Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa pentingnya penerapan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) dalam kegiatan pra produksi hingga pasca pangan. Metode penelitian yang dipergunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research), dimana peneliti secara langsung mengambil data dari proyek penelitian, sedangkan cara lain yang dipakai dalam Field Research ini yaitu interview, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil yang didapatkan yaitu pembuatan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) proses produksi pembuatan produk Tempe Teri Main Bola, Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) pengangkutan berbasis ergonomi dan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) mekanisme dokumentasi dan pencatatan ergonomi untuk UKM Halo Oma. Hasil yang didapat proses produksi pembuatan produk Tempe Teri Main Bola lebih mudah, pekerja tidak merasakan beban kerja berlebih, pekerja lebih terarah, lebih optimal dalam pengerjaan proses produksi, dan meminimalisir kesalahan dalam bekerja yang bisa merugikan UKM Halo Oma. UKM Halo Oma sangat terbantu dengan pembuatan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) karena pelaksanaan kerja saat dalam hal kegiatan produksi menjadi lebih mudah. Kinerja pegawai bisa lebih terarah dan optimal. Serta bisa meminimalisir kesalahan dalam bekerja yang dapat merugikan UKM Halo Oma

Abstract

Abstrak. Pertumbuhan UMKM di sektor makanan dan minuman yang menunjukkan persaingan yang ketat. UMKM saat ini berkompetisi untuk mendominasi pasar dengan perencanaan pemasaran yang baik untuk memperoleh citra yang positif di mata konsumen serta mempertahankan pelanggan yang ada. Melalui penjabaran faktor internal dan eksternal perusahaan menggunakan Bauran Pemasaran (marketing mix) dan Porter’s Five Forces, dihasilkan strategi pemasaran yang dapat membantu perusahaan meningkatkan penjualan, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal perusahaan yang dapat meningkatkan penjualan, serta merancang strategi pemasaran yang tepat untuk meningkatkan angka penjualan bagi UKM Meal Box Indonesia. Hasil perhitungan memperoleh 29 faktor yang mempengaruhi peningkatan penjualan UKM Meal Box Indonesia terdiri dari faktor internal meliputi 10 faktor pada strength dan 7 faktor pada weakness, sedangkan faktor eksternal terdapat 6 faktor pada opportunities dan 6 faktor pada threats. Serta adanya 18 alternatif berdasarkan hasil brainstorming menggunakan matriks SWOT. Abstract. The growth of MSMEs in the food and beverage sector shows intense competition. MSMEs are currently competing to dominate the market with good marketing planning to obtain a positive image in the eyes of consumers and retain existing customers. By describing the company's internal and external factors using the Marketing Mix and Porter's Five Forces, a marketing strategy is produced that can help the company increase sales. This research aims to identify the company's internal and external factors that can increase sales, as well as designing the right marketing strategy. to increase sales figures for Indonesian Meal Box SMEs. The calculation results obtained 29 factors that influence the increase in sales of Indonesian Meal Box SMEs consisting of internal factors including 10 factors on strengths and 7 factors on weaknesses, while external factors include 6 factors on opportunities and 6 factors on threats. And there are 18 alternatives based on the results of brainstorming using the SWOT matrix.

Abstract

The growth of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), especially in the Cilegon region in 2017,increased significantly from the target of 2.5% with a realization of 7.48%. The increase is the result ofcoaching and training carried out by the Office of Cooperative Micro and Small Enterprises in Cilegoncity. On the other hand, the growth of the e-commerce marketplace in Indonesia in 2017 also saw asignificant increase. The problem that is often encountered is that good growth from SMEs has not beenaccompanied by the growth of the use of the existing e-commerce marketplace to keep pace with rapidinformation technology. The aim of this research is to introduce e-commerce marketplace in Indonesiaand utilize one of the e-commerce marketplace to help product marketing and expand market access.The method used in this research is survey method. The survey was conducted on three business actors.Research instruments in the form of direct interviews with business people. The information extractedis about the knowledge of business people about e-commerce marketplaces in Indonesia. Business actorsare given information about information technology in order to improve product marketing. The resultsobtained were from six business actors studied, there was one business actor who was familiar withmarketlace e-commerce. The business actors studied have not utilized the existing e-commercemarketplace and can be accessed for free. Business actors use one of the existing e-commercemarketplaces, such as Shopee.

