Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Transformational Leadership, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior at PT Syaukath Sejahtera Gandapura. The independent variables in this study are Transformational Leadership, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment, while the dependent variable is Organizational Citizenship Behavior. This type of research uses a quantitative method, data collection using a questionnaire containing questions and statements by distributing it to the employees concerned at PT Syaukath Sejahtera Gandapura. The scoring technique uses a Likert scale. This research was conducted at PT Syaukath Sejahtera with 116 respondents, where the sampling in this study used saturated samples, where all populations were sampled so that the number of samples in this study was 116 respondents. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) program. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership and organizational commitment do not affect Organizational Citizenship Behavior at PT Syaukath Sejahtera Gandapura, while the job satisfaction variable has a negative and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior at PT Syaukath Sejahtera Gandapura. The better the transformational leadership and organizational commitment in a company, the more it will increase the Organizational Citizenship Behavior or extra-role behavior of employees, thereby increasing employee performance.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of transformational leadership and employee competence on employee performance and explores the mediating effect of intrinsic motivation variables. The sample in this study was 120 employees at Lhokseumawe Customs and Aceh Province. The analytical tool used is path analysis with a Structural Equation Modeling method using the Amos program. The results showed that each variable of transformational leadership and employee competence has a positive and significant effect on intrinsic motivation and employee performance. The inherent motivation variable mediates transformational leadership with employee performance variables in partial mediation and the intrinsic motivation variable mediates employee competence with employee performance variables in full mediation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of Work Stress, Workload, and Work Environment on the turnover intention of employees of PT. Ima Montaz Sejahtera Lhokseumawe. At PT Ima Montaz Sejahtera, a company that produces bottled drinking water, the turnover intention rate showed an increase from 2020 to 2022. Based on the data obtained, the turnover rate in 2020 was 1.9%, in 2021 it increased to 7.8%, and in 2022 it reached 12%. Many employees feel burdened by the workload and lack of support from management, which causes them to want to leave the company. The sampling method in this study uses simple random. The sample size is calculated using the Slovin formula. In this study, the sample size was set at 55 respondents of PT Ima Montaz Sejahtera Lhokseumawe employees. The sampling technique is done by simple random sampling, which is a simple random sampling technique where each respondent or member of the population has the same opportunity to be selected as a sample. It was concluded that every year there is an increase in the number of employees who leave the company which has increased every year. Based on the results of research that has been conducted regarding the effect of workload, work stress and work environment on turnover intention on employees of PT. Ima Mountaz Sejahtera Lhokseumawe, the following conclusions can be drawn. Workload has a significant positive effect on increasing turnover intention of employees of PT Ima Mountaz. Work stress has a significant positive effect on increasing turnover intention of employees of PT Ima Mountaz. The work environment has a significant positive effect on increasing turnover intention of employees of PT Ima Mountaz.

Abstract

Job satisfaction at the Dewantara Health Center UPTD, North Aceh Regency is the focus of this study, which seeks to understand the role of organizational justice, culture, and career development in this context. Improving employee happiness requires research on how to create a more equitable workplace, strengthen corporate culture, and facilitate career advancement. Quantitative techniques were used in this study through a survey. All staff members of the Dewantara Health Center UPTD were the population, and 69 people were randomly selected to participate in the survey. Multiple linear regression was used to examine the data received from the structured questionnaire. There was a statistically substantial relationship between job satisfaction and organizational justice, organizational culture, and career growth. Individually, each of these factors also had a significant and beneficial impact. The three independent factors explained 64.6% of the variation in job satisfaction, according to the coefficient of determination (R²). To improve organizational productivity and employee well-being, these results emphasize the importance of implementing a fair, culturally supportive, and future-oriented human resource strategy.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of emotional intelligence, self-efficacy, and competence on employee performance at PT. Lengga Hara Medan. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach through multiple linear regression analysis. Data were collected using a questionnaire distributed to 83 respondents out of a total population of 500 employees, who are employees of PT. Lengga Hara Medan. The results of the study indicate that collectively (simultaneously) the independent variables, namely emotional intelligence, self-efficacy, and competence, have a significant influence on the dependent variable of employee performance. Partially, the independent variables of emotional intelligence, self-efficacy, and competence each have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable of employee performance. Thus, the higher the emotional intelligence, self-efficacy, and competencies possessed by employees, the higher the performance produced by employees. The results of this study imply that companies must pay attention to the psychological and professional aspects of employees.

Abstract

Many institutions need to pay more attention to the fact that employee abilities and motivation significantly influence the company's progress. Because of that, it is necessary to conduct research trials on whether abilities in their fields and motivation affect employee performance. Collecting data in this study used a quantitative method with a sample of 150 employees at Bank Aceh Syariah. The results of the study state that talent management is essential for companies because they work according to the desired field. Likewise, motivation also has a significant contribution to employee morale. It can be concluded that talent management and inspiration have a considerable influence on improving employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of transformational leadership and organization culture on organizational citizenship behaviour with employee engagement as a mediating variable. The number of respondents in this study are 172 lectures in Politeknik Negeri Lhokseumawe. Data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling by using AMOS software. The results of this study found that directly, transformational leadership and organization culture have a positive and significant effect on employee engagement, then organization culture and employee engagement also have positive and significant effects on organizational citizenship behaviour, but transformational leadership has no significant effect on organizational citizenship behaviour. The mediation effect test results proved that employee engagement mediates the influence of organizational culture on organizational citizenship behaviour partially (patial mediation), but employee engagement cannot mediate the effect of transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behaviour.

Abstract

This research aims to examine accounting factors affecting financial management. It examines the various effects of financial statement transparency, financial statement accessibility, and financial accounting system on trust in financial management. This research is a quantitative study with an experimental method. A total of 60 respondents took part in the experiment. For a greater degree of usability, this research selected respondents from the government financial management environment. In the first hypothesis testing, all respondents were involved in a two-way ANOVA. In the second, third, and fourth hypotheses testing, 15 respondents were not eligible for a manipulation check and three others failed to understand their roles, leaving only 42 who were considered eligible for further analysis. The analysis was conducted by multiple linear regression using SPSS software. The results show sthat there were no differences in financial statement transparency, financial statement accessibility, and financial accounting system. It was also found that each of financial statement transparency, financial statement accessibility, and regional financial accounting system had a positive effect on trust in financial management.
