Abstract

PT. PLN Wilayah Sumsel, Jambi dan Bengkulu banyak menggunakan layanan TI agar dapat mengelola proses bisnisnya dengan baik. Tidak adanya suatu mekanisme pengukuran kinerja pihak ketiga membuat perusahaan kesulitan mengukur kinerja pihak ketiga. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengatasi berbagai permasalahan yang ada di PT. PLN Wilayah Sumsel, Jambi dan Bengkulu. Tahap pertama penelitian ini akan dilakukan dengan menjabarkan strategi dengan analisis SWOT, yang menghasilkan portofolio layanan TI. Tahap selanjutnya adalah pemberian rekomendasi mengenai strategic sourcing dalam membangun layanan TI perusahaan dengan menganalisis kondisi perusahaan saat ini. Pada tahap akhir penelitian akan dijabarkan mengenai mekanisme pengukuran ketersediaan layanan TI dengan kerangka kerja COBIT 4.1 sub segmen DS1. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh portofolio layanan TI yang secara efektif dapat mendukung perusahaan. Penelitian ini juga menghasilkan temuan yang menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan belum mampu mengelola sendiri layanan TI secara internal, sehingga pengembangan layanan TI sebaiknya dilakukan melalui outsourcing. Formulasi mengenai SLA juga diusulkan dalam penelitian ini agar dapat digunakan untuk mengukur kinerja pengelola layanan TI perusahaan. PT. PLN Region Sumsel, Jambi and Bengkulu use IT services in order to properly manage its business processes. The absence ofa mechanism for third-party performance measurement make it difficult to measure the performance of third parties.This study aimed to address the various problems that exist in there. The first phase of this research will be done by outlining strategies with SWOT analysis, which produces a portfolio of IT services. The next stage is the provision of recommendations on the strategic sourcing in developing IT services in the company by analyzing the current condition of the company. In the final stage of research, we will clarify the mechanisms in measuring the availability of IT services with COBIT 4.1framework, DS1 sub segments. From the research results obtained a portfolio of IT services that can effectively support the company. The study also produced findings that shows the company has not been able to manage their own IT services internally, so the development of IT services should be done through outsourcing. Formulation of the SLA is also proposed in this study, so that can be used to measure the performance of IT service management company.

Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan rumah sakit dan teknologi informasi, Sistem Informasi Rumah Sakit (SIRS) RAA Soewondo dirasa tidak mampu lagi memenuhi kebutuhan informasi. Keterbatasan tersebut membuat pihak manajemen berencana mengganti SIRS mereka. Agar implementasi SIRS yang baru dapat berhasil, perlu dilakukan strategi manajemen perubahan yang tepat pada rumah sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan strategi manajemen perubahan untuk implementasi SIRS di RAA Soewondo. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan pengambilan data melalui kuesioner, wawancara, dan observasi. Tindakan perubahan didapat dengan analisis SWOT, kemudian dikelompokan ke dalam metode manajemen untuk membuat strategi manajemen perubahan. Metode manajemen perubahan yang digunakan adalah Anderson dan Anderson Nine Phase Model. Dari hasil penelitian, didapatkan hasil bahwa faktor resistensi karyawan relatif kecil. Tindakan perubahan yang sesuai dengan manajemen perubahan adalah dukungan pimpinan untuk implementasi perubahan SIRS, membuat persamaan visi dan misi ke semua bagian rumah sakit tentang perubahan SIRS, merancang keadaan perubahan yang diinginkan dengan memerhatikan divisi yang terpengaruh oleh perubahan SIRS ini, melakukan penggantian dengan metode pararel cutover, memberikan penghargaan kepada karyawan yang ikut menyukseskan program ini, serta membuat kebijakan baru agar kebijakan yang sudah berjalan menjadi permanen. Hasil akhir menunjukkan secara umum karyawan rumah sakit setuju akan perubahan SIRS saat ini. Along with the development of hospitals and information technology, the Soewondo RAA Hospital Information System (SIRS) felt unable to meet the information needs. These limitations make the management of SIRS plans to replace their SIRS. In order for successful implementation of new SIRS, change management strategy needs to be done right at the hospital. This study aims to formulate strategies for implementing change management in the RAA Soewondo SIRS. The study was conducted using data collection through questionnaires, interviews, and observation. Action changes obtained with SWOT analysis and then grouped into a management method for making the change management strategy. Change management method that had been used is Anderson and Anderson Nine Phase Model. The study shows that the staff’s resistance is relatively small. Action changes according that related to change management is leadership support for implementation of changes to SIRS, making equality vision and mission to all parts of the hospital about the change of SIRS, designing state of the desired changes with respect to the division that is affected by changes in SIRS, do the replacement with parallel cutover method , presents awards to employees who make this program succeed, and create new policies to estabilish policies that are already running to be permanent. The final results shows: in general, the employees agreed to change the current SIRS.