Abstract

One of the Ministry of Industry and Trade assistants in the city of Cilegon produces types of liquid soap whose products are named Her Clean. Products produced include dishwashing liquid soap, floor cleaning liquid, glass cleaner, clothes lubricant, clothes perfume, handwashing liquid soap, vehicle washing soap liquid, vehicle tire polish and so on. During this time the IKM packaged liquid soap products using plastic bottles of various sizes. After conducting a survey by asking consumers around Cilegon, they want to make refill packs made from plastic which can also be used daily with added value as a secondary product. So that this study aims to design plastic refill packs of liquid soap products in the city of Cilegon Ikm to increase community added value. Abstract

This research aims to improve the service quality at Selakosa Coffee using Service Quality (Servqual) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) methods. As competition in the coffee shop industry increases, providing excellent service has become crucial to attract and retain customers. The study surveyed 90 respondents and analyzed five key dimensions of service quality: tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The results revealed significant gaps between customer expectations and actual service in three key areas: indoor space size, toilet availability, and cleanliness. These factors were categorized as high-priority issues based on the IPA Cartesian diagram, indicating that immediate improvements are needed. The root causes of these service shortcomings were analyzed using the fishbone diagram, and improvement recommendations were formulated using the 5W + 1H method. The study concludes that by addressing these gaps, Selakosa Coffee can enhance customer satisfaction, reduce complaints, and strengthen its market position. Future studies could explore additional service variables and include a larger sample size for more comprehensive results

Abstract

Rumah sakit yang mendapatkan nilai paripurna wajib selalu meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan bagi para pasien umum maupun mitra kerja sama. Pelayanan pasien menjadi salah satu dari kelompok kerja yang wajib mendapatkan nilai baik mulai dari akreditasi tingkat dasar rumah sakit. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja pelayanan rumah sakit sesuai dengan harapan dan keinginan pasien. peningkatan pelayanan kesehatan dapat meningkatkan daya saing terhadap rumah sakit sejenis. Pada bulan Januari 2019 – Oktober 2019 Krakatau Medika Hospital (KM Hospital) mengalami penurunan jumlah pasien rawat jalan sebesar 25,52%. disebabkan oleh tingkat pelayanan KM Hospital yang belum mencukupi kebutuhan pasien rawat jalan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada pasien rawat jalan sebanyak 100 orang. Integrasi metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) dan model Kano digunakan untuk mengetahui persepsi pasien terhadap atribut-atribut pelayanan, mengetahui atribut pelayanan yang perlu ditingkatkan, dan mengetahui atribut yang menjadi prioritas untuk ditingkatkan oleh manajemen KM Hospital. Dari hasil pengolahan data, diperoleh atribut pelayanan pada pasien rawat jalan yang perlu mendapatkan prioritas utama untuk ditingkatkan yaitu atribut: 10 (menunggu pelayanan di apotek kurang dari 1 jam), 6 (dokter), dan perawat mampu cepat tanggap menyelesaikan keluhan pasien), 2 (pelayanan dokter dijalankan sesuai jadwal), 1 (dokter mampu mendiagnosa penyakit pasien dengan tepat), dan 7 (petugas apotek cepat tanggap dalam memberikan nomor antrian obat pada pasien). Abstract

