Abstract

This study aims to determine the total cost of production, revenue and income, and BEP of Big Chili farming per hectare in Jember Regency. Data was obtained from primary and secondary sources. Primary data was obtained from 120 farmers in Ambulu and Wuluhan Subdistricts (Big Chili farming centers in Jember Regency) by using a multistage sampling technique. Secondary data was obtained from the Agriculture Service and the Central Statistics Agency. This study uses the absolute Profit analysis and Break Event Point analysis. The results showed that big chilli farming per hectare in Jember Regency required a total production cost of Rp52.4 millions, resulting in a total revenue of Rp177.5 millions, and a net profit of Rp125.1 million. In addition, the minimum production of Big Chili farming in Jember Regency so that farmers do not experience losses is 3.771 kg per hectare. While the minimum price of Big Chili farming in Jember Regency so that farmers as not to suffer loss is Rp4.106 per kilogram.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk, harga, dan promosi minat pembelian ulang terhadap loyalitas pengguna Smartphone Xiaomi di Kecamatan Jember. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik accidental Sampling kepada 50 responden. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan kualitas produk, harga, promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas melalui minat pembelian ulang pengguna Smartphone Xiaomi di kecamatan Sumbersari.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, service quality, and social media on purchasing decisions for macaroni bantet Banyuwangi. This study is based on quantitative methods, the data used in this study are primary data obtained from respondents' responses to questionnaires. Samples were taken as many as 100 respondents with a sampling technique using a simple random sample. The data obtained is then processed using SPSS analysis tools, analysis method using multiple linier regression analysis. The results showed that the variables of product quality, service quality, and social media had a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Customer relationship marketing as a strategy to build good relationships with customers in the long run by combining the ability to respond directly and to serve customers with high interaction. The purpose of this study is whether customer relationship marketing influences customer loyalty through trust, directly or indirectly. The sampling technique that researchers took was Nonprobability sampling and using purposive sampling. The type of research method used in this research is path analysis, t-test, determination R2 . The path analysis results show that the variable component of customer relationship marketing which includes commitment and conflict handling has a significant direct relationship to trust and loyalty while communication does not have a negative influence or a negative effect on customer trust or loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Product, Price, Promotion and Place marketing mix simultaneously or partially for each variable on the decision of prospective students to continue their education at the Banyuwangi Maritime Academy. A quantitative research method with a saturated sample system was used in a study of 62 respondents in the registration for the first wave of the 2022/2023 academic year, the research results obtained were processed with the help of the SPSS program. Based on the results of the F test, it is known that Product, Price, Promotion and Place simultaneously have an effect significant to the Choice Decision , referring to the value of the Coefficient of Determination ( ) which is 0.359 which means that there is an influence of 35.9% while 64.1% of the decision to choose by prospective students is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Partially, Product has a partially significant effect on the decision to choose. Price has no significant effect partially on the Choosing Decision. Variable Promotion also has no significant effect partially on the decision to choose. Variable Place has no significant effect partially on the decision to choose.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine directly or indirectly the influence of the non-physical work environment and organizational culture on employee performance throughorganizational commitment as an intervening variable on employees of the Regional Secretariatof Bondowoso Regency. The number of samples in this study was 100 with purposive samplingtechnique. The analytical technique used is path analysis using SPSS 22.0. The results of dataanalysis show that the non-physical work environment has a significant effect on organizationalcommitment, organizational culture has a significant effect on organizational commitment,non-physical work environment has a significant effect on employee performance,organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance, and organizationalcommitment has a significant effect on employee performance. Indirectly, the non-physicalwork environment and organizational culture have a significant effect on employeeperformance through organizational commitment.

Abstract

The organization achievement is influenced by its employees’ performance that the leaderalways spur the quality performance of his employees by leadership style.Therefore it isnecessary to conduct research on the influence of the village head’s leadership style on thevillage development performance at Mlokorejo Village, Puger District, Jember Regency. Thisstudy aims to test and analyze partially or simultaneously the influence of the village head'sleadership style on development performance. The explanatory research type is used in thisreaserch to examine whether there is a pattern of relationships between two or morevariables. Technique of sampling with population method used 50 villages aparatus ofMlokorejo as respondents. The data analysis shows that the Autocratic, Democratic, andLaisses-Faire leadership style simultaneously have a significant effect on the villagedevelopment performance. Whereas based on the partial test (t test), only the Laisses-Faireleadership style had a significant effect on village development performance, while theautocratic and the democratic leadership style had a partially insignificant effect on thedependent variable of village development performance. It was also shown that the Laisses-Faire leadership style variable (X3) had the most influence on the dependent variable ofvillage development performance (Y).

Abstract

In general, the purpose of this research is to test and analyze the effect significant from Compensation, Work Environment and Leadership on the Performance of sea employees, especially on ships owned by PT. JEMLA Ferry Ketapang-Gilimanuk branch, namely KMP. Gilimanuk and KMP. Gilimanuk II. This study uses data collection and data analysis that is statistical/quantitative in nature with the aim of testing the established hypothesis. The number of respondents was 49 people sea employees both officers and crew as a whole on both ships, with saturated sample techniques. The research results obtained show that the conditions on board the ship comprised Compensation, Work Environment and Leadership simultaneously have a significant influence on sea employee performance. Supported by empirical data showing that partially the work environment has a significant influence on the performance of marine employees. Meanwhile, compensation and leadership from the results of the study showed results that were not significant to the performance of marine employees.

Abstract

Companies need to understand the things that is closely related to customer satisfaction:  quality of  product,  quality of service,  and  price. Based  on this, the aim of this study were to analyze the effect of product quality, service quality, and price  to customer satisfaction  in the  Home Industrial  Glass  Engraving  in  the Grujugan Kidul Village, Grujugan District Bondowoso Regency. This study  are used primary data  and multiple  regression analysis. The results showed  that  the variable  quality of the  product  and  prices  significantly affect  customer satisfaction.  Most of customer  satisfaction  in the  Home Industrial  Glass Engraving are influenced by the quality of the product and the price.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the type of commodity and  planting patterns that can provide the maximum benefit to the farmers. Determination ofcommodities using the Location Quotient while typing planting patterns using linear programming and sensitivity analysis . The results showed that the planting patterns: paddy-horticulture-horticulture conducted in District of Ajung, Jombang, Kencong, Ledokombo, Panti, Patrang, Rambipuji, Semboro, Sumberbaru, and Tempurejo; paddy-horticulture-“palawija” planting pattern conducted in the district of Mayang, Mumbulsari, and Silo; paddy-tobacco na oogst-horticulture planting pattern conducted in District of Ambulu, Balung, Jenggawah, Kaliwates,Puger, Sumbersari, Tanggul, Umbulsari, and Wuluhan; paddy-tobacco na oogst-“palawija” done in District Jelbuk; paddy-tobacco kasturi-horticulture conducted in District of Arjasa, Bangsalsari, Kalisat, Pakusari, Sukorambi, and Sukowono;paddy-tobacco kasturi-“palawija” done in District of Sumberjambe, and planting pattern: paddy-“palawija”-“palawija” should be done in the District of Gumukmas.