Abstract

Direktorat Transformasi Teknologi Komunikasi dan Informasi (Direktorat TTKI) mengemban tugas dalam mewujudkan rencana strategis Direktorat Jenderal Pajak melalui modernisasi information system (IS) atau information technology (IT) secara efisien dan optimal. Untuk menilai tingkat efisiensi dan optimalisasi penggunaan information technology (IT), diperlukan proses pengukuran secara berkesinambungan. Pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan pengukuran tingkat dukungan SI/TI pada Direktorat TTKI, sehingga Direktorat TTKI bisa memperbaiki hal-hal yang dianggap masih lemah. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah IT Balanced Scorecard yang dikembangkan oleh Grembergen berdasarkan konsep Balanced Scorecard. Selain itu, digunakan pula indikator yang diperoleh dari US Governance Accountability Office (US GAO). Indikator-indikator inilah yang kemudian dijadikan bahan untuk menilai tingkat dukungan IT yang dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner ke staff Direktorat TTKI. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran IT Balanced Scorecard yang dilakukan didapatkan hasil bahwa tingkat dukungan IT pada Direktorat Transformasi Teknologi Komunikasi dan Informasi pada perspektif kontribusi perusahaan sebesar 49%, perspektif orientasi pengguna sebesar 66.3%, perspektif penyempurnaan organisasi sebesar 68.3%, dan perspektif orientasi masa depan sebesar 25.6%. Directorate of Communications and Information Technology Transformation took on the task in realizing the strategic plan of the Directorate General of Taxation through the modernization of IS / IT efficiently and optimally. To assess the efficiency and optimizing the use of IT, required continuous measurement process. In this study the level of support of IS / IT Directorate TTKI will be measured, so Directorate TTKI can fix things that were deemed to be weak. The instrument used is the IT Balanced Scorecard, developed by Grembergen based on the concept of Balanced Scorecard. In addition, the indicators used are obtained from the U.S. Governance Accountability Office (U.S. GAO). These indicators are then used as material to assess the level of IT support is done by distributing questionnaires to the staff of the Directorate TTKI. Based on the IT Balanced Scorecard measurements, showed that the level of IT support to the Directorate of Communications and Information Technology Transformation at perspective on the company's contribution is 49%, user-oriented perspective is 66.3%, organization's improvement perspective is 68.3%, and the future-orientated perspective is 25.6%.

Abstract

Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) di Indonesia telah dapat berkontribusi terhadap PDB (Produk Domestik Bruto) nasional sebesar 55.56% berdasarkan data Biro Perencanaan Kementerian Negara Koperasi dan UKM Republik Indonesia, pada tahun 2008. Untuk memperluas pangsa pasar dan meningkatkan daya saing UKM, UKM membutuhkan suatu aplikasi yang dapat mengintegrasikan dan mengotomatisasi proses bisnis UKM. Aplikasi ERP dapat menjadi salah satu solusi untuk UKM dikarenakan keuntungan yang dapat diberikan seperti memberikan informasi dengan waktu respon yang cepat, meningkatkan interaksi antar bagian dalam suatu organisasi, meningkatkan pengelolaan siklus pemesanan barang, dsb. Beberapa isu kritis yang dihadapi oleh UKM adalah terbatasnya dana dan kapabilitas teknologi informasi yang dimiliki. Dalam memahami kebutuhan layanan yang diperlukan oleh UKM untuk aplikasi ERP dan untuk menyediakan arahan bagi UKM serta menanggapi kurangnya riset ERP di Indonesia maka riset ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan peta rencana jangka panjang dari agenda riset ERP yang akan dilakukan untuk UKM di Indonesia. Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia has been able to contribute to the GDP (Gross Domestic Product) of 55.56% based on national data Planning Bureau of the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs of the Republic of Indonesia, in 2008. To expand market share and improve the competitiveness of SMEs, SMEs need an application that can integrate and automate business processes of SMEs. ERP applications can be one solution for SMEs because of the advantages that can be provided such as providing information with fast response time, increase the interaction between the departments of an organization, improving the management of ordering goods cycle, etc. Some of the critical issues faced by SMEs are the limited funds and information technology capabilities they have. In understanding the needs of the services required by SMEs for ERP applications and to provide guidance for SMEs and response to the lack of research about ERP in Indonesia, this research aims to describe the long-term plan maps of the ERP's research agenda that will be made for SMEs in Indonesia.

Abstract

This paper aims to conduct an analysis and exploration of matters that still needs to be considered in relation to data privacy in the online application system. This research is still a preliminary study. We conduct research related to data privacy using systematic literature review approach (SLR). Bt using SLR stages, we made a synthesis of 44 publications from Scopus Database Online that were released in the range 2015 - 2019. Based on this study, we found six things points to consider in data privacy, namely security and data protection, user awareness, risk managment, control setting, ethics, and transparency.