DANA merupakan aplikasi yang banyak memberi kemudahan dalam bertransaksi secara digital di Indonesia Gaya hidup manusia mulai terjadi pergeseran secara signifikan, dimana segala sesuatu dituntut untuk dilakukan secara cepat, mudah, dan praktis. Salah satu wujud kepraktisan yang ada di tengah masyarahat adalah maraknya sistem online. Saat ini DANA merupakan pembayaran e-wallet yang masih tergolong sangat baru di masyarakat. Karena itu aplikasi DANA ini masih dalam tahap pengembangan sehingga penelitian ini perlu dilakukan untuk memberikan daya tarik bagi kaum milenial. Penelitian ini melakukan dua tahap, yaitu pendahuluan dan pengambilan data. Pendahuluan berupa survey untuk uji validitas dan reabilitas kuesioner, sedangkan pengambilan data dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada masyarakat pengguna Aplikasi DANA. Analisa dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode CSI dan IPA. Sampel yang diambil pada penelitian ini sebanyak 150 orang, dan terdapat 22 atribut dengan menggunakan 5 dimensi. Nilai presentase CSI yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini sebesar 77.1 % yang merasa puas terhadap kualitas pelayanan pada Aplikasi DANA. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan 3 dari 22 atribut yang perlu ditingkatkan, 6 atribut yang harus di pertahankan dalam kualitas pelayanan, 9 atribut yang masih seimbang antara kinerja dengan kepentingan konsumen, dan 4 atribut yang kinerja lebih tinggi dari kepentingan konsumen. Adapun cara melakukan perbaikannya yaitu dengan menambahkan admin yang cepat menangani keluhan yang dialami oleh pelanggan, sehingga keluhan pelanggan dapat teratasi. Kata kunci: Kepuasan Pelanggan, CSI, dan IPA

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Sampah Nasional (SIPSN) limbah yang paling banyak di Indonesia adalah limbah makanan sebesar 40,1 %. Upaya pemerintah dalam menangani food waste sudah dilakukan seperti membuat peraturan mengenai sistem pengelolaan pangan dan edukasi agar masyarakat mengonsumsi pangan sesuai yang dibutuhkan dan lain-lain. Salah satu cara mengelola food waste dapat dimanfaatkan menjadi pakan ternak. Forum Kolaborasi & Komunitas Peduli Sampah (FOKKALIS) merupakan organisasi yang terbentuk dari masyarakat yang peduli mengenai sisa makanan. Fokkalis mengelola food waste untuk dijadikan pakan ternak, biogas dan pupuk. Alur pengolahan sisa makanan yang sudah terintegrasi dengan baik namun fokkalis terdapat beberapa menjadi kendala seperti belum memiliki database untuk penerimaan sisa makanan dan produk mereka yang diproduksi belum dapat dijual secara bebas. Sistem informasi diharapkan dapat membantu fokkalis dalam mengelola data dari penerimaan hingga data donatur. Perancangan sistem ini menggunakan metode Design Thinking, yang memiliki tahap Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype dan Testing. Pada tahap testing, penelitian ini menggunakan pengujian usability testing dengan perhitungan system usability scale (SUS) untuk menguji kegunaan prototipe. Hasil pengujian usability testing, pengguna dapat menggunakan dengan waktu rata-rata yaitu 10 menit 27 detik. Skor SUS dari pengujian ini sebesar 69,5 dimana skor ini masuk ke grade “C” dengan tingkat penerimaan tinggi.

Abstract

A sustainable competitive advantage refers to a combination of characteristics and capabilities that allow a business to fulfill customer needs more effectively than its competitors. It encompasses elements that enable a company to produce goods or services of superior quality or at a lower cost than others. These advantages help businesses achieve higher sales or profit margins in the market. This literature review aims to examine and identify various factors contributing to the development of sustainable competitive advantage in the creative industry, a topic that has gained significant importance and widespread attention. This research employs a systematic literature review (SLR) approach to investigate these factors in the context of creative industries. Using the SLR approach and the PRISMA framework, this research identified, evaluated, and synthesized 27 relevant articles from the Scopus and IEEE Xplore databases, published between 2014 and 2024. These articles contain results about the factors and problems that can influence sustainable competitive advantage in creative industries with relevant fields, such as social, economic, and technical. A total of 19 factors were found that influence sustainable competitive advantage.  All these factors are important, but production quality, environmental friendliness, finance, innovation, consumer behavior, and human resources are the most prominent. This meta-analysis provides valuable insights and serves as a foundation for advancing efforts to promote the implementation of competitive advantage practices.
