation Media which can be accessed free of charge via the link (ika.gedepangrango.org).  According to data analysis we concluded that the development of educational multimedia applications can increase understanding of nature conservation for conservation volunteers in the national park area. The Scores pretest and posttest obtained an average N-Gain score of 0.73 and a percentage score of 73.33% with the criteria ``High" and the criteria "Quite Effective", which means E-Info Application The media developed is suitable to be applied and quite effective in increasing respondents' understanding of conservation.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan aplikasi multimedia edukasi konservasi dan untuk mengetahui tingkat efektivitasnya terhadap pemahaman konservasi alam para kader konservasi di wilayah taman nasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development model Borg Gall yang dimodifikasi menjadi lima tahapan yaitu Research and Information Collecting, Planning, Develop Preliminary of Product, Preliminary Field Testing dan Main Product Revision. Sedangkan tahapan pengembangan aplikasinya menggunakan metode SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) yang terdiri dari tahapan perencanaan, analisis, desain, implementasi dan tesing. Data diperoleh dari hasil validasi dua ahli yaitu ahli materi dan ahli multimedia. Uji keefektifan menggunakan analisis nilai N-Gain dari setiap indikator soal pretest dan posttest. Langkah-langkah untuk mengembangkan aplikasi multimedia edukasi yaitu analisis kebutuhan, penyusunan desain dan materi, pengembangan aplikasi, memvalidasi aplikasi oleh para ahli, penilaian kualitas sistem aplikasi, uji coba lapangan skala kecil dan skala luas serta evaluasi. Produk yang dihasilkan adalah informasi digital berjudul E-Info Media Konservasi Alam yang dapat diakses secara gratis melalui link (ika.gedepangrango.org). Berdasarkan analisis data  disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan aplikasi multimedia edukasi dapat meningkatkan pemahaman konservasi alam bagi para kader konservasi di wilayah taman nasional. Skor pretest dan posttest diperoleh rata-rata skor N-Gain yaitu 0,73 dan skor prosentase 73,33% dengan kriteria Tinggi” dan kriteria Cukup Efektif” yang artinya Aplikasi E-Info Media yang dikembangkan layak untuk digunakan dan cukup efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konservasi responden.

Abstract

Mathematics is a science that studies quantity, structure, space and change. This science has abstract and universal study objects which play an important role in discipline and the development of human thinking power. The mathematical mindset is deductive, starting from general objects to important conclusions. Multimedia learning methods are an alternative to help students understand material concretely. The use of multimedia can make learning more interesting with graphics, animation, video and sound. Teachers must use approaches, methods and techniques that actively involve students in learning in order to achieve good academic achievement. The use of learning media can create new interests and motivate students. Developing mathematics learning media using Adobe Animate to create animations is an interactive learning media that can help teachers broaden students' horizons and increase student interest and motivation. Interactive multimedia-based learning can increase motivation, learning independence and be a solution to make mathematics learning interesting and easy to understand