Abstract

Oil and gas industry are among the largest contributor to the Indonesia’s foreign exchange. Many believe that information technology will be major driver for economic wealth in the oil and gas Industry. However, implementing information technology to support corporate business process brings vast information security risks. There is a need of comprehensive information security governance that can comply to information security standards and regulations. This research is conducted to evaluate the use of multiple ISG frameworks for implementing information security governance in a multinational oil and gas company. In detail, we evaluate the effectiveness of such framework, assess its implementation maturity level, and identify the success and inhibiting factors for implementing ISG frameworks. This study shows that framework XYZ, as a multiple ISG framework, is effective to cover the controls of ISO 17799, COSO, and IT Risk Framework at once. Meanwhile, the observed case study indicated lack of compliancy of Framework XYZ followed by the invention of gap between current ISG implementation efforts and company visions. Lastly, several success and inhibiting factors are identified in the ISG framework implementation at PT X.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the use of the MTRS application can affect the intention to visit tourist destinations and the level of influence of the factors that can influence it. The model in this study involves the Task-Technology Fit (TTF) model and aspects, technological features, social motivation, visit intention, and use intention to identify visit intention. The method used to collect data in this research is a web-based online survey using Google Forms distributed through social media. The target respondents were individuals who had used the mobile tourism recommender system. Data from 213 valid respondents were processed and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of the SmartPLS application. The conclusion is that the use of the MTRS application can affect the intention to visit tourist destinations.

Abstract

The increasing volume of data, systems that became more complex, and the need for tools to collect, store and process data have driven automotive companies to implement Business Intelligence (BI) system. Successful adoption of BI technology enables organizations to have higher business effectiveness and IT investment. In the organization that newly adopt BI technology, BI Project often failed. In organizations that already implement BI system, also often unable to get full benefits of the system. Maturity assessment is a method for assessing to which maturity level of human resources, organizational processes, and technology is implemented in an organization or company. By conducting it will provide the company with an overview of where the current maturity level is and provides an overview of the roadmap for achieving a higher maturity level where a higher level results in good business effectiveness. Investigate the maturity level of BI system focusing on an Indonesian automotive company and which parameter need to be improved are the objectives of this study. For BI maturity assessment in an Indonesian automotive company, we use the Business Intelligence maturity model (biMM) [1]. The study found that the overall organization’s maturity level to adopt BI system is 3.05 which means company is on the third stage biMM: information integration. Technology maturity is on the lowest point with an average of 2.87 point, Functionality is in the middle with 2.94 point, and Organization have highest point with 3.26 point. The company can improve on SLA Awareness, Data Management, and Data Architecture while retaining the performance of BI Strategy & BI Governance.

Abstract

The use of mobile applications extends to the telecommunication sector, mainly due to COVID-19. Failure to provide it can cause dissatisfaction and result in the removal of the mobile application. Moreover, this leads to lost service opportunities, so paying attention to the mobile application's quality is essential. There has yet to be a study on measuring the service quality of a self-service mobile application in the telecommunication sector using online customer reviews. This study uses sentiment analysis and topic modeling to determine the service quality of a self-service mobile application in the telecommunication sector from reviews on Google Play Store and Apple App Store. This study uses myIndiHome as a case study. The total data obtained from both platforms are 20,452 reviews. Sentiment analysis was performed using Naïve Bayes, support vector machine, and logistic regression, while topic modeling was performed using latent dirichlet allocation. The results show that logistic regression performs better than support vector machine and Naïve Bayes. Meanwhile, topic modeling shows that the positive review data has three topics, including application features, products/services, and application interfaces. Moreover, the negative review data has five topics, including application availability, application feature reliability, application processing speed, bugs, and application reliability.

Abstract

The lack of awareness regarding information security among employees in financial institutions can have detrimental impacts on both customers and the institution itself, both financially and in terms of trust. Therefore, this research aims to assess the information security awareness at PT XYZ, a financial institution, in order to identify the existing level of awareness, which will be used to provide recommendations. The method applied in this research is quantitative, using a questionnaire as a tool for data collection and distribution with a voluntary sampling technique among PT XYZ employees concerning their awareness of information security. The assessment of information security awareness covers 8 specific aspects, with 7 of them drawing sources from HAIS-Q and another 1 referring to the KAMI Index, using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) for weighting each area. The total number of respondents participating in this research is 52. The research results affirm that PT XYZ employees have a positive awareness of information security, indicating that there are no urgent actions needed at present. However, there are specific areas with potential for improvement, hence recommendations are provided to enhance and sustain information security awareness among employees.