Abstract

The implementation of regional elections in the midst of the Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic has become the spotlight and discussion of the wider community. This is because it involves many people so that it becomes one of the risks of transmission of the virus. Therefore, this study analyzes how public sentiment towards the elections amid the COVID-19 Pandemic. One method used in sentiment analysis is Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM). LSTM is a development of the Recurrent Neural Network (RNN) model that can replace problematic RNN nodes in the hidden layer with LSTM cells designed to store previous information. The data used in this research is Indonesian tweet data taken from Twitter with a total of 5053 data classified into positive and negative sentiment classes. The data from the tweets is preprocessed first to make it easy to classify, then selected and transformed to be processed in data mining using LSTM. The LSTM classification was evaluated using the Confusion matrix to obtain an accuracy of 79,78%, a precision of 69% and a recall of 64%. Tests were also carried out with different epochs and dropouts, it was found that the average accuracy value was more than 80%, and the greatest accuracy was obtained with epoch of 45 and dropout of 20.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Saat ini Dinas Kebudayaan Pemuda dan Olah Raga Kabupaten Sukabumi belum memiliki sistem informasi yang memadai untuk menyebarkan kesadaran akan layanan tersebut. Penyebaran informasi mengenai departemen masih kurang efektif karena masih menggunakan sistem manual, seperti spanduk, papan pengumuman dll. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Metodologi ini memiliki 6 tahapan: Perencanaan, analisis sistem, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, dan penggunaan atau pemeliharaan. Hasil dari SDLC adalah terdapat tiga hak akses pengguna: pengguna admin, karyawan, dan pengunjung. Perbedaan antara user admin dan pegawai adalah user admin dapat mengatur seluruh data yang ada di dalam sistem, sedangkan user pegawai tidak bisa hanya mengatur data admin saja. Bagi pengunjung pengguna dapat melihat informasi pada website terkait layanan tersebut. Hal ini meliputi : Profil Program Disbudpora Kabupaten Sukabumi Data Berita Agenda Kebudayaan dan Pemuda dan Olah Raga. Sistem Informasi DISBUDPORO Kabupaten Sukabumi Atlet-atlet unggulan di Kabupaten Sukabumi Galeri informasi disbudpora kabupaten sukabumi Sistem informasi DISBUDPORA KABUPATEN Sukabumi dirancang untuk memudahkan dinas dalam berbagi informasi dan masyarakat mengakses informasi dinas melalui website. Kata kunci : Sistem Informasi, SDLC, Website. ABSTRACT This study is motivated by the rapid development of technology, especially in the field of IT systems. Currently, the Sukabumi Regency Youth Culture and Sports Service does not yet have an adequate information system to spread awareness of these services. Dissemination of information about departments is still ineffective because they still use a manual system, such as banners, bulletin boards etc. The methodology used in this research is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). This methodology has 6 stages: Planning, system analysis, design, implementation, testing, and use or maintenance. The result of the SDLC is that there are three user permissions: admin, employee, and visitor users. The difference between admin users and employees is that admin users can manage all the data in the system, while employee users cannot only manage admin data. For visitors, users can view information on the website related to these services. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategy of recruiting new students (PPDB) in private schools, especially at YPHB Bogor City High School, the research focuses on: (1) The process of recruiting new students at SMA YPHB Bogor City. (2) Recruitment strategy for accepting new students at SMA YPHB Bogor City in getting prospective students. (3) Factors supporting and inhibiting schools in the recruitment of New Student Admissions (PPDB) at SMA YPHB Bogor City. An effective strategy that can be recommended to be used at YPHB SMA in order to recruit new students every year.The research method used was descriptive qualitative, namely describing, explaining, and disclosing the results of research on student recruitment, with the type of case study research. Data collection techniques included in-depth interviews, participant observations, and documentation. The research subjects were foundations, principals, committees, and parents of students. The results showed that the recruitment strategy for accepting new students at YPHB Senior High School (1) The planning for accepting new students at SMA YPHB was by using internal and external strategies. The internal strategy is carried out through improving school facilities and infrastructure, presenting an attractive school environment. The external strategy is carried out through outreach, placing banners, distributing brochures. Dissemination through social media, print media, electronic media (Publications) on a regular basis. In addition, socialization visits and coordination were also carried out to PPDB target schools. Promotion of YPHB High School flagship programs that can be sold to outside communities so that they can attract more outstanding students. Academic and non-academic Achievement Scholarships and Orphans/Orphans/Orphans with Achievement. Compensation for junior high schools is still being implemented. Abstract

Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) peran penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di era merdeka belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan efikasi diri terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekayan analisis jalur (Path Analysis). Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 173 orang dan menggunakan proporsional random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan analsis inferensial berbantuan SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara variabel Kepemimpinan transformasional (X1) terhadap variabel OCB (Y) dengan diperolehnya nilai sig 0,107 > dari α (0,05) serta terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara variabel Efikasi Diri (X2) terhadap variabel OCB (Y) dengan diperolehnya nilai sig 0,884 > dari α (0,05). Simpulan penelitian menyatakan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional dan efikasi diri berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

Abstract

This study analyses the effect of work involvement, self-efficacy, teamwork, and achievement motivation on teacher performance at the A-Accredited Private Vocational High School Foundation in Depok City. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach. The sample of this study was 100 permanent teachers from 5 A-accredited vocational schools in Depok City. Data were collected through a questionnaire tested for validity and reliability. The studys results indicate that work involvement, self-efficacy, teamwork, and achievement motivation positively and significantly affect teacher performance directly and indirectly through achievement motivation. Based on the results of the SITOREM analysis, the indicator that needs to be improved is the effective use of working time, while its main strength lies in teamwork skills and high achievement motivation. This study implies the need to enhance training programs that support teacher work involvement and self-efficacy to strengthen their performance.
